And no matter which way they go, they are going to be screwed, which means, you know, that they’re going to fight back in all different ways. I mean, if you look at the elections, if you look at Pennsylvania, look at Wisconsin, you look at Arizona, they’re trying to cheat as best they possibly can. Yes, they lost the presidency, but what they’re trying to do is they’re trying to get their people into the House, into the Senate, and they’re using every trick in the book to cheat in those elections, which is very, very interesting because they’re doing it right out in the open, and everyone knows exactly what they’re doing.
I mean, if you really think about it, why interfere with an enemy while they’re in the process of destroying themselves? They’re exposing the rig system. So who do you think is now collecting the evidence of what they’re doing? Do you think this time around the DOJ is going to say, yeah, you know, I don’t see anything. There’s no cheating. Or do you think when Trump gets his nominees into these positions, do you think the Department of Justice, do you think the FBI, do you think they’re actually going to investigate this time around? Absolutely. Remember, prior to this, the deep state ran everything.
They ran the FBI, they ran the CIA, they ran the doj, they ran the cdc, fda, you name it, they ran it. That’s why nothing was ever done. If everyone was expecting justice back then, it’s kind of ridiculous, because how do you have justice when the criminals are running everything? So they’re never going to bring themselves to justice. Trump now is about to take what they have and pretty much obliterate it. And just by announcing gets most of the individuals will probably say, you know something, I’m not staying here, I’m leaving. They’re going to self deport out of the doj.
That’s what they’re going to do. Now, once again, they’re not leaving right now because again, they’re still in power until Trump is certified and then he’s inaugurated on January 20th. But Trump brought this name out there and they’re panicking over this. And you could see that they’re scrambling right now to try to stop this. And this was, I do believe was done on purpose because again, when people are afraid, when people are scared, when people are trying to stop all of this from happening, they do some stupid things and in the end it really doesn’t work out well for them.
And think about Tulsi Gabbard. Now she’s the Director of National Intelligence. She is in control of the deep state apparatus right now. Yes, going back in time when Trump was in the White House, Coats was in control and then he was replaced by John Ratcliffe for a very short period of time and Ratcliffe was in control of everything. But this time, starting out, coming out of the gates, we have Tulsi that will be in charge and we have John Ratcliffe now who’s going to be in charge of the CIA. Now we’re waiting on the FBI. Hopefully it is Cash.
If it’s anyone else, that’s fine too. But I think Cash would really rip apart the FBI. I mean, he’s been going after Christopher Wray for a very long time and I think he would make an incredible addition where he could really do a lot of damage to this agency that is completely and utterly corrupt. Now, this doesn’t mean that he is going to be the FBI director. I hope he is. That’s my personal opinion. But we’ll have to see how this all plays out. But it looks like Trump is getting prepared and ready to name RFK Jr into his position yet.
I don’t believe he’s done it yet, but he’s prepared to name him as the lead hhs. So we’ll have to see how this all plays out. Right now it’s just a rumor and we’ll have to see how this all plays out. And you could see with Trump right now setting everything in motion, playing his 4D chess, he has a multi level strategy to get these individuals into their positions. And remember, you also have to remember, sometimes Trump throws someone out there knowing that they will never get confirmed or he won’t be able to put that person into position to then Bring in someone else that he really wants.
And he does this on purpose. I’m not saying any of these people are those people, but just keep that in the back of your head. And they’re trying to remove millions of people from X and they’re trying to destroy X. Now, I don’t think this is going to work. I don’t think a lot of people care where they go. And I think more and more people are going to be joining X and more and more people are going to be staying on X and also on Truth. And I think this strategy isn’t going to work at all.
But Elon responded to all of this and it, and he’s pointing to the Babylon Bee and it says dems Explain. They don’t want billionaires controlling our media unless they’re Bezos, Zuckerberg, Gates, Bloomberg Buffett or Soros. So that tells you everything you need to know right there. Absolutely ridiculous. And we know that Tom Holman, he’s going to be going after all these illegals as of right now. And Ann Wokeness put this out. Venezuela gangs TDA is now operating in every city in Tennessee. And think about it. When Tom Holman shuts down the border, when he deports all the people, this actually shuts down their sex trafficking ring.
It shuts down child trafficking, human trafficking, drug smuggling. It shuts all of this down. This is why they’re panicking, because their world is about to be shut down and Tom Homan is about to do all this. And this is why the Deep State players are panicking we’ve never seen before. And the Deep State players, you could see, they’ve always wanted to control the people. They did have control for a time, where they used the propaganda outlets, where they controlled the narrative, they controlled what was going on in this country. But they wanted to bring it. They wanted to bring it to the next level.
They wanted to control people on a different level. And they hate the Constitution. And I think they proved it to everyone that they truly do hate the Constitution. They don’t like the First Amendment, they definitely don’t like the Second Amendment, they don’t like the Fourth Amendment, they don’t like anything about the rights that we have. And they’ve been trying to strip away the rights every chance they can get. But every time it is, it continually fails because once there’s lawsuits, once the people speak up, this, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, that is what protects we the people.
Because remember, it’s the contract that we have the government sign and say, you must follow this. It’s not the other way around. You see in the other countries, it’s the other way around. The government says, we give you these privileges and we can take them away. I mean, all you got to do is look at Germany. Out in Germany, if you say something wrong because of their hate speech laws, you are fined. So German politician Dett, Left girth, was fined €18,000 for posting this. We feed them migrants, they stab us. So you’re not allowed to say that.
And you’re fined if you say that. And you could actually go to prison. Wasn’t there a movie called Demolition man where every time Sylvester Stallone said something wrong, he got fined and the computer would print out his fine. I guess it’s not a movie anymore because it’s really happening out in Europe. That’s very, very interesting. And the other thing that’s really interesting is that we know that the people in government, the Criminal Syndicate, they’ve been spying on us for a very, very long time. And they allowed the Chinese to have access to pretty much everything that we have.
And the Chinese, they have infiltrated and they have compromised our networks and telecommunication companies. Remember the FBI reported and CISA reported that, yes, the Chinese, they infiltrated our network, our telecommunication companies, and they’ve been using their access to basically do whatever they want. Nick’s Shiffrin put this out and said, for the first time since the FBI acknowledge the extent of the Chinese telecommunications hack, we have identified that PRC affiliated actors have compromised networks at multiple telecommunication companies to enable the theft of customer call record data, the compromise of private communications of limited number of individuals who are primarily involved in government or political activity, and the copying of certain information that was subject to US law enforcement requests pursuant to court orders.
So they had full access. And of course, as we know, the Criminal Syndicate, they allow them to have full access. I mean, we’ve known for a very long time that Hillary Clinton set up her servers so foreign entities, China, could access the servers very, very easily. There was no security. There was absolutely nothing. We have the CIA selling secrets to Iran and China and many other places. And what’s very interesting is I think it was just the other day we mentioned that there was a CIA analyst who actually leaked top secret intel about Israel’s plan to bomb Iran.
Well, we found out something very interesting about this individual. And Pulse Berry explains. Federal records revealed the CIA analysts accused of leaking top secret intel about Israel’s plan to bomb Iran in a retaliatory strike is a Democrat who gave $8,533 to Joe Biden’s campaign. Asif Rahman, believed to be of Pakistani descent, was arrested on espionage charges. So that’s very interesting. That tells you everything you need to know. And it’s very interesting because they keep saying, oh, the Trump supporters and Trump, he’s a threat to democracy. Well, let’s see. Hillary Clinton was selling information. We have the CIA agents selling information.
We have the FBI, doj. We have the Bidens taking money from foreign entities. It seems like they’re the actual threat to democracy. And it’s being proven every single time. Just like it’s proven that they don’t care about the American people. They never have. They hate the Constitution, they hate this country, and they hate the American people. This is why instead of helping our veterans, what did they decide to do? They decided to fund the illegals and leave our veterans on the street. So they’ve given almost, what, $1 billion to these illegals who most of them are criminals, and they haven’t given a dime to the veterans.
But Trump, he let everyone know going back in time that he’s going to take all the money that the illegals are getting and he’s going to divert that, redirect it to the veterans so they can be fed, they can be housed. Remember, these are the people that fought for our freedom. They put their lives on the line and they should be held at a very, very high standard. And the illegals shouldn’t get any of this, and the veterans should get all of it. And I think Trump is about to do that. Take a listen to what he said here.
Under crooked Joe Biden, the U.S. government has spent nearly $1 billion to house illegal aliens and foreign migrants in expensive luxury hotels, courtesy of you, the American taxpayer. And they want to spend billions and billions more. In many states, we’re running out of hotel space because the rooms are all booked up with illegal aliens living in a very large way on the American taxpayer’s dime. Meanwhile, we have 33,000 veterans in this country who are homeless and living very poorly, I might add. And it’s a shame they’re living in filth and squalor on our streets. Nobody is doing a thing for them.
We helped them a lot during my four years and it’s all been dropped. Everything we did for our veterans has been dropped. It’s a disgrace. Joe Biden puts illegal aliens before homeless veterans and we cannot let this happen any longer. The American veteran is one of our greats. These are great, great people. We have to take care of them. On day one, I will sign an executive order to cut off Joe Biden’s massive spigot of funding for shelter and transport of illegal aliens and redirect a portion of those savings, a very large portion I might add, to provide shelter and treatment for homeless American veterans.
I will make it a personal mission to totally eradicate veterans homelessness in America. By the end of next term, you’ll see a big difference. Just like you did at the va, just like you did with, frankly, everything we touched. The border was the best border we’ve ever had. We were energy independent. We were soon going to be energy dominant. Our country was doing great. We had no inflation. We had the best economy in history. We’re going to take care of our veterans. We’re going to see major, major changes as we move forward. Is what’s very interesting about all this is that it’s only been a little bit more than a week.
Trump’s not even in the White House, and we have the deep state panic like we’ve never seen before. Trump is giving everyone all these solutions and hope has returned to this country. It’s absolutely amazing. I mean, look what’s happening out in Ohio. The anti trans bathroom bill just passed the Ohio Senate. It’s heading to DeWine’s desk, which means you got to have two bathrooms, one for girls, one for boys, and you’re not going to have a trans person go into the girl bathroom. Those days are over right now. And the days of Washington, educating our children, that is coming to an end.
We know that Trump is going after the colleges, he’s going after their endowment. We know that Trump is removing the Department of Education, bringing everything back to the states. And I do believe the states, the cities, the towns, the people in those areas, the parents, they should direct what the children’s going to be taught. Because again, who wants their children to succeed the most the parents. And when you have the parents in control and you want the, your child to, to excel in everything, you give them the best of the best. And I think this is why Trump is going to be redirecting a lot of these funds.
And he’s already letting everyone know he’s ready to give money to help those individuals that want to be homeschooled. Justin Deshamps put this out and said Trump promises 10,000 a year per child, completely tax free, to spend on costs associated with homeschool education. And you could see that everything now is going to benefit the people of this country instead of benefiting the criminal syndicate. He’s turning everything around. And talk about turning everything around, all of a sudden we’re starting to hear information that the FBI lied about the J6 pipe bomber and the data that they were getting from the cellular companies because cellular carriers, they told Congress they possess intact phone usage data from the vicinity where two pipe bombs were planted during the January 6th incident, directly disputing the FBI testimony that agents couldn’t identify a suspect because the phone data was corrupt.
So we have the actual phone companies saying, no, that’s not true. We’ve never given them corrupt data. The data is intact. It’s perfect. The FBI lied to the people to cover up the pipe bomber. Is it because the pipe bomber is a confidential human source? Is it because the pipe bomber is employed by the FBI or is part of the Capitol Police? We know it’s one of them, and we know now that all of this is going to fall apart. They lied to the people, and they always continually lie to the people, because again, when what you’re looking at is the criminal syndicate, the FBI, doj, cdc, fda, they are criminals, period.
The end. So, again, we were never going to have justice with these criminals in these positions. Trump, he’s going to remove all of these criminals, because think about all the people that they’re bringing in now. And we’re going to take people and now put them in these positions, and they are going to actually follow the rule of law. And look, the federal judges are ready because Trump is now coming into the presidency. They’ve already started to postpone January six trials, arguing the trials will be pointless since Trump will pardon them. And that’s absolutely true. George put this out and said the regime.
DOJ asked one of the judges to reconsider the postponement. And the judge bluntly replied, I’m not reconsidering. And that’s that. Remember, January 6th was an entrapment orchestrated by the Swamp to distract the nation from thinking or talking about the obviously stolen 2020 election, every single January sixer must be pardoned. Absolutely. And I do believe Trump is going to do this. And once the evidence starts to be revealed of what really happened on January 6, people are going to be absolutely shocked of how many FBI agents were in the crowds dressed up as Trump supporters, how many antifa.
How many Capitol Police. You’re going to see something that nobody has seen yet, but we all know it’s there. We all know what they’ve done. Actually, Cash Patel has told us they had about a hundred confidential human sources in those crowds, and they the ones who created the insurrection. It’s time to release the IG report. Horowitz said he was going to release it after the election. I do believe timing is everything. And this is going to be very, very interesting. Just like how it’s very, very interesting how The Biden Harris DOJ, they went after Musk because he was giving away $1 million.
And it looks like the Biden Harris DOJ violated its own policies by warning Musk Musk against swing state giveaways. I mean, this is just absolutely unbelievable. So the Department of Justice violated its own internal policies when it sent a letter which ended up in the New York Times warning Elon Musk political Action committee against its 1 million voter registration giveaway in swing states. On October 23, less than two weeks before the presidential election, the Times reported that the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section sent a warning letter to America’s PAC, Musk’s political group, that a $1 million giveaway for newly registered voters might violate the law.
Both the letter and the leak appear to violate DOJ policies. Isn’t that interesting? So FEC Chairman Sean Cooksey, he said the following, that he alleges that the DOJ’s letter to America’s PAC was meant to influence the outcome of the November election. In his letter, Cooksey writes that the DOJ violated the Justice Manual’s prohibition against impermissible consideration for department actions, which include timing, investigative steps or criminal charges for the purpose of affecting any election. So they’re the ones who basically violated the elections, not Musk. Isn’t that interesting? And we have Chuck Grassley. He is now warning the DOJ and the FBI, you better preserve all records on Jack Smith.
Trump targeted investigations. Don’t try to destroy anything. Doesn’t matter if they do. You know that whatever they try to destroy, it’s always there. But again, you could see that what always happens, they try to cover up everything they did. Remember when the January 6th unselect committee tried to destroy all the evidence? Well, we know the evidence isn’t destroyed, but that’s how they try to cover everything up. The COVID up always gets you because that proves your guilt. If you really think about it, it’s absolutely unbelievable. And the other thing that’s really unbelievable is that the Senate race out in Pennsylvania is still not over.
We have Casey who is now cheating in the election even though McCormick won. They’re not giving up. They’re cheating and they’re trying to oust McCormick right now. Ari Fleicher put this out and said Republicans everywhere should pay attention to what Casey is trying to pull off while he has no chance. This is a warning about the D game plan for how to count votes in close races. They want people who aren’t registered, don’t have IDs or live out of the state to be counted. Harmeet Dhillon Respondents said Confirmed Casey has no case, but he and Mark Elias are shameless election deniers and sore losers.
Several lawyers from my firm are already there and more are prepared to join in if needed. Michael Watley put this out on X and said tonight the RNC is filing two new lawsuits in Bucks county and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to stop the counting of illegal ballots. We have won this court battle several times already. Robert Bose explains what they’re doing here. It seems to be a two step cheat being executed by Mark Elias. First, allow unchecked ghost votes to be counted for Casey. That reduces deficit to under 0.5% vote difference to cause mandatory recount. Second step of the fraud is to try to block legitimate McCormick votes and to continue the jam through illegitimate Casey vote ballots.

Sean Davis responds says what a clown show if there were no American users. They accused Polymarket of being a foreign interference front. So the question is what are they planning and why did they do this? Are they going to say that the results were interfered with, there was election interference? It’s starting to seem that way. Shane Copeland responded to this and he is the CEO of Polymarket and said the following.

And this is coming from Representative Daniel Goldman. Well, the 22nd Amendment already states that the president can only be elected twice. So now they’re putting in a law, which we already have, so Trump can’t hold another term. Now, once again, he could be elected as vice president because it only says he can only be elected twice to be president.
Vice president is still up for grabs. So I think they’re trying to cover all the bases to make sure he’s not in office at all. Because again, if he’s brought in as vice president and something should happened to the president or the president steps down, yeah, Trump could get another term because he wasn’t elected. He was elected as vice president and he moved into moves into the presidential spot. Do I think that’s going to happen? No, but they’re afraid. They’re panicked. They’re scared and they should be scared because look, look what’s happening in Congress. Look how much control the Patriots have.
Yes, the Deep State is trying to fight back. They’ll continue to fight back. We know this. But as of right now, the Patriots are taking more and more control over everything. Laura Loma put this out and said Senator Tim Scott is now the new chair of the nrsc. The NRSC is responsible for allocating funds to Senate races so Republicans can keep their Senate seats and gain more seats. Isn’t that interesting? And the other thing that we know is they went behind closed doors to vote for the Senate Majority Leader, and that is John Thune. But Dan Scavino, he put this out on X and he’s pointing to a post that Senator John Thune put out and said Donald Trump should withdraw and Mike Pence should be our nominee effective immediately.
And Scavino responded with an emoji where it’s like, that’s very, very interesting. So I think they know that Thune and the group, they’re going to try to push back very, very hard on Trump’s nominees. Of course, they’re already out there saying Trump nominees are not qualified. They shouldn’t be in these position. Matt Gets shouldn’t be there. Tulsi Gabbard shouldn’t be there. Kristi Noem shouldn’t be in that position for dhs. And they’re saying that all these people don’t have qualifications to be in these positions. But when you look back in time and you look at Biden’s picks, I mean, do these individuals, do they look like they’re qualified for their positions? We had a man dressed up as a woman handling nuclear waste.
We have a man dressed up as a woman telling us about our health. We have a military individual with a dog mask on. We have Austin, he, I guess he’s Darth Vader. He was Secretary of Defense. I mean, they’re trying to say that the people Trump is picking is not qualified. These people aren’t qualified and they have problems. Definitely. Now, the rumor that Alina Haba was going to be White House Press Secretary was, I guess, a rumor because Alina Haba put this out on X and says, while I’m flattered by the support and speculation, the role of press Secretary is not a role I’m considering.
Although I love screaming from a podium, I will be better served in other capacities. This administration is going to be epic. So proud of the Trump team. The latest appointments and 47, absolutely. But it looks like Sergio is now going to be on Trump’s team. And this is Sergio Gore will take the low profile, powerful role of Trump’s director of the Presidential Personnel office. And you can see that his team is now coming together. And this is why the deep state is panicking, because most of these individuals are outsiders. These individuals, they want the best for this country.
And they’re outside of the criminal syndicate. And the criminal syndicate knows they’re going to expose everything about COVID what was going on in Ukraine, the criminality in the FBI, the cases against Trump the spying against Trump, everything is about to be exposed and justice is going to be served. And with Tulsi Gabbard, she’s been talking about the biolabs in Ukraine and I think we’re going to find out quite a bit clandestine, put this out and said, oddly enough, Trump’s new dni, Tulsi Gabbard is also deeply intertwined in the US Funded bio labs in Ukraine saga. She was the only big name politician to speak out about the labs after Victoria Nuland spilled the beans and took a lot of backlash for it.
She’s going to be looking into all this. She’s going to have the intelligence at her fingertips. And they’re afraid of Matt Getz right now. He’s completely out of the system and they’re afraid of what he’s going to do to the DOJ. Alx put this out and said Andrew McCabe is concerned that Matt Goetz is a disruptor and will tear things apart at the Justice Department. Elon Musk says that’s the whole point. McCabe Absolutely. And it’s very interesting how they say, well, Matt Gods and Trump, they’re going to weaponize the doj, they’re going to weaponize the FBI and they’re going to come after all their political opponents.
Well, isn’t this what they’ve been doing? And look what John Bolton is urging the FBI to do. He’s urging them to probe Tulsi Gabbard, Matt Getz. They’re a serious threat. So wait a minute, he’s just now admitting and showing everyone that he wants to openly call for the weaponization of the Department of Justice against our political enemies. So right there, that tells you everything you need to know. Everything they’re saying Trump’s going to do, they’ve been doing it and they’re going to continue to do it. Unbelievable. Even Adam Schiff, he’s scared, he’s nervous, he’s afraid, he’s panicked his watermelon might explode.
Here, this is what he says out on X. First, the Supreme Court granted a president immunity for weaponizing the Justice Department. Now Donald Trump wants to appoint Matt Goetz as ag. Confirming him would mean affirming the worst potential abuses of doj. He must be rejected by the Senate. Elon Musk responded, said the hammer of justice is coming and it is coming. JD Vance put this out and said the main issue with Matt Gaetz is that he used his office to prosecute his political opponents and authorize federal agents to harass parents who are peacefully protesting at school Board meetings.
Oh, wait, that’s actually Merrick Garland, the current Attorney general. Absolutely. And you can see they are definitely panicked. Now, Matt Goetz, he has resigned from Congress and this caught Speaker Johnson by surprise. And now DeSantis has eight weeks to find a replacement because under the Florida state law there’s about eight week period to select and fill a vacant seat. So there has to be elections. I don’t believe a Democrat’s going to win this. I believe a Republican is going to win this. And I do believe he did this early on to give the time needed to get someone to fill that position.
Plus, this ends the ethics probe into Gates. Now what’s very interesting about this is that if we go back in time, on March 30, 2021, everything changed for Matt Gates because all of a sudden they published in an, you know, an article which was a not had anonymous sourcing and it accused Gates of being a child sex trafficker. A group of New York Times reporters who won awards for their roles pushing the Russia collusion lie pen an anonymous source article with devastating headline. Matt Getz is said to face Justice Department inquiry over sex with an underage girl.
The story was sourced to three people briefed on the matter, none of them identified in any way. The story contained no evidence against Getz of sex crimes, but much guilt by association. Late in the story, the pack of reporters admitted that no charges have been filed and that the extent of his criminal exposure is unclear. Getz strenuously and immediately asserted his innocence and denied the accusations. Well, the damage was already done. 18 months after he was accused of being a pedophile and child sex trafficker, the Washington Post published another anomalously sourced report. Career prosecutors recommended no charges for Matt Getz said the article published quietly on Friday.
Not only was he never convicted of any crimes he was allegedly to have committed, he wasn’t even charged. And if you believe the anonymously sourced claims, he isn’t going to be. The damage was already done by the initial report written by reporters who regularly regurgitate political leaks from Department of Justice and FBI sources. The goal of the politicized leaks is to damage Gates. There were no charges. They have no evidence but that what it was used for. And then they started an ethics probe in Congress looking into his background, looking and trying to find dirt. So that is very, very interesting.
So since he left Congress, the ethics probe has come to an end. Now it looks like they’re going to issue a report and you know what’s going to happen. They’re going to try to use this report against Matt Goetz. Now, is this going to work? I don’t think so. Why? Why don’t they want Matt Getz to become ag? Number one, he’s an outsider. Number two, he’s going to clean up the Department of justice. Number three, he knows that the 2020 elections, they were stolen. He’s going to take on the cases of election manipulation in the 2024 election.
Most likely will investigate the 2020 election. He was also probably investigate what happened with COVID because you have to remember he’s, he wants to hold Fauci accountable. Patriots are control. Put this out and said Matt Gantz once detailed his plan to hold Fauci accountable for his Covid involvement. After Republicans won back the House, we will have him sitting for deposition after deposition to learn about the gain of function, research the royalty and conflict of interest issues and all the things that led to the terrible calamity. Now just imagine instead what Getz can do as the nation’s chief law enforcement officer.
Really think about this for a second. Now we have former Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Remember Matt Getz, he had him pushed out. He is now predicting that Matt Getz will not be confirmed whatsoever. He says it’s not going to happen. And you can see the Deep State players, they’re already preparing for all of this. Now, once again, we know that they’re going to use this ethics report against him. I mean, Republican Senator John Cornyn said he absolutely wants to review the House Ethics Committee’s investigation of Matt Goetz. They’re going to try to use the report. We know this.
And I do believe Trump has a multilevel plan that he put into place to actually trap the Deep State into most likely getting almost every single appointment into their positions. So let’s start off with Rubio because a lot of people are concerned with Rubio like, holy crap. Why would he pick him? Well, I think he picked them for a specific reason. Do you think Rubio will have any problem sailing through the confirmation hearing? I don’t think he would have any type of problem whatsoever. That would mean the Senate seat is now open. Just think about that for a second.
Now, once again, if you go back to Trump’s first term, who was actually the secretary of State back then? Yes, I know we have Rex Tillson. Yes. Mike Pompeo and others. But who was truly the secretary of state? It was Trump. Trump. He took all the foreign meanings, managed them himself. Yes, the others came along. But again, he used them for what he needed. But he handled all the negotiations. He is the Secretary of State. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rubio is pushed out later on, or he might just keep him there, just to keep him there.
But I think he used him to get that Senate seat open. Think about that for a second and we’ll be discussing a lot more about this. But first, let’s talk about the confirmation process, because again, the deep state players, they actually created the system to have the Senate have the power to confirm, Joe Lang explains. Just in case you don’t see what’s going on here, Trump is the greatest civics teacher in our country’s history. This is all about Senate confirmation and whether or not it’s constitutional. Trump is literally nominating every single person that the enemy hates, and almost all of them are being accused of not qualified.
This is purposely Trump wants to fight. He wants it to be very public. Why? The power belongs to the people and he just won a massive mandate. All of those candidates now get to be contrasted with the preferred candidates of the establishment. But it’s way more than that. This fight is over whether or not a president gets to choose his own cabinet to run the executive branch. Separation of powers Congress will no longer be able to prevent President elected by the people from fulfilling his promises by appointing the people he needs in place. Go back in history, my friends.
The Senate has encroached on the executive branch powers in regards to appointments. The framers of the Constitution granted the Senate and the president shared power to appoint judges and civic officers. That shared power remains in place, but the way in which the Senate has exercised that power has changed over the course of its history. In its first decade, the Senate established the practice of senatorial courtesy in which senators expected to be consulted on all nominees to federal posts within their states. This influence over filling federal jobs empowered senators and many became leaders of the political parties that emerged in the early 19th century.
By the late 19th century, however, presidents and senators began to clash over control over these lower level positions, prompting some to call for reform of the nomination process. Reformers who distrusted the power of political parties sought to reduce the number of positions subject to political patronage and the advice and consent of the Senate, pushing instead for legislative expanding the professional civil service. Despite these efforts, as the federal government grew in size in the 20th century, the number of appointments subject to Senate confirmation continued to grow until the 80s when Congress passed legislative that has gradually reduced the number of positions requiring confirmation.
It started out as a senatorial courtesy, not Senate approval. Trump is taking us back to the original Constitution My friends, this is opening salvo of reining in congressional encroachment on the executive branch. Absolutely. And you could see that to get us there, he needs certain people in place. Right now. It is a law. But you could see that Trump has a multilevel plan. Number one, is he going to try to get them confirmed? Absolutely. Will he try to use recess appointments? Absolutely. Now, again, last time when he was in the White House, what did the Senate do? They never took a recess.
They were always in session, so he couldn’t use the recess appointments. Trump knows they might try this again. He knows that they might try to hold office confirmations. So I think he set up a little bit of leverage here. Sean Davis explains, with Gaetz having resigned his seat in the House, if the Senate tries To reject his AG confirmation, DeSantis can always appoint Gates to fill Rubio’s Senate seat. Would be interesting to see Senators have to choose between Gates as AG or as their colleague for years to come. So when Rubio leaves the Senate, others can take the place.
So let’s say they give Gates the Attorney General because they don’t want him to have the Senate seat. Who can fill the Senate seat then? Other people. I mean, right now we hear rumors of Lara Trump, and she says, I’d be more than happy to actually fill that spot. Actually, Rick Scott is now is interested in filling the Senate seat with Lara Trump. So that’s very interesting. So what happens if they decide, you know something, we don’t want Getz to be the AG so let him have the Senate seat. Trump then can bring in another person, maybe the Attorney General of Missouri, maybe Ken Paxton.
So no matter which way you look at this, he’s trapped them in all of this. Now, once again, if all this doesn’t work, he. I think he has the ultimate weapon, and this is why he went out of his way saying, I’m endorsing Johnson. Now, we know there’s individuals within the House. They’re going to try to remove Johnson. And there’s a reason for this. It’s not just because they don’t like him or they want control, of course, but they’re trying to stop Trump from doing something else. Chuck Calesto put this out and said, House unable to unite behind Trump developing, several House GOP members are now actively obstructing the Trump agenda and mandate given by the American people.
They are now spending time on retaliation in House rules rather than working together to deliver, which is very, very interesting. So basically, I do believe what they’re trying to do is they’re trying to stop this next part. And the next part is Trump adjourning the Senate and the House. Amuse put this out and said if you were listening closely, you might have heard Trump mention a secret he had with Speaker Johnson. It is abundantly clear that if Trump wants to put his dream team together, he’s going to need to make a bunch of recess appointments. The Senate is unlikely to agree to adjourn, so he can use his authority to adjourn both chambers as long as Johnson cooperates.
Is that the secret Trump mentioned? Under Article 2, Section 3 of the US Constitution, the President has the authority to adjourn Congress in the case of a disagreement between the House and the Senate over the time of adjournment. It’s a power that has never been used and its scope remains relatively untested. Here’s a quick summary of the condition that would be needed. One House must request adjournment. One of the chambers, in this case likely the House of Representative led by Speaker Johnson, would formally seek to adjourn. The other House must refuse the other chamber. In this scenario, the Senate must then refuse to agree to this request.
If this condition is met, it opens the door for the President to step in and resolve the disagreement by adjourning both chambers. Once Congress is adjourned, the President can use the recess to make recess appointments under Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution. This would allow Trump to install his preferred cabinet members without Senate confirmation. And yes, he could use this. I do believe this is his moab at the end, but he wants the people to do the right thing and he’s going to go through the process and eventually if they’re not doing the right thing, he has a multi level strategy and in the end he will win.
The people will win. And you have to remember he has other strategies that he’s using right now. And I think Karma Patriot pretty much explains what his strategies are. She says remember what President Trump said. At first it might be a little bumpy, but after that it’s going to be amazing. Lots of game theory going on right now. I feel certain that the boss is putting certain people in the spotlight for a reason. Some of these picks won’t get approved, which will only make Trump’s next pick, maybe his real pick look less controversial and easier to confirm.
Some of his picks might not stay for long. Maybe he needs them to temporarily hold a position for a particular task or until Trump’s permanent choice is available. Some of his picks could even possibly be members of the House or Senate that Trump doesn’t trust and wants replaced in special election. Trump is the king of manipulating the mainstream media and using them to his advantage. And he’s a master chess player. I’ve got zero debt that there’s long game at play right now. The angrier someone becomes, the more control they give up. Trump is stirring up the swamp, and she points to Law 39.
Stir up waters to catch fish. When the waters are still, your opponents have the time, a place to plot actions that they will initiate and control. So stir the waters, force the fish to the surface, get them to act before they’re ready, and steal the initiative. The best way to do this is to play on uncontrollable emotions. Once the water is stirred up, the little fish cannot help but rise to the bait. The angrier they become, the less control they have. They become trapped in the whirlpool you have made, and they drown. Absolutely. And you can see that Trump is stirring things up.
He’s making them angry, they’re afraid, and they’re prepared to try to stop him at every turn. But I do believe Trump has this multilevel plan. He’s playing 4D chess, and each step of the way, they’re going to become angrier and angrier, and eventually they will not be able to stop them. And the. The more they do, the worse it’s going to get for them. And I do believe, in the end, we’re going to get these people in, and we’re going to bring the hammer of justice down on them. Why? Because the Patriots are in control. Listen, everyone.
