We have to keep in mind how important it is to take care of ourselves, no matter what is going on in your personal life or in the world.
It’s like the message on the airplane, when the oxygen mask drops down, make sure to place it on your face before anyone else’s.
We have to make sure that we ourselves are good before we can be good for anyone else.

Could you invest more of your time and energy into joy?

When you do what brings you joy, you have essentially replaced the negative effects of the deep state with your God given, natural emotions and vibrations.
Like the old saying goes,

Now, with the word of the NEW VARIANT of Covid, let’s take some time to work on boosting our immune system so we can fight whatever we come in contact with!
Whatever it is…
When we have a strong immune system, we feel great, full of energy and feel ready for anything!
When our immune systems are weak, we feel tired, worn out, we get sick more often and have occurrences of headaches, digestive issues and low energy.
Our gut health is vitally important to our immune system.
Eating a clean diet is very important to your immune system.
Eating healthy foods and having a clean diet has been proven by science to keep 40% of the people infected with Covid-19 out of the hospital and 10% less likely to catch it, according to NaturalNews.com.
Try to limit processed foods and focus on organic fruits and vegetables.
Clean meat from your local butcher or farmer is your best bet for quality meat.
I think what needs to happen is people that are able to plant gardens should start that process and work within the community to share and barter for food.
We have given too much of our power up to these big companies who control the farming and food industry.
Let’s get back to small town values by growing our own food and looking out for our neighbors.

Let’s start with the most known and common immunity booster – VITAMIN C!
The best way to get a great dose of vitamin C is to (eat a whole bag if feeling a cold coming on) Cutie oranges or tangerines.

Yes, there are many other fruits and vegetables that have a good amount of vitamin C in them, such as, broccoli, strawberries, bell peppers, brussel sprouts, papaya, pineapple, mango, spinach, and citrus fruits.
