And we see that down here, along with some other results, particularly at the SGRC 1865, 31 grams per ton over true width of 1.4 meters, 29.6 grams per ton over a true width of 1.4 meters, and 64.6 grams per ton over a true width of 1.4 meters. And they also mentioned that 58 holes for 6,966 meters of drilling were completed at Kingfisher and defined the continuous mineralization over the previously mentioned two kilometers of strike and merged the previous three separate loads into a single zone of continuous mineralization. And they have drilling ongoing, which will continue to test the depth potential, and they will also be exploring the boundaries of the mineralization.
And they are scheduled to have two drill rigs continue throughout the remainder of 2024 with the goal of expanding the strike and depth potential of Kingfisher. And in terms of what is happening at Sunbird, we had some drill results there that included 8.5 grams per ton gold over a true width of 5.6 meters, 4.2 grams per ton over 7.7 meters, 8.8 grams per ton over 6.3 meters, 4.6 grams per ton over 8.4 meters, and then two final drill holes included. 8 grams per ton over 4.9 meters and 6.6 grams per ton over 6.3 meters. And these were the first five holes of a planned 12,000 meter drill program.
They’ve completed 2,000 meters, and this was designed to infill and extend the current mineralized footprint, which they will continue doing throughout the remainder of 2024. And it looks like we will be having Jorge Genoza, the CEO of Fortuna Mining, joining us on the show on Friday to go through the results here and share what his thoughts are on the numbers that they’ve come back with here. So in either case, we’ll look forward to giving you a little more color then, but just wanted to pass this along. Hope you’re having a great day out there, and we’ll see you again tomorrow.
Whoo!
