Well, Giuseppe, I’m delighted to be back with you again, my friend. You actually got me back into the news reporting business when doing the real deal news with a couple of others fell through you. And I’ve been doing it up until now. In fact, Friday was my last day because we get him Monday. I go to RBN to take the position formerly occupied by Michael Rivera with his What really happened show. And I’m just as happy he pleases punch as I could be, just happy he did a great job and I’m going to do my best to fulfill what he was doing for the public, albeit with all the variations that would be obvious.

Well, Jim, it’s remarkable. I know all of us, the thousands upon thousands, who love you as I do, we were worried about you, your health, and you went through a double bypass. And I can see you on the video because we’re video simulcasting and I haven’t seen you in a few months and you look really healthy, man. That’s awesome.

It’s amazing what can happen when you open up two major arteries that are basically 100% Occluded. And God bless you, Jim, and I think that you’re one of the few people who can take over for Rivera and do as good, if not a better job. So what an exciting opportunity for you, and I’m glad you got the help to do it. I mean, what a dynamo you are, Jim.

Jeez, and I’m really tickled just at me because my very first radio gig was on RBN and John Statmiller actually fired me on the air because he thought I was too liberal. Too liberal.

Well, I’m doing cardiac rehab and I’ve done twelve and I love it and I get to do 24 more. This is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Just sapling. My blood pressure is lowly going out than it was coming in. And the other thing that you’ll notice many patients don’t realize, but some hair will start growing back because you’ve got so much more blood flow now.

Well, you know, that may be true, but it’ll all be silver and right. That’s right. Well, hey, man, I’m in that club now, too.

And Jim, it’s amazing to me because we started out what is going on four years ago, I came back to the media, I kind of burned out on the media in the 80s. But it was so egregious, these crimes by these globalists that I felt the need. Like many people I started calling in your show and I was well received and before you know it I had a show and it’s been going strong now knocking on four years. But Jim, you got 19 years on me. So you’re like an early side of the boomer generation. You grew up in California when it was truly the golden age of California. I mean you enlisted in the Marines, you really believe in the American dream and you’ve lived it and it’s turned into a nightmare because of the globalist. We’ll get into that a little later. But Jim, could you ever believe at your age, and I think you’ll be 83 in December that this country would be taken over by these globalist parasites the way we have to witness it and cover it every know.

I mean I actually voted for the guy twice, obama. But he was instrumental electoral system by what was called a cellular network called FirstNet which was created by DHS on the basis of fraudulent claims about Russia and interference in our elections. So he declared it to be part of the infrastructure. I got a whole article about it on my blog at James H. Fetzer and it turns out it allows the government to monitor and manipulate change the vote down at the precinct level. Giuseppe, this is this guy who’s going to go down as a black mark in the history of the I mean, you know, I thought was so heroic when we elected our first black president which of course contradicts the racism theme that has taken over the Democrat party. I mean here their own candidate, their own history contradicts it but they push it like mad to create social division to further destroy America. Just outrageous.

Well that’s just it man, because both of us were I’m literally second generation Sicilian and fourth generation Austrian German. So I’m like the immigrant. I come from a line of immigrants, right? Not that long ago after the Civil War, before any of my relatives got over here and the Sicilian end was working class. We had the small Bleach factory as I’ve mentioned before. But I used to ask my Sicilian nanu and my great uncle, his brother Tony who are you going to vote for? And they would say well we vote Democrat, we’re not rich, why would you vote Republican? And that used to be the Arbiter, right? It was the working Democrat party champion the working class. The Democratic party was anti war, anti big corporations, anti oppressing, the know which are noble pursuits to be sure. But there is no Democratic party anymore Jim. Now it’s no, no, they’re so right. They were for civil rights, human rights, freedom of speech, freedom of the press. They were all those things. They are not. They’ve become the total opposite it was when Trump executed a hostile takeover of the Republican Party and turned it into a populist party that has made all the difference.

That’s a great in fact, you know, looking back at the Democratic Party, the last legitimate Democrat, old school, classic liberal candidate was probably Walter Mondale, right? I mean, everybody else since then and then when Clinton got elected, in hindsight, he was the real first trader, not Obama. I mean, he sold us out with NAFTA. He was a dirty, dirty dog. I mean, how many people have been murdered because they witnessed what he did? But then you got and Hillary’s still right in there pitching. She’s a part of you know, in Lahania. They’re talking about build back better. And we all know what that means. And that slogan originated with Hillary reflective of a globalist and deep seated hatred for America. I mean, this woman is repulsive. Oh, my God. She is.

Well, you know, this Lahaina thing is really something else. I got a couple clips for let’s start out, Jim, with let’s see what number let’s start out with clip number eleven. Sam so Jim, this clip is a young native of Maui, has worked at Fire and Recovery on the islands for nine years. And he is an expert, literally. And he says Lahaina was not natural. So check this out.

Jim, right? Absolutely it was not. I’ve been in the industry of people losing their homes due to firefood monster emergency services, but I need you guys to hear me out. You don’t see what’s going on. I feel something is bigger. I’ve been on Maui the last nine years and I know the geographical location and how everything works. There was no way that a hurricane missed Big Island, went to Maui and didn’t flood them, didn’t give them crazy other things, but it caused fires. It caused fires not only on Maui, but it caused fires in the most precious parts of real estate in Maui. Lahaina Front Street is worth billions. The Hawaiians that been holding out and the Kanaka have been holding out for years not wanting to sell their property in Lahaina due to these big million dollar companies. It is not a coincidence. I don’t believe how in the most precious parts of Maui, Kula, Lahaina and Kihei that the locals that are standing strong and do not want to give up Oprah Winfrey’s  view up in Kula that the Hawaiians are holding out on, that the fire was going to the Hawaiians and the Kanaka that was holding right there on Front Street.

Well, just happy. There’s no doubt at all. You see, the effects are just like those in Paradise, California, which was the use of directed energy weapons, lasers or microwaves, whatever time. Joe Biden just came out and said he was laser focused on what happened in Maui, and there he is telling us they’re not making any secret of it, they’re rubbing our noses in it.

Giuseppe. Well, instead of going right to Lahaina clips, you kind of set up a pedo Joe Biden clip. And I don’t have to say alleged PEDO’s daughter’s diary has been authenticated. That sick subhuman would go in and abuse her and fondle her and possibly rape her in the shower. And it was so awful that she would wait until she was sure her parents were lights out at three, four in the morning before she could go take a shower. That is so criminally evil to do that to your own child. I can’t even imagine it. Yes, my distinct impression is she’s confirmed that he repeatedly had intercourse with his own daughter. How disgusting is that? Of course. How disgusting is that? That guy should be president now. Unbelievable. Well, that’s what the Democrats do. Look, they got control of voting machine right down to the precinct. They’re just trying to establish some kind of plausibility. But there was none for 2020. The day before the election in Phoenix, it was a rare joint appearance between Kamala and Joe. And you know how many came to watch? None. Nobody came. Only the reporters. And this guy supposed to got 81 million votes. From what I can discern, just the best info I have is that actually Trump got over 100 mil and Biden got 37. That’s an honest count.

Oh, absolutely. And we’ll talk about Trump and what he’s going through a little later. But Sam, if you could queue up clip number 15. It’s just like Poppy Bush let loose in 87. The new world order. Check out Biden trying to once again destroy our republic and sign it over to the globalist one world government. Clip number 15, please, Sam.

I think my mother had an expression out of everything terrible, something good will come if you look hard enough for it. I think this presents us with some significant opportunities to make some real changes. We are at an inflection point, I believe, in the world economy, not just the world economy. In the world, it occurs every three or four generations. As one of them, as one of the top military people said to me in a secure meeting the other day, 60 million people died between 1919-1946, and since then, we established a liberal world order, and that hadn’t happened in a long while. A lot of people died, but nowhere near the chaos. And now is a time when things are shifting. They’re going to be a new world order out there, and we’ve got to lead it. We’ve got to unite the rest of the free world in doing it. I think my mother had an expression.

Alright. Such a lot phony project. The estimates have it death from the vaccine alone have run up to a billion, up to a billion worldwide. I mean, isn’t it just disgusting? Oh, yeah, we’re going to get into that with we’re trying to get masks and the lockdowns. I had a clip of playing a little bit for that, but Jim, more lockdowns coming. Good. Yes, well, they’re running that up as a trial balloon. There’s no way at this point even half of the united states will go along with that. I mean, everybody saw that the masks are worthless. The masks have damaged children. The masks have damaged all types of lung impaired individuals. The masks have psychological degradation on all level, from newborn, I mean, from infant crawling all the way through high school. It messes people up, young people. Whether that’s the intent and then the illegal immoral and unbelievable lies of declaring a state of emergency for releasing a bioweapon that our dear brother Dave Gahari somehow survived, which is a gain of function bioweapon, and then rebranding the flu as we covered so many days because we used to do daily shows. Jim, three years ago, we covered this again and again, trying to hammer home to people that this wasn’t real. And now the numbers prove it. The results prove it. And they could never get mRNA, which is not a vaccine. It’s an experimental gene therapy that has no business being used on animals or humans because it’s such a complete failure. They’re just trying to test on real living beings to somehow figure it out down the road. They don’t have it figured out yet, and now they’re killing people every day. I mean, we had the New York journalism school professor from NYU, Mark Crispin Miller, on a couple of years ago. Now he’s doing a daily email about the recent that died suddenly, and every day he’s sending out an email with five to ten celebrities, athletes, dropping dead or getting these turbo camps is all from the illegal and immoral experimentation on living beings and humans that they don’t have it figured out. They’re testing it on these poor SAPS who believe.

Jim, yeah. Yeah, it’s terrible. Absolutely disgusting beyond belief. Anthony Powshi will go down in history as the greatest mass murderer of them all, exceeding the deaths attributed to Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Paul Pott and Mouse, a tongue combined.

Joseph. Yeah, so true, Jim. So true. So I guess we’ll head back to Lahaina real quick. And this is clip number ten. Sam, this is a woman who is there who is exposing that. The corrupt governor. Gee, I don’t think he’s a South Korean. He’s of course one of the tribe, a dual citizen trader like so many. And this is a land grab in service to the build back, better new world order. So this woman is clearly in a highly emotional state. But check out this clip, Jim.

Am I the only one that’s not okay? Let me just say this is for entertainment purposes only and only my opinion, so that maybe TikTok will take this shit g down. Our government just slaughtered hundreds of people because they wanted their land. The entire  world because there’s just too many of us useless eaters on this planet for them to control and manage. So they’re killing all of us. And yet we’re sitting here pretending like everything is fine. We’re going to work and we’re paying our  bills. Paying our taxes like good little  sheep. And I just don’t understand. And I just want to know, am I the only one sitting here in this place wondering why are we still sitting here? Why are we doing anything? Everything about our entire society is a lie. It is a lie about everything. Our medical establishment kills people for profit and we all know it. But we don’t stop them. Two-tiered justice system that supports the  rich and destroys the poor because that’s how it’s designed. There is no such thing as innocent until proven guilty. You’re guilty and hope you can prove your innocence. Well, everything they do is designed. You can stop. Sam, that clip was just about the corrupt system, Jim, which we cover ad nauseam. But the interesting thing, my takeaway from that clip, Jim, is that the average person, these multiple psyops that have been thrown at people the last decade, one after another, George Floyd, the Scamdemic, the Antifa, Bernleut and murder, you name it, one after another, sometimes two.”To take you away from it would have been absolutely fine for you to have shown up. Those are pretty informal and the time I have dedicated is when I give presentations. I frequently listen to a lot of them, but you would have been welcome and I’m sorry we miss the opportunity. Who knows what might occur in the future? But I do not have plans at present to be in Dallas this November.

Well, I know, you know, Ron Avery who has a show on this, know he’s taking cases all the way to Texas Supreme Court regarding property tax. He’s a terrific guy and he’s had a keen interest in my case. He’s actually created an archive of documents related to my case all the way up to the Supreme Court. Yeah, well, anyway, the reason I called was really just twofold quick was a quick aside and a mention of Lem. Billings. I suspect you’ve covered his association with JFK in years know, I don’t believe I actually have. That name is so familiar. Remind me about their relationship.

Well, according to Fitzpatrick informer that’s Fitzfitzinfo Net as well as Mileswmathis.com Len Billings was the homosexual lover of JFK since their time their days in college. But I don’t know jack had his choice of women. That would surprise me a lot. I mean he even had an affair with Marilyn. I mean I’m telling you that was all on the up. And I mean I can’t say for sure and I don’t know. But the reason I called is I want you to be cognizant of what’s happened in your court cases. And it occurred really just prior to 911 with the creation of the Department of Homeland Security. All law enforcement in this country is communitarian law enforcement. And Americans by and large don’t want to know what this word means or what it’s import anything. But it stems from European Union law, a law which was 70 to 80 years in the making and a law which has been superimposed and overlaid upon all US national constitutional common law. You name the law. This is what’s happened to you in your court appearances. I can suggest just as an introduction to the topic you simply type in what is communitarian law and go to YouTube to channel by the name of P as in Paul T, as in Tom, L as in Lark, PTL Media now and you will see a seven minute introduction to the topic. But this is exactly what has happened to you in your court appearances these past few years. You have been confronted by the superimposition of communitarian law into the courts of this country and it would be well worth your while to investigate that. And I can promise you your attorneys are not going to know a damn thing about you know I appreciate all that. I was pro se during the initial court hearing that found me liable for defamation. And even though all the evidence was against it, I did have attorneys for my appeals in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court and up to the US supreme Court I actually went pro se again.

But none of the cases involving Sandy Hook were decided on the merits. They were all decided on the basis of assumptions or presuppositions. Alex Jones and alleged failure to provide discovery mine because there’s a peculiar entitlement of the judges in summary judgments in Wisconsin to set aside any evidence they regard as unreasonable. Basically the judge in my case regarded any evidence I had that nobody had died at Sandy Hook as unreasonable. And believe it or not, the Court of Appeals agreed with him and even said in consecutive paragraphs, here’s the official narrative adam Lonzo went killed 20 kids, six adults, blah blah blah blah. Here’s what Fetzer says it was a FEMA drill, nobody died, blah blah, blah. And yet they say there’s no conflict between us because there can be no conflict on the facts in order to have a summary judgment. Otherwise it has to go to a jury to decide the facts. So I was deprived of my right under the 7th Amendment to a jury. And because courts in other states, such as Texas, which I use as my contrast, would have thrown the case out or at least sent it to a jury, my right to equal justice under the 14th Amendment was also violated. I took that to the Supreme Court.

Now, I spent most of last year in contact with insiders, including a party had been cast in the role of one of the dead kids, and another party had been cast in the role of a dead teacher and others who were involved. And they all said how everyone involved loves my book because it was accurate and truthful, and they all felt I’d been abused wrongly by the courts, which resulted in this massive 1.1 million judgment against me. 450 for the libel, the presumptive libel, and then another 650 for contempt to court when I sought to prove that the individual who appeared in Madison for a video deposition was not Leonard Posner. And I gave a lot of evidence to support that, which was similarly just set aside as though it were not responsive or not reasonable. I’m telling you, and I appreciate everything you’re saying about these other nice points, may I add?

In conclusion, let me remind you that unless you know what communitarian law is, it’s not difficult to find out what it is. You have to understand that its root is Talmudic law. And when you understand that under the Talmud under Talmudic law, you really don’t have any rights. In fact, in a court case, facts really don’t matter when you’re confronting the superimposition of communitarian law and or Talmudic law upon could I could I impose upon you to send me a link where I could take a good look at this? Because you’re raising really important points.

I mean, hey, now. Yeah, but look at who they were running against. I tend to go for the best candidate, and for the most part up until Trump, I found him on a Democrat side. But believe me, my views have changed. Or should I say the party has gone far, far away from the principles in which I believe. Exactly.

But strong point there because you sure in anything doesn’t want Romney or any of that kind of McCain or Carrie. Those were the ones I did not vote for.

Yeah, no, that’s absolutely insane. But I think you’re going to do a great job on, you know, here’s here’s my comment to these anti Trump or whatever Trump people. You know, I don’t care if Trump was running around listening to Jared Kushner or going to the Wailing Wall, banging his head crazy or wearing a yamaka or whatever the hell he was doing. All I know is this if Trump supports all this or he was a Jew, my life was never better in the last many years. When Trump was there, despite all the shortcomings he had. The gas prices were down, the economy was going, jobs were coming back. He was paying down some of these debts he was making people deal with. And the pipelines were going. Everything was working. Hawai governor Josh Green has been putting the World Economic Forum’s great reset agenda ahead of Hawaiian interests. Just weeks before the fire, he unveiled an emergency proclamation on housing that eliminates the traditional land use commission, allowing the government more leeway to build as they see fit, such as building 15 minutes smart cities run by artificial intelligence, just like they’ve been planning to do in Hawaii for years.

At some point I will make a major donation after all of the smoke and ashes have settled here and we figure out what the rebuilding is going to look like. And yet, Jim, here is Trump, a guy who knew the election was stolen, like you said. I agree. He probably got around 100 million, was a landslide. So is he not part of this show? Why didn’t he immediately go to the military when he was still in office the final two months? Why didn’t he know he had a bully pulpit there, right? He did nothing. Jim, why did he even allow the lies of these globalists in, this charade of Biden getting elected? In no way did he get elected. Why did he not fight harder?

Jim, there’s so much there just you’ve laid out a veritable buffet of crucial issues here. I think he was worried in part, that if he unveiled what had happened that it could provoke a civil war. On the other hand, he should have done it because allowing Biden admin to come in and politicize DOJ and the FBI and all that and turn our army woke has only entrenched the bad guys who are doing great evil to the United States.

There’s been a pattern with these indictments. Each time there’s a major expose about Joe and Hunter, we get a new indictment of Trump. I mean, it’s just so mean. In fact, it turns out this woman in Georgia was told they had to indict him on Monday because it was some blowout going to come Tuesday. Which is why they had the posting of the indictment, which already had a case number already had a judge assigned Monday when the jury had not even voted as yet, and which may ultimately unravel that none of the four criminal cases have any merit.

I want to return to that. But you mentioned in passing the work I was doing about the fake shootings. I think what’s going on now just is fake shootings have run their course. I’m back in court of Appeals in Wisconsin, just sadly, to regain control of the book and my blogs, they timed the taking, which was all in violation of Wisconsin statutes. Virtually every single aspect of my legal cases in the Wisconsin courts has been improper and illegal.

Properly interpreted in terms of it’s just shocking. But they were blatant in their taking of the book, which had to go to a receiver who would then determine the value of the property and he’d monitor so that once you’d paid your debtedness, you’d get the return of the property. They didn’t want anything like that. They took it in the blog the very day and Alex Jones began to attack me and had a producer sitting on the stand read an email from Paul Joseph Watson saying, we got to stay as far as possible away from that batshit crazy patzer, and people would have wanted to know what that batshit crazy guy had to say about Sandy Hook.

And my blog was just bristling with stuff about Sandy Hook. So the timing was exquisite. Just before they read that in the courtroom, they took my blog down and redirected it to legal aspects, court documents related to these improprieties. And then they sought to garnish, and they didn’t even bother to figure out what was exempt. It was another completely improper form of harassment.

And if I were extremely lucky. The Court of Appeals actually would have the right to throw the whole thing out, which I would greatly welcome, but I don’t anticipate. I do believe I’m going to be involved in another effort, however, to expose the whole charade and where I would benefit greatly and will address in more specific terms as occasion emerges. I’m going to try to upset their apple cart. But, Giuseppe, I mean, the legal aspects are beyond ridiculous. I mean, they’re frankly, legally absurd.

Such as the complaint itself had a completely different death certificate than the one over which I was being sued, which had no file number, no town or state certification. The one attached had all of the above, and yet it claimed in the text that they were not materially different. When material differences are one that make a difference in the legal status, obviously having a file number, town and state certification make a huge difference in Connecticut, it turns out, and this emerged during the trial.

I sought to defend myself. Not even parents are allowed to have incomplete death certificates in Connecticut. I had two forensic document experts who testified on my behalf that that version and three others have been introduced were all fake, and yet the court just set that aside as not helpful. It was outrageous. That’s how the authenticity of documents is decided in courts of law. Just you have document experts. I had two. They had none. And yet the judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Posner, whom, as you imply, I don’t even regard to be a real person. I think Leonard Posner is a legal fiction for which I have a lot of you know, all of us are rooting for you that if anybody deserves justice, it’s Jim Fetzer.

When Donald Trump did an interview, when they let they when they when they caught her and he wished her, you know, some of the things you say about him, I just mean, isn’t it kind of funny? And then the prosecuting attorney for Epstein, who got him off Trump, gives him a job as a secretary of don’t. This whole thing just seems like a soap opera. People keep talking about the same thing, these characters. And the way I see it, all is just all set up. We’re just looking at a soap opera. And that’s all I have to say.

Yeah, well, if Trump were one of the know, one of. The bad guys, why go all the trouble? Just go with Trump. I mean, he’s going to do what you want to do because he’s one of you. The fact that they’re going after him so massively is overwhelming evidence he’s not one of them.

I think perhaps do you care about any of the other things he’s done? If he hung around with pedophiles and he wishes a pedophile, how many children come up missing? How many children could have come up missing from this island?

If anyone has a doubt about Biden versus Trump, I’d say he really must have missed a memo, because it couldn’t be more obvious. Now, there are players on both sides of the aisle, both parties that oppose Trump because he’s a non interventionist. He doesn’t believe in the war economy, u. S. Getting involved militarily all over the world. He’s opposed to the war in Ukraine. If he’d been in office, it would not have taken place. And that makes him a target of the military industrial Congressional Complex. When Eisenhower gave his warning and aided advise him not to use the word Congressional, but he really was talking about the military industrial Congressional Complex. That’s why so many bigwigs on both sides are unhappy with Trump. He is cutting off the gravy train. And he’s also figured out a way, by means of what he calls Schedule F, to get rid of the deep state players that are embedded within the bureaucracy that in the past, have been impossible to fire. He has a much better idea of how to go about doing this. We’ve simply got to find a way to have a semi legitimate election, in which case, he’ll be a shoe in. Hello, yes, Jim, I’ve been following your case for some time and I’m a hard lover of truth as yourself and I’m here to tell you that a lot of this mean, all this stuff is basically our own fault for not understanding what’s going on with all of your court case things going on in the world. This is all stemming from the fact that we are under the Emergency Banking Act executive order 2040 and the Trading with the Enemy Act war powers, which every president has renewed emergency war powers. And what we’re doing, the money was taken away in 1933. So the money is our signatures and we’re signing things. We’re out there signing things, we’re signing up for things that they created, the birth certificate, Social Security account, the driver’s license, and we are not that thing. I mean we are giving them power to hypothesate our signatures because we’re not closing, our signatures not endorsing correctly. And so what they do under publication IRS 1212, you can read about this after three years, they come in and they claim all these credits abandoned and they take them and do them the things, they take them to do things that we don’t like and there you go. That’s why we’re in the situation we’re in today. They have all this funding that we are granting them because we don’t know what’s going on with this banking system.

Yeah, I think you’re at least partially right. There are even those who have sought to explain that the federal income tax is only a tax on federal income. Income you get from the federal government, which is minuscule a tiny proportion, and that the whole income tax business is a scam. And there are those who have gone to court over it and they have prevailed but got very little publicity because the government doesn’t want the public to know that what they’re doing is giving voluntary donations. On the other hand, if I were to withhold income, I guarantee I’d be hauled into court the next day. So it’s a tricky business. There’s a lot of politics involved there and some rather esoteric law.
