Your analysis is somewhat innacurate. 1. The U.S. Congress created a U.S. corporation in 1871 in the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871. The point of whether that created a U.S. corporation is disputed but the District of Columbia was, at a minimum, created as a corporation at that time. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/District_of_Columbia_Organic_Act_of_1871 // So, the U.S. did not, to my knowledge become a corporation in 1913 // The Federal Reserve ought to be illegal and might be if the Supreme Court rules that congress did not have authority to transfer the right to print our currency to a private cabal. But I’m afraid after all this time that the Supreme Court is not likely to rule this way, which means the Federal Reserve is legal because an amendment amended the constitution to provide for the Federal Reserve. I hope we abolish it somehow however the Panic of 1837 was caused by the bankers, who were angry when Andrew Jackson refused to renew the charter of the Bank of the United States, which they owned. So, unless war can be declared against the bankers, then you can be sure that they will create a depression if Americans rescind the amendment that created the Federal Reserve.
