Well, it’s no secret to anyone watching this program that telling the truth, just simply telling the truth, can be a very unpopular and at times a very dangerous thing to do. I mean, we’ve all seen stories, especially over the past several years, of people who have faced social ruination, who’ve lost their jobs, who’ve been arrested, who’ve been thrown in jail, even people who have been murdered just simply for telling the truth, for refusing to take part in criminal activity or in criminal cover ups, often sanctioned and directed by the fake occupied federal government or by some of the biggest, most powerful corporations in existence.
And back on November 26th of last year, less than two months ago, tragically, another truth teller, a whistleblower, a young man called Sushir Balaji, joined those ranks. Sushir was just 26 years old. He was a promising AI software developer. He had been educated at the University of California, Berkeley. He was working hard to live out his dreams of working in the cutting edge of the tech industry, programming the AI software of the future. And after he finished school, Sushir took a job with OpenAI. He helped to write the program behind products like ChatGPT. He’s actually one of the people who trained ChatGPT.
But during his time at OpenAI, Suchir learned that everything was not as it seemed, and that program wasn’t as original as it claimed to be. Instead, according to Sasheer and others, much of the programs on which CHAT GTGPT runs were actually plagiarized. It was a complete fraud. It was a scam. It was a hoax being perpetuated on the public, which to this day hears all the time about just how groundbreaking of a system ChatGPT actually is. And about the brilliance of OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, a gay tech overlord who donates to politicians like Joe Biden and boasts of his ties to the Israeli Defense Force.
And right now, OpenAI is facing a number of lawsuits, including one from the New York Times over their ChatGPT plagiarism, a lawsuit in which Sushir was to serve as a witness, as a whistleblower. He. He was going to testify on his firsthand knowledge of plagiarism at OpenAI about how Sam Altman’s tech firm stole the intellectual property of the New York Times and others, fed it to ChatGPT and made their program regurgitated as if it was an original thought. Now, if a court rules against OpenAI, the company could implode overnight. Major players in the tech world, including Sam Altman, could have their careers and Their reputations completely destroyed.
They could lose billions, millions of dollars worth of government contracts, connections. Furthermore, they could even face more legal troubles. So with that said, this story gets pretty interesting and pretty suspicious when you factor in Sushir’s death. Now this was a young man who was doing everything right. He was doing the job that he had always wanted to do. He was stepping up to tell the truth. But we’re told that Sushir decided to shoot himself in the forehead and end his own life right after he became a whistleblower. We’re supposed to believe that Sushir stood up to tell the truth to the entire world and then suddenly he committed suicide? We’ve heard this story before.
According to authorities, Sushir died from a self inflicted gunshot wound to the forehead delivered at a 30 degree angle. He didn’t leave a note, he didn’t leave a voicemail. He just went into his bathroom and killed himself. Now again, that’s according to the police. And he did it right after he decided to tell the world what he saw. And at OpenAI. Uh huh. But it gets even worse than that because after his death was ruled a suicide, police in San Francisco took the highly unusual step of cremating Sushir’s body without his family’s permission. In fact, they did it over his family’s objections.
Doesn’t take a trained detective here to figure out that this looks like a cover up. This looks like this was a young man who was about to come forward and blow the whistle on something huge and then ended up dead like so many before him. Because unfortunately, whistleblowers being knocked off is a major part of American history. This goes back to conflicts like the Civil War, when soldiers who witnessed or reported crimes, usually committed or ordered by their commanding officers could be shot in the back or convicted of phony charges in a kangaroo trial in the field and then be formally executed.
Whistleblower murders have also plagued our political system, most notably as it relates to the Clintons, who have a suspected body count of around 20 high profile whistleblowers and potential court witnesses, maybe even more. And of course, just like in this OpenAI case, whistleblower deaths are frequently found in corporate America. Just think about Boeing, for example. At least two Boeing whistleblowers have died already. And others say that their lives are in danger and that they’ve been receiving threats. Many people even believe that Brian Thompson, the United Healthcare CEO shot in New York City, supposedly by Luigi Mangione, was a whistleblower and that he had taken an order to Keep him quiet.
So it’s not out of the realm of possibility. And unfortunately, it’s not even unlikely that a whistleblower would be murdered, especially when we’re talking about corporations and especially when we’re talking about big tech, where billions of dollars worth of government contracts are at stake on a daily basis. And where, as I already mentioned, we know that in the case of OpenAI, the head guy, Sam Altman, is in bed with governments all over the world, including our own. So this is something that all of us should be taking very seriously and that needs to be looked into.
And that’s exactly what we’re doing here on the Stu Peters show and, of course, across the Stu Peters Network. So now, to provide more information on Sushir Balaji and his death and the circumstances surrounding it, we’re joined by very special guests. His parents are here. Sir, ma’am, thank you so much for coming. We’re so incredibly sorry, of course, for the tragedy. Tragedy that you’re dealing with. We’ve been told that it took over a month for you to go into that apartment. I know that this is going to be very difficult for you, but I kind of want you to go through what led you to believe that this wasn’t just a suicide and that Shassir didn’t just decide to take himself out.
The first and foremost is the bravery with which he was acting. He just came back from his vacation from Los Angeles and Catalina Island. He celebrated his birthday on 21st November. He spoke to dad. He was happy on 22nd November at 7:15. There is no death note. Gunpowder was not found in his hand. And also we see unusual blood marks in his bathroom that the police and investigators are trying to cover up. It appeared that he was brushing his teeth. His floss has fallen down. Dust bin has fallen down. There is blood on the sink. There is blood on the floor.
And it appears that he was trying to save his life by moving after being shot. And the doctor who did the autopsy from the government authorities mentioned he was sitting down. It was not precisely 30 degrees angle. It’s more like 60 degrees angle in which the trajectory has gone. That’s impossible for anyone to shoot themselves from that angle. When we shared that autopsy with a medical examiner, they said, oh, it’s just a weird angle. We don’t care. We don’t. He shot himself. That’s how ignorant they were. We also brought to them that just within days after he was named as witness, he was found dead.
They don’t even want to look into it. We know that we have federal laws as well governing us. This is the state that is brushing off his death. But we know that he’s protected under Whistleblowers act under federal laws as well. So we are requesting FBI to investigate and coming back to cremation within 24 hours after the body was found. They didn’t even do the autopsy, they just did the CT scan and they released the body without doing the autopsy. They removed the bullet, they released it and they did not let us see the body. That is a fact.
They lied to us and that lie is not true based on the fact that what we have seen in the autopsy report, we were shattered. We were completely devastated. Even the funeral home director brainwashed us not to see the body. But we were thoughtful. We know something is wrong. We did hire another doctor and we did a second private autopsy. Unfortunately we cremated though we have tons of pictures and now there is so much cover up. Every attorney we hire is under threat and he goes against us. We really don’t know whom to trust, where to go, how to fight for justice.
It’s very pathetic situation. Did you say that the attorneys that you have spoken to have been threatened in some way? Yes, because you know why? On last, not this Saturday, this weekend before, he called and said Monday of that week he said punima, good news. I just spoke to chief of police. It was the day before the Christmas punima. I spoke to chief of police, they will do the investigation. Then I checked with him. Do you have written order? He said no, that was 23rd. Then we gave a day 25th, 26th and then 27th, we followed up with the same attorney.
He said, no, we don’t have a written order. Saturday he called on phone and he said it’s a homicide. And then Sunday, within 24 hours he calls and says it’s a suicide and he denies he never said it was a homicide. And a new attorney we’ve hired, he’s also reluctant to do the thorough investigation he’s ready to cover up. We don’t trust any of these people. There is very, very powerful forces behind. Only FBI can actually get involved and do thorough investigation. Have you talked to the FBI? Have you spoken with anybody at any of these federal agencies? Do you have any indication as to whether or not the Federal Bureau of Investigation is going to take this seriously? Or are you hoping for the new FBI head under a Trump administration? We have reached out to few people, few, few authorities and they have reached FBI since the current director has stepped down.
Stepped down. We are Waiting for the new one. I did call FBI and I did file lots of complaint. We are waiting to make an appointment this week to go and talk to FBI ourselves. We are also planning to meet District attorney of San Francisco and we’ve also sent greetings to Rob Bonda who’s the state Attorney General in Sacramento. Yeah, none of this seems right. And you know, from where we sit, we’ve never heard of the police ordering, you know, the cremation of a body. That sounds, I mean, it’s very obviously the destruction of evidence. So I mean, with Altman, the head of OpenAI being as powerful as he is and with as much money as at play as there is in these types of situations, and of course with corporations like this, I mean, there’s a lot of motive to take out a whistleblower who’s going to come forward and confirm what everybody is already suspecting is that this OpenAI stuff was plagiarized and that this wasn’t original works.
So with motive there and what the fact. Did you say 60 degree angle? Is that what you said, that this supposed self inflicted gunshot wound was done at a 60 degree angle? Yeah, we know that we can. And also like even if someone thinks he just was bending down and shoot at the position in which the body was lying and the gun angle cannot be done by himself. It sounds like execution style. It sounds like a hitman saying, saying, get on your knees. And when a person is down on their knees is when they’re executed. And then that 60 degree angle comes through.
Was the entrance wound to the forehead or at the top of the head? Forehead. And then was there an exit wound? No, but they tracked the trajectory to 60 degrees downward somewhere around that. So how did they get away with cremating the body when you explicitly objected to that? You know what, we made a mistake. We were traumatized and we were devastated. According to Hindu tradition, we have to cremate. It’s not like burying or something being very religious and traditional. We made a mistake there and our attorney told us to cremate. Our doctor told us to cremate.
We blame them. They didn’t guide us. We have an email from our doctor saying that I have everything I need. You can go ahead and cremate. So the body wasn’t cremated against your will. That was something that you had told. Because the story that we’re seeing floating around online is that you objected to the cremation. But that’s, that’s inaccurate. Look, we objected to the cremation on the 29th or 30th November but we did the autopsy on December 4th or somewhere around that. And then we cremated following when we got the permission from the doctor him you said we got all the evidence required so you can go ahead with the next, with the next steps.
Yeah. And who was it that told you that they had all the evidence that they needed? Dr. Cohen. Joseph Cohen who did the second autopsy he’s given in writing. And the autopsy official cause of death was what? We don’t have the autopsy report but the death certificate says self inflicted gunshot wound. But what we are paying attention to is in the news report when David Sewell said there’s no foul play. Police have never disclosed the cause of death and since the bullet did not touch the brain at all, it was not immediate death. There’s something that has been done to him.
We are waiting to get the autopsy report, toxicology report. We know something else has happened and we want to know what it is as. Tell me about your son. Tell me about his daily activity, how often he was in contact with you. Did he enjoy life? Was he loving life? Was he excited about his career? Tell me about Sushir Suture is very adventurous, very brave. He. After he resigned the job we were meeting more often. He came home on October 30, he came home on November 7 and like he spoke to us on November 21, November 22 he had a very active life.
He had a motorcycle, he was going on rock climbing with his friends. He had very active lifestyle in terms of he was walking 10 miles a day when he was not working and all his friends who attended the memorial service they came and shared when he met with them past few months there was always been someone or the other in touch with him. So he was happy. I mean he, he was enjoying life. Absolutely. He had concrete plans for his life. The last day I met him he said like he has enough financial resources that he can retire now.
He was so financially stable. And also he said he’s starting a non profit in the medical field using neuroscience and machine learning. He said he had five people on his team and he wasn’t planning to take salary because he wanted to serve humanity. When I checked with him, how can you survive without it? If I want I can buy a house now I have resources. I don’t need money. Yeah, I spoke to him the last before this happened on Friday 720 around. So I asked him how was his trip from the LA Catalina. He said it was good.
I asked him with whom he went. He said it is his classmates. So I asked where they work and he said one of them is from Seattle. He works in startup. So those are the conversation. And also I asked him whether he is interested to come to the Las Vegas CES show which is happening now. So that he showed interest. Let’s see. Like that he answered. And I told I’m going to send some gift for him for his birthday that week. So I. And also he told he’s going for dinner in the end. So that is the last conversation we had.
Yeah, 21st was his birthday. He celebrated his 26th birthday with his best friends, four of them in LA. He cut the cake, he had a great time. We have the pictures of his happy moments. Those are evident that he was happy. He had a very active life. November 7th, he met me. November 16th, a week later he went out with his friends. There’s no question of distress when he had. He’s very brave. From the age of four, Suchir used to take his decisions in life and he was always right. He never made any mistake in his life.
Very wise, very thoughtful. Is there a person who’s kind of heading up this investigation that has the authority to refer this to the FBI for further investigation or to open a new one at the federal level? No, no, unfortunately, because the government transition time, we are afraid because of that. And the state has closed. In fact, medical examiner David Sewell challenged me that state makes a decision of cause of death and there’s no one who can overrule that. So what’s the plan then for getting this referred to the FBI? I mean, how can our audience help? We have a very active audience and they’d be happy to pick up the sword and fight alongside of you because quite frankly, we’re tired of watching the government kill innocent.
It is actually very, very, very destructive. You know what? He had such bright life and just because he spoke the truth, he stood for the artist community, he stood for copyright, he had his own publication and he was going to be a witness. Just because of that, his life is taken away to save hundreds of billions of dollars. And you know what? I want to make one more point here. On 21 November, there’s a news in New York Times that OpenAI deleted the staging data on the server. Proof or evidence of copyright data. They have deleted the evidence and what they came back is say that, oh, we were making changes to the configuration of the server.
Accidentally data got deleted. I’m an engineer, I work for Azure development team at Microsoft. I know for sure changing configuration cannot delete the data. There are so many methods to do the backup restore. They’re just lying. And you can see the corroboratively a week after he was filed for witness, he’s no more because Sushir made a declaration. He has evidence that he can prove copyright violation. Are there any other potential witnesses that are going to come forward and blow the whistle like Sushir was planning on doing? We want FBI to give protection to them. If there is protection.
I’m sure there are more people who would come and talk as such. Like everyone is scared of their life, including the attorneys who are working with us. They have been threatened, they have been silenced. It’s a nexus, very deep nexus. I’m sure there are very powerful forces behind it. Have you gone to any other media? I mean have, have any other outlets covered this? Has the local news in San Francisco taken this up? Has anybody given this any exposure at all whatsoever? Because I mean this seems like a very obvious, you know, set of circumstances here.
I mean this is, this is very suspicious. That’s our concern too. ABC News just covered it for 1.5 minutes. KQUD just took our interview. But no other news media is covering and we just question them. Why are you fearful? Are you being controlled? So when the news covered it, you said ABC covered it for one and a half minutes. Did they say anything about the suspicious circumstances surrounding Sushir’s death? They didn’t talk much about it. We had a vigil for Suchhir on the 27th of December. They just relayed 1.5 minutes of that. But the way Mario Newfall and you are covering, nobody came forward.
Indian media is covering internationally. It’s a news. But it’s frustrating that American media is not picking up. Is it because we are minority? Only Indian community showing support to us, nobody else. Why? No, I don’t think it’s because of the race thing and I don’t want to interject the race card here. What I think it is is because we have a corrupt government and we have a news media that’s completely bought and paid for by our enemies in Tel Aviv, Israel. That’s why I think so, yeah, it’s very obvious. What do you want our crowd to do? What do you want our audience to do to help you? You know what? When there is so much corruption, only thing that can bring truth out is people.
We want them to stand with us. We want them to approve the chain.org petition that we have. We can share in a moment. We want them to. We want hundreds of Thousands of. To approve the chain.org petition to demand FBI investigation. Only with people support we can do. When I took. And where can they find this petition? Yeah, we have filed a petition. A family friend has filed a petition in chain.org requesting thorough FBI investigation. We want few hundred thousand people to sign that petition so they can make an impact and they can release the voice in our favor.
Where do they go? Where would our audience. Where would I go right now if I want to sign that petition? If I want to get on my computer here and go find it and sign it? Where do I go? It’s in the chain.org let me send Shade the link on the chat window in a moment. Okay. And we will get that posted. I do have to get to commercial break, but I want to make sure that there’s two minutes left here. And I want to give you the final words because, you know, we don’t have a whole long time.
We’re on DirecTV and Dish Network. We have to pay for their advertising or whatever, so. Or the advertisers have to pay them or however that works. Could you please just wrap this up? I want your call to action. I want you to summarize anything that you may have missed or the most important message that you want to get out to the American people. First and foremost, whistleblowers like matter, they shouldn’t lose their life. Second thing is, where is the protection for people if the nexus is so strong, how are we going to break it? And how can people support us? By approving the chain.org petition, by demanding for justice, and we call out for the action by the new government that’s coming into action.
Unfortunately, Sam Altman is in the transition team for San Francisco governor. As governor as well as San Francisco mayor as well as other authorities. Wait a minute. The guy who owns the company that Sushir was going to blow the whistle on is working on the transition team for California state government, San Francisco. Wow. So where do we go? Where do we go? You go straight to the court of public opinion, which is where you are right now, both of you. You know, I just want to offer you our most sincere condolences. We’re very sorry. No parent is supposed to bury their child, especially a child whose life is ended at the hands of somebody else.
And especially for trying to do the right thing. We’re seeing this happen far too often in this country. God bless you both. Thank you so much for being here. We appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you for hosting us. Thank you for hosting us. Please Please stay online for one second. I gotta get to break, but please stay online here for one second because we have to get that link. Can you guys get that link over? And let’s make sure that we put that link on Rumble as well as make sure that we have that on X.
Our government is out here openly killing people. They’re killing people with bioweapons. They’re killing people by sending them as cannon fodder. Debate in international conflict, and they’re killing them for blowing the whistle.
