This is something that I experienced many years ago when I was back at the university. In fact, I went to the University of California, Santa Barbara, and I got a bachelor’s degree in political science. Now, I have always been interested in different cultures, society, laws. I thought that I wanted to be an attorney.

I’m kind of conflicted about that now because I wish that I was able to represent y’all that need my help, but I have been helping you in terms of education and coaching and legal strategy. And I’ve actually educated a number of attorneys, especially in terms of health laws, local health laws related to public health, and then also brainstorming ways for strategies to put a stop to these tyrants who are oppressing you and violating your civil rights. So the reason why I say I’m conflicted is because I do fight for the underdog. I stand for truth and justice.

But it’s been my experience, as I’ve been involved in this lawsuit against the Orange County Board of Supervisors, how underhanded the legal system can be. There’s something called lawfare, where it’s basically warfare, but they are trying to wear you down financially, morally, your moral support, psychologically, physically, spiritually in all realms by using all of these underhanded, slimy tactics of procedures and all this rigmarole that I really don’t care for. The truth should prevail. The facts should speak for themselves. But you know, if you’ve watched TV, or if you’ve seen any of these TV shows, or even in your own life, you know that often, unfortunately, there are corrupt attorneys, corrupt judges, corrupt courts, and often justice is not served.

So that’s why I say I’m kind of conflicted, because the time that I have spent in the courtroom was not a very good time. It was very stressful, high anxiety, I could not stand all of the rigmarole and the procedural plays, it’s like, let’s just get right down to the actual facts. So that kind of turned me off quite a bit. And I’ve heard from plenty of my healthy American clients, who have also been turned off by attorneys who actually have been really treated poorly by the attorneys not having the communication be efficient and effective and timely.

They gave tens of thousands of dollars to attorneys in these fees to retain them. And then the attorneys kind of went MIA. And then at the last minute, when the filings had to be done, these clients had to scurry and get other assistants. So I have witnessed countless times where the attorneys have not done well by their clients, they have not acted professionally, and it really turns my stomach. So having said all that, that’s why I say I’m kind of conflicted in terms of I never went on to go to law school. What I did do is I went on for a master’s degree in international relations, because I am so fascinated by other countries and cultures.

Ironically, I don’t believe that we should expand global governance. I am not in favor of that at all. I’m not in favor of international law and international courts to the extent that they have grown and ballooned. But I was more interested in different countries, different political systems, how societies are organized and just interesting to me for some reason. So here’s the story. I’m in college, I’m getting my degree in political science and one of the classes that I was enrolled in was all about a mock Congress and I want to tell you about that in just a moment.

I loved all my other classes about history. I took classes about military strategy, just interesting to me for some reason. And I thought, well, I’m going to enroll in this class where you actually do role plays where each person either is a lobbyist or a congressman, a congresswoman, and then it was overseen by a professor and there were different activities and projects and everything that you had to do. But the main project was you actually took on the role of a representative in the federal government and there were people that were lobbyists. And the very first event that we had was I think it was at the professor’s house, if I recall correctly, and it was all of my fellow students and everyone had taken on their role of a congressperson and some people were the lobbyists and then the professor was going to give us the activities in terms of what the issues were.

And I tell you, friends, it turned my stomach. I felt so out of place in terms of doing the political wheeling and dealing where you had to make these alliances in order, you know, with other congressmen in order to get your bill passed, even though you didn’t really like what they were standing for you kind of had to go along with them so that then they would give you their support for your bill. And it’s like, I did not like that at all. I didn’t like the lobbyists, I didn’t like that they were coming in trying to persuade you in different ways to pass this legislation.

And by the way, it’s my understanding that it’s the lobbyists that write a lot of this legislation that then gets introduced by the congressman that they choose, and that they smooth. What’s the, how does that expression go schmooze with. And I didn’t care for any of that. I’m pretty much a cut and dry person. What you see is what you get. I don’t like all these political dealings. And it puts me so what happened, you’re asking, what did you do, I actually dropped the class, I decided to take a different class because it just didn’t sit well with me.

And I realized, I did not want to serve in public office. I did not want to be a politician. I wanted to be direct and matter of fact, and I didn’t want to have to make these alliances I’m not saying that those. There’s not a place for that. I’ve never been in politics per se, although I am fascinated by it and it puts me in mind for what we are seeing with Trump and his list of all of these nominees for, you know, different cabinet positions. And some of them, you’re probably scratching your head like I am, if you’re even paying attention, you might not be watching that at all.

But it puts me in mind of these political favors that need to be addressed because possibly there were donors that wanted things to go a certain way. Or maybe there were favors that were granted or favors that will be granted and so certain individuals are in place to do that. And it just is not my cup of tea, it’s been going on forever, it will continue to go on forever. And I’m going to be doing a video for you about Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, I’m sorry if I’m pronouncing his name wrong, and how this is to me such an interesting and intriguing setup where Trump wants these individuals to identify ways where the government could become more efficient.

On the surface, it sounds like a great idea. So we’re going to be doing a bit of a dive into that in an upcoming video, but I just wanted to share with you kind of where I’m coming from and why I do what I do. I have a lot of people that say, Peggy, why don’t you run for office and I appreciate that I really appreciate when you say, Peggy for governor, Peggy for president, I want to let you know that your encouragement brings me a great deal of support and it helps me persevere in this work that I do day in day out.

But I do this work because I love it because I stand for truth and freedom. I love to read between the lies. I love to be challenged with my critical thinking. And I’m going to be doing more of that in the upcoming weeks, where we’re going to be looking at some headlines and some stories, and together we will hone our talents of digging deeper of asking questions and not just accepting what is being spoon fed to us. That’s why we’re in the fix that we’re in is because people either don’t know how to ask the questions.

They don’t want to ask the questions. They just want to believe what they’re told, and they just can’t be bothered. And that’s all good and well until it affects you personally, as we’ve experienced over the last several years. So I just wanted to give you a bigger picture as to why I personally am not interested in politics, although I worked for the federal government in the Department of the Navy when I was doing my graduate work. I was a graduate assistant to a group of professors and yes, I saw waste. I’m not going to use the word fraud, but I saw some things that raised my eyebrows and it really was a learning experience for me as a young adult because it’s like I trusted people to be who they said they were.

And then there was evidence to show that they weren’t and it’s like this is really strange. And there were other things that happened on the job where I saw the waste in the federal government. Then I worked for the state government when I was working for the University of California, and that is basically I was a state employee and I saw a lot of waste in the government there. It was absolutely unbelievable what goes on in these universities, the levels of management and all of the deadwood that definitely could be cut. And then I worked for community colleges, which are a type more of a local governing body.

And then I also have worked for cities. So I’ve worked at all levels of government basically. And I will say that I am happy to be an entrepreneur and be working on my own. So there you have it, friends. I just wanted to share with you a little of a personal story as to why I will not run for office. I will cheer those on. I will be happy to bring information if you’re interested, like I did earlier, about the bills that were being initiated on the ballot during this last election cycle. But for me, I am more of an observer.

And I like to also predict what I think might be going on. And I don’t want to say I told you so. I hope I’m not going to say I told you so about RFK. That would be horrible if he really turns out to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Okay, I said it, I said it. I’ve covered that on a lot of videos as well. But what I want to dive into in an upcoming video is Elon Musk, and I’m no fan of his. And Vivek, who I really don’t know much about other than he started a pharmaceutical company.

So we’ll look into what plans they have for this Department of Government Efficiency. The name itself kind of sounds like a joke in a way, like it came from a novel or a bad movie. And Musk does that a lot, calling it the Department of Government Efficiency doge or doge, like his dog, the dog coin. We’re going to talk all about that coming up soon. All right, friends, thanks for being on board. I really appreciate you. It is the season of gratitude, but I am grateful for you every single day. I look forward to seeing you back here on the show.

It’s 4pm Pacific, 7pm Eastern, and I am grateful that you are with me as we’re marching this all the way to heaven. [tr:trw].
