Today we have a new guest, Sheriff Mack. Sheriff Mack has served in law enforcement for 20 years. In 1988, he was elected to the office of Sheriff in his hometown and served as such for eight years. In 1991, he graduated from the FBI Academy. Sheriff Mack is the founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. This organization brings citizens, law enforcement, sheriffs and elected officials together.

He has provided hundreds of training seminars to sheriff’s, police and public officials in all 50 states and in several other countries across the world. Sheriff, welcome to the Spotlight. Well, thanks for having me. It’s a pleasure to be here. I think it’s the first time I’ve been on X22. So what does X22 stand for? X22 stands for X is for Extreme 22 is my lucky number.

Everything I do is always divisible by two. So basically, I just picked the number 22. Okay, so it’s like extreme reporting with the number 22 or is my lucky number. So it totals that too. So good. There you go. So that works out perfectly. So I. I just wanted to start with the border. I mean, you’ve been talking about the border quite a bit. We have had open borders for now four years, Something I don’t think we’ve ever seen. If we go back in time with, of course, the number of people that are coming into this country, it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Let me just ask you, how many illegals do you think are in this country? I know we get a lot of different numbers. And how many do you think are in this country? More than they say, more than we know. First of all, no one really knows, so there’s no way it could be less than what we’ve been saying because of all the getaways and because of the getaways we don’t really know. And because of the Biden administration bringing in some of their own intentionally. I don’t think we can highlight this enough how criminal the Biden administration has been to make sure those people got here.

And. And Mayorkas and Kamala and Joe all know that this has allowed international terrorists any name you want to give them. Isis, Hezbollah, whatever, Al Qaeda, they’re all here. They’re all here by the tens of thousands. And then we have ccp, dissidents or warriors. We have Russian warriors and hitman. We have cartels who are, of course, trafficking with children. Human. Human trafficking of all ages, but especially the children of the 350, 400,000. We don’t even know where these children are. Some of them were sold into the cartels to bring them here in the first place. And maybe some of the families that didn’t have the money to get here had to sell them to the cartels.

That has happened. And so. And we haven’t even brought up the crime in the streets of America. The Lake and Rileys and numerous other victims who have been murdered and raped and attacked. The numerous attacks on police, physical assaults and murders, and running over a cop out here in Mesa, Arizona, who was just trying to investigate a traffic accident. These things go on and on and on. Of course, there was a girl. I don’t even remember her name now. It’s so long ago. But in San Francisco, who was murdered. And of course, the suspect was acquitted.

For some crazy reason, this has been insanity. Most of this insanity comes from Democrats. Some of it has come from Republicans. But it. You have to ask yourself, why would the Biden administration want to do this? And there’s, there’s, there’s only two answers. And the most probable is the Democrat Party was willing to sacrifice Joe Biden on the altar of getting more people registered to vote. The goal of the Democrat Party was to take over, completely, have a monopoly of political power from Hawaii to Bangor, Maine, all across the country, to give them a complete monopoly on governmental power and political power.

This was what it was for. I believe it’s 35 to 45 million people. That would be more than the population by far of where I live, the four corner states, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. That is like bringing in double the population of those four states to assimilate into our country. But the thing of it is, if these terrorists and gangs and cartels are really here, which we know for a fact that they are, the only thing that we can squabble about is the numbers a little bit. But there’s tens of thousands of all of them, and that’s pretty well documented.

I actually believe it’s more than what we know on that as well. And so if they’re really here, what do you think they’re going to do? Do you think they’re just trying to live here and start a new life and they’re seeking asylum and they want to live in peace? There’s no way that Muslim terrorists are doing that. And I have no qualms with anybody’s religion or background, none whatsoever. But we know for a fact that the Muslim extremists, Islamic extremists, are here and they wish to do us harm. The only thing we could try to really do there is to minimize that.

Find them as soon as we can, either get them arrested or sent out of our country. And, and that deportation plan, I believe, and I’ve already made this known to people of the Trump transition team, that I don’t see how it works effectively and fairly without the nation’s sheriffs involved. And so just this morning, San Diego Board of Supervisors, county commissioners voted 3 to 1 to not allow anyone to deport people in this greater San Diego area. And that kind of criminality, that’s aiding and abetting illegal aliens, it’s aiding and abetting human trafficking, fentanyl, and all the other crimes associated with what’s been going on in our country.

And I can’t believe that anyone in office would be so stupid and bold to make that announcement public. That we want more terrorists here, we want more cartels here, we want more human trafficking here. And the crime that is increased in our inner cities, San Diego included, they want more of that. That’s got to be political suicide. But with the Democrats, maybe it’s not. But this is one thing I do know. Trump won. If you saw the map of the United States after the election was pretty much secured for President Trump, he won about 85% of the counties in this country.

Yes. Now we need all of those county Sheriffs in the 85% to back him and have his back and help Tom Homan and America get rid of this criminal element that wants nothing but to destroy America from within. And if we get the sheriffs, nobody knows the counties better than the sheriffs and his people and his employees and his posses. We highly recommend the posse, too. And we’re going to need all of us working together on this and to make it successful. Now, what’s very interesting is that with these individuals coming over the border, we normally, yes, people would come over the border, they would hop over the border, but I think what people are now seeing, they’re seeing the administration actually performing an operation where they’re actually assisting and flying in, busing, bringing these people in.

So it’s not just people that are in Mexico, you know, just hopping over the border. The administration, of course, all roads lead to Mayorkas. They are actually now performing an operation of bringing these people in that Mayorkas is now giving extending the work permits to illegals now. So, yeah. So if they were assisting in doing this illegal act, bringing the people in without vetting them, without. Haven’t they broken the law? They have. And the CSPOA has recommended to sheriff to start criminal investigations on this. And then I spoke to my good friend Sheriff Mark Lamb, right here in Arizona.

Yeah. About that very idea. And he says, well, I’m one up on you. He said, a few months ago, I completed a criminal investigation on Mr. Mayorkas. That criminal investigation is on the county attorney’s desk awaiting charges. And this needs to happen nationwide. Everyone needs to follow his example. And folks, this is where you come in. You need to tell your sheriffs to start investigating the criminals in Washington D.C. the biggest crime syndicate are these crooks that allowed this to happen. This is absolutely against the law. Aiding and abetting a criminal activity known as crossing our borders illegally.

That’s a crime. And these politicians continue to get away with everything, and we can’t allow them to get away with this anymore. And even if Mayorkas isn’t going to be in office in January. That criminal investigation needs to move forward or this is. The Democrats cannot keep this attitude and this brainwashing that they can do anything they want and nothing’s going to happen to them. So I hope that Cash Patel, when he gets in, will start criminal investigations on all these people as well. But if there’s a crime that is committed because of this in your county sheriff, you need to start an investigation.

And folks, the sheriff works for you. Do you know that you, we the people, are the only boss or supervisor that the sheriff has. He reports to no one else. No one is above the sheriff in your county other than you. So you need to get a hold of your sheriff and say, we want these criminals in Washington, D.C. investigated. And then he’ll say, what crime? You say illegal immigration and promoting human trafficking and all the other crimes that are associated with this. If you’ve had any illegal aliens enter your county, that’s a crime and you can start getting investigated.

Maybe we need to investigate some of the governors right now. I would say an investigation would be in order for the county commissioners in San Diego. That was just announced this morning. Maybe they voted yesterday. And so, folks, we the people have got to get involved in this. We are the first three words of the Constitution. This is our government by, for and of the people. We cannot let this go and think, oh, everything’s taken care of. Trump’s got it under control. I’m grateful about the red wave and I’m grateful that Trump got in, but now we’ve got work to do with him.

We can’t leave this just to him. And, and we can’t, we can’t just leave it to our sheriffs. We’ve got to be involved in the process, folks, or this is not going to work. I agree with that. The American government will not work if we’re not involved. So we should have done it way before now, but now it’s our time to get involved and help restore our country. If we let all these crimes go, it will happen again. Tom Holman, he, he is continually out there. I think he’s making the circuit now, letting different cities, different states know that, you know, we’re going to come in, we’re going to deport these illegals.

What do you think his plan is? What do you, how do you think the deportation? What will, what will it look like? Because, you know, you hear cnn, MSNBC and all these other places saying, oh, it’s going to be a disaster. It’s going to be scary. It’s. He’s going to, you know, round up grandma. So what do you think this deportation is going to look like? If they want. Scary. Just look at all the people that are already here. These, these people are such idiots. They accept all the crime. They accept all the horrible organizations and groups that have infiltrated our country, invaded our country, and they think it’s going to be dangerous to try to get rid of them.

How do you think it’s going to be when we give them unfettered access to every American city and every American. These people are just so absolutely insane. We’re trying to pick up the pieces after this criminal administration has not only allowed this to happen, but willingly participated in it. Do anybody. Does anybody think that the Grande Agua gangs from Venezuela walked here, they were flown here, they were bussed here, and most of them flown. And, and we could start following the money trail on all of that and we could do it right here in, in the United States.

If any of these individuals gets arrested, which should have happened in Aurora, Colorado, when they were taking over that apartment complex. Seriously, the mayor there and these other politicians around the country want more of that. Seriously. And so one, the county sheriff who’s over the city of Denver should be participating with Tom Holman, whatever plan he has, and he hasn’t announced it yet, the logistics of how we’re going to do this. But my way of thinking on it would be first put the military, the United States military, at the border. They have jurisdiction there. Article 4, Section 4 says, the United States government shall protect our borders from invasion.

Shall. And so they can go there, okay, lawfully and constitutionally. And you’ve got to stop the bleeding before you can get rid of the others, because it’ll just be going in circles if we don’t. And then start deporting people and start arresting people who are already wanted. And we, who we know are part of criminal organizations who have been committing crimes to get here and committing crimes after they got here. So I hope that there’s still. There’s going to be arrest and not just deportation. Then we get the sheriffs to identify people who need to be deported.

He can hold them in his jail or another place, have the ICE people who are going to be helping with that also start shipping, shipping them back. And I think boats and buses would be in order. I don’t know if they’re going to be flying people back down, you know, the farther south ones like Venezuela and, and Chile and maybe Argentina. I don’t know about if Argentina has been involved in a lot of this, but I’m sure there are some. But it’s, it’s a massive operation and I think every state needs to be involved. Some states probably won’t, but maybe we’re just talking about the big cities like Chicago.

But there’s, there’s a good 90 sheriffs, good, honest, constitutionally oriented sheriffs in Illinois. There’s like 106 total. And 90 of them have already shown that they will stand against their governor when it came to gun control, that he was proposing. Those same 90 just need to get involved in helping deport these people. So I hope that the Wayne county sheriff in Detroit is doing the same and we hope that the Cook county and Chicago, whatever, if, if any governor or mayor gets in the way of a sheriff trying to deport these people, they should be arrested for obstruction of justice.

And, and that’s all legitimate. And were now again addressing the corrupt criminals that continue to help destroy America from within. Can Tom Holman deputize people to assist ice? He can, yes. And so can the sheriffs. The sheriffs can deputize everybody in their county if they want to. Oh, wow. Yes, the sheriffs can have their own posse. We highly recommend this. We have posse training today and we’re passing out this document. This came from Bob Songer, Sheriff Bob Songer in Klickitaq County. And this is a template and his policy for having his own posse. And so we’re going to be discussing that today.

But folks, there’s one thing you need to do. You need to join the CSPOA posse. And yes, there’s a little monthly fee associated with, I mean, very little. It’s $11 a month if you want, do the $99 for the year and you don’t have to worry about the monthly fee. But folks, I am a member of that posse as well. I pay $11 a month to that posse. You help us with funding and we train you to work with your sheriff.

This is a very interesting concept because I think most of the people today, they’re always sitting back depending on law enforcement, sheriffs and now the country, that the people of this country can get involved in these operations in removing the illegals in this country, which I think most of the people most. I mean, I didn’t think of this. I mean this is, this goes far beyond any, I think anything.

We don’t like the open borders and now people who are sitting there saying, you know what can I do? I want to get involved. This allows them to get involved and help out with the operations of removing the the illegals in this country and what’s very interesting about this is that, you know, when the deep state players, I call them the deep state players, when they see this and they see the, the people actually getting involved in the majority of the people getting involved, I mean, what are they going to say at that point? That we’re all wrong? Can’t be.

Yeah, well, exactly. Yeah. And, and who bestows the power and authority on the sheriff? We the people do. Right. We can’t bestow power on him that we don’t have. So he gets his badge. The authority to wear that badge comes from us. We the people. The authority he. To wear his gun comes from us. We the people. We also have that authority. And, and can we police ourselves? Well, originally we did, and then we decided, hey, I don’t want to spend all the time fighting crime and, and, and fires. So we, we formed together and we said, let’s hire a fire department.

Oh, let’s hire a sheriff. And let’s. And he can hire deputies and they can patrol our neighborhoods and then we can go about going to work and taking our kids to school and doing the things we do every day. But that authority, ultimately all political power is inherent in the people. And folks, we need to remember that and we need to get going. And this, our entire organization is based on coming together with our sheriffs and other local officials and we hope chiefs of police get involved in this too. But the thing of it is, they need to hear from us.

And are you trying to tell me that most people in America can’t ride along in a patrol vehicle with a deputy? Of course we can. And in fact, they have those ride along programs all over the country. When I was a cop, people asked all the time, hey, Officer Mac, come on in. You have a ride along tonight? Came in, picked him up. They’d ride with me two or three hours. If I had a family fight, they came in with me. You know, maybe they stood at the door or they just stood right there, but they were there.

It’s good to have people with you and it’s good to know what our cops are doing and what they’re supposed to be doing. But folks, this could get much more entailed. So we sure hope that the sheriff is taking advantage of former military, former police, and people who are really well trained in firearms that could be really necessary. And then if they need to transport someone, and maybe you speak Spanish or maybe you speak Portuguese or French or whatever else they might need that you could help with. They might need help in dispatch, they might need help with meals they might need help taking care of neighborhoods and going through neighborhoods and making sure that the elderly are taken care of and that they have sufficient supplies in their home.

Whatever the case may be a natural disaster or any other emergency, we the people should let our sheriff know. We’re willing to be on your posse. You tell us what to do and that’s what we will do. Do you think at any point Tom Homan would need maybe the National Guard or the military to assist with this? Yes, and like I said, I don’t, I don’t think he, I don’t think lawfully they can do it with the United States military except at the border, but they can do it with the National Guard and they can do it with the posses and they can do it with the sheriffs and chiefs of police and that should be sufficient manpower.

If it’s not, then maybe they’ll have to do something else. I don’t want to see the military going through our streets. But if violence erupts and we have to, you know, I’m not going to turn it down, but the Posse Comitatus act of, I think 1887 said that the military cannot be used in domestic purposes. So if it gets out of hand, I’m sure that everyone would realize that it might have to. But folks, this could be a dangerous assignment because of the pushback that these criminals will probably put forth. But are we to shy away because that might happen.

They’re taking over our country and it’s our country and we have a right to take it back. And the destruction and devastation and the catastrophes caused by Biden and Harris and Mayorkas, we have to correct it. It’s our job, it’s our duty, and let’s do it. You said something very interesting with violence. And if they, they, you know, I guess maybe what we saw back in 2020 with BLM and Antifa and all that, where they were building down, burning down cities and hurting people and looting. Of course, we have January 6th coming up. We have January 20th with the.

Which is the inauguration. Do you think that Biden and team and, you know, whoever Mayorkus, do you think they will use the illegals during that period, during maybe the certification of the elections or maybe during the inauguration? Do you think they would, I guess I would say stoop that low to actually try to interrupt the transition of power? Of course they would stoop that low. There’s no, there’s no depth they won’t go to, so. Yes, of course. But you also need to understand the other Enemies that are all are here. The Muslim terrorists and extremists and the Chinese and Russians, they’re here.

So if they start working together and they get some of the other illegal aliens to help them and the cartels, if the cartels and all the other groups and the terrorists join forces, we’re in trouble. And, and yes. What if they do something when they try to certify the vote the first week in January? What if they try to do something at the inauguration? What if they try to do something right after Trump moves into office and moves into the White House? They’ve always gone after Trump. Yes. And, and I’m not sure who they are, but in some instances I am.

When you have a district attorney in New York, Bragg, who literally makes up a law to go after Trump for exaggerating his wealth to get a loan, and the supposed victim says, I’m not a victim, the bank is not a victim, he’s paid back his loan fine. We would give him another loan anytime. And they actually file a criminal complaint on Trump. That is the most ridiculous and misuse of the criminal justice system to go after somebody politically and that everyone in our country is not outraged at that sort of thing. But no, the Democrats are.

They’re not. And they helped do it. But we did send a big message on November 6th, 5th, 6th and 7th of this year when they finally decided that Trump landslided these people. Yeah, most of the American people don’t want this to continue. We don’t want your crimes, we don’t want any more murders. And then people act like it’s nothing. The only time they really got going on something was January 6th, and the FBI was weaponized to go after political, political expression because most of those people did not commit a crime that have been arrested and put away.

Many of them just sitting there waiting for trials. And if we, if we heard or listened to the rumors, people very much mistreated, but they’ve arrested people who never even went inside. Yes, I know. Yeah. And, and so what the FBI has done, I would just simply say they’ve got to be abolished and Cash Patel has got to start a new organization. And, and I would volunteer my services to help with that. I’ve been very close to the FBI my entire life, as you said. I graduated from the FBI Academy in 1991 and that’s, that was an invitation for law enforcement professionals to attend that.

It’s an 11 week academy. I went when I was sheriff, so my dad was an FBI agent and I lived with an FBI agent Most of my growing up years. And also my cousin was deputy number two men in the FBI for quite some time. I know these people. The FBI raided my office when I was running for sheriff in Utah county after I left Arizona. I lost my third election there, and I went to Utah county and I ran for sheriff, and I won the county convention two to one over my opponents. And it looked like I had momentum and I was going to win.

The FBI raided my office three days before the election, one year to the day after I beat them at the U.S. supreme Court in June of 1997. In June of 1998, they raid my office. They had the big headline in the newspaper already, Mac. Raided by the FBI. I lost the election. And then after I lost, I never heard from the FBI again. It was so important, put my name on a search warrant aimed at someone else that was a client of mine that I had nothing to do with, and they knew it, but they put my name on the search warrant, raided my office, took nothing out of it, and never charged me with anything because they got what they wanted.

I lost. And it was obvious that that was it, because it was. If it was so important to go after me, why was it important to go after me after I lost? If I committed a crime, charge me, arrest me, interrogate me, none of that happened. And these crooks in the FBI will continue to do stuff like that unless we bring them in. And that’s what I hope Cash Patel does, and I’m. I’m sure he will. I’m hoping that Cash does that, too. I mean, hopefully he goes in there and removes the swamp creatures from there and brings the rule of law back.

That’s. I think that’s what we’re all hoping for. Let me ask you, how long do you think the deportation is going to take? Do you think this is going to go on for years, months? Yeah. No, I think. I think it’ll go on for most of Trump’s term, really. There’s just too. There’s too many when you’re talking 30 million people. Right. And Eisenhower deported about one and a half million. So we know it can happen. And we have much more available resources today than he did back then. So we can do it. But I think we’re going to be met with much more pushback, because I don’t think Eisenhower had any, but Obama did some deportations and, and serious, real, serious deportations.

So it’s. It’s very possible. And I’m going to say it again, if people get in the way, arrest them. And I think Tom Holman’s message is. Is flat out correct, I think. And you want to chat if that Marine Endeavor wants to challenge this. Okay. I think Tom Holman’s message is very clear. You get in my way, yeah, you’re done for. So I think it’s very, very clear. Sheriff Mack, I want to get one other thing I wanted to say that I really hope must happen with what Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are doing. And that is two things that absolutely need to be on the chopping block the first day.

If you’re going to. If you’re going to undo unlawful spending and spending, that doesn’t need to happen at all. Corrupt spending has got to stop and got to stop right now. And that is the first thing we send. Taxpayers are forced to pay, forced to pay a half billion dollars a year to Planned Parenthood. It’s not a government agency. It does not provide a government service. It’s an ngo. It’s a private organization. It’s a private club. And they provide no service to the American people whatsoever that would be related to government service. Nothing. So that has got to stop.

First and foremost, I’m not even talking about what side you line up on abortion. You might be pro choice, you might be pro life, you might not care. Right now, I don’t care. I am pro life. But the situation is this is unlawful, corrupt spending, and it should not be happening. Second, the irs. If we had a simple and fair and honest tax system at the federal level, we would not need the IRS at all. But the Democrats and Republicans have allowed the IRS bully and intimidate and commit acts of cruelty to the American people to keep us scared and intimidated and under control.

And that organization needs to be defunded and fire all of them right now. And that’s $20 billion a year that we pay for them to come after us. Taxpayer dollars don’t need to be that way. And if it was just a simple fair tax, all you have to do is look at how much you earned during that year. And the first 75 to 125,000 pays 1%. Below that pays zero, and then graduates from there till you get to the billionaires who pay 10, maybe 12 at the 12 at the most. But really, no one should pay over 10%.

And I think a lot of the NGOs, not just with Planned Parenthood, I think a lot of them need to be defunded because. Exactly. And foreign aid. And stop foreign aid. Foreign aid, too. I think they have A lot to do. I mean, listen, if Javier Malay in Argentina, if he’s able to cut all the expenses in Argentina and remove all those people in government, I think Elon Vivek, I think all of them, I think they have the ability to do it here. I think it’s, I think, of course, our government is much, much larger. We, we employ, you know, hundreds of thousands of people and I think they have a huge mission in front of them.

I’m glad that Trump gave them a time frame of July 4, 2026, which is very, very nice. So I’m hoping that they meet that goal. I’m going to give them, I’m going to give them July 4, 2025. Just start, get, get those pins out to start cutting. It’ll be nice on July. That’s going to save America, too. Yes, it will. And also will, it’s funny, it’s on Independence Day, the date that he picked, which is very, which is very nice. Sheriff Mack, I want to thank you very much for being on the X22 reports.
