Your self image and how you see yourself is what determines how you feel, the actions you take and what you ultimately get in your life.
So what holds people back from achieving their goals in life?
In a word…RESISTANCE!
This could come from past traumas, limiting beliefs or any number of other things.
But when you can let go of any resistance, you begin to change the way you see yourself and then will also begin to experience more inner peace and clarity.
AND you will likely find yourself doing the things to actually reach your goals!
