And some more breaking news, this time about the January 6 rioters. The Supreme Court has just ruled. Let’s get to Shannon Breen. What did they say? So what they have said is that one of the statutes the Justice Department used to charge hundreds of different January six defendants is no good. And that includes President Donald Trump because he has actually had two of these counts against him in the Jack Smith DC Case against him, that federal criminal case that has been on hold here.
So what essentially they say is this statute, which was passed in the wake of Enron. They say it doesn’t fit here. He says given that the subsection was enacted to address the Enron disaster, not some other far flung set of dangers like what happened just right over here at the Capitol, it is unlikely that Congress responded with such an unfocused and grossly incommensurate patch. In English, that essentially means that all of these people who were charged under this particular obstruction statute for January 6th, that is no good. The dissent, this is a very interesting vote makeup because the dissent is actually written by Justice Barrett and she is joined by Justices Sotomayor and Kagan.
She says that Congress did intend for this kind of conduct to be brought under this particular obstruction charge. She thinks the majority got it wrong. But what it means is a big headache for the DOJ. And good news for hundreds of January six defendants. Good news for the J6 defendants. Man, it’s always good to have. We’ve just been having good news just a lot lately. Are we getting tired of winning yet? I don’t know. Let’s see. President Trump didn’t create the Democrats hate. He exposed it. He didn’t create the media’s bias. He exposed it. He didn’t create the corrupt FBI, CIA and doj.

And they are scared. Last Thursday, we expressed our own concerns on this broadcast and even said we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the President Elect himself.
On Friday, we were given the opportunity to do just that. Joe and I went to Mar A Lago to meet personally with President Elect Trump. It was the first time we have seen him in seven years. Now, we talked about a lot of issues, including abortion, mass deportation, threats of political retribution against political opponents and media outlets. We talked about that a good bit. And it’s going to come as no surprise to anybody who watches this show, has watched it over the past year or over the past decade, that we didn’t see eye to eye on a lot of issues.
And we told him so. What we did agree on was to restart communications. My father often spoke with world leaders with whom he and the United States profoundly disagreed. That’s a task shared by reporters and commentators alike. We had not spoken to President Trump Since March of 2020, other than a personal call Joe made to Trump on the morning after the attempt on his life in Butler, Pennsylvania. In this meeting, President Trump was tearful. He was upbeat. He seemed interested in finding common ground with Democrats on some of the most divisive issues. And for those asking why we would go speak to the President Elect during such fraught times, especially between us, I guess I would ask back, why wouldn’t we? Why would you all of a sudden want to hang out with President Trump and try to make good with him with all the people that are watching you.
Oh, that’s right. You guys dropped 50% in your ratings. Oh, that’s right. You realize that President Trump, you need him so you can keep your jobs, right? President Trump said this morning morning, Joe and Mika, who owe their careers to me, went on their show and claimed to have met with me. That was yesterday. They made it sound like we had a summit. The truth is, Joe begged to meet with me after our big win. And when I finally agreed, he approached me like a scolded dog. He should consider himself lucky that I didn’t have him thrown out.
A beautiful Mar A Lago. Mika was charming as usual. These guys didn’t even apologize for what they’ve done to America. And I like what a lot of folks have been showing me. And I was going to show you another clip of somebody that was out there basically letting these guys have it. They brainwashed the masses. They made people stay away from family members because of all of the COVID gaslighting, all the hatred towards President Trump and what he was going to do to the American public if he won. Everyone was going to lose the their rights.
All the liberals because of this TV station and others said, you know what? We’re going to shave our heads. We’re not going to be with men anymore because President Trump’s in power, because he’s a danger to democracy. These guys, the liars, the ones who continue to cause nothing but problems for America, all of a sudden want to make up. The point applies even if this is not Germany 1933. The point applies if this is something not as savage as Germany 1930, 30, but simply an autocrat who decides to be a dictator on day one, who decides to arrest all those who he doesn’t like to take news networks off the chat, off the tv, as he said he would do if they’re not supportive of him.
Who’s talked about assassinating generals that aren’t sufficiently loyal to him, has complained to his chief of staff that his generals should be more like Hitler’s generals. Of course, Hitler’s generals tried to kill Adolf Hitler. But Donald Trump didn’t know history, so he didn’t know that. Whose own lawyer said in court he could use Seal Team 6 to assassinate. To assassinate political rivals. And if he were president of the United States, he could not be arrested as somebody. You guys remember, just to make sure we understand where these guys are coming from, they’re going to lose their job, their money’s falling apart, and they need President Trump.
And then you had New York City Mayor Eric Adams explaining the American people, they care more about issues that impact them, not these media hoaxes. Can you imagine what these guys are going through? Just imagine what they’re going through as he scolds them basically to their face. Let’s dismantle the hate. And what you saw in this city, in this election, when you saw a shift in the city becoming the state becoming redder, is because we stopped talking about working class people issues. When mom and pops are afraid. I can’t pay my college tuition, the rent is too damn high, healthcare is too expensive.
We stop talking to everyday New Yorkers and Americans. When I’m in the streets talking to them, they’re not asking me, Eric, tell me about fascism. They talking about finance. They’re not talking about Hitler. They’re talking about housing. We need to talk to everyday working class people and we stop doing that. And those are the issues that they are afraid of. I would suggest she read Title 8, United States Code 1324 III, that says, you know, you can’t harbor concealed illegal in front of law enforcement officer. So I hope she don’t cross that line. They cannot cooperate, but there are certain laws in place that they can’t cross. And I hope she doesn’t cross it, but. And what happens if she crosses that? Hope she doesn’t cross it, but if she does, would that be considered treason? I don’t know what you guys think.

Lock that border down and catch release and secure the border. The third rail is we got over 300,000 missing children that this over half a million children been trafficking to the United States. This administration released them to unveil sponsors and they can’t find 300,000.
And based on my three and a half decades, some of these children forced labor. We already found some enforced labor. Some are in forced sex trafficking, some are living with pedophiles. We need to save these children. That’s going to be a third rail. But what it’s going to be the third rail the pedophiles, the one that they’re trying to make legal. Remember, remember they’re trying to state that they are what minor attracted persons. They’re pushing this through the school systems and more. That’s why it was so important for us to finally get in reverse. This curse that has been flying throughout our nation and get it straightened out once again.
You know, Representative Mullen slams the fake news and Democrats for scrutinizing President Trump’s picks. This is really good case views on vaccines a deal breaker for you, Senator? The Democrats are spending so much time talking about the scrutiny of President Trump, Trump’s picks and yet we didn’t spend did we spend this amount of time scrutinizing Biden’s pick? I mean we can talk about Rachel, the assistant secretary of hhs. I think that’s a pretty controversial pick from whatever pronoun he or he, he or she decides to use. We talk about Sam, the assistant secretary for or executive and underneath energy of secretary of energy. And the individual was it was arrested multiple times for stealing luggage off of off of conveyor belts inside airports.
And I didn’t see the same type of scrutiny that the Democrats used on these individuals. Picks. There’s been a lot of picks. I mean we can talk about Pete Buttigieg. Is he really qualified? But I don’t see the same people give him the scrutiny here. She tried so hard to stop him. She tried so hard, but he got him in there. Way to go from Oklahoma, guys. What Brendan says here is starting next year, it’s going to end its promotion of dei. He includes a screenshot from a FCC document. The FCC will seek to gain a deeper understanding of how the agency’s rules, policies and programs may promote or inhibit advances in diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility. The fcc. The FCC will pursue focused action and investments to eliminate historical, systemic and structural barriers that perpetuate disadvantaged or underserved individuals and communities.
In so doing, the FCC will work to ensure equitable advancing equity is core. Why? Why is it core to the fcc? Pretty interesting that Brendan Carr says starting next year the FCC will end its promotion of DEI. And then he said, when it comes to the FCC’s promotion of DEI, I just have one thing to say. And he posted this meme of Javier Millay, who is the president of Argentina and is hilarious saying fuera, which is like, get out. Really, really interesting. Post him. That kid who’s involved in witchcraft, what he’s doing is wrong and his parents shouldn’t be supporting that. But as for, as for the kid, his name is Potter. He needs help. He’s the Lord. So I’m not one of those hardcore like you can’t do this or else. I’m just more of a, I’m going to train them in the way that they should go.
Witchcraft is what’s pushed on them. You know, it’s interesting because Peter Hegseth, the reason I mentioned that and all that he’s doing and now that these, you know, I mentioned the witchcraft, witches getting together and going after him. They even probably have that at ABC News, who knows? They’re going to do all they can to stop him and they’re going to use all their sorcery to ensure that he doesn’t get in. No matter what. They’re going to convince the people that he’s evil. But let’s hear from his own mouth what he thinks about what our children are going through and what we really need.
He moved to a school in Tennessee specifically because of the curriculum, the virtues, the belief systems of that school. It’s a small, conservative, classical, Christian rural school that reinforces our values. And we moved from New Jersey where there were lots of Wonderful people like states like that get a bad rap, but there’s full of a lot of like faithful conservative patriots. But you know, the state of New Jersey, the Phil Murphy who famously said that the Bill of Rights is above his pay grade. So he just doesn’t really think about. He said that about COVID but he’s an idiot.
They passed a bill recently that said gender identity training, which eventually turns out to be gender fluidity and trans stuff, is mandated in all government schools starting in first grade. First grade. And I say government schools intentionally. They’re not public schools, they’re government schools. Sure, they may be open to the public in that sense, but the government is setting the tone. And I run into people all the time. I mean, you’re dialed in and so you’ve made that choice to homeschool. But there are a lot, I mean, a lot of dudes just like us who are like, hey, I pay property taxes.
You know, I work hard. You know, we move to a nice area that say the schools are good. We move here for the schools that feel like local control will say, even here in Tennessee, where, hey, I’ve got a good school. Good means, you know, a fancy gym and an iPad and you know, high SAT scores. And those are all fine things. What I want to know is what’s being pumped into the minds of those kids. And what you realize when you pull the curtain back over 100 years is the entire pipeline of our education has system has been federalized intentionally and taken over not just by like left lefties or technocrats or bureaucrats.
Everyone you meet through that timeline who’s pushing hard on the shoulder of. On the plow of education is an atheist, a Marxist or a socialist or a humanist. There are a lot of them are humanists, which is what’s a humanist. Humanist is basically a completely rejects Christianity or faith at all. And so it’s all. Humanity is at the center of good and evil, right and wrong. It’s effectively secularism posited as an alternative religion to Christianity. So it’ll. It’ll find politics as an avenue. And so humanists are often socialists or Marxists or communists in alongside being a humanist.
But it’s. It’s the worship of. Of mankind as the highest being, as opposed to God as the highest being. So they’re all that. That’s the train of people pushing this educational philosophy. And when you. I used to think it started in the 60s and actually goes back to the progressive era and even before that. But they very intentionally. The one thing they knew they had to remove from the beginning was God. God had to come out of the schools because God was the immovable object that prevented their utopian schemes. They wanted, you know, if you want to manipulate children, if you want to change the way they think, rewire the relationship of families.
You have to get at the God thing because the garden and the sin in the garden is all disrupts those utopian schemes. And so the early progressives, communists, Marxists very intentionally worked hard in their in creating systems that slowly but surely removed God. Because if you went into a public public school government school in America mm the progressives Mike Lee put this out based Mike Lee Progressives love to say let’s keep politics out of this. What they really mean is let’s make sure the people have no say in this. Progressives propose insulating key decisions from politics when they want government experts to make decisions that are beyond the power of the people to oversee or even impact.
This approach creates a degree of un revealable tyranny that would make King George III green with envy. Progressives say we should make legislative redistricting decisions non political. What that really means is that they don’t want voters through their elected lawmakers to be responsible for making those decisions. Progressives love the Federal Reserve bank for a for profit business enterprise that exercises vast unreviewable authority over decisions involving our economy because it operates largely outside of politics, which is to say it’s beyond the power of the American people. Progressives also love the fact that most federal law is now made by the unelected experts that we know as federal bureaucrats.
Even though the Constitution says that no one can make federal law but the elected lawmakers in Congress. When you hear progressives, regardless of political party, suggesting that the core functions of policymaking need to be insulated from politics, they’re really telling you that we the American people can’t be trusted to have any impact on such things. So when progressives tell you that, tell them to pound sand and then tell them to review American history and read the Declaration of Independence and the Constitutions. When Constitution when it comes to federal lawmaking, the only experts recognized by the Constitution are those elected to Congress.
That doesn’t mean that Congress consistently does the right thing. It just means that your laws should be made by only only made only by elected lawmakers who can be fired by voters through regular elections. We’re always concerned about, you know, privacy, but I think we could fix that too. But I like looking at everything. I don’t see any reason why these two can’t just release the hounds and go nuts. Everybody’s interested to find out what they’re going to see and I’d like to hear it myself because maybe it’s a means test on Social Security. We have to fix this because the deficit’s getting a little big right now and the bond market is starting to get a little uneasy in the 10 year. I worry about that. Yeah, I mean, release the hounds, go nuts.

And I love that verse because it’s about fight, finish, keep, keep faith with the principles that make our country special. Fight for the things that really matter. That’s what Americans are about. And I think it’s a great verse, particularly when we think about how special the Bible is and what it means to countless number of people around the world. That’s right. This is going to be even more important as we lead into to of course, the Oklahoma superintendent order schools to show a political video about this.

President Trump has a clear mandate. He wants prayer back in school. He wants radical leftism out of the classroom, wants our kids to be patriot, want parents back in charge with school choice. We are enacting upon that agenda here in Oklahoma. That’s what our parents want. Every county in Oklahoma voted for President Trump. His agenda is crystal clear and we’re going to enact it in the state of Oklahoma. Way to go. That’s how we do it right there, folks. Taking back America. One vote at a time, one prayer at a time.
