Here are 10 tips that can help!
1. Stay active: Regular exercise can help boost your mood and energy levels during the shorter, darker days of winter.
2. Get outside: Fresh air and sunlight can help combat feelings of depression and fatigue. Even on cold or overcast days, try to spend some time outside.
3. Eat a healthy diet: A balanced diet that’s rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help keep your immune system strong and improve your mood.
4. Stay warm: Dress in layers and stay warm to prevent hypothermia and frostbite.
5. Get enough sleep: Getting high quality sleep is vital to your overall health. If you want to improve your quality of sleep, you can use this!
6. Jump on a rebounder or trampoline: This one simple health hack could be the simplest and most effective way to boost your overall health (and you’ll be smiling or laughing within seconds of jumping on these! They’re good ol’ fun.)

So I notice at #3, there is no mention about HEALTHY FATS and PROTEIN.
It seems like your dietary recommendations are stuck in the 1980s.
