I think the potential for false flags is enormous. Reese has a wonderful report about it. I want to share with you here and now. You. We do not warn of false flags to try to predict horrible events. We warn of false flags to try and prevent them. They are the norm for starting massive conflicts. They are based on lies, and so we only hope that the truth will make them futile.

Last week, I reported on rumors that Victoria Newland was planning a false flag attack on a ukrainian nuclear power plant. There is now talk in Kiev that the real president of Ukraine, Victoria Newland, has become so desperate for NATO troops to enter Ukraine and continue this U. S. Proxy war against Russia that she is willing to murder innocent locals with a radioactive cloud and blame it on russian forces.

After that report, documentary filmmaker Chris Emery, who has spent years researching Patcon, the US intelligence operation, to use false flags as a way of criminalizing american patriots, reached out to me with some information that shows how this is standard operating procedure for the black hats in our government. We had done our first movie premiere in March of that year in Salt Lake City with an attorney that we actually interviewed on the film by the name of Jesse Trinidou.

He was approached by a command team leader that was in charge of ten, including himself, basically commandos to blow up the browns ferry nuclear power plant in Athens, Alabama, under the Operation Patcon. And then Jesse went into detail about what Patcon was, which would later morph into the Waco attack and then the Oklahoma City bombing. And then our current present day ramification of that was j six. That nuclear power plant is still standing today because this command leader says, no, that violated their rules of engagement that they were taught in their special operations ever since he was a rookie commando.

And he says, we are not killing 27 innocent us civilians, no matter how much money you’re paying us. Each of his partners, there were ten commandos altogether, were given duffel bags full of cash. Each were given $5 million. They left it in the parking lot in the wee hours, he said, between 230 and 03:00 in the morning. They literally left these duffel bags in the parking lot in the far end of the parking lot, away from the nuclear power plant and drove away.

And they basically told their commanding officer at the Pentagon to f off. We are dealing with people that are of the occult, are in a dark corner of the universe that we can’t even imagine. And Newland is in that pack with Bert Garland and several others. Without a doubt. She needs to be brought up on treason and indicted, put on trial and thrown in prison and the key tossed away.

We also spoke on the subject of what looks to be the beginning of a false flag being set up on the southern border with World Economic Forum puppet Greg Abbot now calling for a civil war. What in the world? Why did it take him almost two and a half years to gear up? I think it’s disingenuous what he’s doing. There’s four ranchers and the private citizens within 50, 60 miles of the border have gotten their land, their homes robbed, their ranches decimated, trash, human waste windows broken into, property damage.

He could have put the thumb screw on that a long time ago. Why he chose to do so now is beyond me. They’re much more keen. They have the operative radar on high alert now, and they’ll be able to hopefully weed out a lot of these operatives that, whether they know it or not, are being paid by the feds to be the flying ointment and get a lot more people in trouble.

They’re looking for any excuse to go to war, and they will do it. I mean, obviously, there’s going to be a very serious war. It’s clearly coming. Don’t walk into their traps. Do not do it again. Why would you go to Eagle Pass, which is so baited, when Abbot clearly could close the border if he wanted to? This is clearly a wrestling match. This is clearly a show that’s the thunderdome.

A hearing in another genocide case began here in the United States. The Center for Constitutional Rights first filed the case in November against President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. For 3 hours on Friday in a federal courtroom in Oakland, California, Palestinians and Americans testified in person and by phone from Gaza about the Biden administration’s failure to prevent what they call the, quote, unfolding genocide in Gaza.

Lawyers for the Biden administration say the court lacks proper jurisdiction to decide the case, which they argue is a matter of foreign policy. The judge said, quote, this probably is the most difficult case factually that this court has ever had. For more, we’re joined by two guests. Layla Ahad is a palestinian writer and journalist from Gaza who testified in court Friday, author of Gaza Mom, Palestine Politics, parenting and Everything in between, and co editor of the book Gaza unsilenced with Rafat Alarir, the palestinian academic and activist killed in December by an israeli airstrike in Gaza, along with his brother, his sister and her four children.

Also joining us is Dialla Shamas, senior state attorney, staff attorney for the center for Constitutional Rights. We welcome you both to democracy now. Gialla, why don’t you start off by laying out the case? Thank you for having me, Amy. So we filed this case in November, laying out all of the ways in which the US government, this Biden administration, in particular President Biden, secretaries Lincoln and Austin, have failed in their duty to prevent an unfolding genocide in Gaza, but also are complicit in a genocide in Gaza.

And we, a couple of days after filing our complaint, sought a preliminary injunction, which is essentially an emergency order, saying to the know, the stakes here are so high the harms to our plaintiffs, the Palestinians who are plaintiffs in this case. And we have two human rights organizations with staff in Gaza that are plaintiffs, along with a number of individuals, some of whom are Palestinian Americans with families in Gaza, many of whom have been killed and displaced and know suffering all of the conditions that we have all come to know all too well.

Well, thanks to Layla for alerting me to that interview with Amy Goodwin. What happens now that the ICJ has ordered Israel not to engage in genocide, what is going to be the effect? Many skeptics believe Israel isn’t going to change its tactics or manner. It’s continue to slaughter here. Truth out reports and of course, it’s a well known left wing site. What comes next? Now the International Court of Justice has handed down its near unanimous ruling.

Under President Biden’s lawless border policies, more than 6 million illegal immigrants have crossed our southern border in just three years. That is more than the population of 33 different states in this country.

This illegal refusal to protect the states has inflicted unprecedented harm on the people all across the United States. Abba goes on to say, the state of Texas has the authority under the Constitution to, quote, protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land, and it supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. And then, following very quickly, 25 other states with republican governors signed a letter pledging their support to Texas and its constitutional right to defend itself and this country.

Those states include Ohio, Florida, Utah, Nevada, and many others. And then the Biden administration responded. The administration threatened these states, and particularly Texas, with a, quote, 24 hours deadline to allow border patrol to reopen the border and to take down the barbed wire, clearly a collision course. What happens next? We’re thankful to be joined now by Governor Greg Abbott of Texas, who joins us by phone from India.

Governor Abbot, thank you so much for joining us. If the administration declares that it plans to federalize the National Guard of the state of Texas, your national guard, what will be your response? Well, first, I’ll be shocked. That would be a boneheaded move on his part, a total disaster. They certainly got that right, just as has Donald Trump, who’s declared the border bill isn’t designed to stop immigration. The so called border security bill being brought by President Biden is not designed to stop illegal immigration, is designed to continue the invasion of the United States while sending billions to Ukraine and other countries, former President Trump said at his Las Vegas campaign rally Saturday. He further promised the crowd at big league dream Sports park that within moments of my inauguration, we will begin the largest domestic deportation operation in my life, that the current situation is not sustainable.

Meanwhile, a study has found almost half of illegals have lengthy rap sheets. In the fiscal year 2023, ICE reported the number of arrests had doubled, nearly half of the 170,590 undocumented immigrants apprehended in prior convictions. On average, each of these illegals was convicted on four counts, among them, more than 33,000 assault charges, over 7500 weapon offenses, over 1700 crimes involving killing, over 1600 cases of kidnapping. Wow, these are just the kind of people we want right here in the USA.

Meanwhile, this may or may not be satire, but it comes from Hal Turner, who’s been highly reliable in the past. I believe it is true Russia has supply weapons to Texas if needed to fight Biden. Jean Carroll’s attorney, Roberta Kaplan, and the presiding judge in the case, Judge Lewis Kaplan, and it did not have to do with their names. They aren’t related in a familial way. Willis paid Wade more than 600 grand in taxpayer funds for his work as a special prosecutor, money then used to pay for the couple to take luxurious vacation in Napa Valley, California, to Florida to the Caribbean. Accredited a motion from attorneys for Trump co defendant Michael Roman. The blowback is beginning for Willis after the judge presiding over the case ordered her to appear for a hearing about the allegation involving her improper relationship with Wade.

There’s another case going to go down to defeat. But contrast it with three far more serious cases involving the US Supreme Court itself. One of which, of course, was the border decision denying Texas the right to secure the border, which involves national security.

The Texas case brought against the states of Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania for not following their own rules, and the appointment of electors after the election at 2020, which a court denied on the basis of lack of standing for Texas, which was simply absurd. So there’s another Supreme Court ruling over, in this case, the integrity of our federal elections. Can you imagine more serious issues to be wrong about the national security or federal election? Well, I got one more for you.

My own experience led to the discovery that in Wisconsin, citizens do not have the right to a trial by jury because of a procedure built into the protocols for summary judgments here, which are frequently applied to allowed a judge to just set aside evidence that he finds to be unreasonable. Now, that’s a judge serving the function of a jury by determining the facts. That is improper under the Constitution.

It should not take place. Ironically, among the first ten amendments, nine have been affirmed by the court to apply to all of the United States, but the 7th has not. So I teed up a perfect case for the Supreme Court to rule that every citizen has a right to a trial by jury and to allow Wisconsin citizens to regain that right of which they continue to be abused.

Because the Supreme Court, in its infinite wisdom, which I declare to be gross dereliction of duty, chose not to rule and allow the situation to stand. How outrageous. Meanwhile, we have debates about whether or not Trump should even consider Elise Stefanik of New York as a running mate. I think it’s a bit of a dubious proposition. I don’t expect that to happen. I’m hopeful that he’s going to pick Tucker.

Although he’s a journalist with no political experience, Trump had no political experience either. And I think that turned out to be a big plus. Meanwhile, there’s lots of reason to believe the Democratic Party is living in a state of delusion. We have the same old Biden shoveling his campaign deck for a doom 2024 run. Except I’m convinced, absolutely convinced, he’s not going to be on the ticket in 2024.

Others are also observing. It looks as though he will step aside somewhere after Super Tuesday and before the convention. Which will be held in Chicago so the DNC can appoint its own nominee. They have the legal right to do that. And I predict they’re going to appoint gruesome newsom of California, Michelle Obama, to run. And then we’ll find out if Americans want to vote for someone I regard as a biological freak, where Michelle is a man with breast implants and a huge shaving bill.

A federal court in Canada has ruled that prime minister just introduced use of the Emergencies act against protesters in 2022 was unconstitutional, according to a judicial rule review released on Tuesday. Judea’s use of the act was not legal and not justified, federal court Justice Richard Mosely wrote in the decision. I conclude there was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies act and the decision to do so was therefore unreasonable.

The decision to issue the proclamation does not bear the hallmarks of reasonableness, justification, transparency, intelligibility and was not justified in relation to the relevant factual and legal constraints that were required to be taken into consideration. Ok, well, I’ll tell, know this, know we got to get the election thing straightened out, Jim, they could possibly steal this again. The media comes out, they always say, oh, the big lie. Trump says it was stolen with no proof and this and that.

Know Mike Lindell was in, I think he was in court recently or fairly recently and he was shown how they had some guy in there showing how he could hack into these dominion machines. And I think I talked to you once before where Fox supposedly paid the dominion for attacking him erroneously, $575,000,000 or something.

But when you look at it, you had a woman on your other show a couple of months ago and she was saying that the big three corporations, you know what I mean, Blackrock and Vanguard and State street, if they control both Fox and Dominion. They’re just taking the money out of one pocket and putting in the other. Nobody’s really losing anything. And how do we know that they actually made that mean? You know, they can come out and say, oh, we did this or we did that, but we really don’t know.

We don’t see the checks being cashed or whatever. You know what I’m saying? Yeah, I saw it going down in real time. I was following the polls before the election. I was following the exit polls after the election. They all showed Trump with an overwhelming victory. Indeed, Rasmussen. Rasmussen had polling showing 40% of blacks, 40% of Blacks were going to vote for Trump because he’d done them some good, whereas the Democrats hadn’t done them any good.

You had Mike Lindell, he brought in one expert after another. You had Ron Johnson with a whole set of other experts. This is just a kind of denialism of facts that I’m finding taking place in the judicial system, God forbid, where you’re supposed to be able to count on courts to take the time to expose the real facts, but where they’re not doing that at all. As a friend of mine observed, there’s the truth and there’s the law and they’re supposed to converge, but they do not.

Frank, I am 100% with you. The evidence of theft of the 2020 election is staggering. I did one report after another about it. I’ll bet I probably had 50 different programs where I went into details about the theft of the election. I have no doubt they’re planning to do it all over again. I think it’s going to be much harder. There’s going to be a tremendous amount of focus on what happens here.

But let’s just forget it. Just get rid of the machines. We know they were designed to steal elections. Those Dominion machines are designed to steal elections, Frank. That’s their purpose. Get the hell rid of the machines. Go back to paper ballots and hand counts and a voter id. And we’re going to be. Just know, Jim, years ago we kind of went to bed at night, maybe late the next morning and we knew who won the election.

Okay. You know what I mean? And that was with the hand stuff. Now with technology, you think it would improve, but it’s just gotten worse. Are you familiar with Hammer and scorecard? Hammer and scorecard. Somehow I am. But remind us, Frank. Go ahead, tell us. Jonathan B. Wells had a guy on, he explained Hammer is a okay. And Scorecard is the program they use and they were catching actual changes of the votes being tallied.

Well, let me respond to that. The vice president really is kind of a cipher. He’s too good to waste. I’d make him secretary of defense. And I think Scott Ritter, he might be good at NSA. Scott Ritter might be good at NSA or CIA. McGregor no defense. He’s wasted as vice president because he doesn’t have a very active role. But I agree with you on his excellence. He’s superior intellectually, morally, in terms of knowledge.

In every way, I admire him. Both McGregor and Scott Greeder, I’ll tell you why I suggest them as VP. Because I think Donald Trump is going to be attacked. And despite his ability to pay for his own private security, I think he needs a vice president who will not turn on him. He needs someone with honor.
