It’s because of you that we have had to move to a new or in the process of moving to a new facility. So thank you. I want to tell you all about these two issues here, but first, if you’re into the Second Amendment, then subscribe to this channel down below. This is where you’re going to find out this information.

This is where you’re going to stay in the know about these things. And this is where we bring to light the ATF violating federal judges’ decisions because they want to strip you of your rights to keep and bear arms when a global call for assassinations and stuff has gone out. They want to make you less able to protect yourself or this country. And that’s what the Second Amendment is for.

ETF is not even in the Constitution. All right, I’m going to tell you about these two issues, but I’m going to stay close to my notes because I want to be extremely accurate. And the names of these victims of the federal government are going to be left out for obvious reasons. The first one is an NFL who was Swatted, and the Swatting was that he allegedly had illegal weapons.

And there was a picture of his gun wall that was shared with the feds. And they got all up in arms because on this wall were things like machine guns and suppressors and braced guns. And I don’t know what they thought was the illegal part, but they got up in arms and they contacted the ATF. When they run the name of this person through the federal database, DATF said, Wait, hey, this person is a federally licensed firearms dealer.

Not only is an NFL, he is one seven and an. SOT now the IOI, who is the ATF employee who does inspections on FFLs, the IOI reaches out and asks him a few questions. The NFL says the only possible things that somebody might think were illegal were the braced pistols that he had, and he said that some of them were registered in accordance with the new requirements for FFLs.

But some of them he had that were 3d printed. And he had them long before the ATF decided that they were cool enough to issue a new rule that had the ability or the bite of law to get people to be thrown in jail for a decade and fined a quarter million dollars. And we know the ATF can’t do that. It’s just some pipe dream they have for smoking whatever it is that they smoke.

So I’m going to show you a little bit of correspondence, not the whole thing so that you can see what’s going on just to give some veracity to this. Now the NFL, after the IOI inquired about these guns, the NFL told the IOI hey look, these pistol braced firearms are covered by the preliminary injunctions as he is a member of Firearms Policy Coalition and National Association for Gun Rights and there’s two different cases, Mach v.

Garland as well as Texas Gun Rights and Nagr’s case. So he wanted to let the IOI know, hey look, I’m covered by this as a preliminary injunction and the judge says you can’t enforce this against people covered by these two lawsuits. Here’s his letter to the IOI per our discussion the other day. Below are some links regarding the pistol brace rule and preliminary injunctions in several jurisdictions. One was the National Association for Gun Rights and Texas Gun Rights case versus ATF.

And here was the link. It says Please note that this includes all members of the National Association for Gun Rights nationally as NAGR was one of the plaintiffs named in the lawsuit. Second link was the Firearms Policy Coalition case, mock v. Garland in the Fifth Circuit. And he said Also please note that this includes all members of Firearms Policy Coalition nationally as FPC was one of the named plaintiffs.

Key to note these are not final injunctions, they’re preliminary injunctions, which in essence boils down to a judge offering injunctive relief in a case where the plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits of their case. These could still be reversed and the final ruling on the case in question is yet forthcoming. It does mean though that the ATF is enjoined against enforcement of the rule against members of the plaintiff’s organizations.

Hope this is of value to you then the concerning part, the IOI an employee of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives who are subject to several preliminary injunctions to also include the ones from SAF and Goas, which is another case in and of itself. So here’s what the IOI sent in response to that NFL’s email to them I understand your position on this and put it forward to my manager and got this response.

Judge O’Connor is a lower court judge and his finding is not binding on other courts, if you manufactured your pistol at your business premises, you manufactured it as an NFL and thus responsible to follow the rules and regulations for FFLs, including the new rule for pistol braces. So he goes on to address their concern, saying, this was not done as an NFL. This was done before your new fancy rule.

But the supervisor of the IOI and I’m told that the IOI is pro gun, but the supervisor is obviously an idiot. The supervisor said that Judge Reed O’Connor, a federal district court judge who put a preliminary injunction on the enforcement of this, did not restrict it to just the Fifth Circuit. This guy’s saying that, yeah, we don’t listen to federal judges. We’re still going to actually inquire about these pistol braces because you need to follow the pistol brace rule.

I want you all to keep that in mind. Now, this is all a rapidly evolving issue. I might have more information as the week progresses when we get more information, because it’s business hour type thing with the ATF IoIs. But I want you to be aware that while you may be in the covered groups, the ATF, a doesn’t know about it, b doesn’t know who these members are, and C doesn’t care.

And I’m going to give you another example here. And this was another case, another issue brought to my attention on Friday. And I had the president of the National Association of Gun Rights reach out to me and say, hey, we have an issue developing in West Virginia. On Thursday, ATF reached out to this individual and said, we’re coming out there tomorrow, and we’re going to confiscate your FRT, your forced reset trigger.

Now, we’re talking about the rare breed triggers case versus ATF. And this one is the National Association for Gun Rights case, the one that just got a national injunction against anybody who’s a named plaintiff or a member of the group in this case, NAGR. Well, when this person reached out to NAGR, NAGR sent a representative to their residence. I will just say that it is in West Virginia.

I won’t say any more information than that. And the NAGR staff member was waiting with a recording device, with a camera just to document this whole scenario if it did pop up, because obviously the ATF would be violating the preliminary injunction that covered this member of NAGR. Now, the NAGR legal team reached out to the Department of justice legal team on their rare breed trigger case and said, hey, this is going on to one of our members in West Virginia, and this is illegal.

You have to stop this. To which the Department of justice said, well, we don’t know who your members are. You have to give us a list. To their credit, NAGR said, Go pound sand. You’re not getting a list of our membership. Now, at the end of the day, last I heard, they didn’t show up. I’m going to have some information forthcoming on that, but these are rapidly changing scenarios where ATF is under an injunction not to enforce these two rules.

This made up. Joe Biden doesn’t like pistol braces, so we’re going to make them go away administratively through the ATF. Who can’t make law, can’t change law. And also ATF is going to redefine machine gun because we want these cool things off the market. Another made up rule that is going to try to put people in jail for a decade and fine them a quarter million dollars. Tyrants.

Both phenomenal scenarios of ATF being tyrants and not even following a judge. Now, perhaps these notifications of the victims that, hey, we’re covered and you can pound sand. Hopefully that’s enough to keep the feds at bay. But I will let you know if more comes out. Believe me, I will let you know. But just guys, always be prepared. If you have the ability to have an attorney, you should talk to an attorney, especially if ATF comes knocking for anything.

You should notify an attorney, especially if you’re in one of these groups who have an injunction. Reach out to them as well because they’ll have their legal teams jump on it just like they did here in West Virginia. A lot of things happening. ATF wants your guns. Joe Biden wants your guns. The rest of the world wants you dead. So keep your guns. Guys and gals, this is America, the United States of America.

This country was founded on firearm usage and ownership. And this country still remains free somewhat because of firearm ownership. Don’t ever, ever mistake that. Until we see each other again, be safe. Stay vigilant and carry your gun to keep you, your friends, your family, your community safe. Remember, threats are not just from abroad, from national days of ask clownery, but threats also come here at home. Be prepared, stay vigilant.

I’ll see you all in the next one. Take care. Close. .
