Tip of the day: Before a ‘new year’ is a great time to reflect and also set goals. Did you accomplish what you wanted this year? Why or why not? What will you change moving forward to reach your goals?
Write those out and if you do a new years ‘resolution’, make sure you stick to it! Otherwise it would be just another broken commitment and you’ll likely be in the same place, if not worse, a year from now. It all starts with a DECISION!
