Yes, the Orange County Board of Supervisors and all of the public serpents who are serving evil and trying to bamboozle, hoodwink, and dupe the public. And I have been standing up against them. I have been standing up for your rights, for our truth and freedom since day one of all of this hogwash being sloshed all over us back in St. California. It was March of 2020 and I stand before you in victory.

Yes, I have long said that victory is ours. Now it may be a different sort of victory. It may not be the victory that you might have expected or maybe you didn’t expect a victory at all. I’m going to break that all down for you in just a moment. It is going to dovetail on a video that I did for you last week which was called turning the tables on the tyrants. I will have that linked for you after this one. Here’s what it looks like. And this was all about my legal interactions, not with the County of Orange, but with a city in Orange County.

And this goes into great detail in terms of what I went through and exactly the legal action that I took. And I just got a question from a healthy American asking whether or not she should sue the public health department in San Diego. And I want to thank each and every one of you that has stood by me in this unbelievable rollercoaster ride of my suing the Orange County Board of Supervisors. This is important even if you don’t live in California, even if you don’t live in Orange County, even if you don’t live in the United States, because this case, well, number one was all about following the law.

There are five supervisors in some counties, they’re called commissioners in California, they’re called supervisors. And they’re the ones that hold the purse strings for the money that is doled out in the county. So in Orange County, they take care of the Orange County airport, the parks, the beaches, the sheriffs, the prisons, and then all sorts of their cronies where they line their pockets with all of these fraudulent dollars. And I know that for a fact, because I’ve covered that story on this channel, many, many, many, many, many, many, many times, including the then chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Andrew Do, yes, Do, Andrew Do and his Do.

And he was given the Do to his 22 year old daughter, who miraculously created a nonprofit organization, even though she never held a job in her life. And her daddy Do gave your and my Do to her to the tune of $13.5 million. And they’re being raked over the coals because she has never shown one shred of evidence as to what she did with that money other than pocket it. So I can say, with a great deal of confidence that these stupid visors, yes, that’s how you pronounce it, we’re lining their pockets with your money and my money and the federal money that apparently was printed out of thin air during all of the, you know, the cooties hogwash, because, you know, safe and effective.

So billions of dollars going to these sham companies that were created out of thin air to do testing and to give away food. Well, why should we pay for giving away food? Couldn’t the people buy their own food, they were doing it prior to the hogwash suddenly they couldn’t Oh, I could go on and on and on and on and I have I’ve done so for the last three years. So I’ve done so many videos about the lawsuit. But the basic summary is that these frauds phonies and fakers in public stated that if we end the emergency, we will not get any more money, even though we’re not in an emergency, we’re not going to end it because we’re not going to get any more money.

They said that and I have it on tape. And it’s on my website, it’s on this channel here, look under my board of supervisors playlist, and then they went on to say, we are never going to end the emergency until the governor tells us to. Well, my friends, that’s called a totalitarian government. And I’m going to link another video for you called the best news ever. And that summarizes basically the ruling from the corrupt judge con McConville. Yeah, he’s a real con artist, and how he just shredded the Constitution. And basically, if I were a person that was rude and used, you know, expletives, and that sort of thing, I would probably be describing it differently.

But let’s just say that he didn’t treat our laws with any sort of honor or integrity, or veracity. All right, so he just basically shredded these laws, because there’s a very simple law that says the county board has to vote to end the emergency in its own county, it declared an emergency in Orange County, the board declared an emergency in Orange County, the board has to end the emergency in Orange County, they still haven’t done so in accordance with the law, you heard me right. So what they did do is they pulled out all the stops in pulling the judges off the case, the first judge ruled in our favor saying that the county is out of line, and they have to follow the law.

The judge gave them three months to come back and show that they were following the law. And they never did. In fact, they continue to violate the law at a higher and higher level. And we pointed it out every step of the way. So what they did was basically like musical chairs with the judges, they kept pulling the judges off the case, putting on a new one until we were left with the great con man, the Conville. Yes, that’s exactly his name. You see, I respect people who follow the law. Oh, I didn’t mention that doe.

His wife is the number two presiding judge in all of Orange County in criminal cases. Yeah, so good luck getting some kind of ruling against doe dodo bird is some of you have called him Yes, coming from communist Vietnam, apparently not for freedom because he’s not following our American laws, just putting it a little bluntly there for you. So anywho, as it goes on and on and on, and my pockets are, you know, they’re bleeding me dry through my pocket, but thanks to all of you, that supported me. And of course, all of these sleepless nights and the upset and the focus and the time and the energy, you know, you really have to have a strong stomach to go through these court cases, which is why I decided back in my early adulthood that I would not pursue a career in law.

Now, I do know a couple of attorneys that I actually respect. Yeah. Did you catch that a couple of attorneys? Yes, because by and large, let me know what you think about the profession. And these clowns in the court gestures in the courtroom, I feel sorry for them as well, because they have to live with their conscience. But I’ve covered this in many, many, many, many videos. So on and on and on it goes. And now we’re three serpents and their slimy court gestures that came in to defend the county actually continue to delay the case and bleed me dry to run out the clock until the governor finally declared that the emergency was over.

And you know what doesn’t matter that the governor declared that the emergency was over, because the county has to declare that the emergency is over, they have to vote on it in public. And to this day, they never did it. So through all of the demurs and the motions to dismiss and the motions to for mootness and all of the stuff that I’ve covered overall, the judge issued his final ruling saying, it’s moot, you don’t have a case, there is no emergency, there’s nothing to talk about here. So you know what that’s like, everybody, that is like somebody parking at a red curb, or in front of a fire hydrant, and they keep getting tickets.

And they never paid the tickets. And the law is clear, the curb is red, there’s a fire hydrant, the person got the tickets, they never paid the tickets, that’s the county violating the law, month after month, year after year, racking up all of these violations of the law. And then they suddenly painted the curb white and they removed the fire hydrant. So then the perpetrator says, well, I don’t have to pay those tickets, because the curb is white. That my friends is the exact analogy. The county and apparently the con, the cons in the court gestures said, well, you know, there’s no emergency.

So there’s no case. How do you like them apples? Well, they were pretty rotten apples. And I stand before you in victory. I started the broadcast saying that and I’m going to explain exactly why. Number one, I told the county that I was going to take legal action and I did. That’s victory. Number one, victory. Number two, I stand on my own integrity and dignity, knowing that I just didn’t complain about things, but I actually did something about it. So that’s a second victory. A third victory is that we educated so many people about these laws and about your rights and about, well, that’s victory.

Number three, so many people, including you, because you’ve been told me in the comments and in your private emails to me, that you learn so much about how the county operates all of the corruption that’s going on. So that’s a third victory. Actually, the fourth victory is all about exposing the corruption. So the third victory was all about defending your rights and educating people along the way, including all of the court reporters had to listen to all of our testimony and my discovery and my, actually the, um, deposition that I gave, they listened to that and I am positive that they actually agreed with me.

I believe that those slimy attorneys actually agree with me and believe me because they know that I am standing up for their rights and defending their freedom. So I know that deep down, if they have a heart and a conscience that God has not turned to black, uh, that they actually do appreciate what I did. So that’s another victory. So I think that would be number four. Number five is we have exposed the high levels of corruption at the county. Number six, we’ve exposed the high levels of corruption at the courts because here we go again.

Judge McConville obviously needs to go back to law school or maybe that’s what they teach in law school, how to skirt the law. Heaven’s not heaven knows. I didn’t go to law school and a good thing. I didn’t, I can read the law and understand the law without going to law school. I don’t want to learn about all of those slimy tactics that they’re taught. So, uh, I could go on and on and on and on. I stand before you in victory. I told the county that I was going to sue them and I did.

In fact, it’s so strange because it was basically like getting an injunction. That’s what I was seeking. I was simply requesting the court to tell the county to follow the law and hold a public meeting to vote on the emergency. That was it. They didn’t even have to end the emergency if they didn’t want to, but they were required to hold a public vote. They haven’t done it to this day. They still haven’t done it. How do you like them apples? Them are pretty rotten apples, but I feel fantastic. I am free.

I am free from the shackles of having to go through these shenanigans and the hogwash and the hoodwinking and the duping and the swindling of all of these thieves, crooks and their cronies. It’s absolutely despicable. Now you ask, will there be an appeal? I am going to pray about that. I am in this lawsuit along with another group called the Free Now Foundation. The organizers of the Free Now Foundation have been freedom fighters for a long, long time. If they are able to raise the funds to continue the appeal, God bless them.

I think that’s fantastic. My pockets have run dry. I ran the race. I know that God is directing my steps. I pray for his wisdom and direction and protection and peace. So not only do I stand before you in victory, I stand before you in peace. I did what I said what I was going to do. I have zero control over the corrupt courts, over the corrupt judge, over the corrupt clowns that are masquerading as the counsel for the attorneys for the county. I am free and I am grateful for all you did to support me.
