Roe vs Wade Has Been Overturned. What Comes Next?

The Supreme Court has eliminated the “constitutional right” to obtain an abortion.

Among other things, this means no more federal taxpayer money to fund abortions.

The vote to overturn Roe vs Wade was 5-4.

Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett joined Alito’s opinion. Chief Justice John Roberts did not join the opinion. He agreed with the majority that the Mississippi abortion restriction at issue in the case should be upheld, but in a separate opinion, he argued that the court should not have overturned Roe vs Wade.

What Is The History Roe vs Wade?

“In March 1970, a pregnant Texas woman in Dallas County used the name “Jane Roe” to sue the local district attorney, Henry Wade, over a statute that made abortions illegal except to save the life of the mother.

The suit alleged that the law was unconstitutionally vague and violated Roe’s rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth and 14th amendments.

A three-judge panel issued a judgment declaring the law unconstitutional but didn’t issue an injunction against Wade, who said he’d continue prosecuting doctors who performed illegal abortions.”

What Comes Next After Roe vs Wade Is Overturned?

Now, the abortion issue simply goes back to the state level.

And it appears up to twenty-six states are expected to ban all or nearly all abortions as a result of the Supreme Court ruling.

It looks like Missouri has become the first state to make abortions illegal.

 Next up is Texas…

Next, Kentucky makes abortions illegal.

And while many people are celebrating this Supreme Court decision, consider… Did prohibition stop people from drinking alcohol?

Or did it just go ‘underground’ and people made their own and sold it?

So, women that want to have abortions will find a way. And this will likely become a new ‘underground’ industry.

Also, consider the question… what else is happening that the evil doers don’t want us to see?

Well, Congress also just passed the biggest gun control bill in decades. Now it goes to Biden to sign.

Guess what conservatives will be talking about today…

And from the Roe vs Wade decision, there will likely be LOTS of riots this weekend, or as the MSM would call them, “mostly peaceful protests”.

AOC, Maxine Waters and other Democrats are already calling for insurrection and to ignore the Supreme Court’s ruling.

There are already leftist groups getting together and it will likely be a very “eventful” weekend.

Is Bill Gates & Co. dropping off piles of bricks in your local downtown area?

Time will tell!

Stay safe and stay blessed!
