Skip Bayless is accused of going after a woman and that they just saying that it was just a freak off over there on Fox Sports. So for those of you that’s just coming in, a woman, we like to call her Ms. Farahi. The plaintiff, Nooshan Farah. Let me see something. I need to see if this chick. Do they got any pictures of her? Is that her right here? Ah, now we got a face to it. That’s her. Okay. All right. See how the pretty girls keep getting all of the jobs? You see how the pretty girls keep getting all of the jobs? That’s her right there. The hair stylist. Yeah, that’s her. That’s her. That is the person that is acc. Right there. That’s her. All right, so now we know the person that filed the lawsuit. Now we know. Now we got a visual. It is very much important that we get a visual because we want to know. I think that visuals are important. Let me tell you why visuals are important is because it’s similar to the Jay Z lawsuit. When that lady. When that lady jumped on there and said that she was suing Jay Z, and then I seen that video of her on the Spectrum, and they had that paint all over the walls, I said, no way.

No way. Because context clues matter. We use it to profile serial killers. Why can’t we use it to profile to whether or not a person actually did some of the things egregious? If a woman get up there and she looked crazy, I mean, she looked absolutely insane. I’m gonna take a pause. I’m gonna say, wait a minute. I don’t know if this is accurate. I don’t know if this is a real thing. Is this real? No, no. I seen his roster. You don’t fit the profile. You don’t fit the profile, but she looked decent. She looked decent.

All right, so this is what the lawsuit says. Let’s go back. Let’s go back. So again, for those of y’all that’s just coming here, her. That lady, Ms. F. We’re just gonna call her Ms. F. Filed a lawsuit in California, county of Los Angeles against Fox Corporation, Fox Sports Holdings. She also filed against Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports 2, Fox Sports Productions.

Charlie Dixon, who is this guy right here? And that’s who. The one that was supposedly busting it all down for busting them all down. She also filed a lawsuit against Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor. Okay, all right, Just making sure that y’all understand what’s going on and why we need to have this conversation. All right, so let’s deep dive into it. Let’s go into the Skip Bayless part. She details how Charlie Dixon is the executive vice president of content. All right, so he was the one that determined whatever happened. He also gave unprecedented power to Skip Bayless, who had at the time, in 2016, signed a four year, $32 million contract with Fox.

All right, so he was getting the bag because he just came over from ESPN and they were competing against espn, and they was absolutely doing a phenomenal job as a result of it. Okay, so they were saying that she was hired to work at Fox, he was a hairstylist, and all of that stuff we went into that Mr. Dixon groped, got rid of a talent member. All right, so Here we go. Mr. Bayless begins to give Ms. F lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breastices. That’s what it says.

After reporting by, the talk show host fell on deaf ears, Mr. Bayless began requesting that Ms. F give him a haircut once a week in a makeup room. All starts with a haircut, huh? She did as was told. And initially, during the haircuts, Mr. Bayless would discuss his life, his work at Fox, and other matters. However, soon after the weekly haircut started, Mr. Bayless began finding excuses to touch her. He began giving her lingering hugs after each haircut, putting his body against her own, pressing against her breastesses. He then began to kiss her on the cheek.

Skip, you’re never working in this town again, buddy. If you thought that at any point you were going to have a comeback, Skip, you’re never working in this town again. All it takes, see? For women, for her, for Joy Taylor. She’ll be fine. Doesn’t matter. You know why? Because she’s a woman. I don’t know how true this sentence is. And again, I always like to prefaces by saying that it’s innocent until proven guilty. And so we can’t say that, but we’re just going to read the lawsuit and try to make it out to be whatever it is and hypothetically evaluate what the different options are.

The fact of the matter is that Joy Taylor, I believe, will always have a job. It’s just the facts. Joy is going to have a job. Skip, you’re never working this town again, buddy. You never work in this town again, buddy. Doesn’t matter whether it’s true or not. The fact that they got the accusations and you was down on your luck. And let me tell you why it matters for guys. Because we got to produce. Women don’t have to produce. Guys do. Joy. Joy Taylor’s podcast can be as trash as ever, and it is absolute trash.

It is garbage. Joy Taylor’s podcast could be trash. Skip, you got to be one. The reason why a lot of these guys were able to get away with a lot of the stuff that they able to get away with is because if it’s allegedly true is because they were winning. They were producing a hit show. They were bringing in billions of dollars in revenue. That is why you get to do what you want to do when you want to do it. And the sponsors stick by you because, hey, man, there must be false allegations. But the fact that Skip is down on his luck, he ain’t got no show popping off right now.

He ain’t hot no more. It’s over. It’s over. It’s over, Skip. You’ll never work in this town again, buddy. You never work in this town again, buddy. Not on a major network. You can forget it because now they can’t touch you. If you was killing it, then you was running up a bag, that would be a different conversation because they would be talking about the money. Guys have to produce, girls just got to bust it down for a real one. Guys have to produce, girls have to bust it down. It’s just a way of the game.

Nobody cares about a guy. Even if the accusations are false, it doesn’t matter. Nobody cares about a man unless you are producing. If you hot, you got options. If you’re not, you’re trash. Nobody wants to hear from you. You a leper. Yep. We gonna believe all women on you because you’re not hot right now. That’s just the way of the game. It’s a cold world. It’s a cold world. Deal with it. Unless you able to get hot and being independent and being a YouTuber or something like that, it’s just a cold world. That’s just the way that it don’t matter if it’s true or not.

Said he would give her lingering hugs. Ms. F was uncomfortable by the physical contact and will make excuses to leave right after the haircuts. In 2017, while giving Mr. Bayless a haircut, he told her that. That she was voluptuous. Oh, as English is her second language she was not as familiar with the word, but she asked what it meant. Mr. Bayless seemed amused and told her to figure it out later. A co worker would. She asked the co worker what the word meant and was mortified. Mr. Bayless then started to be more aggressive and directing his advances.

She continuously declined, stating that she did not date at work as she was a single mom and needed the job. Ooh, that’s it right there. That’s the end. That’s the end. You struggling, you broke and you’re a single mom. Yeah, that’s the end right there. That’s the end. You are food. Hey, you want to. You want to. You want to continue to work in this town? You want to be successful? You want to level up? You a single mom. You struggling, baby. I could fix that. Here. Just cut my hair once a week. Girl, you voluptuous today.

That’s crazy. What did. What does that mean, Mr. Bayless? Figure it out. Figure it out. This is what she’s alleging. She was terrified and then turned to her co worker to discuss the situation. The two decided that because Mr. Bayless was a powerful man and Fox protected powerful men, it would only be to her detriment to report the issue. The two decided that Ms. F needed to be kind towards Mr. Bayless or risk her job as a single mother. Y’all keep on leaning on that single mother thing. Who relied on her job to support her son.

She felt that she had no choice. Approximately November, she heard her back at work, couldn’t move for nearly 40 days and receive workers compensation. When she returned from her leave, she was not provided her full time schedule and learned from a co worker that Ms. P pushing P had promised her shifts to someone else. Ms. F called her union for help. The union informed her that Ms. P’s action would be illegal under law. Ms. F then called Human Resources who confirmed that she was entitled to her Pre leave schedule. Ms. P called Ms. F into her office.

When Ms. F arrived, an individual from Human Resources was present and Ms. P was falsely explaining that Ms. F did not want her full time schedule. Ms. F grew upset, explained that she did want her full time schedule and explained further that Ms. P had been treating her poorly for years. She had multiple meetings with Human resources where she explained that Ms. P yelled at her, made fun of her and bullied her and could fire her at any time. She remained on undisputed and was also asked to join the herd. So that was Colin Cow herds for the record, Kyle and Car, her cowherd in this was described As a person that remained 100% professional even though he was also getting his hair done.

It says that throughout her entire tenure at Fox, Colin Cowherd was professional and respectful to Ms. F and her co workers. Let me give a round of applause for. For Colin Cow her said, listen, man, I’m just like Anton from Anton dangles dot com. I’m not fumbled in the bag. I don’t care nothing about what y’all got going on over here. It’s a lot of money being made. We don’t sleep with the help. Colin K. Was listed as a person that remained professional the entirety of the time that she dealt with him. This is what she’s saying in this lawsuit.

And that’s why Colin Cowherd is the king. He the king right now. He can’t be touched. Colin Cowherd was like, nah, nah, I don’t have boxylitis. No, I’m not really trying to sleep with the help. No, I’m not about to mess up my millions. I got a good thing going over here. Smart man. Smart man. Stay away from him. Stay away from them. Don’t put yourself in a position to have to fumble the bag. Boxelitis is a thing. All right, so let me. Let me go down a little bit further. I want to get to one more part and then we gonna move over with the show.

They say she was targeted because of her ethnicity. Blah, blah, blah, blah. All right, so here this is. She said over the years, Mr. Bayless continued to make advances on Ms. F. Lingering hugs, kisses on the cheek, inappropriate comments, and that he could change her life. It’s f acquiesce. Ain’t nothing like telling a chick, man, I could change your life. I could change your life. For the record, let me say this, fellas. Never under any circumstance, under any circumstance lead with your money. Never, under any circumstance be willing to pay for the box. Never, under any circumstance if rejected.

I don’t care if you’re single, married, whatever it is, if you get rejected by any means that you continue the advances, because you’re not going to convince her to start to like you just because you get more aggressive. Let me say this for the people in the back. You’re not going to convince her to like you just because you continue. When you get more aggressive with your advances, if she then acquiesces, she’ll be bitter about it because she knows that you got boxylitis and then you did whatever it is that you needed to do in order to get that box and then afterwards she gonna Be acting like Jada Pinkett.

Once she gave over to Nate and she got that check. She gonna be in the shower, washing her skin, all hurt, feeling like she got taken advantage of. And then it’s gonna create bitterness, resentment, and she gonna go in, she gonna try to do something like this against you. I’m trying to tell you, and I’m not saying that this is true because I believe it’s innocent until proven guilty. I’m just telling you the minute that you keep on pressing her. I don’t care if you got money. I don’t care if you don’t have money. If she don’t like you, she don’t like you.

And if she decides to give it up to you, she gonna be bitter as a result of it. It does not mean that you did anything wrong. But just expect for some kind of visibility to come your way when she feels some type of way about it. Because she was washing her skin all hard and she didn’t like the fact that she was giving it up to a real one. And she was in a bind. Nate. Being in a bind will create bitterness once she lose her jobs. I’m telling you, it doesn’t matter how much money you have.

If they don’t like you. You already got enough problems as it is. If they don’t like you, they’re coming for your job. Be careful. Be careful. Know how to read the room. If she not throwing you a play, ain’t nothing else to say. If she ain’t throwing you a play and ain’t nothing else to say, she will give hints. She will let you know she wanted. She will call you. She will reach out to you. You don’t have to be aggressive. Let her go. Let her be. And if you go up to talk to her and she say I’m straight, then don’t ever talk to her again.

Forget her. She don’t exist. She not nothing to ever have a conversation about. I don’t want to talk to you. I don’t want to kick it with you. Don’t tell her your business. Don’t make her your friend. Don’t hang out with her. Don’t do nothing. Don’t pass gold on, collect $200. Especially if you are a person that is significant running up a bag. I’m trying to tell you, bro. It is going to create resentment. You may think you just got boxed. Really, what you just got is. What Skip just got is a lawsuit. Feel some type of way you want to about it, but Skip just got named in this lawsuit.

Goes on to say made inappropriate comments and said he could change her life if she acquiesced to having boxes. I don’t even want to have box with somebody that don’t want to have box, that I don’t want to give up the box. She says she would always make excuses regarding her son, politely change the subject or make a joke. Anything to keep Mr. Bayless appeased and her job safe. She developed issues with her left ovary and it was advised it could be cancer. With the fourth biopsy scheduled, she explained her situation to Mr. Bayless, hoping that he would take pity on her and cease his advances.

Instead, Mr. Bayless told her that he wanted to be with her. She panicked and began rambling that there were cameras everywhere and that she has a child and that she does not want him. Again, this is all alleged. Mr. Bayless then grabbed her hands, began kissing her hands, oh baby, oh baby. And offered her $1.5 million to have box. You are reading that correctly in this 48 page lawsuit. He offered her one and a half M’s to give up the box. And herein lies my dilemma, ladies and gentlemen. Approximately one week later, because after she made it say she made an excuse to leave.

I have a hard time believing that. He made another advance and said, skip, stop. You have a wife. He responded, are you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives? She responded that her father was passed away and when Mr. Bayless looked taken back, she made an excuse to leave. Goes on to say he made a threat because, you know, sleep with him or whatever. But let’s get Back to this. 1.5 million for box. All right, I don’t think that there’s a piece of box in the world that that would be worth $1.5 million. I don’t think that there’s a piece of box in the world that’s worth $1.5 million.

Listen, listen, listen. I don’t think it’s a piece of box in the world that’s worth 1 million. I don’t think it’s a piece of box in the world that’s worth 900, half a million. Hundred thousand, 50,000, 20,000, 10,000, 5,000, 2,000, $1,500, $400, $300, $200, $100. $50. 49 for the 8, for the 7, for the 6, for the 5, for the 4, for the 3, for the 2, for the 1. I heard that the price of the boxes actually went down with inflation. So it’s actually like of 9.9. 5. And you can’t get a dime out of me.

You can’t get a dime. Nope. 1.5 million. You crazy. You crazy. You out of your mind? Why they gonna do it for free? Listen, if she like you, she gonna do it for the clout. If she like you, she gonna do it for free. If she like you, she gonna do it for. If she like you, she’s going to do it for free. Willingly. Should not cost you a dime outside of whatever the modern convenience is that you’re gonna do, whatever it is that you got going on with your life anyway. I’m trying to tell you, it is crazy that this is even a thing that we are having this conversation about.

$1.5 million for box. Insane. Insane. It’s hard for me to just believe that people are willing to pay this. It’s hard for people to believe that people are willing to pay such a thing if this is true. Oh, man. And then check this last part out. She came to work on April 13, 2022. That’s my birthday. Good God almighty. Let me give myself a round of applause. April 13, I was over here having a birthday party, hanging out, chilling with my people, chilling with my friends, getting it in, trying to run up a bands. I got.

So I’m over here on April 13th, chilling with y’all, having a good time, chilling with my friends, getting some cake and ice cream, playing with my daughter, jumping up and down, running up through the park. I’m over here hanging out on April 13, 2022 for my 40th birthday. Milestone moment. Yep, it was my 40th birthday. And you know what they was doing according to this lawsuit? They was getting uncomfortable. It was getting uncomfortable. He texted her, I’m good today. That meant he would not be coming in for makeup. He texted Ms. F on April 13 and said, I’m not.

Not comfortable coming down there. Just do what you need to do. It’s okay. She asked him, what’s wrong? He replied, same stuff. Worse. Ms. F, concerned about her own job, walked to Mrs. Mr. Bayless’s fitting room to see if everything is okay. Mr. Bayless answered the door before Ms. F could speak. He began to angrily accuse Ms. F of effing Shannon Sharp. She then tried to explain that she never had any feelings towards Shannon Sharpe and never had slept with him or any of the talent member or employees at Fox. But before she could speak, Mr.

Balin demanded that she come to his car after the show. Ms. F responded that she could not sit in his car, and it was Inappropriate. He grew irate and left. He texted her, if you’re distracted tomorrow, I’ll wait till Monday, but I can’t keep doing this. And she was confused. She said that she was far more confused. Do you want the haircut or just move on? Ms. F responded that she doesn’t want to move on from her job and that she will continue to do his hair. She then called him back. Ten minutes later on a call, Mr.

Bayless again angrily accused of Ms. F of effing Shannon Sharp and that he could tell from her body language that she was effing him. And he yelled at her for being for refusing to go to his car. Mr. Bayless then angrily stated that he heard her talk to Mr. Sharp about vagina. She said that this was untrue and was embarrassed and angry. She turned on a recording device, put it on the table and waited for Mr. Bayless arrive. In the meantime, two of her co workers were privy to Mr. Bayless’s actions and went into other talent members rooms adjacent to the makeup room to listen into the conversation.

He then arrived in a makeup room for Mrs. F to cut his hair in accordance with his regular schedule. Mr. Bayless knew that the makeup room was always recorded and clearly states the room is bugged. During the conversation, he stated that he would hate for her to lose her job, but she can’t be doing a big thing with his arch rival. She responded by saying that Mr. Sharp she was just being polite to Mr. Sharp as part of her job. He said, boy is boyish. I’m calling boy. It’s on you. He warned he didn’t want her to lose her job over this.

And she responded she wasn’t going to lose her job because she is a great hairdresser. He said, I have love for you. I have for six years and you hurt me and you are ruining this. Mr. Bayless then implied he would stop requesting her. It affected. It would affect his job. This is crazy, man. Crazy. Mr. Bayless asked if she would come to his home to color his hair. A side job. And she that Ms. F previously would partake in when Mr. Bayless, his wife, was home. This is insane, bro. Insane. Anyways, neither here nor there.

This puts way more into the conversation. Oh dog. We all thought because we got to add some more context into this, all right? We all thought that Skip and Shannon’s breakup was because Shannon disrespect was disrespected on air. It may have been because she wouldn’t bust it down for a real one. It may have been because she wouldn’t bust it down for a real one. And so maybe Shannon Sharpe or he thought that Shannon Sharpe was busting down Ms. F. Let me show you her again. Let me show you her again. All right, that’s her. This is the hairdresser that’s making it that they making a big deal over.

He. He thought that maybe she was busting it down for a real one. Man. This wasn’t Fox Sports. This was Fox soaps. This wasn’t Fox Sports. This was Fox. They was over there fumbling a bag because of some. Some women fumbling joy Taylor, Ms. F. Shannon Sharp, Emmanuel Acho, Charlie Dixon. And now they got Shannon Sharp name thrown in there. This is messy. This is messy. This is messy. Messy, messy, messy, messy. Y’all thought it was because he disrespected Shannon Sharp and told him to put his glasses back on. No. When they was having them interactions online, when they was having them interactions on a real show on Fox Sports, they was really having it out in real life.

We thought that it was all just, oh, man, this was good for tv. Now they was arguing over some women. They was arguing over some women, and that is what made the show great, and that is also what made the show go down according to this lawsuit. Shannon Sharp, Skip Bayless, they was frustrated is because it was over there arguing over me when they went off air, man. Probably was talking because I know you after I know it, I’m calling bull s on you. I’m calling it on y’all. And then sha. Shannon eat maybe Allegedly, according to Skip, in his mind, was busting her down.

And then he walking in with the goat mask, talking about goat James, when really he was really antagonizing Skip. He was antagonizing Skip. Charlie Dixon is upstairs inviting Joy Taylor to come into the dressing room, allegedly before the show. Skip is over here sexually frustrated. He think that Shannon Sharp is busting down Ms. F. Emmanuel Ocho is waiting in the wings for his turn because he know that Joy got to come up. Come down from Charlie Dixon’s office. Joy is having a conversation, and Charlie Dixon is going for Ms. F at the same time that Skip Bayless is trying to bust her down.

And she over here saying that she, you know, reducing his advances. She going home to her. Her. Her son. Her baby daddy ain’t doing what he’s supposed to do. She trying to do her hairdresser, and she may have had cancer. Boy, if this ain’t the biggest soap opera I ain’t never seen in my entire life. I ain’t never heard no thing like this ever, ever, ever, ever, ever. If this ain’t the biggest, craziest story, Fox Sports was a Fox freak off. Fox Sports was the Fox freak off. This is why you cannot have a bunch of women messing up what guys got going on because they was on air angry, dumb shows hit different, don’t it? Don’t it? Shannon was relaxed.

And then sometimes Shannon would come in there all tense. Skip, skip, Skip. Now, you know you don’t know what you’re talking about. And Skip, put your glasses back on. Skip. Now you know, Skip, I ain’t going for that. Put your glasses back on now. Joy Taylor upstairs. Charlie. Yeah, yeah. Emmanuel Ocho is in the background. Come on, Joy. You done yet? Allegedly.
