Summary
➡ The article discusses the legal issues surrounding former President Donald Trump, including a case where he was found guilty but sentencing has been indefinitely postponed. It also mentions the dismissal of charges related to mishandling of sensitive documents. The author criticizes the court system and expresses frustration with conservatives who support Trump despite these legal issues. The article ends with a discussion on media bias and double standards, and a brief mention of the band Midnight Oil’s advocacy for Aboriginal rights in Australia.
➡ The text discusses the importance of personal judgment and treating others well, rather than focusing on a global Judgment Day. It criticizes the mixing of politics and religion, and the misinterpretation of religious texts. The text also discusses the importance of understanding and preparing for one’s own end times, rather than speculating about a global end time. It concludes by emphasizing the value of time and love, and the assurance of God’s love.
➡ The text emphasizes the importance of gratitude, love, and connection with others. It encourages us to appreciate the love in our lives, be it from family, friends, or pets, and to be thankful for the sacrifices made for us. It also discusses the changes in the entertainment industry and the need to balance online connections with real-life interactions. Lastly, it urges us not to isolate ourselves because of differing beliefs, but to spread love and understanding.
➡ The host of the David Knight Show, Gardiner Goldsmith, discusses his views on acting, Hollywood, and the decentralization of media. He also talks about a controversial issue involving a transgender male athlete being allowed to play in a women’s college volleyball tournament, despite protests from female athletes. Goldsmith criticizes the government’s involvement in university sports and funding, arguing that it leads to problems like this. He believes that the original intent of Title IX, which was to ensure equal sports opportunities for men and women, is being misused to allow men posing as women to participate in women’s sports.
➡ The article discusses a controversy involving a transgender athlete on a women’s volleyball team, leading to other schools forfeiting games. It also covers a lawsuit filed by two high school girls against their school district for not allowing them to wear T-shirts supporting girls’ sports, which they believe are threatened by the inclusion of transgender athletes. The article criticizes the media’s portrayal of the situation and argues against the forced inclusion of transgender athletes in girls’ sports. It also suggests that public schools funded by taxes are a source of these conflicts.
➡ The text discusses a controversy on a campus where students question why some expressions of identity are allowed while others are not. It also criticizes the government’s handling of various issues, including the distribution of funds and the handling of the pandemic. The text further discusses Donald Trump’s choices for his administration and criticizes the proposed Surgeon General for her previous support of lockdowns and vaccinations. Lastly, it argues for natural immunity over vaccination and criticizes the promotion of masks and social distancing.
➡ The text discusses the low risk of COVID-19 transmission among children under 10, the importance of mask-wearing and social distancing, and the current vaccination eligibility for those aged 6 and older. It also criticizes the claims of Pfizer and Moderna about the effectiveness of their vaccines. The text further delves into the confusion and contradictions surrounding COVID-19 guidelines and the impact on daily life. Lastly, it introduces Sebastian Gorka, a naturalized US citizen from Hungary, who has been chosen by Donald Trump as an advisor against terrorism, and discusses some political issues related to Ukraine.
➡ A former Waffen SS trooper, who committed war crimes during World War II, was applauded in Canada, causing controversy. This event is part of a larger issue involving the manipulation of pro-Nazi forces by various administrations, including those of Reagan, Thatcher, and both Bushes, to counter Russia. This manipulation has led to economic interests and corporate favoritism, and NATO’s expansion into Iron Curtain countries, despite previous agreements. The article also discusses the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the involvement of various global powers, and the role of individuals like Sebastian Gorka, who has ties to British intelligence and has been involved in covert operations against Russia.
➡ Sebastian Gorka, known for his strong views on Russia and controversial history, has been appointed as a senior adviser to counterterrorism, a move that has raised concerns. The discussion also touched on the ancient Viking and Irish systems of dispute resolution, which were based on individual rights and community arbitration, suggesting these could be models for non-governmental governance. The host also mentioned various resources for further reading on these topics. The show ended with a reminder to support the show and a message about the importance of individual dignity and resisting control.
➡ The text discusses various political issues, including the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, anti-Semitism in the US, and the role of universities in political discourse. It criticizes former President Trump and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi for their stance on these issues. The author also discusses the concept of natural rights and criticizes philosopher John Locke’s arguments about the formation of governments. The text ends by questioning the logic behind Locke’s theories, which form the basis of the US government and the Declaration of Independence.
➡ The text discusses the author’s concerns about government overreach, particularly in relation to sanctions, the right to bear arms, and due process. It also criticizes certain political figures and their policies, including Lindsey Graham and Ms. Bondi. The author expresses worry about the potential for war, especially in relation to NATO and Russia, and criticizes the U.S.’s involvement in Ukraine. The text ends with a critique of Lindsey Graham’s associations with controversial figures in Ukraine.
➡ The article discusses the political and economic implications of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. It highlights the use of sanctions by the US and European countries against Russia, which led to Russia cutting off gas supplies, a move seen as weaponizing energy. The article also mentions the potential financial gains for the US from Ukraine’s agricultural sector and rare earth minerals. Lastly, it discusses the idea of shifting to a war economy, similar to what the US did during World War II, and the potential for a direct confrontation with Russia.
➡ The speaker discusses various topics, including the interpretation of the Constitution, the concept of anarchism, and the hypocrisy of Karl Marx. They criticize Donald Trump’s actions and policies, and express frustration with politicians and the media. They also discuss the inconsistency of Lindsey Graham’s views on the International Criminal Court, and share personal experiences related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The speaker hopes to encourage critical thinking and open dialogue about these issues.
➡ The text discusses the moral dilemma of being forced to harm one person to save many, and relates this to societal issues like immigration and government control. It questions the morality of conforming to rules set by others and the right to refuse participation in perceived immoral acts. The text also discusses resistance to Donald Trump’s deportation plans by various Democrat leaders, and the legality of federal troops enforcing immigration laws within states. It concludes by questioning the central planning system and suggesting that it may be better to not have such a system.
➡ The article discusses the controversy around immigration control and border walls in the U.S. It criticizes politicians for not adhering to the Constitution and questions the legality of federal immigration control. The author argues that the only legitimate borders are those established on private property, and criticizes the use of taxpayer money for border walls. The article also touches on the issue of carbon credits and the manipulation of climate data, suggesting that these are tactics to extract money from wealthier nations.
➡ After intense discussions at the COP 29 climate conference, world leaders agreed to provide $300 billion annually by 2035 to help developing countries deal with climate change. However, New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s decision to offer tax-funded rebates for green appliances has sparked controversy. Critics argue that this approach forces taxpayers to fund purchases they may not support, and that it’s part of a larger plan to control what appliances people have in their homes. They suggest that if these green technologies are truly beneficial, they should be able to succeed in the market without government subsidies.
➡ The David Knight Show invites listeners to contribute and check out David Knight’s offerings on various platforms. The show also features a guest, Angry Tiger, who discusses spirituality, God, Christ, the Bible, family, and friends. The conversation emphasizes the importance of unconditional love, forgiveness, and personal growth in the context of Christian faith. The discussion also critiques the political manipulation of religious beliefs and emphasizes that spiritual growth is more important than worldly gains.

And we’ll take a big look at warfare on your dime. Plus a special conversation with Angry Tiger about being thankful at this time of the year. Well, it’s a big, big pleasure to be here with you everyone on the David Knight show every Monday through Friday starting at 9am Eastern time, going until noon time. I have been a follower of David’s for years and have absorbed so much information and gotten such great ministry from David Knight. I’m Gardner Goldsmith and I’m just honored to be here once more with you filling in for David as he and the family take some deserved time off and they get to see the next generations.
I get to speak with Travis last night. Their baby’s doing great and I got to speak with a number of other folks who one of them will be on the show today, one likely will be on the show tomorrow and also on the show. Looks like on the show tomorrow. We’ll also be welcoming Scott Horton, he of Antiwar.com and the Libertarian Institute. And his new book provoked about the United States many decades of provocations leading up to the overthrow of Ukraine in 2013. 2014. It is out. Scott and I have known each other for a long time.
Libertarian Institute published this 700 page epic tome and it is just remarkable. So we’ll be looking at talking to Scott tomorrow when I fill in and it looks like we’ll be able to. I’m just waiting on the final word on that. I’ll also do a little plug for this one is enough already. Time to end the war on terrorism on my program Liberty Conspiracy, which can be heard Monday through Friday at 6pm on Rockfin, on Rumble on Twitter X. And my Twitter X is @GuardGoldsmith and on YouTube. As long as YouTube doesn’t censor us, that’s liberty conspiracy.
At 6, I was reading segments from Enough Already by Scott Horton about the CIA proxy, not just CIA, United States government drone attacks on people, but also the proxy drone attacks that they offered to some of the leaders to whom they were cozying up in Yemen years ago during the Obama administration. So I can’t wait to talk to Scott. It’s remarkable to see he was just on the Piers Morgan program last week and did a bang up job expounding the information, the history about the United States involvement overseas, contrary to the US Constitution, contrary to basic human ethics.
And you know, I’ve taught philosophy, I’ve taught economics and ethics, and it’s the operation of the United States government and all political systems. There’s such great examples not only of pernicious characters who get into those offices, but the ways that they use rhetoric and the ways that many people get drawn into fighting within that system. So in our conversation with Tiger today, we’re going to pull away from that a little bit and talk about our relationship with God, which will be very, very nice. He’ll only be with us for about 15 minutes or so. He’s in the midst of working.
But it’s going to be great to talk to him and it’s great to see everyone. Give me the heads up on the audio if you can. I really appreciate that you might have already done that. I see already some of the crowd who comes into the David Knight show and some of the crowd, thanks to David, who come over to my program on Liberty Conspiracy, are in the audience. Thank you very much. And a hearty hello to you. Thanks for making my debut this day, a nice one. Of course, I filled in for David before, but it always feels new when you’re coming in.
You’re very nervous. And our Russian compatriots here, because this is of course where I spread the Russian propaganda from the studio in deepest, darkest Russia, are already getting ready to put the quotes up on the screen from X. I can see it now. Thank you, gentlemen. Thank you, Vladimir. Well done. Vladimir Putin put this up. And fellow conspirator, I can’t believe, says Big G, always great seeing you. Good morning. And good morning to you as well. It’s great to see you. And he says audio sounds loud and clear. Thank you. That’s wonderful, just wonderful. And we see this as well.
Time for some coffee. And what do we have here? From Steve? Steve Swan from Maine says, guard, what are you doing up so early? I know, I know. It’s, it’s, it’s crazy. It’s the Russians. I’m on Russian time right now. Don’t forget when you come from Vladis Vostok, New Hampshire, we also have me Moore Hello. Good to see you. Mary Ellen, she says thanks for being here. Looking forward to your analysis and guests. Thank you. Me coming from a sharp mind like yours, that makes me feel terrific. I really appreciate it. We’ll check in and see what else is happening with everybody.
But let’s take a look on our schedule for the David Knight show Today for this 26th day of Novembre, the year 8095, no, of course, the year 2024, year of our Lord. Well, we’ve got a lot scheduled today. So let’s get right to it. On the David Knight show today, everybody. Let’s take a quick look at some of the very brief news on Donald Trump and the courts. We’re going to do a quick court update at the start of things. We’re talking about Jack Smith and the documents case. Plus a quick reminder about the story from New York a few days ago so that news cycle amnesia doesn’t creep in just to let people know about what stands for Donald Trump as far as the hush money case for which he was found guilty on multiple, multiple counts and for which I think constitutionally he could be actually put in jail.
But they’re waiting and it looks like they’re going to be dropping that. We’ll see on that. We’ll also look at something that I brought up last night and folks seem to appreciate this. We’re going to give a quick news flash that has to do with some of Donald Trump’s picks, in particular, Ms. Bondi for attorney general. She who already has given her explicit, outspoken, you might say enthusiastic response to red flag laws in Cal in Florida. And she sat right next to Donald Trump, who also gave his excited response to the idea of taking away people’s firearms without any due process, breaching the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th amendments.
So half of the Bill of rights plus the 14th amendment pretty much. We’re also going to be discussing some of his other dangerous picks. For example, Sebastian Gorka, I discussed this on Liberty Conspiracy last night just to give you a quick blush of Sebastian Gorka, who’s being brought in as terrorist security advisor. Sebastian Gorka and I have never had any interaction except a few years ago. I figured, you know, I do work for MrCTV. I’ve come over from MRCTV this morning doing some things for them this morning, coming in to join you here in the David Knight Show.
And just some, some quick brush ups for the MRCTV folks. And I thought, you know, maybe there are some interconnections that we have. So I’LL go over. I didn’t know that much about him. I thought he was a fairly conservative guy. I’ll go over and check him out on X. I’ll connect with him on Friends. He had already blocked me and we never, we literally had had zero, absolutely zero interaction prior to that. This is probably maybe five or six years ago. And I think it’s because of my posts about Ukraine, because I’ve been sort of an investigative reporter on Ukraine since 2013, covering what was going on at the time.
So he’s a big fan of the United States toppling governments. He seems to really enjoy that. We’re going to be talking about him. And we’ll also talk about the surgeon general pick and we’ll look at state and local Democrat politicians vowing defiance to any Trump mass deportation attempt. We’ll look at the cop 29 so called agreement, which is essentially just big handoffs from your tax pockets into the third world nations that say that they’ve got to have that in order to get up to speed on, you know, fighting the boogeyman. And then we’re going to look at states of confusion over men and women in sports, really boys and girls in high school.
Sports is one of the, one of the big ones. So thanks for being here, everybody. I really appreciate you joining the program. And if you have the opportunity, spread the word about the show. And remember, as we close off the month, even though I’m filling in for David, I hope that I can engender people to contribute to David’s show and of course, donate, follow him, do whatever you can to support the program because he goes without commercials. And it’s really astounding. It’s an amazing thing. So let’s get into it, everybody, and get your comments ready as we look at our first story.
In fact, let’s do this. Let’s go, you know where, to the courtrooms one and all. Let’s go to. Yes, that’s right. I think they might be looking at some super secret documents there that Donald Trump took away from the White House. Oh, wow. What’s this? Did you read the Epstein files? Nah. Okay, there you go, everybody, everybody. It’s a little courtroom drama coming to us via the wonderful and always upstanding Jack Smith and the wonderful, always upstanding Donald Trump. Well, if you didn’t get to see the news yesterday, here it is. This is it. New York judge grants Trump request to file motion to dismiss charges, Cancel sentencing indefinitely.
Now, this is from a couple days ago, but I want to remind people about this one. This is Judge Juan Mershon. Now, this is the case on which Donald Trump was already found guilty. Okay. This is a sentencing case. And I wanted to bring this up right off the bat on the show because it just seems to me that so many Trump fans are so willing to overlook their constitution for the United States. If they’re voting to put someone into that office, then they might want to pay attention to the way that the Constitution has rules for a lot of other things.
And when it comes to the courts and it comes to the president, he was found guilty over things he did before he was president, so he didn’t have any presidential immunity and he was found guilty after he was president. So any sensible judge easily could sentence him to go to prison for being found guilty for his hush money. Now, as a voluntarist Christian, as an anarchist, I don’t support the polis, the political system in any way. I believe that no human being has a moral prerogative and is granted any power from God to claim power over any other adult.
That’s just the way that I look at it with families and children. It’s different if we’re adults. I can’t claim power over you. And if I add numbers to my group of people claiming power over you, or write a piece of paper that says we will have power over you and in perpetuity, future generations can use this piece of paper to claim that we have power over you. It still doesn’t give us any more authority or future generations any more so called authority over anybody. It’s just a group of people claiming they have power over people.
That’s all it is. But when it comes to their system, the court system, they agree to certain rules and those rules actually allow for Judge Mershon to sentence Donald Trump. But a lot of people said, oh no, no, he was, if you do that, people will be charging people, charging presidents with crimes just to slow them down. Well, again, he was charged for things he did not while he was president, but before he was president, and he was found guilty after he left office. So how does that apply? It doesn’t apply. It doesn’t apply. All the wishful thinking and all the dreaming doesn’t apply in that hush money case.
That’s why Judge Napolitano said, yeah, on those 30 plus counts, he’s at risk of going to prison, but he probably won’t, which is exactly the way that it looks right now, as Judge Mershon has indefinitely put it off. And he has allowed Donald Trump to request to file a motion to dismiss the charges even though he’s been found guilty. It’s just ridiculous. So then we’ve got the latest from Jack Smith and of course, Jack Smith. Let me, let me hop over here. The Jack Smith situation. Looks like Jack Smith is dropping his charges on the special counsel going after him on the documents case.
So here it is from CBS News, DATELINE Washington Special counsel seeks to end bid to revive documents case against Trump okay, so he’s not going to bother anymore. Jack Smith is done and a lot of conservatives are very happy. DATELINE Washington Special counsel Jack Smith on Monday sought to end his bid to revive the case against President elect Donald Trump arising from his alleged mishandling of sensitive government documents, which looks like if they’re sensitive government documents, why are we paying for them and we can’t see them? That’s also kind of a moral problem, which would bring to a close the historic and unprecedented case against the nation’s 45th and 47th president.
Again, how is it that people can claim that they’re in order to protect you, they’re going to force you to pay for your protection? That doesn’t sound like protection to me. And then they can make all these documents and hide the documents and they can make rules, which I don’t even think Donald Trump actually broke those rules for the documents. But it is, it is truly amazing. And when we look at some of these folks on the conservative side, it flusters me sometimes because I usually get along so well with very staunch conservative people. But with Donald Trump and in other cases, when it comes to things like national defense and it comes to the military industrial complex or reducing the size of the military or closing bases around the world the way Ron Paul suggested or the so called war on terror and blowback, they just, you know, they seem to first dismiss the Constitution.
They do the same thing with immigration. The word immigration isn’t in the federal constitution. It’s a state issue. And this is the sort of thing where you say, look, I thought you had a standard. And can we talk about that just a little bit and just see if maybe I can convince you to try to hold that standard if I can show you the evidence. Or are you going to just stray away even as you criticize the left and the Democrats for not abiding by the Constitution? You know, they stood up Strong on Roe vs Wade.
They said it’s a state issue. Many conservatives right pro life people said it’s a state issue. Now, the 14th Amendment actually would make it such that if states have Statutes that prohibit and punish people for taking the lives of other human beings. The 14th Amendment Equal Protection clause says you’ve got to apply that equally to all human beings. So that would apply to human beings in the womb. They’re human, they have distinct DNA and they’re being, they started living at the moment of conception. So a lot of people don’t look at that. But when it comes to conservatives, many of them actually get that point.
Bob Smith, former senator, very conservative man, he brought that up to me very early on years ago and. But conservatives stray away when it comes to immigration and they focus and rah rah and cheer Donald Trump so much that now you’ve got a new media bloc that has arisen and everyone’s cheering the death of the old media bloc. MSNBC and others, cnn, msnbc, likely to be sold off by the parent company of NBC because they’re not making any money. People contemplating whether Elon Musk might buy it, that sort of thing. But they’re not looking at the double standards of some of the people in their own media.
So, hey, if I’m missing the mark, please let me know and offer your comments. But let’s take a look at the applause for some of Donald Trump’s picks and the applause for supporting foreign nations with weapons when there’s nothing in the constitution that allows that, calling these nations allies, even though the United States has not declared war since World War II. Last night I put together something that on my program on liberty conspiracy, I call the News Flash. And one of my favorite bands is a band from Australia called Midnight Oil. And some of you in the audience probably know Midnight Oil, they hit it really big with a song called Beds Are Burning about the plight of the Aboriginals in Queensland.
And I’ve actually been there and, you know, a lot of their land was just taken by the, by the Australian government. The Australian government allowed people to legally kill Aboriginals and actually bring their scalps into the government to get money. They could be legally killed. Up until 1948 or 1950, they didn’t even think they had a language before World War II. They didn’t recognize their property rights, Midnight Oil, even though they’re sort of left wing on a bunch of other causes. They did a great job for the Aboriginals with that song Beds Are Burning. They actually got a property document from Queensland that showed for this particular tribe that it was a property, a property, basically a property claim that came in before.
A lot of that land was taken by the government. They gave them back, I think almost 50% of the land. So that’s what the song Beds Are Burning is about. You know, it belongs to them. We’ve got to give it back. And I think that’s actually one of the worst songs. I like a lot more of their powerful songs. But early on in Midnight Oil’s career, they did a song about the beach called Bondi Beach. And even though Ms. Pamela Bondi is pronounced Bondi, I can’t help pronouncing it Bondi, because for years, since I was a kid, I’ve listened to Catch the Bus to Bondi.
So I put it together last night for my audience for Liberty Conspiracy and what I call the News Flash. I try to do these little music videos that mix contemporary news cuts and things like that. And I thought it would be pertinent to bring up here on the David Knight show and see what you think about this, because it has some cuts of Pam Bondi when she was Attorney General of Florida and Donald Trump. Plus a little reminder to maybe people who are big pro constitutionalists, or at least they think they are, that they shouldn’t be applauding sending weapons to Israel, regardless of what side they might believe is in the right, whether it’s the Israeli Zionist implanted government there or it’s the Palestinian Semitic Palestinians who lived there before and for generations now have lived in an occupation.
I think you might know my side of things. So let’s go with that news flash and check it out, because I think you might find it interesting. And I do want to remind myself and folks who might be fans of Donald Trump that maybe Mr. Trump didn’t exactly make the right choice. So we have some music from the Aussies, but a lot of American issues. Here we go. You’ll see the symbol for my show there, Pam. Democrats like Alan Dershowitz have sounded the alarm over the growing virulent strain of Jew haters in the Democrat Party. It appears their agents in the unfair press are carrying that water.
It is dangerous, is it not? Yeah, it’s very dangerous, Chris. It’s extremely dangerous. And, you know, you look around, the thing that’s really the most troubling to me, these students in universities in our country, whether they’re here as Americans or if they’re here on student visas, and they’re out there saying, I support Hamas. You and I have seen that on all of these television shows. Frankly, they need to be taken out of our country or the FBI needs to be interviewing them right away when they’re saying, I support Hamas. I am Hamas. That’s not saying I support all these poor Palestinians who are trapped in Gaza.
That’s not what they’re saying. So I think their student visas need to be revoked. I think we need to reinstate President Trump’s travel ban immediately. There’s a lot of things that can be done to stop this. But yeah, the antisemitism is rampant throughout this country country now. And it’s truly, truly heartbreaking to see what’s happening to all of our Jewish friends in this country by really just, I think a lot of ignorant kids and students and people who don’t understand that Hamas equals terrorism even worse at its worst. I’ll take it to the but I’ll leave it as a mer forecast to sleep better catch the bus up under to the beach and wonder who can wear my fashion wear.
The place is so, so fast. You’re going to bring in something called the gun violence restraining order. So if someone is civilly committed and typically you can hold for up to 72 hours, but people are getting out within 24 hours, the majority of them. So what we want to do is let law enforcement come in and take the guns. So to any ally, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, if you try to help the icc, we’re going to sanction you. Well, that means I want every ally. And you saw little Justin in Canada and his position. What should the penalty be? We should crush your economy because we’re next.
Whole Arabic, Muslim, Islamic world is sort of behind the Palestinians, behind Gaza and supports them. Why are they not helping them? Why are they not taking in the Palestinian refugees? I don’t understand it. I don’t understand why they can’t send humanitarian aid. And I’m sure they have in limited capacity, but why don’t they take in the 2 million refugees into their own country? Because they’re Palestinians and that’s their land. They don’t want to leave. As a German, you don’t want to leave Germany and move into Poland. Yeah, but there you go. A little taste of what we put together last night for the Program for Liberty conspiracy, showing very clearly that Donald Trump picks someone who already shows that she has disqualified herself from any, any position within the United States government.
And Donald Trump disqualified himself numerous times and still disqualifies himself by claiming that he is not going to acknowledge the fact that the federal government shouldn’t be sending money to universities in any way whatsoever, but instead thinking that the government should be sending money to universities and then using that as a lever to get the universities to silence dissent on campuses that as you saw Ms. Bondi thinks is pro Hamas, despite the fact that most of the people who are protesting there are saying they want peace, they’re not pro terrorist. And the people who are slaughtering the vast majority of folks are doing it with US Weapons on our dime.
The universities have investments in the occupation state, in Israel, of Israel. The government of the United States has propped up Israel to the tune of $3.8 billion with military aid every year inside every budget. So Ms. Bondi seems to think that that is awful, and Donald Trump seems to think that protesting that, protesting that is awful. And Donald Trump seems to think that he can use our money to try to pressure universities to silence those things. As I’ve mentioned, when you get federal money or anybody claiming that something is public when it should be private, that gets everybody arguing over how it’s going to be managed.
When you turn something into the Commons, you make it unmanageable. You have to allow for private property ownership. Those universities shouldn’t be getting any tax money whatsoever, whether it’s from the federal government, constitutionally, or the state governments. And that’s also not just constitutional, but on an ethical basis, that is the way that human beings usually get along a lot better by not picking each other’s pockets and spending it on something causing dissent and fractious argumentation over how that money is going to be spent. Well, we can clearly see that Donald Trump and Ms. Bondi are in favor of continuing the bloodshed in the Middle east or ending it by ramping it up very quickly and then basically just allowing the Israelis to move into that area.
But in addition to that, I want to make sure that I stress that there are other forces like Lindsey Graham talking about sanctions. And if we look at this philosophically, John Locke in his treatise, the Second Treatise of Government, which he wrote in 1670 without his name on it, because there was the big confrontation between the Catholics and the Protestants was still going on at the tail end of the British Civil wars and so on. And so they were wondering whether there was going to be an Orange King, a Protestant, which of course, they did have coming in from Holland afterwards, or it was going to be a Catholic.
Well, he was radically Protestant, and he wrote the two treatises of government as a way to try to say, look, you don’t have any divine right of kings, and people have natural rights locked. Actually said he, he messed up a number of times within his treatise, his Second Treatise, but he said that men get together to form governments because they have natural rights. And if they were Left without a government, they’d be in the so called state of nature. And that would turn into a perpetual state of war of man against man. So he said men get together and governments are formed, he said, using the passive tense to ensure people’s rights.
Of course, he doesn’t state that governments exist only by claiming people’s private property and that that is an abridgment of rights. And he also didn’t mention that logically he thought that people couldn’t get together in the state of nature. It would be a perpetual state of war. They couldn’t handle their own lives to come up with their own agreements peacefully through private contract, just on their own, that they couldn’t come up with some sort of adjudication systems like history has shown that the ancient Vikings and the ancient Iris had. Without any governments, without any taxes. He thought that people were incapable of organizing that way without a government.
Well, if they’re incapable of organizing that way without a government, how can they organize to form the government and then force people who aren’t part of it to become part of it? So Locke, Locke didn’t have a very solid argument when one studies it in philosophy class. But it is the system on which the US Government, the Declaration of Independence, are built. That’s the foundation. It’s the concept of natural rights. And the idea was for Locke, avoiding the so called state of war. Well, if we look at sanctions, if we look at the government, just the basic existence of the government.
If you don’t want to pay for the government, what will happen to you? Yes, it’s a constant, always boiling state of war against you. People have just gotten used to the temperature, that’s all. And sanctions against foreigners are sanctions against us. That’s what Lindsey Graham wants. That sort of talk is absolutely tyrannical, totalitarian and crazy. And it’s economically destructive. It’s amazing to see what you can see in those clips. And of course, I have to say, I’m afraid Ms. Bondi will get approved. And she already has shown her absolute antipathy to the right to keep and bear arms and to do process.
You don’t take the guns first and give due process later, because that’s not due process. That’s the whole point. Unfortunately, people who buy into the government, I being an anarchist, they seem to think that it’s okay to have the government define due process. So there you go. They’ll redefine it any way they can, if they can get away with it. So let’s take a quick look at what some of the United States policies have wrought. And a little bit more at Lindsey Graham. Like to look at some of the warfare information and then we’ll go back and take a look at a couple more of those picks for Donald Trump.
Want to do those in chunks. So we have Bondi and we have her backing for red flag laws. She of course, with Donald Trump who had the bump stock ban. She doesn’t seem to like due process. And she’s redefining what is a protest on a college campus and thinks, yeah, you know, those foreigners should be shipped out. Well, the United States is not at war. The United States has no power over immigration. As Thomas Jefferson said in the fourth Kentucky resolution which had its anniversary on November 11th or 10th in the fourth Kentucky resolve, he said it is a state purview regarding foreigners on state soil.
Let’s talk a little bit about war. I want to get a theme for this from Edwin Starr. What a voice he had. What is it good for? Absolutely. Now listen to me. Oh, I despise costing me destruction of this life war. Me is Tim the thousands of when their son go to fight and lose their life. I said, w boy, what a voice that man had, huh? I didn’t know. Someone informed me on liberty conspiracy that Edwin Starr passed away. I believe he was 61 years old when he passed away. So rest your soul, sir. What a voice and what a talent.
You know, I mentioned the Kentucky Resolutions. Just I’ll give you this information if you’re ever interested. Check out. There he is. Good stuff. Check out the 10th Amendment Center. They’re very, very good. It’s not a non profit organization, but you can contribute to them. Michael Bolden is the man behind it. Yeah, There it was, November 11, 2024, the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798. And number four was Jefferson stating from the Alien act that the presence of foreigners on state soil is a matter for the states. And he was absolutely right. Absolutely right. Let’s get into some of that warfare coverage and some of the information on Lindsey Graham coming up.
First, let’s talk about top NATO officials going over to Ukraine first telling European businesses to get ready for war. Unbelievable. They’re ramping things up. The French are again talking about sending troops to Ukraine. They’ve given their permission to use essentially the equivalent of the ATACMS missiles that can go about 190 miles that the United States illegally, unconstitutionally gave to Ukraine. The French have given them missiles like that too. They’re very similar to the Storm Shadow missiles that the British have given them. And they require foreign expertise to make them operate. So that means the United States was engaged in long of a mid range missile firings against the Russians and so were the Brits without any declaration of war.
So let’s hear about what NATO is saying to some of their friends. Great. So another concerning report here, Dave DeCamp. By the way, the Dave DeCamp podcast video casts are put out just around midnight Monday through Friday. Sunday night into Monday morning it’s Anti war dot com. Check them out. They are terrific people. And of course Scott Horton was one of the, I think he was one of the founders of Anti war dot com. We’ll continue. Here we go. And then the next one here a top NATO official tells European businesses to get ready for war.
So the head of NATO’s military committee has called on European businesses to prepare for a wartime scenario amid soaring tensions between the Western military alliance and Russia. So this is Dutch Admiral Rob Bauer. He said that Western businesses must adjust to become less vulnerable to both Russia and China. He said, quote, if we can make sure all that all crucial services and goods can be delivered no matter what, then that is a key part of our deterrence, end quote. He also said that energy supplies could be targeted or used as weapons of war. He said, quote, we’re seeing that with the growing number of sabotage acts and Europe has seen that with energy supply.
We thought we had a deal with Gazprom, but we actually had a deal with Putin. And the same goes for Chinese owned infrastructure and goods. We actually have a deal with Chinese President Xi Jinping. So I want to pause that there everybody, because anybody who’s been aware of what NATO has been involved with, what the Brits have been experiencing due to their own malfeasance, the energy problems that they’ve had. The statements about Russian energy are quite fatuous. Not Dave’s statements, but coming out of NATO because many of the NATO countries and the EU have put blocks against Russian energy exports.
That was one of the main reasons why the United States started to engage in demonizing Russia in 2009 because the Russian government had dropped long term US debt because of the American Recovery act under Obama. They knew they’d get paid back over the long term with much, much less valuable dollars because of the number of dollars that were being printed in the inflationary cycle to pump up all that torque that Obama put out there. So they said, why buy These bonds, the 10 year treasury bond, when we know over 10 years the dollar is going to be buying less and less and less.
So they started to stock up on gold, and so did the Chinese. That was in 2009. And then the United States, of course, started to try to rail against Syria because Russia was going to work with Syria to get a pipeline going through Syria for natural gas. The Arabs, who at that time had a lot more interest in the US Petrodollar, now they’ve dropped it. Saudi Arabians have dropped it. They didn’t like that competition. So the United States worked to alienate Russia. And it got worse and worse and worse. When they had the election of Viktor Yanukovych In December of 2013, the United States government started to move to overthrow Yanukovych.
He had already been elected once before in around 2000. And they had an overthrow in the Orange Revolution there that brought in a different leader who was favorable to the United States. And just shortly after that, Dick Lugar and Barack Obama, around 2005, 2006, went into Ukraine and opened up all those bioweapons plants that Victoria Nuland acknowledged just a couple years ago in front of Senator Marco Rubio when she called the Ukrainians. The Ukrainians and said that they were working to try to secure the research materials in those labs. Yeah, they opened up a bunch of other labs too, in Latvia and Lithuania as well.
One of them actually has Lugar’s name on it. So if anybody, you know, wants to know about this, Some great documentaries by those evil people RT covering all this. I’ve shown segments on Liberty Conspiracy. And so they then put in the new new government in Ukraine in 2014. There’s the infamous F the EU phone call from Victoria Nuland, which, when people get past the F the EU part, Her conversation with Jeffrey Pyatt includes their plans to put in the new government under Yatsenyuk, working with people like Tianibak of the Slovak party. I mentioned him probably two or three times a week.
Sorry to make it tiresome for the Liberty Conspiracy audience. He’s the head of the Slovak party in Ukraine at that time. He’s a Nazi there. I have photos of him doing the Hitler salute. I have photos of him shaking hands with Joe Biden and John McCain on stage with John McCain, Amy Klobuchar and Chris Murphy, the senator from Connecticut. So those are the types of people with whom they’ve associated as they claim they’re not anti Semitic. Figure that one out. And that is, oh, yeah, Lindsey Graham, also the big booster for Israel. And yet, of course, he’ll hang out, no problem, shake hands and hug Nazis in Ukraine, which he did over and over again.
There are photographs of it. There is video of him speaking in front of members of the Azov battalion. So this is not something that can be questioned. And yet their morals and ethics, their double standards are never questioned by so many people, especially in the pop media. They trot people out, like Lindsey Graham on Fox News to spout his nonsense about sanctions. Well, the sanctions haven’t worked out too well for the Europeans for their energy, and they’re saying it’s going to get worse. Dave continues. Quote, so here I’m talking about weaponizing energy. This was something back in 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine, the US and all these European countries started sanctioning Russia.
And Biden’s out there saying that they’re trying to destroy the Russian economy, turn the ruble into rubble. And then Russia started cutting off some gas deliveries. And then they turn around and say, that’s Russia weaponizing energy. Exactly, Exactly. It’s just incredible. Anybody with a memory of a couple years just must be scratching his head saying, oh, I commiserate with all you folks. It’s good to have some friends. When it was a response to the sanctions, which were a response to the invasion. But it’s just, it was really kind of, I remember just seeing that happen in real time, you know, all these sanctions, all this tough talk about destroying Russia’s economy, and then Russia starts eliminating gas sales to Europe, and they all got mad about it.
So Bauer also said Western economies were too dependent on China. He said, quote, businesses need to be prepared for a wartime scenario and adjust their production and distribution lines according accordingly. Because while it may be the military who wins battles, it’s the economies that win wars, end quote. So more talk of war from NATO officials. This isn’t really anything new for Bauer. Last year he was, he called for NATO countries to consider shifting to a war economy where civilian factories would begin producing military goods similar to what the U.S. did during World War II. And at the time, he said that NATO was ready for a direct confrontation with Russia.
Today, of course, that direct confrontation is much more likely in the wake of all these escalations. You’re not a child, so take that off real quick. And just to mention, I’d also like to mention this guy Bauer. I want to look into this guy Bauer because I can’t say it with full confidence, but I would lay a pretty sizable bed that he has a lot of friends who are involved with the UN and I would bet you anything that Mr. Bauer has a lot of friends who are associated with the climate cult, which is A massive draw from economic productivity.
They just finished cop 29. We’ll tell you about the money they want to send to the third world nations and all the regulations that go all the way into people’s appliances in New York. We’ll tell you about that. I did a video for MRCTV about Kathy Hochul’s big plans with your money on the federal side. Here is the additional information to round this off about Lindsey Graham, Ukraine war is all about money. So this article is from Responsible Statecraft by Stavrula Pabst. So Lindsey Graham, I actually saw this clip going around. I thought it was old.
I thought he said something like this, but before, but I guess not. Lindsey Graham said outright on a recent appearance on Fox News, it was last week that the war in Ukraine is about money. Namely, Graham told Fox News host Sean Hannity that the US Stands to financially gain from Ukraine’s vast agricultural sector and 2 to 7 trillion dollars worth of rare earth minerals alike in a prospective, prospective wartime deal with the war torn, albeit resource wealthy nation. He said, quote, this war is all about, is about money. People don’t talk much about it, but you know, the richest country in all of Europe for rare earth minerals is Ukraine, 2 to 7 trillion dollars worth of minerals that are rare earth minerals.
Very relevant to the 21st century. Ukraine’s ready to do a deal with us, not the Russians. So it’s in our interest to make sure that Russia doesn’t take over the place. Ukraine is the breadbasket of the developing world. 50% of all the food going to Africa comes from Ukraine, end quote. He also emphasized that the incoming Trump administration is uniquely positioned to cash out on such resources. He said, quote, donald Trump is going to do a good deal to get our money back to enrich ourselves with rare earth minerals, a good deal for Ukraine and us and he’s going to bring peace, end quote.
So just kind of amazing. So this is what I was thinking of back in September. He did mention the, the, the minerals, the rare earth minerals. He said the Ukrainians were sitting on a trillion dollars worth of minerals that could be good to the US Economy. So that was in September when he said that. So, you know, just saying it’s all about money, this war. Another thing Graham likes to say and other American politicians is that this war is good because we’re killing Russians and Americans aren’t dying. So, you know, these are their justifications to keep this, keep this proxy war going, keep this slaughter going in eastern Ukraine.
Well stated, Dave DeCamp. Good job. Good job. Had a very interesting question and we’ll get the guys from Russia to post this on the screen here on the David Knight Show. Anthony on X says and thank you for the question Anthony. He says what are your solutions as an anarchist anarchist that you keep claiming you are. You sound like the leftist. Well, just to let you know, you know, my solution is to leave my neighbor alone. I believe I have the moral authority to tell my neighbor how to live his life. I don’t have the authority to engage in aggressive acts by gathering more numbers of people to say now it’s valid and we can tell you how to live your life.
Whether it be the gangland force of so called democracy or it be the multiple step back force of so called constitutional republic with supposed protections in it which Lysander spooner in the 19th century said they don’t seem to have stopped the growth of government and the special interests using the label of governance to control other people. I want to reduce the powers that some people claim over others as much as possible. I look back into history at things like the ancient Brienne law. I look at the Viking age Iceland which both, both of which were non statist systems, non political systems.
They were based on clans and tribes. They didn’t force people to pay for their own protection through taxation. So again if it’s protection, just try not paying for it sometime and find out how much they want to protect you. They’re protecting themselves. They’re taking money and claiming that they are your protectors. I didn’t ask for that and I don’t ask for it. I don’t want it and I don’t want to force it on somebody else. I don’t want to say hey guess what? Yeah, I got a group of people here and everything’s great. We’ve decided that we have enough people to form a government and you’re part of it now.
Oh, I’m sorry. We’ve taken away your volition and your natural rights that God gave you. Well, that’s okay. It’s for your own good. I can’t do that. God gave that other person those rights to be that individual. And of course in a practical way it’ll just come back on me. That’s why everybody argues and fights about the state. As Frederick Bastier said, the state is that great fiction by which everyone tries to endeavors to live off of everyone else. I quoted it for an MRCTV piece just a little while ago. It’s in my video. So I would be satisfied with the constitutional level and that’s why often I try to bring up to people how many people who claim that they’re constitutionalists have these double standards.
Lindsey Graham swears an oath to the Constitution. There’s absolutely zero power, so called power. And it’s not a real power. It’s their rules for their game that they force on us, okay? And that goes to the founders as well. They, they can’t sign a document for me, okay? It just, I can’t sign a document for somebody else. And I certainly can’t sign a document that claims there will be positions of power over other people in perpetuity. That’s completely immoral and unethical. It doesn’t work that way. I can’t do that to you in your life now, and I can’t do it to somebody else in his life in the future.
So on a philosophical, ethical, moral basis, even the Constitution is illegitimate. On a personal human rights basis, nobody can claim power over another adult. That’s aggressive. But the point about it is that in the situation we’ve got, at least I try to remind people this is the way your system is supposed to work. I can show you the words here. Mr. Mr. Graham, here’s this. I can show you the document about the constitutional. I can show you the Constitution and what it says about immigration, which is the word isn’t in there. It’s a state issue. I can show you the Kentucky resolution number four.
I can show you the Virginia resolve written by Madison. Pretty much the same day it was that pretty much that week said the same thing. I can mention the Qi Long case, Qi Long v. Freeman, 1875, when the Supreme Court just invented a federal control over immigration. So all these things are, I’m merely trying to just remind people about what I see as the benchmarks, the stepping stones that should be there for people to recognize if they claim they’re Constitutionalists. I would be very satisfied if the government would get back, if those politicians would get back more towards their oaths.
On an honesty level, that would be incredibly satisfying just to know that there were more people like Thomas Massie in there, you know, but philosophically, on, on an ethical and moral basis, I can’t say that I support the political control over someone else. A lot of people think that anarchism is violence. That’s just the way it was re resurfaced. It was given a new patina by a lot of leftists who call themselves anarchists in the early 1900s, 1920s, 1930s and so on. They weren’t anarchists, they were socialist. Collectivists. They were typically Marxists and they weren’t anarchists at all.
Marx needs the dictatorship of the proletariat to take away people’s private property, which is incredibly disrespectful of other people’s lives. And he says that the state will wither away. It won’t wither away because the now there’s a dictatorship and people won’t give up the dictatorship. They have control over other people. You don’t stop control over other people by creating a new entity of control over other people. Marx is way off base. He was a massive hypocrite as well. He didn’t like, he didn’t like the idea of inheritance he wanted. He put that into his Communist Manifesto.
And yet in his personal life, they have letters going back and forth between him and his mother and his sister after his father died, because he was demanding more from his inheritance before he even should have gotten it, before it was all worked out. He alienated his sister. She didn’t even want to talk to him. He was a nasty dude. Marx. So anyway, so that’s, that’s the way that I look at it. And I, I hope that I can engender some people who are big supporters of Donald Trump, not in an angry way, even though I think there is sufficient evidence to show justified anger, rancor, righteous indignation about some of the things that Donald Trump has done, whether it be drone striking people overseas, assassinating Soleimani, the jabs, the emergency order on March 13, 2020, that basically made the dominoes start falling inside the states, the bump stock ban, the support for red flag statutes, this idea that the people who say one thing on college campuses could trigger the federal government not giving the money that it’s already not supposed to be giving.
You know, these sorts of things. He says he’s going to eliminate the Department of Education, and yet he’s still going to have federal money going out for education, not recognizing that life does begin in the womb. It’s a very simple syllogism. So these are the sorts of things that hopefully, even though they can get me, you know, frustrated, sometimes angry, and I can express things, you know, sometimes with a lot of force. I try to give it, give it a bit of a softer presentation to the people out there, the politicians, I’ll push back pretty hard.
You know, if I’m playing something from a politician, I’ll express it with maybe a little bit more force and intensity. With some of the pop media people, the same sort of thing, because they’re Just so, so presumptuous. They’re so hubristic that I think occasionally not going over the top, but occasionally really pushing it. It just comes through. But with, with people, I try to have conversations about things and convince them of that. You know, just reflect on it, see what you think, come back to me, you know, let me know if you think that I’m off base, that sort of thing.
So it’s sort of like, you know, one of the classes I would teach, that sort of thing. So with Dave DeCamp’s information, let’s hop over into a little bit more about this. I think this is, this is pretty key. I want to talk to you a little bit about Judge Andrew Napolitano and what he has from Lindsey Graham in March of 2022. He says in March of 2022, Lindsey Graham thought very highly of the International Criminal Court icc. So much so he co authored a complaint calling for President Putin to be charged with war crimes. Now that the ICC has issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu, Mr.
Graham thinks the court is a joke. Watch Lindsey Graham in 2022 citing scorched earth policy. Enough for the murder and more. Sounds a lot like Gaza, doesn’t it? The ICC is relevant to Graham and others only when it serves their purposes and needs. So here he is. This is a legitimate complaint in our eyes and would ask the ICC to investigate. You can find yourself in the Hague if you have a scorched earth policy. So the world is watching you to hold one of the most vicious people on the planet finally accountable. Enough of the murder, enough of destruction, carnage on your behalf.
Okay, well, they’ll come a day when the rule of law will trump the rule of the gun. This is a legitimate. All right, Judge Napolitano doing a great job. And of course his program on YouTube is just fantastic. He has so many guests on all throughout each day. He is just remarkable. And let’s play once more and compare that to the statement of Lindsey Graham with, you know who Fox News is. Hold on, let me just call this up here. Fox News is Sean Hannity. I once called Sean Hannity and got through to his radio show and talked about how the United States government was going into Iraq without a declaration of war.
I was on the show with him. He’s, you know, this big national show that was on at 3:00 after rush. And he said, well, that depends on what your definition of war is. And I started laughing. I said, now you sound like Bill Clinton. Depends with what the meaning of the word is. Is. And he disconnected from me immediately because he knows there’s no declaration of war. Declaration of war is an official declaration as a capital W. Because war was seen as a term of art. The Congress can only allow the president to send troops out with a declaration of war to fight other nation states if they are fighters from non nation state status.
If they don’t have the uniform of a nation state, then they issue letters of mark and reprisal. And we’ll talk a little bit about Donald Trump’s attempt to try to use federal troops going into states to enforce his mass deportation in just a minute. But let’s look at Lindsey Graham right now and compare old Lindsey Graham to new Lindsey Graham. So to any ally, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, if you try to help the icc, we’re going to sanction you. Well, that means I want every ally. And you saw little Justin in Canada and his position, what should the penalty be? We should crush your economy because we’re next.
Why can’t. So to any ally, Canada, unbelievable. We’re going to crush your economy next. So obviously he’s all over the map and a lot of people are, unfortunately. So, you know, I try to remind people about that. Hopefully I’m on the right track. Let’s talk a little bit about the immigration story. I think you might find this one interesting. Now, I’ve shot a video for this for MrCTV. And just to give you the lowdown, MRCTV and I don’t necessarily agree on certain issues. Like you’ll see on their website, the Media Research center stands with Israel. I don’t.
I’m on contract with them. So I’m not an employee from the Media Research Center. My last name is Goldsmith. I’m not Jewish. It’s an English name. But I went to Boston University. And I’ve mentioned this before when I filled in for David. Boston University’s population is roughly about 80 to 85% Jewish. A lot of folks from Long island and the things that I would hear them say about the Palestinians stunned me because evidently they must have thought that I was Jewish with the last name Goldsmith. And they would talk about them, they were animals again, killing the children, that sort of thing, because they would grow up to be resistance fighters.
Now it’s turned into kill the children because they will turn into Hamas. And there have been members of the Knesset who have said that. It’s unbelievable. It’s just, it’s incredible. And, you know, regardless of one’s eschatology, I’ve brought this up previously. I’ve mentioned this before, you know the philosophical construct of the warlord in the jungle. The warlord in the jungle captures you. You’re with 19 other people. And he says, I’m going to kill all the other 19 people. Unless. And he tapes a gun into your hand and he forces you to point it at one person.
Unless you kill that one person, I’m going to kill all these other people. All 19 of those other, all those 19 people. But if you kill this other, this other one other person, the other 18 will live. So I asked the students, you know, what would you do? Now, as I mentioned previously, the perspicacious students, right off the bat, that immediately, it’s great to see, they say, I don’t participate. I let them kill me. I don’t participate in the evil. Exactly, exactly. Whether it’s lying, whether it’s shading things on what you claim is the constitution or what one claims is the constitutional rules.
And you know, people can read these things and maybe they’ll get different interpretations out of stuff. But again, that’s where the anarchist argument comes in. How does it even apply to me anyway? When did I sign on to it? I didn’t. And you can’t say, well, you’re still here. You haven’t run away. That’s gangster talk. That’s not peaceful. It’s just simple. It’s very, very simple. It’s simple human ethics. And people try to get around it and they can’t. You just can’t. If we’re face to face and you’re telling me you better conform to this document that other people and I signed, that doesn’t make it moral in any way.
It doesn’t. And, and so regardless of which side one picks in the occupation over Gaza, which ought to be pretty clear in the attacks that have occurred by the Israelis over and over again that have inspired blowback by the people in Gaza, the Semitic people, the Palestinians in Gaza, not the Ashkenazis in Israel who came down from Europe, many of them. But you don’t even have to pick sides on that. You can just say, can I be left alone? I don’t want to participate in this immoral act. I don’t want to have to pick. I don’t want to have my hand on that gun.
Leave me alone. That’s the point. You shouldn’t be put into that situation by forces of the polis. And they keep opening up new instances. We’re going to use your money for this, we’re going to use your money for that. We’re going to use your money for Planned Parenthood. How about stopping that? At least the Constitution would require if they abided by it. That’s why I try to remind them that they not do these things. And the same actually applies to immigration. So let’s take a look at this from MRC tv. More Democrat leaders say they will resist Donald Trump’s deportation plans.
Now, when I was on David’s show previously, I’ve gone through my book Live Free or Die, in which I spell out the information, I have all the documents, and it’s in this book, Live Free or Die, which I published 2007. But let me just go through what the setup is, what’s happening on the ground now that Donald Trump’s been elected and give you some information about what some Democrat governors and mayors are doing. This has come up with sporadic mayors, sporadic governors. Now they’re organizing. So let me give you the example drawn from the most recent event out of Denver, Colorado.
Here’s this one. Since the recent election victory of Donald Trump, a growing cadre of Democrat politicians on the state and city levels have announced their plans to defy any attempt by the incoming president to engage in mass arrest and deportation of people in their locales who have broken U.S. immigration statutes. Again, people say, well, they’re illegal. They’re illegal according to US Immigration statutes, but not the US Constitution. And as I’ve mentioned, I’ve debated Pat Buchanan on this, Tom Tancredo on this, J.D. hayworth on this, and they all end up agreeing. You’re right, Gardner. And then they fall back into it.
The federal government’s got to defend the border, all this stuff. No, they’re state borders. And we’ll get into the only way that the federal government can go into those states in just a minute with this piece. The latest to join the chorus of these leftist politicians is Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, who ramps up the Dem centric political opportunism by claiming that should Donald Trump try to enforce federal immigration statutes by engaging in mass deportation, sending federal troops into Denver, the feds will encounter a Tiananmen Square moment. Maybe you want to choose his words a little more carefully.
James Morley III reports for Newsmax. Quote, denver Mayor Mike Johnston has threatened a Tiananmen Square moment, using tens of thousands of mile high city residents to prevent President elect Donald Trump from his plan to deport illegal immigrants. More than us having federal agents stationed at the county line to keep them out, you would have 50,000 Denverites there, Johnston said to the Denverite on Wednesday. It’s like the Tiananmen Square moment, right, said Johnston, referring to the infamous image of a Chinese student and People’s Liberation army tank coming face to face in Tiananmen Square in China during the 1989 uprising.
And I’m sure many Trump supporters bristled at the idea of comparing the Donald Trump administration to Communist China. But if we look at it practically, well, maybe there are some similarities. And I can’t exactly discount what this man says. I said he’s got a colorful imagination. And his inflammatory statement comes on the heels of other politicians engaging in oppositional similar oppositional rhetoric. As Reuters reported last week, Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom is working on ways to thwart Trump’s expected immigration roundup. Washington Governor elect Bob Ferguson, a Democrat, is preparing to response to block or decrease the impact of Trump’s expected actions.
And New York Governor Kathy Hochul, what a charmer. And Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, also very charming, very, very charming, have both said that they are getting their state attorneys to focus on fighting Trump and Maurahili said that state police will not help Trump. And in addition to that, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, not Dr. Wu from Steely Dan. Michelle Wu said that local cops will be instructed not to assist the feds in Boston. Reuters notes that the Democrat governor of Illinois and the Democrat governor of Colorado have joined forces to create a new affiliation to oppose Trump and continue the status quo on immigration and other matters with their governors.
With their Governors Safeguarding Democracy group, Democrats JB Pritzker of Illinois and Jared Polis of Colorado join attorneys general and their and other Democrat governors who have pledged to resist conservative Trump policies on everything from immigration to rollbacks on environmental protections. Well, I would ask conservatives, how is central planning conservative? I thought you didn’t like that. We’ll continue and look what it’s wrought. The Joe Biden Central planning It’s always great to have central planning when the new person who goes in can change how the central planning system is going to start operating. Maybe not have central planning.
That might be the better idea, I said. Even conservative Senator Rand Paul, Republican of Kentucky, has announced his opposition to Trump moving federal troops into states to enforce a mass deportation, writes Bo Erickson For Reuters. Republican U.S. senator Rand Paul voiced opposition on Sunday to the idea of using the military to carry out mass deportations of people living in the country illegally after President elect Donald Trump signaled last week that he plans to do so. You don’t do it with the army because it’s illegal, Paul said on CBS’s Face the Nation program. If they send the army into New York and you have 10,000 troops marching, carrying semiautomatic weapons.
I think it’s a terrible image and I will oppose that. Well, as Reuters reports and as Rand Paul refers Paul refers to the 19th century posse comitatus act, which prohibits the use of federal troops inside states without congressional approval. But the prohibition actually goes deeper. And this is the point that many conservatives miss. Because folks, the Posse Comitatus act actually is unnecessary because the Constitution doesn’t grant the federal government any power to go into the states. In fact, in Article 4, Section 4, it spells out the only way that the feds can go into the states if there’s no declared war.
I wrote it for MRCTV. The US Constitution itself itself states in Article 4, Section 4 that militia under federal command can enter states only if the state legislature or the governor, if the legislature is out of session, request that aid to protect their Republican form of government from violence or invasion. And I wrote as I and this is just a brief overview of the the state purview of immigration. As I noted in 2022, this actually is something Texas Governor Greg Abbott has done, and he has expressed dissatisfaction over Joe Biden’s response. So that’s all the way back in 2022.
I also noted that the Texas state constitution approved in 1869 includes an article establishing a Bureau of Immigration in it. If the people of Texas believed Congress had the power to control immigration, why would they bother creating their own Bureau of Immigration? The answer is that Congress didn’t have such an enumerated power. And the only reason contemporary Americans argue over what the feds should do hello, conservatives at the border. Is because of an 1875 Supreme Court ruling in the case of Qi Long v. Freeman, which was a challenge to a California statute imposing a charge on boat owners who were facilitating ingress of Chinese women, seen as likely prostitutes, or at least described as that by the politicians who didn’t want them coming in with the ruling.
The justices simply made up federal immigration control. They made it up. Curiously, the state politicians pushing back against Trump are trying to curry favor with their leftist base, garner votes, and of course look inclusive rather than maneuvering against what they could maneuver against the Lung v. Freeman decision if they actually abided by their Constitution, which they swear oaths to uphold. Even on the mayoral level, they could actually cite that. They could read the Constitution and see, oh yeah, the word immigration is not here. Naturalization is. That’s how you become a citizen. Immigration is not. Jefferson spelled this out.
So does Matt, and so did Madison, 1798 this month, 1798 Trump border czar Thomas Holman has already issued a warning to these politicians, quote, if they’re not willing to help, then get the hell out of the way because Immigration and Customs Enforcement is going to do their job, he told Fox News earlier this month. How is that any different than the British troops, than the king saying, we’re going to move in, we’re going to have a royal governor coming into marching on Lexington and Concord and take your guns, take your firearms, Right? How is that if people are going by the Constitution, how is that any different? There is no power for the feds to be running roughshod with federal troops.
They don’t need the Posse Comitatus Act. It’s in the Constitution. There’s only one way to do it if there’s no declared war. It’s very, very clear why conservatives are so eager to have Donald Trump breach their vaunted Are there other areas where they could breach it? How about we have 8,000 senators? How about we have 9 million Supreme Court justices? What about that? The Supreme Court numbers actually aren’t even spelled out by the Constitution. How about the Constitution takes your guns? Oh, that’s right. There’s a prohibition in the Constitution against that, right? Well, the Constitution also says in the 9th and 10th amendments, anything that is not specifically enumerated to the federal government is not a power granted to the federal government and it remains with the states or the people therein.
So I don’t see how people can get around this and claim that Mr. Super, incoming borders are Thomas Holman has any constitutional ground to stand on and he certainly has no legal ground to stand on. This is what I explained in class to students. The only way that you can actually see a place where people want a border is on private property. Any political border. You don’t even know whether anyone actually wanted that border there. A border wall. You don’t know because if it’s done through the polis, it’s done through the forced inclusion of people and the extortion of money from people, the forced expropriation of people’s cash.
So you are negating their ability to voluntarily show their values. The taxpayer is forced to pay regardless of whether he wants something there or this high or this low or this color or made of this or whatever. People might have different opinions. Maybe they don’t even want it at this point on this border. So anything that’s done through the political system for a wall can’t actually be said to show any value because people on the tax side were forced to pay for it. Their their right to show their own value by not paying for something has been negated by the politicians from there, the politicians, they’re not using their own money so that negates their preference being actually being actually expressed as well.
So the taxpayer can’t express his opinions because he has to pay for it. And the politician isn’t using his or her own money, so they’re not expressing their values either. So that wall actually represents actually no value. On a logical level, it doesn’t mean anything as far as where people actually want a border want a barrier. The only place where people can show that they want a barrier is on their own property using their own money. And if they take somebody else’s money, it doesn’t mean that that person also thinks that the wall should be there.
They’ve taken the money, they haven’t asked for the money and have it given to them voluntarily. And just because I’m here doesn’t mean that I comply to mafia gangsterism just because I don’t run away from the gang pointing the government guns at me. Take your hand off the gun. How about that? That would be a nice idea. Now there’s something else I want to mention before we go any further into our presentation on some of the Donald Trump picks. Want to mention to you that New York is also in the news because Kathy Hochul is in the news.
And if we go to the climate culture, we’ll see that Kathy Hochul’s new move seems to fit very well. Let’s play a little something from the Climate Cult. Let’s play a little something from our friends Cool in the Gang because of course we all know the earth is heating up far too much. Ah yes, some some cool music from Cool and the Gang. Love those guys. What a great tune. Get into something that we saw me Moore was watching on X and she provided something on X that is a perfect introduction to this something that has transpired in the UK carbon credits coming to the US she asks.
UK packaged food has started including the consumer’s Dietary Carbon Daily Allowance. There’s a close up of it carbon cost. This tells you how many grams of greenhouse gas emissions were used to make this sandwich. The percentage shows you how much of a UK adult’s 2469 gram dietary carbon daily Allowance this sandwich uses. Seriously amazing. Now just to remind folks, if you read my MRCTV pieces or see some of the videos I do, since the Obama administration, the United States government has invented a so called cost of carbon and it was at $58 per metric ton, or I think it was $56 per metric tonight under Obama and then Trump, he didn’t eliminate it central planning, he brought it down to seven.
It doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t mean carbon costs anything at all. And then Biden raised it up to $61 per metric ton. That has been a bone of contention for some of the third world countries that are through fascist means opening up some of their land for so called carbon sequestration ideas. You know they have the Greenways pipeline in the Midwest which is connected to BlackRock and a bunch of former Midwestern politicians and is taking people’s property. Yeah. You know, whether it be Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, it’s the people having a grand time. They already had a carbon pipeline burst in one state and people got asphyxiated there.
It’s not good, not good at all. But they’re still pushing us even though there’s no reason for it. Why? Because they’ve created an artificial fake market for carbon offsets. It’s all part of that regional greenhouse gas initiative thing with the nine northeastern states signing on to a so called cost of carbon emissions, carbon dioxide. Now, in a classic non government common law way, if you had local government at least you used to see from the common law people facing other people. And if there was a tortious claim, a person would make that claim saying I or my property have been hurt by this person.
I can cite that person. If they could show that they had been harmed, they would go to court in front of a jury of their neighbors. They usually would stick around amongst their neighbors. There was a reputation factor involved and they would try to prove their case. No one has done that with carbon emissions. It’s the government preemptively saying this is a cost because we, based on ridiculous fake numbers from the IPCC and Climategate and Michael Mann and all these dumb assumptions about temperatures that have been manipulated and just dishonestly used through the years. They’ve even gone back in the algorithms and changed older temperatures to make them look colder.
So they try to make it look like the temperature has risen so much more. All this dishonest behavior from these people is the foundation for their new cost of climate, which they just make up. It’s arbitrary. And then in the third world, like in Africa, they’ve had meetings, they recently had a meeting, they had their own climate meeting where they said, listen, you’re claiming that carbon costs $61 per metric ton, but you’re paying US$30 per metric ton to put stuff under. You’re ripping us off. Why? Because they’re saying you’re exploiting us in the third world. And if you look at the exit of COP 29, this is what it’s all about.
It’s about money. It’s about grabbing more money. So the COP 29 overall agreement, they’re now going to shell out $300 billion from so called rich nations to so called poor nations. This comes to us from today, the Today show the other day. So here it is. Check this out. You’ll find this interesting, if not bemusing. After two weeks of contentious debate, world leaders at the COP 29 climate conference came to an agreement overnight to give $300 billion a year by 2035 to developing nations to manage the impacts of climate change. The deal was applauded by many, including President Biden.
Some experts said say those countries will need much more support going forward. It’s all a money grab. It’s all a money grab. That’s all it’s ever been. It’s. Well, I should say it’s money in control and favoritism. And so now let’s go to one final piece. I think you might find this amusing. This comes from MRC TV and I got to shoot a video on this one. It’s about Kathy Hochul and it’s about New York. And unfortunately, Ms. Hochul in New York seems to be very much in favor of fascism. New York Governor Hochul offers us tax funded rebates for buying green appliances.
Now some people might think, oh well, I’m not in New York. At least I’m not taking my money. No, sorry, you lose at this game. You’ll get Rice a Roni, the San Francisco treat from the left wing city. Because yes, this parting gift, the joke is on you. The United States government under Joe Biden included billions of dollars in his so called inflation reduction act of 2021 to put forward subsidies for people to buy so called green appliances. And you’ll see a green appliance right there. So let’s give you the video. The editors did a really nice job on this one.
Here we go. If Twilight Zone creator Rod Serling were to study this new iteration of unethical, dumb government central planning, he might say, imagine if you will, being an entrepreneur investing time, money and ingenuity and sacrificing other opportunities in order to make a new product and peacefully offer it to discerning customers who can buy or not buy according to their own preferences. Then imagine politicians forcibly taking people’s tax money in order to pay customers to buy what the politicians prefer. That world does not exist merely in the imagination. It doesn’t just sit like a malignant spore in the darkness of the mind.
It’s real and it’s found in New York State, better known as the Hokulzone. Hi everyone, I’m gardner goldsmith for mrctv. You know the play on Mr. Serling’s intro is apartment and the insane insulting action can be seen in New York where Hochul is playing favorites and handing out so called rebates in the form of tax funded subsidies drawn from the Bidenista so called Inflation reduction Act of 2021 and handing the graph to people who buy what she and her climate cult pals deem to be the right appliances. Fox News Aubrey Spady reports. Quote New York is rolling out a new incentive for residents who switch to green alternatives for their household appliances.
In an announcement Thursday, Governor Kathy Hochul revealed that her state will be the first to offer a rebate under a new appliance upgrade program. The rebate, funded by the Inflation Reduction Act IRA offers low and moderate income households up to $840 if they switch out their fossil fuel powered clothes dryers with heat pump powered alternatives. End quote. You know, the repeated use of the word alternative isn’t quite apt since heat pump power has been decried and derided for being nowhere near what many consumers want for their needs at home. But one must remember that the government geniuses know best.
Thus, we see the woman who continued former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s lockdowns and jab mandates. Yes, we see the woman who wants to further attack the right to keep and bear arms. The woman who wants to impose high fees on people trying to drive into New York City. We see that tax Fed firebrand toss around the classic Orwellian term equitable as she engages in the shell game of shoving subsidies to her favorite fascist friends. New York is demonstrating its continued commitment to ensuring an equitable energy transition by leveraging all federal funds available to incentivize consumers to make energy efficient appliance purchases a priority, Hochul said in a statement.
And by using the term leveraging, she gets to hide the sticky reality that the funds come from you. You’re the one being leveraged as a tax slave. And to add insult to injury, Hochul engages in the typical our commands and handouts to steer people into things they typically wouldn’t buy actually will save the money. Yeah, that Pablo quote, as a result of These new rebates, low and moderate income New Yorkers will save energy and money while doing their laundry with modern technology that will reduce emissions, she added. End quote. First of all, as I and other free market economists will tell students, savings and value, well, they’re subjective, they’re different for every person, and only freedom allows each of us to express our personal values in the market by withholding or offering our payment for something.
The world doesn’t see any form of valuation or even any expression of personal preferences regarding what Hochul gleefully calls modern technology versus old technology. Unless people are allowed the freedom to buy or not buy themselves without coercion, unless she respects the right of people to make their own decisions, to not be forced to indirectly pay someone else to engage in a purchase, we don’t know what people actually value. Politicians use their flowery we’re saving you money and their flowery modern technology rhetoric to hide their favoritism and central planning. If they truly believed their preferred technology were beneficial and would appeal to people, they could leave government and start their own manufacturing firms, or leave politics and join those modern tech firms without demanding other people pay for their vaunted plans and appliances.
But of course, their actions and rhetoric, well, they tell us that they don’t care what we prefer, that they don’t care whether we might like the existing tech we already have and we might not need their so called new ideas. Yeah, an idea that should prove itself anytime people want to present it by putting it out into the market, not via Biden’s plans and thievery and the New York integration of those plans and theft by Kathy Hochul. And this is all part of a larger plan to see the government manipulate what goes into people’s homes. Quote, officials announced in May 2023 that beginning in 2026, New York will prohibit gas stoves and heating systems for new construction of building seven stories or fewer, according to reports.
Yes, this new appliance subsidy is part of the big war. It’s another battle in which the federal and New York governments and many more are engaging against freedom. Quote, I think it’s ridiculous and I think the danger is that it almost seems comedic and so people can take it, you know, maybe not as seriously as they should. New York Senate Minority Leader Rob Ort told Fox News Digital in an interview before the ban. It’s going to increase people’s utility rates in the state of New York, it’s going to decrease energy reliability in the state of New York, and it will do nothing to fight climate change.
End quote, Ah, yes, the bogeyman of climate change. If only all of this other political action were fiction. If only it were a parable like so many Twilight Zone tales were. If only this were like the classic episode the Obsolete man, in which a totalitarian government judge accuses a librarian of being obsolete only to discover that the system soon targets him and the machine has made him its new victim for the so called greater good. As the great economist Frederick Bastier said in the 19th century, quote, the state is that fictitious entity by which everyone seeks to live at the expense of everyone else, end quote.
Well, this move by Hochul and fueled by the feds and our tax money is a perfect example of that truism. Thanks for watching, everybody. Please like and subscribe. Find us on YouTube where they do censor us. Find us. Double check that you’re I know that guy. I know that guy. All right. So hopefully that was interesting. And it’s pretty, pretty interesting to see the politicians continuing to push everything they can into these ridiculous ideas and obviously just avoiding the fact that if they think it’s a good idea, they could just put it out in the market and see that would be a really peaceful way to do it and it would be fruitful because maybe there would be something good and they could just offer it to people and people could express their own values and show those values, but they don’t do that.
Well, thank you for being here, everybody on the David Knight Show. And I want to acknowledge that we had some great comments Inside Rumble about China not being part of the Paris climate Accord and the global warming carbon emissions goals and all that. Absolutely right. And the United States, as we know, the United States, it’s not a treaty and even if it were, it wouldn’t be constitutional. And I also want to thank that was Inside rockfin, I believe. I also want to thank everyone who is Inside Rumble and remind everybody that as I fill in, Gardner Goldsmith from mrctv, of course, as I fill in for David, don’t forget that as we close off the month, it will be great if anybody wants to contribute to the David Knight show, you can do so Inside Rumble, Inside rockfin.
I’ll see your comments and so on. And don’t forget the davidknightshow.com to check out what David Knight has over there. You can go to the store and get some great items. And of course you can pick up his music. And that Christmas music is wonderful. In fact, let’s check out some of that Christmas music right now and then be joined by our Guest Angry Tiger on the David Knight Show. Your listening to the David Knight Show. All right. And let’s bring in our guests, a man you probably know from David Knight, mentioning him, interviewing with David Knight and of course, his own program.
He is in the middle of work right now, but I wanted to invite Franco Matei. Angry Tiger on oh, by the way, this is a little message from Rod Sterling. He said hello from the Twilight Zone. It’s actually a postcard that I got from someone, but I want to bring in Franco now as we get geared up for Thanksgiving, do a little something different and talk about spirituality, God, Christ, the Bible, family, memories and friends. And since he’s in the midst of work right now, it’s just a brief visit from Angry Tiger. Angry Tiger’s Den, of course, a program you can check out.
And I hope you’ll check out Angry Tiger on X. We’ll show you his X feed in just a little bit. Tiger, how are you? And welcome to the David Knight show, my friend. I’m doing great and as usual, it’s an honor garden. God bless you, God bless David Knight and his family and God bless all the viewers and listeners out there. Well said, well said. You know, on tomorrow I plan on, you know, showing the little MRCTV video I did about the first Thanksgiving and the Puritans, the pilgrims coming over. And my family, they came over, the Gardner family came over on the Mayflower.
And so this is a big deal for us family wise here in New England. But it’s also a big deal for me in particular because I get to reflect on now understanding what Christ did and understanding that this world was created by God, you know, a mind, a true being. And when one comes to that realization, it really changes a person’s perspective. And I wanted to get you on Tiger to talk a little bit about that. Maybe some thoughts that you might have to offer to people on the holiday Thanksgiving towards Christmas and just generally, you know, what sort of goes through your mind at this time of the year, memories, principles, that sort of thing.
You know, I know this is we got a lot of Christian listeners out there. So let’s, you know, let’s start with you mentioned, you know, Christ and you know, Christ made the ultimate sacrifice for ultimate self act of love. And you know, I did a show last week and I talked about the spiritual war and I warned people to be careful not to let hate creep into their hearts because after all is said and done, the main message of Christ is unconditional love. And that unconditional love he asked us to unconditionally love our neighbors and our enemies.
So, you know, when we see somebody we disagree with a lot of times because of social media and the environment that we’re in, and things are bad, I understand that. And it’s morally corrupt. And we’re watching an empire decline, and the morals are going. As history goes with all empires, the morals decline, and we can. We can fall into. It’s a big part of that spiritual war is hate. And as Christians, we should try to push that out. And as Huey Lewis and the news would say, use the power of love in your thinking, in your actions.
Every day. You will be virtuous just by that. You won’t have to worry about the decisions you make or if you handled something right, because you’re using the curve of love to, you know, enact what you’re doing, what you’re saying and how you’re feeling. That’s a really. And I remember part of what you said there. You did. You did say that streaming just recently, and it was very encouraging. And it’s interesting, Franco, because sometimes when, you know, it’s strange, Franco, you know, I can think of examples in my life where I’ve actually done that. You know, I’ve told you the story about the teacher who threw me in the closet for no reason when I was in seventh grade.
And for years, for years, I just resented that so much. And I had the biggest bully. Not bully, but the biggest tough kid in the school stood up for me while I was sitting in that closet, and she sent him to the office. I was sitting there in the darkness, and all of a sudden I heard this kid’s voice, and he’s like, what’d you do that for? And she sent him to the office. And it. I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this, but years later that. That young man, he committed suicide. And I always. I always remember him very, very fondly.
And, you know, it’s very sad to think that, you know, such a good guy. I used to think so much, so kindly about him, and it would get my anger about her even harder, you know, and then I saw. I saw her in my town. She’s like 90 years old now, and I saw her in my town, and I started to talk to her, and so it was good. And I met her son. He’s a great guy. He’s a really good guy. And, you know, who knows? She might have been having a bad day. Who knows? You know, maybe it was a bad situation for her for months.
Who knows? What it is. But it’s interesting, Franco, because I do this sort of mixture. I don’t know how you feel about this, but I reflect on how I see that that’s a personal growth for me. And then I think about how it shouldn’t just be about that on the practical or even the spiritual level, about me. In a way, I should constantly try to be doing it for respect to God, who created me, because I am his creation. So it’s not about me doing it for me. It’s really about me doing it for God. That other creation saying, God, I hope I did it right.
You know what I mean? I hope I’m expressing that properly. No, absolutely. And God, in his ultimate wisdom, has put a reward center inside of our souls. And when you did that, when you forgave that teacher who treated you so heinously, wasn’t liberal rating, didn’t you get a spiritual reward? And it’s not about getting a reward. I’m saying it’s beautiful and it’s a magnificent thing. Almost makes you want to cry when you think about how God designed our souls and our intellect to intertwine this way. And when you do something good, when you follow his path, when you walk in Christ’s footsteps, that you are rewarded by a feeling of a joy, and that those feelings are.
You can’t buy that. You can’t go out and get that. That’s something that you have to work on. And I always tell people, when I have my radio show, I told people, try to get a little bit better every day. And that doesn’t mean financially or your status in this fake, you know, system we’re living in, that means spiritually, you know, try to get a little bit better every day. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think that’s perfectly stated. And, you know, it’s interesting, too, Franco, because if you look at the Gospels, you know, it’s. It’s. I’m trying to practice what I heard these people say.
Christ said, you know, and so here I am in a modern contemporary context, and I look back at the Gospels and I say, oh, yeah, of course, they. They all experience these things. They all experience these things. And Christ was there. He was giving them that information. And the other thing that gets me, too, Franco, is, you know, especially nowadays, just recently, the past couple weeks here, we’ve been seeing people like Mike Huckabee and the Christian Zionists out there talking about, you know, the restoration of Israel, and this guy Hegseth talking about how it was a miracle that Israel, you know, all this geopolitical stuff.
And there it’s all being done through force, through political force. And like I said on, on. On the liberty conspiracy, God doesn’t need people’s help. God doesn’t need people pointing guns at other people to make Israel come back. And Israel, as David has so adroitly and perfectly said, political Israel is different than Israel. Israel is not a polis. Israel is not a state. And people don’t seem to understand that since Christ, Israel is not a polis. And so I think about these folks and one of the key things that I wanted to bring up and talk to you about was they talk about the end times, you know, Judgment Day.
And I said, look, the world’s Judgment Day is irrelevant for your soul. You don’t even have to think about that. Why? Why is everybody thinking about Judgment Day for the world when it’s about your soul and getting other people around you to see God’s work on Earth? If people need to see Judgment Day, it’s too late by then. It’s about you because you’re going to have your own Judgment Day, probably long before that other judgment day comes. You’re going to die, you an individual. And I thought that, you know, when I was thinking about that, that helps keep it in perspective for me that the judgment is on me.
It’s on how I treat other people. I don’t know how you feel about that. Oh, no, you’re. You’re absolutely right. And, you know, David Knight said this, and it always stuck in my mind. He goes, when you mix politics and religion, religion turns into politics. And then, you know, to further what you’re saying, you know, you go into this Judgment Day thing, you go into this trying to decode the Bible and you get a fundamentalist attitude. I don’t think Christ was a fundamentalist in that way. It doesn’t sound like it. I think when you start getting into the minutia of trying to decode the Bible and saying what this means and what that means, these things are very apparent on their face, especially in the New Testament.
Every single one is a holy parable that is given to us. It’s a gift. And when you start trying to look into it further than the parable, you start to pervert the Scripture. And I think that a lot of us get lost in that, trying to decode. It’s all right there. You don’t have to decode anything. And as far as the end times, Again, we’re talking 3,000 years ago, three or four translations in different. In different languages, a perception of 3,000 years ago that we might not have. And we don’t know what the end times is when it comes, or even if that’s what they’re talking about in the Bible.
That could be. I agree with you. I think the end times they’re talking about is. Your end time, is the time that you need to be prepared for. Because we don’t. We. We’re not God. Right. And that’s why when I, When I see people or hear people judging other religions, other races, even though we know some of them are go against our religion or our moral efficacy, we don’t have the right to judge. God said that. That’s above our pay grade, guys. We need to follow Jesus, the New Testament, the scriptures that are in there, take them on their face.
And if you do that, it’s not complicated. You’re not muddying the waters anymore. Yeah, that’s, that’s, that’s excellent. I want to open it up to questions and comments from the audience if I can. Franco, Franco, tell people how they can find your show and your X feed, if yours, you’d be so kind. Okay, so my shows on Rumble and my X feed, they’re both the same. It’s Angry Tigers Den. And if you, if you look on Substack, it’s Angry Tigers Newsletter, and those are the places you can find me. And what we’re doing now is we switch gears a little bit.
On Wednesdays, we’ll be doing about a half an hour of a financial report. We’ll get, you know, we’ll talk about the markets and stuff like that. And then after that, we’re going to talk about self empowerment, spirituality, stuff like we were just talking about. All right, that sounds great. And Tiger had a comment over on Rumble from Matthew Ronson, and he brought it up. And again, this is one of the things when we start talking about religion and eschatology, personal spirituality and connections to God that, you know, you get that bleed over because of politics, because of the state, because people use the state to express their beliefs through the coercion of the state, which is done.
The state can only exist by forcing people to pay for it. That’s all. All political systems. And Matthew brought up a very good point. And the Pharisee state of Israel, whom they confuse with the nation. And, and again, it’s a personal connection through family and joining the family of Christ. And this is the sort of thing that I, you know, when I see people trying to say, we’ve got to support Israel, it’s in the Bible and so on and so forth. Who is this we we’re talking about? Just by saying that, you’re compelling me to join you.
That’s not biblical. How can you do that? Hey, tiger. By the way, flashing up on your Twitter X feed is your handsome mug right there from the, from one of your previous broadcasts. So there we go. You’re looking sharp, man. Looking very, very sharp. Absolutely. You know, I, I love that comment. Here’s the thing that we need to remember. Do you really think Jesus would have gone and displaced a bunch of people and told. Told him to get out with force so he could, so he could bring back the state of Israel? I mean, we basically, it’s a theocracy.
They gave a religion a country and they kicked people out by force to do it. Is that, is that, is that Christ at all? Yeah. Yeah. And in a way, I have to say, you know, having gone to Boston University, many of those people, they’re not even practicing Jews, you know, they’re, they’re, they’re just Jews in name only. It’s really amazing when you see, as, you know, as I mentioned, and I forgot the guy’s name, Jared Nadler. Jerry Nadler, Congressman from New York, with whom I disagree on pretty much 99.9% of everything mentioned. Hey, you know, when Congress passed this legislation, this resolution saying that criticism of the state of Israel and as an anarchist, I criticize all states, so I guess I’m automatically a criminal now.
Would be considered antisemitic. You know, the Semitic, the Palestinians are Semitic. The Ashkenazi Jews aren’t Semitic. Right. So they’re European. It’s just. Yeah, it’s so stupid. It is so mindless. And that’s the sort of stuff that I saw at Boston University where Jerry Nadler was, would say, I’ve got Hasidic Jews in my district who are opposed to the presence of Israel. They’re not Zionists. Are they anti Semitic. They’re Jewish. Right. It’s crazy. It’s so stupid. But they all. And you can see this. It’s almost, it’s almost a re. Repackaging of the white guilt sort of thing that we used to hear.
I used to hear previous generations talk about, ah, geez, this dumb white guilt stuff. What did I do to somebody? This is. I was born, you know, 1960 or something like that. What did I do to somebody? This person might say, where am I supposed to get white guilt? What did I do to some, you know, a person of a different color? I didn’t do anything to somebody. I didn’t hold slaves. You know, the whole reparations thing, it’s a play on the reparations thing. It’s their shield to say we can do what we want to do politically for our own reasons, for whether it’s eschatology or, you know, Zionist Christianity or, you know, whatever it might be, or it’s for the military industrial complex or it’s for minerals or to make an oil route through Gaza or whatever it might be.
And we’re going to put up this shield. Some of them might even convince themselves of it. Of, well, it’s for the greater state of Israel and Christians have to support Israel. It’s like, no, I’m sorry, you’ve got it completely wrong. And even if you have it right, how about leaving me out of it? That would be great. Again, yeah, 100%, you know, the state, everything is forced. Right. And I think that Christians need to more concentrate on honing their thoughts with love, the way Christ taught us. Being selfless and not being. Not being involved in these games of men.
These are all games of the state games of men. These aren’t games of God. God has a plan. And like you said, he doesn’t need our help. Right? Right. Well stated. Now, I know your time is brief, so, tiger, I want to show you a Bible quote on the screen. This is from what David Knight suggested to me. Blue letter Bible. And let’s take a look at it. This is for Thanksgiving. For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed. This is for a couple days from now. You can scroll ahead for Blue letter Bible.
This is from Isaiah. For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed. But my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord, that hath mercy on me. So any final thoughts as you approach Thanksgiving? Things that you remember from your childhood or things that you might have expressed to friends or on your stream for folks that you might want to tell people now as we head towards thanksgiving. You know, I discuss commodities a lot and I talk about time as being one of the most valuable and with that, equally as valuable.
Even if you don’t have a human being that loves you, God loves you. Okay, so that’s. There’s love. Be thankful for love. Most of us have a pet or a human being or something. If you have love in your life, it doesn’t matter what commodities you have or what materialistic things you have. It’s the love of others and the love that you give. You should Be thankful for. We should all be extremely thankful. We live in this country. I know people that have come from other countries and they’ve described what it’s like there, and it’s horrible.
Imagine going 30km every three days to get in, drinking water, you know, and then going back to your village, stuff like that. So we need to be super grateful for what number one sacrifice Christ made for us. And when we’re, when we do that, we need to be, we need to be mindful of what that means and what selfless love means. And I would like to leave everybody with that. You know, just. Just remember, be thankful for the people who love you, for the love in your heart, for what Christ did for you. And Cicero, actually a Roman philosopher, put it in a very good way.
Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but it is the parent of all others. Oh, well said, well said. And tiger, one final thing. You know, I was speaking with Travis about this last night. Having worked in Hollywood and so on, and how, you know, having seen the carpenters working on the sets and seeing the actors walking around and gone through the sound stages and so on, it’s a job, you know, and you. And, and also getting older, you know, coming out of, you know, being a kid and looking at movie stars and so on and everybody’s, you know, it’s so fascinating.
They permeate our lives. They’re on television, they’re in movies, they’re everywhere in our houses. You know, they were sort of the spirits that were floating around, but they were people on other sides of cameras doing jobs. And now I think with the breakup of a lot of the entertainment industry, a lot of those people in Hollywood have been reduced to. Many folks out there now recognize that they’re just people and we’re starting to connect with other people on a person to person basis. Not holding up these icons the way that other generations might have or maybe our generations and sort of falling gotten out of that.
Now this idol worship, it is a strange form of idol worship. The entertainment industry, the media, that sort of thing. And having worked in the media, the one thing that I hope I can stress to people at the holidays or anytime is we have a wonderful now replacement for getting information, for connecting with good people. Right? But I hope to stress to people that while we make these connections in our lives through the Internet, talking to each other, talking to kindred spirits like you, I love you so much. We also make sure that we keep in mind that they’re the people around us.
Our physical proximity are extremely important. And I hope I can find and make sure that I maintain that balance, because I see some folks don’t maintain that balance where they’ll be online all the time. Those are their connections. But they’re in a room alone technically. And so to go out, to go to a church, to go to a local store and see those people all the time. I go to the farm stand, you know, once or twice a week, see those people, say hello, drop off something, see your neighbors down the street, you know, give them something for Christmas, you know, bring some cookies in or whatever, to do that sort of thing to get those bonds in addition to the electronic mindful respect and appreciation we have for other people online to make sure we have that glue locally.
I don’t know if I’m. If you feel the same way, but it’s really become very important to me recently. Again, you know, I always warn my viewers, especially in our truth and community, we have the tendency to pine away over bad things. We’re surrounded by bad news we get. Like you said, you’re on the Internet, you’re on your phone, you’re alone with your own thoughts, listening to this stuff. And it’s good stuff. You got to have the information. But there’s a whole world out there and a lot of, however you want to put it, people that think the way we do, there’s a trap, a trap door where you’ll cut yourself off for the world because they don’t know what we know.
They’re not as smart as we are, or they’re lost souls. No, Christ taught us, reach out. Spread the love of Christ. Spread the love and, and especially in your own family or your own personal relationships. Don’t let this stuff gobble you up and turn you. It have this veil of darkness around you because that’s what it can do. The world’s out there. People are beautiful people. I believe most people have, have goodness in them. Find it. Go out there. People that aren’t good, okay, you know they’re not good. Don’t, don’t deal with them. But don’t judge everybody because they don’t think or don’t.
Don’t ostracize yourself from society and not be involved because they don’t think exactly like you. People are coming around. You gotta have. I hate using this word because everybody thinks it’s a liberal word, but you gotta have some tolerance. We cannot ostracize ourselves or we’re not gonna make a difference. You say it perfectly. I’ve got other comments here also. Tiger, we’ve got Seer 2. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. First Corinthians. That means one cannot claim to be a chosen inheritor on the basis of biology and genealogy. We have Wright Overture in Rumble says God doesn’t need our help, but he works through people, otherwise we wouldn’t be here.
Well stated and there’s so many good sentiments and I Believe someone contributed 20 over on Rumble and thank me for doing the show and I appreciate that very much. And Tiger, I know you’ve got to go, but I’ll just say this. Oh, here, here we have Here Mama C 1996 says, Just read the Bible every day. Ask God to reveal himself and listen to him to speak. And do you have any, do you have any final words, Tiger, about what you might do on a daily basis that people might appreciate? And I’ll post this up here as we, as we speak, split the final prayer from blue letter Bible says, dear Jesus, I thank you and your wonderful love for your wonderful love for me.
Thank you that no matter what happens, your love will never leave me. You know, Gart, that’s, that’s an excellent statement. And we need to like again. I’m not sure which, which person commented, but God works through us. We can’t hobble ourselves in a little cave or a little room and not interact with society. We have been, we have been given a responsibility with the information that we understand. And we need to spread that information. We need to spread it with love, with kindness, and we need, we need to do it in a way that we need to be able to discern.
These people are being deceived. Don’t let, don’t let hate or loathsomeness or any of that creep into your heart because then you’re losing the spiritual war. And everybody be thankful for what you have. Be thankful for the love in your life, the love of God, the love of your family, the love of your pets, the love of your friends. Be thankful. This is the time to do it. You know, it’s not about turkey or, or meals or possessions or any of that. It’s about what’s in your soul. And be thankful for what the Lord did for you by putting all those things in your soul.
Yeah, well stated. And of course, as you say, time is your most precious commodity. Don’t waste it. So hopefully make those connections. And Tiger, thanks for connecting with me. I know you’ve got to go back and take care of things over on your daily, daily work, work level. So I’ll let you do your thing. And thanks for joining me on the Dave and I show. Makes me very comfortable to talk to you, brother, because you’ve got such a good, good soul. And you’ve, you’ve really brought me many, many great places. I appreciate it, buddy. Wow, you’re a gem garden.
So is David Knight and all the audience. God bless one and all. And everybody. Have a happy Thanksgiving. You got it, brother. Thank you. Angry Tiger. Check him out, everybody. He is the man. He’s fantastic. And of course, you can check him out at the Tiger’s Den. There is the Tiger’s den. It’s the hyphen tigers den.net the hyphen tigers hyphen den.net and you can see his X feed right there. So thank you, Tiger. And I’ll be in touch with Tiger via text in a little while. Let’s hear some more from David Knight. This is one of my favorites from David, this patriot theme that he’s reworked from John Williams.
I haven’t even seen the movie. I just love this music. It’s so good. It’s so stirring. Sa Liberty, it’s your move. And now the David Knight Show. Wonderful stuff. Boy, David’s got some great skills. And, you know, picking up from the wonderful conversation and giving thanks to Angry Tiger Franco Matei for joining us on the David Knight Show. I’m Gardiner Goldsmith filling in for David, and I want to wish you an early Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving. I was speaking with Travis, David’s son, last night, and, you know, they’re celebrating first Thanksgiving with their first baby. And that’s going to be terrific.
The family can get together and so on. And it’s just such an honor to be here, even with the ghost of Rod Sterling over my shoulder. And I thought a little bit about and Travis and I were talking about entertainment because I worked at the script department for the Outer Limits and I worked at Star Trek Voyager and their story department as what was called the Writers Guild fellow. And it’s basically the salary was paid by the Writers Guild, not Paramount. So sort of a, like they had a slot, then I took that, got that slot.
So it’s kind of an interesting position. But, you know, watching the actors, Travis and I were talking about how, you know, it’s very strange. I, I have, you know, I don’t really suspend disbelief very much when I’m watching films anymore. And I actually think that that’s a healthy thing. You know, I used to get very emotionally involved and I still do get choked up. But I watch that and I see actors and cameras and grass and a cool setting. Like, I would play with my friends if we were setting something up and those people are playing.
And Travis was like, yeah, you know, essentially it’s professional lying. It’s lying for a living. And in a way it is. And in a way it’s trying to get a message out, that sort of thing. And I thought about how strange it must be to be an actor. And years later you have performed in a role, but it’s just you. And you know, you were on a soundstage or someplace out, you know, at a location that was scouted out with technology and cameras. And hopefully people will recognize that that’s not much higher elevation than being around the campfire and taking turns standing in front of the campfire telling a story.
And hopefully, you know, I’ve come to that position in life. When I see a movie, it’s just people around the campfire. They sit down, other people can stand up and do that. And again, I think the decentralization of media and the breakdown of Hollywood and so on has really helped a lot of people see that. You know, the actors are just people. They’re putting out crazy ideas and dumb things and they get. They get caught up in political battles over what they think is important, and then we’re all gone. And so, at least from this earth.
And so to sort of. I take it as. What can I carry on to give to the next generation. I’d love to have a family, love to have kids, but, you know, if I’m. If I can do this while I’m single and get the information out to people as best I can, then, you know, I’m satisfied with that so far. So that’s cool. And if I’m play acting out there sometime in a role, hopefully I’ll be able to sit down and somebody else will step up there and do the same thing. So I think that’s a healthy way to look at Hollywood and so on.
In fact, let’s talk about the United States and some unhealthy stuff. In fact, let’s talk about the United States being a state of confusion and look at some of the trans stories that are out there that of course, Hollywood just cannot stop discussing. And the pop media claims that if you at all want decentralization and parental control over something, then you’re the bad guy. You’re evil. Gotta love the Kinks. Can’t go wrong with the Davies brothers. I wish they would get back together again, but they sure did great stuff while they were around. Wonderful stuff from the Kinks.
And Ray Davies has a bunch of country songs that he’s done in honor of Americana that he’s seen around from on his travels through America. So it’s a good record. I have it. I have it here in Russia in the studio. The Russians have allowed me to smuggle in the American music. So let’s give you the stories right now about. You got it. The trans volleyball player. Oh, my goodness. Here’s the latest. This one comes out. It’s really not even a day old. Male athlete allowed to play in women’s college volleyball tournament. This from National Review.
Judge rules. So the guy is going to be allowed to play. There have already been examples of women being very badly injured because they played volleyball against men who were pretending to be women. What are the ramifications for the locker room? Don’t know. Here we go. A new court ruling will allow a transgender identifying male athlete to compete for San Jose State University’s women’s volleyball team in the upcoming Mountain West Conference tournament this week. Talk about a state of confusion. Despite the protestations of female athletes in the league. Now again, this goes towards a larger lesson about political philosophy and political economics and ethics because if you have a private system, just like the speech, it’s the same thing with the sports and the trans stuff.
And yes, Title IX is part of the coercive means by which the government is going to play on this. Joe Biden tried to make Title nine, which is that colleges have to have equal sports for men and women. Everything’s got to be equal if they’re getting federal money. Well, they tried to have this. Colleges conformed to Title nine to include men as women and make sure there was equal opportunity for men posing as women to go into the women’s sports. Completely flipping the original argument for Title IX itself. Back in the 70s, Title 9 was argued on the, on the face of, well, the federal money’s, the federal government’s handing out money there.
There aren’t equal sports teams for men and women. So the colleges, if they’re taking this money, must conform to the federal, federal strings and have equal sports for men and women. And what did they get out of it? Now they’re getting, of course, the tragedy of the commons. The government funding is now opening the door to men posing as women going into what was supposed to be a protection for women under title nine. It’s just insane. It’s, it’s just nuts. Title 666 is more like it. So that is on the ground right now at San Jose State University.
The Colorado judge, Cato Cruz, who was appointed by President Biden, denied a motion for injective relief on Monday that sought to stop Blair Fleming from participating in the conference tournament because he possesses inherent biological advantages over his female counterparts, sports website Outkick reported. But I thought men and women were all the same. That’s what all the second wave feminists told us. They got very upset when John Stossel did a documentary called Men and Women Are different question mark and showed that there are differences in the biology, of course, and the interests and psychology of men and women.
There just are. I worked at a bookstore for years. We had the majority of the books were women’s romance novels. Men wouldn’t read them and women wouldn’t read the men’s techno thrillers. That’s just the way it worked. Women had a lot more color and description in their prose. Men didn’t. They were much more active voice writers. They had very fast plots. Look at the difference between Jonathan Kellerman and Faye Kellerman, his wife, and you’ll see it. I didn’t protest and say we should have more men’s books here in the bookstore. We need more representation from men in the bookstore.
Men should be writing more romance novels. They wouldn’t sell because women are the ones buying the romance novels. And you can’t say, hey, women, stop buying those romance novels and buy techno thrillers. It’s just insane. Just leave people alone. Well, they’re doing it in sports. You got to include and now Donald Trump is going to do the flip side where he’s going to say, if you try to conform to Joe Biden’s title nine Force, we’re going to do the opposite. If you include men in your college sports that are supposed to be sports for women, we’re going to remove our federal funding from your college.
Again, not acknowledging that the federal funding shouldn’t exist. And that’s that’s part of the problem. Any as I said, anytime you’re getting somebody else’s tax money involved in any university, whether it’s over speech or trans guys pretending to be women and spiking the ball against women’s heads causing brain injuries, which has happened, you’re going to get arguments from all these different sides. And just because I recognize the illogic and the stupidity of having men playing against women in women’s sports doesn’t mean that another taxpayer feels it, doesn’t mean that that other taxpayer who feels differently should be forced to pay for what I think is right.
How about we don’t force how about that? And then we don’t have to argue. It’s a private place. Make it a. Make it a private institution again. And if they open their doors to the public and they have a green where people can walk across Cross, even if they’re not students, it’s still not a public place. It’s a private place. It’s open based on what they want. They could shut down that green if they want to. It’s their property. Make it private. Get rid of all ties to taxation, all ties to the polis, and then they can do what they want.
And they can rise or fall based on how popular and how well they were serving people. There you go. Free choice. How about that? I can have this flavor ice cream Joe Biden. And you don’t have to force it on that college student. There you go. What’s wrong with peace? I feel like Seinfeld. Who all these people. Why do they do this? San Jose State women’s volleyball team is currently the second best team competing in the Mountain West Conference, primarily due to Fleming’s inclusion on the team. Because of the transgender identifying player, numerous other schools were forced to forfeit games this fall.
Boise State University, the University of Wyoming, Utah State University and the University of Nevada Reno were among those that canceled upcoming games against San Jose State. The judge ruled those forfeits will remain losses. Quote, the relief requested with the emergency motion would risk confusion. It’s a state of confusion and upend months of planning and would prejudice at a minimum defendants and other teams participating in the tournament depending on the results of any receding in their their ratchets, cruz wrote. He added the tournament, which starts Wednesday and ends Saturday, will proceed. It’s just. It’s madness, Charlton Heston said in Planet of the Apes.
It’s a mad house. It’s a madhouse. And Charlton Heston was one nice guy, by the way. What a really nice guy. There’s a related story to this. You’ll find this over at my mighty sub stack. So let me show you this one. This is what the sub stack looks like. Here’s the Sunday News assembly for 1124 24. You can see the prisoner on there declared on mutual because he doesn’t want to conform to what the majority says he has to do out there in the village. Way to go number six, Patrick McGowan. If you get a chance, watch the Patrick McGoohan starring role in the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh.
It’s about a character named Dr. Sin who was a character from a series of books that were released in the early 1900s about the Cornish coast and Romney Marsh and the people who were smugglers there of rum avoiding. You got it. The British tax agents of the king. And it’s terrific. The the lyrics of the theme are wonderful. Was actually a Disney creation and the lyrics say scarecrow, Scarecrow. The soldiers of the king feared his name. Scarecrow, Scarecrow. The country folk all loved him just the same. So sort of a Robin Hood character. And he wore this mask and looked like a scarecrow.
And it’s a great, great film. Wonderful. And the series of books are really cool. But if you do get the first book and there’s an introduction in the version you get, do not read the introduction because it’ll give away the story that’s that happened. I just don’t read introductions to classic, classic pieces of literature anymore at all. I just don’t do it. It’s ridiculous. Now I want to give you another story on the trans thing and this is a great example coming from the Media Research center, work that I get to do, coming from the Media Research center and coming over to the David Knight show to share this with you here in the audience and look at some scholarship in addition to the crazy flavors that are out there and the sad situation that arises in kids being trapped in public school systems.
But I also want to look at the media coverage of this. So if you look at my Sunday news assembly, this is article item number three. I said here’s a great example of media bias. The San Francisco Chronicle reports on these high school girls and their lawsuit for being prohibited from wearing T shirts that say Save Girls Sports and another T shirt that says it’s common sense XX does not equal xy. The girls are trying to preserve girls sports as what they’re supposed to be. Sporting competitions between athletes who are biological females and they’re trying to prevent the entrance into said sporting events of males posing as females.
I wrote the trans agenda puts the competition in question, it puts girls at higher risk of physical injury, and it opens the proverbial door to girls having to share locker rooms with males. Notice how the San Francisco Chronicle depicts the shirts as so called transphobic. Says the girls are targeting a teammate when no individual has been mentioned on the shirt and doesn’t even say what is on the shirts until near the end of the article. Here’s the link. The court case is going to expose a lot of the biases of people in the court system and no one will discuss the elephant in the room.
The tax funded argument, fighting pit of public schools. So here is the link. Student athletes in California district sue California district over right to wear T shirts targeting trans teammate. Okay, now they might have changed the headline. Okay? They didn’t. Sometimes they’ll do that if they get bad feedback. So here we go. Two teammates of a high school cross country runner who is transgender have filed a lawsuit against Riverside Unified School District in Southern California, alleging that the player unfairly took their spot at a team event and that their free speech rights were violated when they were told to stop wearing T shirts with transphobic messages.
The lawsuit is about the speech. It’s about the speech because they were. They’re. They’re upholding their not First Amendment rights under the US Constitution. It should be their rights under the California Constitution. The First Amendment of the U.S. constitution only specifies Congress in its prohibition against free. Against laws abridging free speech. You have to look at the state constitutions if you want to abide by what the founders originally had intended. With the First Amendment, that’s a prohibition against Congress. It’s the states. And California does have a protection of free speech in there. So it’s the California Constitution.
So check this out. Their complaint blew up at the district’s Thursday school board meeting where dozens of people showed up advocating for and against, for and against transgender athletes participation in girls and women’s sports. The topic was not on the school board’s agenda and there was no formal discussion. In a statement, Riverside Unified officials on Friday said they are required by state law to allow transgender athletes to, quote, participate in sex segregated school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions consistent with their gender identity. California state law prohibits discrimination of students based on gender, gender identity or gender expression, they said, so the local school has to include the male on the team.
Well, this is, of course, a big deal for the people writing this because as you’ll see here, they go through tons and tons and tons and tons. All about this, they say, combined with recent efforts to remove a transgender player from San Jose State University’s women’s volleyball team, along with mounting attacks on high school age trans athletes. The Riverside complaint underscores how right wing efforts to go after transgender people are honing in on student athletes. Again, not actually specifying what was on the shirts until you scroll way down into the article, way down near the last paragraphs about the T shirts.
So it’s unbelievable. They talk about far right Christian extremists, all this nonsense when it. You don’t, you don’t even have to be Christian. You can just be a Parent. You can be a Muslim parent. They stand against this stuff too. It doesn’t matter whether you’re even religious. You can be atheistic if you don’t want a person who is male being in your daughter’s locker room. Maybe, just maybe, there’s something else you could add. I don’t want my money being taken to pay for that system that inspires all this dissension and argumentation. How about the fact of taking my money in the first place is immoral, just like putting a man in a woman’s bathroom is immoral.
How about that? If you’re forcing it on people, it’s not right? Well, interestingly enough, some folks actually interviewed these people. They were from Fox News. I’ll hand it to them. They actually covered this fairly. Student athlete sue California school for comparing Save Girl sports shirts to a swastika. Gee, that wasn’t in the San Francisco paper. Here we go. They open it with some of that printing stuff, but we’ll give it to you. There might be an ad popping up too. Here we go. Digital speaks with two California athletes and their lawyer over a Save Girl sports shirt ban.
The school does allow other messages. There’s other social, political, religious messages worn on shirts by other students. And then there’s also signs hanging around campus. You know, there’s. There’s gay pride flags hanging in the classroom. And so there are other messages that are allowed that haven’t been censored. And I know, Taylor, you. You even asked the athletic director regarding other messages. So if you want to speak to that, you can, you can go ahead and share. Yeah, I asked our like, director about. Because the student on our team wears bracelets that say like trans Pride. And I asked him what.
Why is he allowed to wear that? And why can’t we wear ours and express our. We’re going to get our commercial popping in here. So we’ll skip past el commercial and go right into this if we can. Yeah, here we go. Hopefully he is expressing his opinion like, why can’t we wear our shirts? So then she just brought up the example of the swastika. Again, she wouldn’t really answer my. Any of my questions. She just kept on bringing up that example. When we wore them to practice, we actually did get a lot of compliments for wearing our shirts from other athletes on the team.
And when we did wear them, our athletic director called us over. And then, as Julianne said, we had to remove our shirts. And then. Just amazing, Just ridiculous. And of course compared their shirts to a swastika. Just incredible. You know, it’s, it’s amazing too because the go to is often Nazi Hitler. Nazi Hitler. You’re anti Semitic, you’re hateful. And I’ve often mentioned, you know, what was the big lesson that the public schools, generally speaking, most public schools taught kids about World War II specifics about, oh, Hitler taking private property, working in a fascist way, national socialism, that sort of thing, his rise to power.
No, it was the final lesson. It was all about the final, the final solution, which was it’s bad to hate people. Don’t hate people. So they translate the government taking people’s money and siphoning it through this new woke siphon to then allow men, males to play on a girl’s team or run on a girl’s sporting event to hate. They’ll use any cultural Marxist argument they can to protect their agenda to further hand money out or do special favors for, for people through the political means. And it’s the same thing with, you know, sending weapons over to Ukraine or Israel or any of these things.
The arguments are really disrespectful of other individuals. And part of the reason they’re disrespectful of other individuals, not only rhetorically and logically, but at their base is the all inclusive royal we, which is we have to do this. You are part of my plans. And if you oppose these plans, which I think are for the greater good, then clearly you’re a hateful bigot. I will use any excuse I can to force you to pay for what I prefer. As Frederick Bastier said, government is that great fiction by which everyone tries to live off of everyone else.
And that’s exactly what it is. And they’ll use any rationale they can to try to push that. Let’s discuss a little bit more about Donald Trump’s choices now. Donald Trump’s picks to round off the program. When I did the Liberty Conspiracy show last night, I made sure I did this in a couple chunks. Started the show and finished the show with these, some of these picks. We talked about Pamela Bondi and her support for red flag statutes sitting next to Donald Trump who also supported the red flag statutes at around the same time he was pushing the bump stock ban.
And I have video that shows other people like senators sitting next to Donald Trump supporting his bump stock ban and Donald Trump saying, don’t you worry about it, I’ll do it all myself. I’ll do it as an executive order. These are senators, they’re sitting around Donald Trump and they’re actually applauding this man for doing that, just unbelievable, unbelievably ridiculous. And they seem to be doing it somehow to protect people. Let me see if I can find this piece for you. Let’s see, see if I can call this one up on my library because I think you might find it interesting.
See if we’ve got this Donald Trump around the table here. Might be able to get it. Let me see if I can find it. No, I’ll have to, I’ll have to play it at a different time. I don’t think I’ll call it up now because that would be a little bit too distracting. So get into those final things on his appointments. Let’s talk just briefly about his appointment for. You got it. Surgeon general, Donald Trump’s choice for surgeon general has supposedly apologized for her previous positions. And David Knight did a great job. David did a great job talking about her and Marty Makary yesterday.
She supposedly has apologized for claiming that lockdowns were good, supporting the jabs, saying that people should do their six foot distancing and a lot of other things. Let’s discuss her in more detail because I think it might be worthwhile. And then we’ll close things off with that man Gorka. Talk about Ms. Neshawat for surgeon general after this stuff. But yesterday the CDC put out guidelines. If you are fully vaccinated, then it is safe to go outside, to go hiking, biking, to enjoy outdoor dining, to be around other people who are unvaccinated without a mask. Now, that is if you are fully vaccinated.
If you are not vaccinated, you still have to take precautions around other people. Now, both vaccinated and unvaccinated groups have to still wear a mask in large public areas where. All right. So right there you can see this doctor who’s now going to be chosen for this ridiculous position of surgeon general doesn’t understand what Vernon Coleman, what many other others have said about vaccination, you don’t get endemic status through vaccination. You get it through naturally acquired immunity. And I brought this up. I mentioned it last night on Liberty Conspiracy. There was a guy on Facebook who argued I didn’t know anything about viruses or epidemiology.
My sister studied epidemiology at Harvard. I’m pretty well acquainted with it. And it’s pretty ridiculous to think that by giving something to someone which in history actually was not shown to eliminate those diseases. Vernon Coleman has it in his book called Anyone who tells you vaccines are safe and effective is lying. And it’s historically noted in other books, dissolving the illusions that the introduction of the vaccines didn’t change the downward curve at all regarding some of these deadly diseases. The curve was already going down and the slope didn’t change. And the other problem is, it gives people a false sense of security, thinking, oh, I’ve got the jab now for whatever it is, whatever malady it is, and then they go out.
You don’t know when someone got the jab, you don’t know whether the jab is going to be effective. And if you’ve got natural immunity, that is a predictable course. And as the people at the Great Barrington Declaration announced, do it naturally. Have the younger, healthy people go out, get infected, get natural immunity, and then allow them to be introduced. Not allow, but voluntarily speaking. Speaking, have those people voluntarily get sick, go out, and other people who are more infirm, elderly, stay inside, voluntarily stay inside. And then once a large enough number of people have acquired the virus and have natural immunity, it’ll be a lot safer.
If you’re introducing the idea of a vaccination to make people safe, you’re actually putting them at greater risk because it gives them a false sense of security. The mask stuff was ridiculous. I wrote about that in early 2020, and of course, News Guard went after us at MRCTV. I talked about, as most of us knew by that time, David Knight was reporting on it very early in the spring of 2020, saying, the masks don’t do anything. The mesh is too wide to stop the viral particle and it will only collect water droplets. And that people had already studied how they actually inspire infections inside people’s nasal pharynx and inside the lungs.
These. These are all on record. They were on record long before 2020. Right. The hydroxychloroquine stuff that they tried to suppress, I was aware of that listening to Alex Jones’s show. Very early on, people were calling in saying, yeah, did you know hydroxychloroquine was being used to suppress this. This problem, whatever. Whatever it might be. And so I looked it up and I found the PubMed article from 2005, funded by Anthony Fauci’s office. So I knew that Anthony Fauci, every time you get up there and didn’t mention hydroxychloroquine was deceiving people. They had a study in 2005 that said chloroquine is a potent mediator for SARS.
They already had the study. His office funded it at niaid. So it’s just ridiculous to think that these people out There spouting stuff on television at that time, weren’t aware that the distancing stuff was a canard, it was a myth, it was all stupid. And to think that she’s going to now be the Surgeon General is quite stunning. I’ll play this last bit and then I want to pose this question to you. Crowded, like concerts and stadiums. And then when it comes to children, you know, we’ve got a lot of data that tells us children under the age of 10 are low risk for carriers for transmission of COVID So we really need to keep that in mind, especially with the summer coming up with summer camps, CDC is still recommending that the young wear their masks when they are around.
Others stay in cohorts with camping. And the only time that they can remove their mask is if, obviously if they’re sleeping, if they’re swimming, if they’re eating. And they still have to maintain that social distancing as well. And I think part of that reasoning is because of the crowded areas with the campgrounds. And also kids can’t yet be vaccinated. So right now it’s 6 and older that we can vaccinate. Unbelievable. And I have other clips that show where she parrots the claims of Pfizer and Moderna that their boosters were effective. And of course they weren’t. Their original jabs weren’t effective, as we saw Janine Smalls testify to Robert Ruse in the EU when he asked her, did you actually have information on the efficacy of this against the virus? And she said, oh, well, no, of course we didn’t.
We had to move at the speed of science, which is counter. You know, it’s a complete tautology what she’s saying, and it’s just ridiculous. It’s so flimsy and dumb to say something like that. And he was asking an appropriate question. She’s giving a non answer. Well, of course we didn’t know anything and we had no excuse for it, but I’ll claim it’s the speed of science unbelievably dumb. And as a quick reminder to just how stupid things were back then, let’s give you this one. I think you might find this kind of fun. Let’s talk about this reminder from a number of years ago.
See if I can pull this up. Yeah, where is it? Where is it? Just have to. Just have to find it from 2020. It’s a YouTube video. It’s pretty darn funny. See if I can find this. Where is this? Thought I had, maybe I don’t have it. I thought I had it. Yeah, looks like I might. I might have to skip it, y’all. That would be disappointing. Oh, no, I do have it. Great. Oh, terrific. Here it is. You’ll find this amusing. Hold on a second. This is really, really good. And it’s. It’s not even the full video from this woman.
I don’t know who she is. She goes by Donna War. Donna WR8. Donna WR8 on Twitter. So here it is. I think you’ll find it very funny. It’s dark humor, of course, but it’s worth it. Here we go. Yeah. I really don’t understand why everybody isn’t following the same rules right now. They’re very clear. So let’s take a minute, go over them again. First, you must not leave the house for any reason, unless, of course, you have a reason, and then you may leave the house. All stores are closed, except those that are open and all stores must close, unless, of course, they need to stay open.
This virus is deadly, but don’t be afraid of it. It can only kill people who are vulnerable and also those who are not vulnerable. We should stay locked down until the virus stops infecting people. And it will only stop infecting people. People if enough of us get infected that we build immunity. So it is very important that we get infected and also do not get infected. You should not go to the doctor’s office or the hospital unless you have to go there. Unless, of course, you are too sick to go there. This virus has no effect on children, except for those children in which it affects.
The virus remains active on different surfaces for two hours or four hours or six hours, but in most cases it’s days and not hours. And it needs a damp environment or a cold environment that is warm and dry in the air, unless the air is plastic. Schools are closed, so you need to homeschool your children unless you can send them to school because you are not home. If you are at home, you can school your children using various portals and online classrooms, unless you have poor Internet, more than one child, only one computer, or you are working from home.
Baking cakes can be considered math, science, or art. If you are home educating, you can include household chores within their education curriculum. And if you are home educating, you may start drinking at approximately 10am every day. If you are not home educating children, you may also start drinking at approximately 10am masks are useless at protecting you against the virus, but you still need to wear one because it can save lives. And in some cases, it may even be mandatory. But also maybe not, you must not go to work, but you can get another job, at which point you may go to work, stay home.
I don’t know how many more celebrities we need to have tell you how important it is to go outside and take care of your mental health. There is no shortage of groceries in the supermarket. There are simply many things missing. You don’t need to go buy a bunch of toilet paper, but you should buy some in case you need it. If you are sick, you may go out once you are better, but those in your household, they cannot go out once you are better, unless, of course, they need to go out. Animals are not. It’s just great.
She did it. Such a good job. Oh, man. Oh, in the air. Unless it’s plastic. Oh, my goodness. The Surgeon General. Just ridiculous. Now, let’s, let’s talk a little bit about Sebastian Gorka, the new choice for Donald Trump’s super Inspector General for terrorism, Czar against terrorism, Advisor against terrorism, Sebastian Gorka. All right, this is Sebastian Gorka. Mr. Sebastian Gorka was born in Hungary, came over here. He is now a naturalized US Citizen. As I mentioned at the start of the program, Sebastian Gorka and I have never had any interaction at all. Right now, I’ve been working, doing stuff on contract for MRCTV since 2016.
I don’t know how many articles I’ve written for them. It’s been probably two or three a week every week since then, sometimes five a week, sometimes seven. You know, a lot of videos and stuff like that. So, you know the math, I have no idea. But I went on to X a number of years ago because MRCTV is sort of a paleo conservative organization and headed by Brent Bozell. And they’ve been very open to my articles on immigration, despite the fact that originally the editor, Brittany Hughes, had a different position than I did on what the Constitution says.
Now she has come over to my side. She says she comes to me to write about issues on immigration, where originally that was something I wasn’t going to write on. And they said, oh, we’ll just, we’ll just have other people do those things. And I said, oh, that’s okay. I can write about economics, I can get stuff through about, you know, philosophy and so on, so on. That’s cool. But there was an opportunity and something came up and they needed me to work on this one. And I put the stuff in there and she saw it and she said, you know what? This is a valid argument.
So I contacted or I wanted to contact Sebastian Gorka for some reason I can’t remember what it was. And I went over to X. And so if you’re just joining us, I found without us having had any interaction at all, I had never, you know, at Sebastian Gorker, a period at Sebastian Gork or Seb Gork or Prof. Gorger, whatever he is. Nothing. Nothing at all. Right. And he had blocked me. And I thought, you know, I really, you know, I don’t care that much. But it indicated something to me that was a piece of information that said, why would he block you? I’m starting to understand why.
Because of course, as I mentioned In December of 2013, when I was here with David before and I mentioned on my show numerous times In December of 2013, I was approached by a friend of mine who had worked in the Obama administration. I was doing a podcast and I was reporting on what was going on in Ukraine as it was happening. I said, the United States is engaging in a coup in Ukraine. Yanukovych. Yanukovych was just elected. He was going to make a deal with the Russian government. It was a special deal. He was turning away from the EU and the NATO countries.
And he said, we’ve got a special deal is about $15 billion in subsidies and energy grants from Russia. And he took it. And they became closer to Russia and that was the final blow to try to get rid of him again. They’d already gotten rid of him in 2004. They overthrew him. They put in someone who was more friendly to the Western interests, as I mentioned. That’s when Obama and Dick Lugar went in there and started those chemical biological plants. And they had a long history of the CIA involving itself with anti Soviet pro Nazi forces who had left, that left Germany in particular, but also were within Ukraine.
And they had worked together to combat the Soviets. They didn’t like the Soviets. That’s how you got the Waffen SS trooper in Canada who was applauded about a year ago, this time by people like Zelensky, who was also in the Canadian Parliament that day, and the Prime Minister Trudeau, and applauding a guy against whom the Canadians fought, a German Nazi who’s now living in Canada. He’s a former Waffen SS trooper who killed people who had no defense in any way whatsoever. He engaged in war crimes, it seems. So they applauded the guy and said, oh, look it, he fought the Russians.
They didn’t even think, oh no, he fought the Soviets and fought for the Nazis and they’re applauding him. He fought against the Allies And Canada was one of the allies. So it was just childish. It was so dumb. So all of the Nazi connections and we talk about the Slovak Party, they were still extant for decades after World War II. In Ukraine, they were utilized by people like the Reagan administration’s CIA, people like, connected to Margaret Thatcher as well. Gene Kirkpatrick appears to have been involved in a lot of these things. Hague, Al Haig A lot of those people who were involved with the George H.W.
bush and George W. Bush administrations, they pushed a lot of these pro Nazi forces and made CIA connections to try to block Russia in their interest. They established a lot of economic interests, a lot of fascist favoritism connections on corporations. And NATO started to sweep in. Contrary to the agreement that James Baker had given to the Soviet Union as it was breaking up, the Russian government said we will give absolute permission for the west and East Germany governments to unify, to become Germany again. And we will allow the Iron Curtain countries to be free if you promise us that NATO will not try to expand into the Iron Curtain countries.
And Michael Abelow has a very good book on this called how the West Brought War to Ukraine. Ukraine and it’s, it’s available. You can find the link on the anti war site. But just meant remember his last name is Abelo Abelow. And this is of course a lot about a lot of what Michael Scott Horton covers in his book Provoked. Because, you know, I was watching it at the time. I was reporting on it as it happened. And in December of 2013 when the US government was working to overthrow Yanukovych, who had gotten reelected, he was pushed out in 2004, 2005, he got reelected in 2013 and made that deal.
Well, as that was happening, I was reporting on it. A friend of mine who used to work for Obama under Eric Holder and left very quickly because he didn’t like what was going on. He’s an old friend. We were having dinner with a group of people. He pulled me aside, took me by the arm and said, hey, where are you getting your information on Ukraine? I’ve been listening to your audio podcasts. This is December of 2013 and I’ll probably mention it with Scott if he can come on the show tomorrow. And I said, well, you know, I’m just doing research.
I just, you know, I’m looking stuff up. I was given a tip about the United States trying to overthrow Syria when I was at a Middle Eastern Restaurant in LA in 2010, 2011. And I’ve been watching this stuff as the Russians pulled away from US Investments. And the Saudis don’t want Russian exports of energy. Now the Saudis have realigned a little bit, so that’s very interesting. They want to join brics, which is kind of, kind of interesting to see. But, but at that time the United States was totally the puppet of the Saudis and the puppet of the deep state and NATO.
And they wanted expansion into the Balkans and the, and the Iron Curtain countries. They did, they entered, they entered those countries and started to absorb them. And Ukraine was next. So Vladimir Putin in 2014 with the Nazi government that was put in there, the pro Nazi government invaded the area to try to protect Crimea, about which they already had an agreement. They had a, they had a treaty with Ukraine to allow Russia to have ports there for food and energy exports. Well, let’s see what Sebastian Gorka has to say about Vladimir Putin. He does it in a very decorous way, a very high falutin.
He seems to, I get the impression I, I look at this guy as a very dangerous man. He makes me very nervous and I do get the vibe that he does think very highly of himself. But moreover, you know, I don’t know him. He might be a very nice guy. I don’t know, but I get that vibe. Moreover, he’s very frightening and he doesn’t understand the US Constitution beyond his nose at all. I’ll give one tip away that the President has mentioned. He will say to that murderous former KGB colonel, that bug who runs the Russian Federation, you will negotiate now or the aid that we have given to Ukraine thus far will look like peanuts.
Okay, so essentially it’s the same mindset as the Lindsey Graham, the Lindsey Graham mindset towards Israel. Right. Just all, all stops are pulled. Fuel to the fire. Mr. Gorka doesn’t mention that Vladimir Putin already engaged in negotiations in early 2022 and the west stopped those negotiations through the United States and Boris Johnson going to Kiev to tell Zelensky not to continue the negotiations. Vladimir Putin has held up the papers with Zelensky’s initials as the initial agreements that he would abide by their ceasefire and that certain amounts of land would be ceded to Russia to protect the ethnically Russian people in the Donbass.
But Gorka doesn’t mention these things. He doesn’t go into the fact that in any of these so called peace negotiations that the west has propped up in its flimsy theater over the past couple years, they haven’t invited Vladimir Putin to those negotiations. They just had so called peace treaty negotiations in Switzerland and didn’t invite the Russian party to the negotiations. How do you get the word negotiation when you don’t invite the party to the war that needs to negotiate? Mr. Gorka doesn’t seem to remember any of that stuff that Putin has engaged in negotiation. And it has been the west that every time has sh.
Shot it down or made a farce out of the very word negotiations for peace. That’s how he will force those gentlemen to come to an arrangement that stops the bloodshed. Okay, Mr. Gorka, let’s get a little more information about Mr. Gorka’s background because I think you might find it interesting. Max Blumenthal of the Gray Zone, and by the way, Aaron Mate of the Gray Zone was in an example excellent conversation on X with Mr. Gorka about Donald Trump’s withdrawal from the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, which has resulted, as you saw over the weekend, in the hypersonic missiles that the Russians developed after Donald Trump pulled out of the treaty.
Mr. Gorka was advising Donald Trump at that time. So let’s get into this one. Want to make sure I can find it? Yeah, I think I’ve got it. Go to Max Blumenthal and his excellent quote. Oh, by the way, if you’re looking on Twitter, X, Michael Tracy, it’s M. Tracy is the one who posted this terrific conversation in which Aaron mate took on Mr. Gorka. But some background of Mr. Gorka from Max Blumenthal is worthwhile, I think. Gorka, of course, he was born in Hungary. He became a naturalized citizen in 2012 and he was trained by British intelligence.
So let’s see if I can find this for you here. Yeah, I might have to skip it. All right. Oh, okay. Yeah, here it is. Seb Gorka. Sebastian Gorka served in a British intel unit and was mentored by a UK military intel officer who has dedicated his career to war with Russia, even devising the blueprints for you Got it, everybody. The Kerch Bridge bombing. That’s what’s better known as the Crimean Bridge. Now that bridge is extremely important to the people there locally, not only economically, but historically because when the German Nazis occupied that area, they took, they kept school going and they took over 100 children from the local area on a so called day trip across the bridge to have a picnic and the Germans poisoned the kids.
Those are ethnically Russian people there, Gorka. That bridge is extremely important to people historically. Gorka’s new set now. Sorry, Gorka is now set to advance the Biden policy on Ukraine within Trump’s White House. And someone had asked Is Sebastian Gorka a British intelligence asset. Gorka’s British intelligence ties once cost him a security clearance. His mentor is a UK spook now overseeing British covert operations against Russia. So, yes, yes, he was trained by British intelligence, but because he was trained by British intelligence when he went to work for Donald Trump and he claims he was involved with military intelligence with Donald Trump’s, he couldn’t get the clearances.
Even John Bolton brought that up. In fact, let me bring this article to you. National Review. Former Trump advisor Sebastian Gorka named as senior adviser to counterterrorism. Now down at the bottom. And this is John Bolton of all people. I don’t agree with John Bolton on virtually anything, but Bolton calls him a fraud. He says, Bolton says, I wouldn’t have him in any US Government. He told that to Caitlin Collins. He calls him a con man. Fortunately, it’s not the highest position he has been mentioned for, but I don’t think it’s going to bode well for counterterrorism efforts when the senior director is somebody like that.
This is why obviously everybody is now focusing on the top jobs. But the questions of who are the deputy secretaries, who are the undersecretaries, is going to tell us a lot about who is actually running the government. So I don’t know whether he will be able to get a security clearance. But I find Sebastian Gorka’s incredible thirst for attacks on Russia and his rewriting of history to be highly, highly vexatious and disturbing. And that is, of course, after he blocked me, evidently. The only thing I can think of is that publicly I was speaking up about the truth about what was going on in Ukraine.
Interesting. We’ll leave it at that. I want to thank everyone for being here. Do remember that if you do want to contribute to the David Knight show, I see we have a contribution over on Rockvin. Thank you so much, Andromeda. One guard. Where can I read about the ancient Vikings and Irish under the agreement system that you have often spoken about? Wishing you, the audience and the Knight family a very happy Thanksgiving, Andromeda. Thank you so much. Indeed, if you read some of Murray Rothbard’s work, you’ll see that he mentions Viking age Iceland. It’s called the Goddard system.
G O D D A R D. The Goddard system or G O T T A R D or A R T. Goddard or Goddard system. So I have a friend whose last name is Goddard and he’s, you know, descended from them. The Goddard was the bundle of rights recognized everyone had. And you could take that to a temple in Viking Age Iceland and have your disputes adjudicated. You could even have someone go in your stead to represent you. And the temples competed with each other. If someone wasn’t adjudicating something, well, they weren’t forcing people to pay or anything like that.
You could go to a competitor. So it’s basically like, you know, some sort of outside government adjudication system we might have now, you know, like arbitration. But the Irish system is called the Breon Law system and that’s B R E H O N Brehan Law and Kevin Flanagan. If you can check out Kevin Flanagan, you can look up Brehan Law Academy. He has a whole series of videos on YouTube, one where he has a speech at a Mises Institute event. The book, probably for you from Rothbard, would be For a New Liberty. It’s For a New Liberty.
I think that’s the one where he mentions Viking Age Iceland and also Milton Friedman’s son. David Friedman is an anarcho capitalist voluntarist. And David originally studied physics, but then he went into economics and followed his father’s lead and expanded on what his father did. He has a book called the Machinery of Freedom that came out around maybe 1992. David Friedman. Check out David Friedman’s Machinery of Freedom. David is more of. He doesn’t really put a lot of ethical or moral analyses into things. He just sort of looks at the structures and systems. But he talks about the Viking Age Icelandic system.
And there’s also a book that I think Penguin released called Viking Age Iceland, and you can find information on that. As far as the Irish system goes, I’m telling you, Kevin Flanagan’s presentations are fantastic. You’ll love them. Great, great stuff. And there are also a lot of other books, and I’ll bring them up tomorrow, that folks like the Mises Institute and others have released about historical examples of non governmental governance, non state governance. Out west, there’s a book that I started reading in segments on liberty conspiracy called the not so Wild, Wild west, about how the Western ranchers and gold miners handled their own lives and their own interactions very, very well without government forcing people to pay for it.
In fact, in San Francisco, there’s still. The private police force has a certain kind of star that they would have. They still have the stars out there. Very interesting, the ways that they handled property rights claims between the miners, the ranchers, you know, water could get polluted. How do they handle that without government, without the EPA coming in and telling people, you can’t do this, you know, through a continuation of tort, tort law, that sort of thing. So it’s all very, very good stuff. It’s very interesting. And even inside a book called I Must Speak out, it’s the best of a magazine called the Voluntarious.
There’s a great essay in I Must Speak Out Volume 1 about the Israelites after they left. They left Egypt when they were in the desert. Their system was tribal and clan based and the elders of the families would act as judges. But they didn’t have any official state until they brought in the king. And they were warned, don’t bring the king in. You know, you’ll have to give up a tenth of your stuff for your crops. Your men will be taken into the king’s military endeavors, adventures. And your women will be mistreated and disrespected. And that’s exactly what happened.
You know, they were warned. Watch out. So thank you, really appreciate it very, very much. And I also want to thank everybody who’s been in their harps from Australia. Inside Jason Barker of Nights of the Storm inside Rockvin Audi. Hey, Audi. Good to have you there, Audi. Modern Retro Radio. Good to have you there, Audi. And I highly recommend people look up Modern Retro Radio online. And thanks everybody for being here. Also the artist one. Thank you for your comment over on Twitter X. We’ll get the guys to post it. Baptism is a legal way to get out of government overreach.
Also, the constitution is a contract that you can pull in a cease and desist. Wouldn’t that be nice if they actually acknowledge the Constitution a little more? I would be happy with that. Right. Hey, thanks for watching everybody. I will be back tomorrow and Jason Barker will be our guest definitely. And Scott Horton likely will be with us. So please do join us once again for the David Knight Show. And remember thedavidknightshow.com Head over to the store, think about getting some Christmas gifts. The mugs, the T shirts, all the great stuff that they’ve got there. And I will leave you with how about a little something going away for David Knight.
Yeah, the Common man from David Knight. Thanks for watching everybody. See you for liberty Conspiracy at six. The Common Man. They created Common Core to dumb down our children. They created common past to track and contrast control us. Their commons project to make sure the commoners own nothing. And the communist future. They see the common man as simple, unsophisticated, ordinary. But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God. That is what we have in common. That is what they want to take away.
