India Supreme Court CRUSHES Same Sex Marriage!!!

In a massive blow to LGBT activists around the world, india’s supreme court has rejected the call to make same sex marriage legal in the nation of 1. 4 billion people. The court declined to grant legal recognition to same sex marriages, stating that it was beyond the scope of the court to recognize such, and the issue ultimately would need to be decided by parliament.

And if you know anything about Indian politics, you’ll know that that’s not going to be happening anytime soon. And that’s because India is currently being ruled by the astonishingly popular nationalist populist prime minister Narendra Modi. Modi leads a party known as the Bharatiya Janata Party, or the BJP, which is the single largest democratic party on the planet. They won two landslide elections in a row, and they’ve been very successful in instituting what’s called Hindutva, which we might see as akin to a kind of Hindu version of Sharia law.

It’s the deliberate and intentional recalibrating of the whole of Indian life around Hindu norms. It’s actually part of a larger trend known as retraditionalization that’s happening all over the world. I simply like to call it retrad. And it involves populations increasingly returning to their culture, custom, and traditions as the mechanisms of resistance against what they see as the anticultural processes of globalization and its secular aristocracy. Think of the popularity of the tradwife movement we’re seeing here in the states, right? Tradwife stands for traditional wives.

The tradwife is a new trend on social media, where housewives are posting videos of their daily life cooking, cleaning, taking care of the kids homeschooling. And it’s absolutely huge. It’s literally like gen zers. And millennials had never even conceived of this concept. They never encountered anything like it. It’s called the housewife, the traditional housewife, and they’re enamored with it. These videos are getting millions upon millions of views, particularly on TikTok.

But it’s just one example among literally thousands of this worldwide trend known as retraditionalization. And within such trends, like what we’re seeing in India. LGBT issues, when all said and done, they just don’t fit. They make little sense. And the key here is that this is regardless of where anyone actually stands on these issues or whether the issues are right or wrong, that’s not descriptively what’s happening here.

Whatever prescriptive value LGBT issues may have or not have, descriptively, these values are finding resistance for an increasingly inhospitable world that’s deliberately and self consciously re embracing far more traditional and conservative notions of marriage and family. And this is happening very, very organically again, just like what we’re seeing with the Tradwife phenomenon here at home. And so what that means is that what we’re seeing in India and the Supreme Court’s ruling against same sex marriage is actually just the tip of the iceberg.

Japan’s highest court recently ruled that Japan’s ban on same sex marriage is indeed fully in line with Japan’s constitution and will officially remain the law of the land. And as such, Japan followed the Philippines, whose Supreme Court also ruled in rejection of legalizing same sex marriage.

In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court of the Philippines dismissed a petition to legally recognize same sex marriage, again deferring to the legislative rather than judicial spheres to work out the issue, which is something I wish our own supreme court would learn. But again, Japan and the Philippines are but just the latest. A few years back, the nation of Bermuda was actually the first country in the world to reverse course on same sex marriage.

Bermuda became the first government to actually restore the traditional definition of marriage just six months after their supreme court ruled in favor of same sex unions. This is exactly what the American organization mass resistance is trying to do here in the United States actually reverse a supreme court decision like we recently saw happen with Roe v. Wade. Jamaica, along with Bermuda, has also refused pressure from western nations to allow for gay marriage, as has the ten other former British colonies in the Caribbean. We could keep going. I haven’t even mentioned the 38 states in Africa, such as Uganda and Nigeria, which have officially banned same sex marriage, or the middle east, which doesn’t even consider this to be an issue, or China, or the eleven time zones covered by Russia.

The vast majority of the 200 plus nations around the world simply aren’t going with the woke progressive program. It’s just not happening. And so what India’s supreme court decided today ironically reflects a worldwide pattern where embracing the past is increasingly seen as the way forward. Are you ready to join the resistance?
