Hey, gang, it’s me, Dr. Steve. And things are heating up for 2024.
Something amazing is brewing in the midst of the Democrat Party, a crackup that may signal perhaps the single biggest political paradigm shift this nation has ever seen. Allow me, if you will, to set the stage here for you a bit. When it comes to names that represent the heart of the Democrat Party, few can compare with the name Kennedy.
For all practical purposes, the surname Kennedy is virtually synonymous with historic Democratic politics, both statewide as well as national. But as some left wing activists disguise as journalists are asking, what if the latest Kennedy, who’s running for president, were a Trojan horse? What if he far from being a faithful representative of the lunacy that the Democrats have become? What if he were actually an ultra MAGA populace in disguise? And what if this Trojan horse was indeed successfully infiltrating the Democratic Party and effectively blowing it up and realigning a small but very formidable populist wing around the one and only Donald J. Trump? That couldn’t possibly happen, could it? Now, so interesting, because right now, many people don’t know this, but right now, as things stand, bobby Kennedy Jr.
Is actually on course to win the New Hampshire primary, the Democrat primary. One of the reasons why the Democrats moved the South Carolina primary ahead of Iowa New Hampshire on the calendars because Biden lost them both so badly in 2020, and Democrat strategists don’t want the primary season to start off with a surprise victory for Bobby Kennedy, which would be an absolute humiliation for Biden. So the new calendar puts South Carolina first on February 3 of 2024, then New Hampshire following.
The problem is that New Hampshire has a state law that mandates that it must be the first primary a week before any other primary in the country. And so that would require New Hampshire Democrats to move their primary a week before the newly scheduled South Carolina primary. Now, technically, that would be an unsanctioned primary.
The DNC is not agreeing to that, and so Biden wouldn’t file to be on the ballot in that unsanctioned primary. And that failure to file will all but guarantee that Bobby Kennedy Jr. Will win the first Democratic primary.
In a contest between Kennedy, who of course is very popular in New Hampshire, with the Kennedy name being so closely associated with New England with him, versus someone like Marianne Williamson, kennedy would most likely win in a blowout. Now, while no one believes he can actually win the overall Democrat nomination, the record of success is enough to lead a formidable portion of Democrats away from Joe Biden in 2024. Now, Bobby Kennedy Jr.
Has thus far refused to pledge that he’ll endorse Biden if Biden gets the nomination, which is leading many to either speculate or advocate a fully populous ultramaga ticket of Trump Kennedy 2024 and waiting to see who’s making the pitch for that. Right now, the one and only Steve Bannon is openly calling for a Trump RFK 2024 ticket, a ticket he believes will win in a massive electoral landslide. He noted that Kennedy has a favorability rating among Republicans that exceeds a two to one margin. And unlike other VP possibilities like Christian Ome or Kerry Lake, kennedy has instant connection, via his surname, to every voter in America.
Now, this Bannon connection again is very interesting because Bannon helped forge a similar popular alliance in Italy a few years back after the Italian national election back in 2018. I think it was the two parties that came out on top of the multiparty election was the populist left five Star and the populist right Lega. Both five star and lega were relatively new parties.
They’re both outsiders when it comes to the mainstream center left and center right parties in Italy. And so Bannon suggested that they team up in a coalition to permanently sideline the neocons and the neolibs in Italy, which they did. They actually had a very successful coalition.
I visited Verone at the time, back in 2019, and Mateo Savini, the leader of the populist right Lego Party, he was treated like a rock star, along with Georgia Maloney, by the way, the brothers of Italy, who’s now, of course, the current Prime Minister of Italy. But Bannon sees a very similar dynamic here between Trump and RFK Jr. They’re both bona fide populace.
They built their political careers standing up to the deep state and the ruling elite big pharma. In the case of RFK, you may have seen the latest poll showing Robert Kennedy Jr. Actually beating out Biden in terms of favorability.
He’s very, very well liked. Kennedy has risen upwards to 20% support in a number of polls. And we also have polling that shows that about a third of Democrats don’t actually know that much about Bobby Kennedy, and of that third, two thirds want to see someone else other than Biden.
So this is why the Biden camp is freaking out over Bobby Kennedy. They know he is definitely formidable when a third of your party hasn’t even formed an opinion on him yet. And two thirds of them want someone else other than Biden.
Again, this is one of the reasons why the Democrats moved the South Carolina primary ahead of Iowa and New Hampshire on the calendar, particularly Iowa. Iowa is way too unpredictable. Biden came in fourth, if I recall, in Iowa back in 2020.
And they don’t want to be embarrassed again like that. But like we’ve seen, it may all be too little, too late. RFK is rocking on the campaign trail, and if New Hampshire turns out to be a huge boost to his campaign, the populist right and a Trump ticket will appear all the more receptive to his populist message.
