Soros Backed Prosecutor Persecutes Trump | Judicial Watch

➡ Judicial Watch talks about Alvin Bragg, a prosecutor in New York, is trying to charge Trump with a crime. He’s asked for more time to prepare because he just received thousands of pages of documents related to the case. The case is about a payment Trump made to Stormy Daniels, which some people say should have been reported as a campaign expense. This is seen by some as an unfair attack on Trump by Democratic politicians.

You got Alvin Bragg, the Soros back prosecutor up in New York, who was the first out of the gate to concoct a charge against Trump. It’s like Putin and his russian oligarchs going after an enemy of the state there. That’s what’s happening with Trump. There’s no doubt about it. But there have been other developments as well. We had news this week that Alvin Bragg, over a year after he supposedly asked the Southern District of New York, which is the federal US attorney’s office up there under Biden, for documents, he said, well, I need more time.

I need another 30 days before I tried Trump on my charges against him because they just gave us 70,000. It depends on what timing it is. It’s either 70 or 100,000, tens of thousands of pages of documents that they, quote, just got from the Southern District of New York. They decided to give to Trump, documents he has a right to see under the law prior to his trial so he can prepare for trial because these documents were relevant to his case.

And recall the case is Trump paid. They had a confidentiality agreement with Stormy Daniels. And as typical for confidentiality agreements, there’s a consideration that Stormy Daniels benefited from, which was a payment. Now, of, I forget what it was. Was it 130,150? Well, it was what it was. So it was a payment. And so the Southern District of New York looked at it, the federal Election Commission looked at it because the allegation was, oh, this should have been a campaign finance report.

Of course, all of that would have been a misdemeanor under New York state law. Mischaracterizing it on your know, basically writing the wrong description in your checking account, does that sound like worthy of pursuit? And I don’t even think it was described incorrectly. They’re just trying to screw around with Trump. But to make it a felony and to give them more time to prosecute, they said, well, it was designed to avoid federal campaign finance law.

Well, he’s a state prosecutor. He’s a New York county prosecutor, Manhattan prosecutor. He’s not supposed to be enforcing federal law. So it’s a completely made up case to try to punish Trump and abuse him as part of this scheme by democratic politicians across America, from here in Washington, DC, in the White House, his appointees, Biden’s appointees in the Trump, excuse me, the Biden Justice Department, and then Fanny Willis, an elected politician, Democratic Party politician in Washington, DC, who was coordinating with Nancy Pelosi’s committee.

And then on top of that, you got Alvin Bragg, the Soros backed prosecutor up in New York who was the first out of the gate to concoct a charge against Trump. It’s like Putin and his russian oligarchs going after an enemy of the state there. That’s what’s happening with Trump. There’s no doubt about it. So that’s the status of the Bragg case. I don’t know when, if ever, it’s going to go to trial at this point, given all, again, this prosecutorial misconduct targeting Trump.
