Hey everybody, welcome back to Guns N’ Gadgets. I wanted to pass on a little something that might make you smile, the official resignation of ATF Director Steven Delbach. Yeah, I have told you in the previous video I put out today about the future of the ATF, that he did say he was going to quit before Trump took office like a coward. Just like the FBI Director Steven Ray Coward, even though he was a Trump appointee, he was getting fired, as was Steven Delbach. Trump has already said he would fire him on day one, so the rats are jumping ship.

Here is the resignation of Steven Delbach without further ado. First off, thank you to a viewer, you know who, who sent this to me. And it was sent to the President, Joe Biden, at the White House in Washington, D.C. Pursuant to the memorandum for Presidential Appointees on Guidance on Letters of Resignation, dated December 18, 2024, I hereby tender my resignation as Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, effective as of January 18, 2025. It was the honor of my professional career to serve at ATF in your administration. As you said when nominating me to be ATF Director, the mission of this agency isn’t controversial, it’s public safety.

I have now seen the brave and talented people at ATF live out your words for years, and we have realized results. Under your leadership, and that of the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General, we met head on the challenge of a historic spike in violent crime coming out of the pandemic. As I leave ATF, the country has experienced two years of historic decreases in the violent crime rates, including drops in firearms-related crime. That progress did not occur by accident. The heroic, talented, and hard-working people at ATF, along with our many partners, fought hard and risked everything to gain that ground.

And Americans are better for it. Thank you for the privilege of calling the men and women of ATF my colleagues and calling you my President, sincerely, Stephen M. Dedelback, Director. All right, a couple quick things. Related to the historic drop in violent crime, it’s already been uncovered and revealed that many major cities like New York didn’t even submit their crime stats, which caused this fake, false mirage of a drop in violent crime. Violent crime is skyrocketing thanks to a bunch of illegal immigrants who are running ruckshot through these cities, Democrat-run cities, that do nothing when it comes to holding criminals accountable.

They want to hold you, the innocents, accountable and take away objects that don’t do anything unless a bad person does something with them. Take those objects from you to make you more of a victim for these people they are importing at record amounts. So there’s that. And you can always fact check me on that. It’s true. These cities aren’t submitting their crime stats, which make the stats look more appealing than they really are. And then that one line where you said, you know, the heroic, talented, and hard-working people at ATF, along with our many partners, who fought and risked everything to gain that ground, the only thing that the ATF has done is to violate and infringe upon a constitutionally guaranteed right.

Everything ATF does is unconstitutional. Everything. The sole purpose of that group was to be a tax collector. It has morphed to a wannabe SWAT team that restricts people’s right to keep and bear arms. Do they go after criminals? Yeah, they do. Do they come after innocent people who shouldn’t be messed with? They absolutely do. And, you know, the ATF shouldn’t even be an agency. I’ll leave it at that. And for those who say there are good apples there, I agree with you, there are some good people in every agency in DC. But if they’re carrying out the directives of an unconstitutional order, you have to ask, are they really with us? I don’t know.

But the good news is the the coward, the big messed up sack of mashed potatoes, Stephen Duttlebach has resigned, just like all the other cowards in the Biden administration are doing right now.
