Summary

➡ This text talks about the importance of understanding our bodies and their natural healing abilities. It emphasizes that everything we need for healing is already on earth and we just need to figure out what our bodies need to support this healing. It also shares a personal experience of someone who improved their health through nutrition and the help of Dr. Kelly Shockley, a chiropractor and clinical nutritionist. The text ends with a discussion about different health journeys people may be on and how Dr. Shockley can help.
➡ The speaker works with people who have various health issues and uses testing to understand their problems at a cellular level. They believe that toxins are linked to many health issues and that everyone they’ve tested has toxins in their system. They suggest making small changes to reduce exposure to toxins, such as using natural products and avoiding tap water. They also emphasize the importance of eating real food and maintaining a healthy home environment.
➡ Dr. Shockley hosts a live show where she answers health-related questions from the audience. She emphasizes the importance of holistic and individualized treatment plans, rather than one-size-fits-all approaches. She also encourages people to take control of their health and explore alternative treatments. She believes that the body has the potential to overcome any health issue with the right support and time.
➡ The text discusses a health website that offers personalized health advice based on test results. It covers various health issues like sleep apnea, autoimmune diseases, dementia, psoriasis, and Guillain Barre syndrome. The speaker emphasizes the importance of a healthy diet, reducing inflammation, and the role of toxins in health problems. They also highlight the potential of certain nutrients like omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and magnesium in supporting the nervous system.
➡ The speaker discusses various health issues and their potential solutions, emphasizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition, exercise, and avoiding toxins. They also highlight the benefits of fasting for toxin removal and the concept of autophagy, where the body cleans out unwanted elements. The speaker also mentions the importance of understanding the root cause of health issues, such as adult-onset allergies, which could be linked to gut health, toxins, inflammation, or even the quality of the food consumed.
➡ Dr. Kelly Shockley explains how our bodies compensate for health issues until they can’t anymore, leading to symptoms and diseases. She emphasizes the importance of holistic health support and testing to understand and address the root causes of health problems. She also discusses her telehealth services, which include lab testing and consultations via a secure portal. Lastly, she advises against cosmetic injectables due to their potential health risks and suggests natural remedies for heartburn, such as apple cider vinegar.
➡ Dr. Shockley discusses the importance of a balanced diet and regular testing for maintaining good health. She highlights the dangers of consuming too much fructose, which can lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and suggests remedies like milk thistle and lemon water for liver health. She also emphasizes the importance of a healthy digestive system and recommends raw dairy over store-bought milk. Lastly, she advises on the importance of nutrient balance and suggests common supplements like multivitamins, omega 3 fatty acids, magnesium, vitamin D, and probiotics.
➡ The speaker discusses the benefits of homemade sourdough bread, explaining that the fermentation process makes it easier to digest and healthier than most breads. They also discuss hormone imbalances, stating that they are often a symptom of a larger issue and that hormone replacement therapy can have risks. They suggest that a healthier diet and lifestyle can help balance hormones naturally. Lastly, they provide advice on dealing with gallstones, recommending the use of a heating pad and a diet rich in healthy fats to stimulate the gallbladder.
➡ Apple cider vinegar can help stimulate the release of bile from the gallbladder, which can aid digestion. It’s best to use the liquid form before meals. Be cautious of detoxes and cleanses as they can cause harm if not properly managed. For health advice, consider consulting like-minded doctors listed on the FLCCC’s webpage. For type 1 diabetes, a C-peptide test can determine if your body is producing insulin. If it is, there’s a chance to improve your body’s insulin production. Psychedelic compounds like psilocybin may help with mental health conditions, but should be used under professional guidance. Kidney health can be improved by proper hydration and balanced electrolyte intake.
➡ The text discusses the importance of maintaining kidney and liver health, the benefits of collagen supplements, and the role of diet in overall health. It emphasizes that while medical professionals are often limited by the system they work in, there are alternative methods to improve health, such as fasting, clean eating, and using natural supplements. The text also mentions the potential of stem cell and PRP treatments for severe osteoarthritis, but notes that these treatments may not be effective if the condition is too advanced.
➡ The text discusses the importance of understanding and addressing the root causes of health issues, rather than just treating symptoms. It mentions the use of various therapies and protocols, including nutrition and PEMF, to support the body’s healing process. The text also highlights the potential benefits of nicotine in treating certain conditions, but emphasizes the need for more research. Lastly, it encourages audience engagement and interaction, promising more informative sessions in the future.
➡ The text discusses the importance of replacing regular household items with non-toxic alternatives for better health. It also talks about the benefits of essential oils and how they can be used for various health issues. The text further discusses the issue of iron deficiency anemia and suggests that the problem might be due to the body’s inability to absorb and utilize iron, possibly due to toxins. Lastly, it discusses the financial aspect of cancer treatment and suggests that diet and lifestyle changes can play a significant role in cancer prevention and treatment.
➡ The text discusses the importance of understanding the root cause of health issues and the role of testing in this process. It highlights the confidentiality of test results and the potential risks of sharing them with insurance companies. The text also emphasizes the individual nature of health and the need for personalized treatment plans. It ends by discussing the role of diet in managing inflammation, recommending natural foods and avoiding processed ones.
➡ The text discusses healthy diet tips, managing blood pressure, and treating blood cancers and type 2 diabetes. It suggests using healthy oils and eating above-ground vegetables more often, while limiting intake of goitrogens and gluten. For blood pressure, it recommends balancing sodium and potassium intake, reducing stress, and deep breathing. For blood cancers, it emphasizes comprehensive testing and personalized treatment plans. For type 2 diabetes, it advises dietary changes, increasing physical activity, and monitoring blood sugar levels.
➡ The text discusses the importance of understanding the root cause of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. It highlights that hormone imbalances, high cholesterol, and ADHD are often signs of underlying problems. The speaker suggests that instead of relying solely on medication, it’s crucial to figure out why the body is reacting in certain ways. This could involve looking at lifestyle factors, such as diet and exposure to toxins, and ensuring the body has the right nutrients.
➡ The text discusses how surgical procedures like gastric bypass or gallbladder removal can affect digestion. It explains that the body may need additional support to digest food properly after these surgeries, such as taking digestive enzymes or ox bile. The text also talks about the importance of maintaining a healthy digestive system and the role of acid in digestion. It further discusses detox pathways and the role of B vitamins in detoxification. Lastly, it advises on how to gradually reduce medication intake under medical supervision, emphasizing the importance of monitoring blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
➡ To prevent kidney stones, it’s important to understand why they’re forming. Drinking a parsley mixture can help break them down. High copper levels in the body can contribute to stone formation, so testing for copper and reducing intake if levels are high is recommended. Staying hydrated with water and electrolytes, particularly calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium, is crucial. Avoiding certain foods can also help, and resources for this can be found online.
➡ The text discusses a conversation about health and wellness, focusing on topics like the importance of gut health, the process of reducing medication, the potential dangers of abruptly stopping certain medications, and the benefits of psyllium products. It also touches on the effects of 5G technology on health, the importance of connecting with nature, and the challenges of finding truly organic food. The conversation ends with a personal story about meeting a spouse through social media.
➡ Organic farming is beneficial as it avoids adding more toxins to the soil, even if previous farming methods have left some behind. For health issues like toe fungus, detoxification and dietary changes can help. Root canals can potentially lead to health issues, including cancer, so holistic dental care is recommended. For brain health after a stroke, a high keto diet and hyperbaric chambers can aid recovery. Lastly, while certain treatments may eliminate cancer, it’s crucial to address the underlying issues that allowed it to develop in the first place.

Here we go. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospereth. For I rejoiced greatly when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth. God designed these bodies. They know how to heal. And everything we need for them to heal has already been put on this earth. It’s not anything that’s going to be man made or created. We just have to understand what went wrong. What does the body need more to support that healing power that it has? And what have we done that’s offended it that we can start removing from our life that we actually have control over? Because there’s, there’s things we don’t have control over.

What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own, for ye are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are gods. The thing that really resonated with me was that she made the comment that you can have symptoms and you can treat symptoms, but really to find out, you need to find out the root cause of what’s happening because symptoms are just because something else is going on. And I really appreciate that.

I’m now in like day 40 of the nutrition. I think there’s like 70 days, but I don’t have any congestion. I’ve lost 26 pounds. I feel way better in the morning, way more clear headed. I was never a morning person, but it’s getting a lot easier to get up in the morning and not struggle through. Every day it’s more of a what am I going to do today? My blood pressure is lower and stable. My blood sugar readings are lower during the day. I have lost 13 pounds since last year. Dr. Kelly Shockley is a doctor of cause, chiropractic, board certified in sports medicine, specialized in clinical nutrition.

Member of the American association of Clinical Nutritionists. Private practice since 2005. Centennial, Colorado family practice HIPAA Secure Telehealth Nutrition provider. Pretty amazing. Pretty amazing. We are here live with Dr. Shockley. So excited we have the Q and A going on the right side of our screen, kind of stuff that we love to do. And we are so just grateful to have you recently on the cruise and now you’re back home in Colorado and I think there’s some wonderful weather out there, right? Yeah. I sent you videos this morning. We got somewhere between, I don’t know, 16 to 24 inches of snow just in the last couple of days here, but it’s already melting.

The roads are dry for the moisture. It’s beautiful out there. Oh, wonderful, wonderful. Yeah. It’s been an eventful week also for all of us, physically. I feel like, man, like, we came, you know, we hit this road, we were running a thousand miles an hour, and then all of a sudden, there was this pressure point. And then we had some relief just for a moment. And now it’s researching and trying to figure out what’s going to be happening in the future. But, man, it just was a sense of relief to watch the election play out the way it did with a lot of answ to prayer.

Absolutely. Praise God, for sure. We were all, like, sitting on the edge of our seats. Haven’t we been. Yeah, it’s just been amazing. Yeah. So it looks like we have about 1200 folks. They’re. They’re piling in now. It’s so cool. And Dr. Shockley, we’re just grateful to have you. I mean, this is tremendous. This is the kind of stuff that we love. I noticed that we. We’re on the cruise, the place was packed. We almost, I think about 700 people showed up in that room. Yeah. And you were just getting hit with all kinds of questions.

I thought, you know what? We need to do this, because folks, you know, we play the videos, we record. We hope that folks understand exactly how you operate. But, you know, for me personally, on a personal level, folks, I’ve, you know, I jumped in, my. My wife and I, and we did everything that you’ve provided. And I just wanted to kind of walk folks through what I went through, if you don’t mind. Sure. That’d be great. And so it was amazing. We received all of these. The stuff in the mail. You open up your package. It’s like an.

A FedEx kind of package, and you’re basically, you’re providing samples, you’re filling out forms, and you go down to the lab where you have these appointments made. They withdrew so much blood. It was just absolutely amazing. I probably about, you know, I got to 8, 9, 10, I think, what are you guys taking? And so it was really cool. After that was all done, hair samples and more, which I finally sent in. I had to grow my hair because I’m bald. And so. So that was fun. My. My daughter had a good time cutting my hair, I’m sure.

And so we sent that in. And then. And next thing you know, you figured out somehow by looking at blood that I had some Digestive problems. And I was like, I didn’t even have to really tell you other than filling out forms telling you what I’ve been going through. But you noticed that through the labs and then you, you just saw so many things that were going on with me and you’re like, hey, we’re going to fix this. And I didn’t realize when I received all of these vitamins and more, I was, I take them every day, morning and night.

And then this DMSA thing, you know, for three days, 11 days of the, of these daily vitamins, I just, my stomach that had severe pains in the top right, I had these little electrical shocks going on. All of that started disappearing and I just started feeling better. Waking up in the morning, I feel great. And I just noticed a huge difference. And I just keep, I’ll message you and you message me right back. And everybody that talks with you, they said, Dr. Shockley gets back with me right away. And so I don’t know how you take care of hundreds of people around the world the way that you do, but it’s, it’s been phenomenal and I just appreciate it.

Thank you for that. It’s, it’s been an absolute honor for me to have the privilege to get to work with not only you and your family, but so many of the followers that are here as well. It’s so true. You have the best following. Like all of you guys out there, you are the most phenomenal human beings and I am so grateful to get to be part of so many of your journeys. And it is me answering, I promise. Like, normally I respond within about 24, 48 hours. I do take Sundays off because that’s Lord’s day.

I need to have a day, but I just want to help. However I can navigate the journey. And sometimes there’s different questions that will come up in the very beginning because, you know, we’re unlocking God’s healing power within you the way that he designed these bodies. And it’s not always just smooth sailing off the get go. So different questions will come up. And I’m here to help navigate what that looks like. And sometimes we need to fine tune and tweak what it is that we’re doing. So I love that people have kind of that lifeline to me, so we can make the journey, you know, as smooth as possible.

Yeah, I noticed that you have this website up. We have it in the description box below, folks, in case you’re wondering. Let me show that by the way, as on the ticker almost Forgot to show that corehealthadvantage.com awk, which is the N we know you know awk. And you’ve got this wonderful site. It’s got all the different ways that people can live. Lifestyle bundles and more for their pure smile, pure beauty, pure man restore and then learn more about testing. That’s where folks will basically they click on that, it takes them to a site where they can scroll down, you see the testimonials and basically shows your experience what the three areas seem to be that need help with.

So I wanted you to go through that if you would. Sure. You know, everybody is on their different journey right now as we speak. There’s some people that come to me that they feel really okay, but they want to know with certainty that they’re fine and that there’s not something lurking, you know, behind the scenes or they want to have confirmation that what they’ve been doing is actually going to help keep them healthier as they get older. So that’s one camp. I have another camp that they’re dealing with some symptoms. You know, they don’t feel as good as what they did maybe five years ago, not the same amount of energy, having some of those aches and pains now.

And so they want to get to the bottom of what’s going on and how do they restore some of their youth. And then the other big camp that I work with is people who have already been diagnosed, whether it’s heart disease, high cholesterol, you know, ibs, autoimmune cancers, you name it. Those people are coming to me because they’re either been on a journey and they’re not getting quite the success they were hoping for or they’re looking for a second opinion. So really it’s several different walks that people will come to us for. And for me the best place to understand like what’s going on is the testing.

Because if we can look at the cellular level and figure out objectively what’s not working right, then we can start formulating a game plan for what we need to do to support the body so that the body can go through and heal itself. Absolutely amazing. We’ve got questions. It looks like they’re flowing in. Oh yeah. Before I get to those, I wanted to just share this site that you put out once again in the description box below that they can click on. You’ve, you’ve provided everyday essentials for healthier toxin free life. I mean you talk about a lot about toxins and we’ve been getting this a lot now I mean, we’re hearing about it more from RFK Jr since he jumped in with President Trump.

More folks are paying attention to this for sure. Yeah. What’s going on with that? Yeah. So I’m so grateful for that. I am all for making America healthy again. Just a few stats that I have tucked away in my brain. Two years ago, America was ranked 38th for life expectancy out of the world. Last year, we were ranked 47th. I just looked this last week. We’re now ranked 60th out of the whole entire world for life expectancy. So Americans are the sickest population. Even though we’re technically the most medically advanced country in the world, we’re obviously missing the mark.

We’re obviously doing things incorrectly. And I think all of you guys understand that there’s some nefarious things that are going on here. I am hoping and praying as the new administration takes over that we don’t just only focus on the foods. We don’t only just focus on the pharmacy side of things as well, because it’s. It’s more than that. It’s everything. We have our FDA, right? There’s only 30 substances on the banned substance list, and that is in food and cosmetics and everything. And that list has not really been updated since the 60s or 70s. So compare that to the equivalent over in Europe.

They have well over 1500 items that are actually banned. So not only is it important for us to reevaluate the foods, which has gotten a ton of hype lately, and I’m so grateful, but it’s just important for us to also look at our personal hygiene products. What are we using to clean, you know, laundry in our whole household? What do people put in their mouth? We know that fluoride has gotten a lot of talk and that that needs to be taken back out of the water because it serves no good purpose for us. It’s actually very detrimental to our health.

So when people work with me, I test everybody for toxins, and I do it in a few different ways to be as thorough in understanding are there actual hidden accumulations that we find in people. And I will tell you today, LT There is not one patient that I have tested who is free of toxins. Right. They’re all around us. So it’s linked with every single health issue that Americans are facing in today’s world, from the cancer to the heart disease to I’ve got a gal who’s been diagnosed with Crohn’s. And honestly, I think it’s this abundance.

Like, she’s one of the most toxic patients I’ve seen. I don’t think she really has Crohn’s. I think she’s got this massive toxic burden in her system. So it’s not enough for me to work with you guys and help support your body’s natural detox pathways, which is part of what I normally am doing. That’s not enough. We also need to decrease the exposure so that we can help take the burden away from the body and get back ahead of things. So I take people on a journey and we investigate everything through the home and we look at what are you putting on your skin, what are you putting in your mouth, what are you cooking with? You name it, we’re investigating it.

And while we don’t have the ability to live in a toxin free world, and I don’t want anybody to ever feel like they’re living in a bubble because there’s no quality there, we can make these little swaps that decrease the burden on our body, which is going to help us achieve a higher level of health easier and also help us maintain that higher level of health. So it’s part of why we’re bringing these bundles to everybody, because everybody needs to be swapping away from what you just find in the grocery stores because most of it’s toxic junk, like so bad.

So that’s part of where that comes from. Yeah, yeah. When we had somebody comment, you know, how can we be healthy when our food products, air, water, ground, environment are flooded with chemicals, toxins, et cetera, that came from. It looks like T. Johnson. Yeah. So here’s what’s so awesome. And God has so much grace on us. We don’t have to get 100% correct. Okay. What I tell people when I’m working with them is we’re striving to hit that 80% mark, the 8020 rule. And when it comes to food, we do the best that we can. Eating food, the way that occurs in nature and has been grown and raised the way that God intended it to be, is going to be the safest place for us to start when it comes to food.

I had heard years ago, I don’t remember who it was that said this, but something that is in a package has been compromised. There’s different, you know, additives and preservatives and humectants and all of this stuff that they’re putting in those products so they have a shelf life and so they look nice and you name it. So if you stay away from actually, if you stay away from the aisles in the grocery store, minus the fats section. And you just shop in the perimeter. Okay, maybe stay away from the bakery on a regular basis, but that’s where you find real food.

So if we can eat as much real food as possible and do that, 80% of the time, you’re already stacking the cards in your favor. When it comes to cleaning up. Like the environment, we don’t have control over what’s going on in our air. We don’t really have control of what’s happening in our water. But where we have the most say is at our in our homes, and that’s the environment we spend the most time in. So, you know, I had a statistic here that are like the tap water. Our water filtration centers cannot filter out the amount of stuff that’s being put in them.

So nobody should be drinking tap water. You should not be bathing in tap water, and you should not be cooking with tap water either. So thankfully, there’s a lot of different companies. Like, you don’t have to invest in a whole house filtration unit if that doesn’t work for you. You could simply put like a filter on the shower head and then you could put it under the sink, kitchen sink filter, so that, you know, you’ve decreased your exposure actually to quite a bit. That’s a huge, huge step. But then from there it’s just, like I said, making little swaps.

Don’t use toothpaste that has fluoride in it. You know, use some of these natural things. We have an oral care bundle that we put together. I partnered with another team who I just love their products. And I will tell you, I don’t like going to the dentist very often. And I truth like vulnerable moment. I hadn’t taken my son to the dentist until he was 10, and I was worried about taking him to the dentist. And there’s holistic dentists out there and they’re phenomenal. But I was worried that I was going to be ridiculed because I hadn’t taken my kid to the dentist in a really long well, ever.

That report was the best report that I ever had. The dentist was thrilled with how clean his teeth were and how healthy his mouth looked. And he asked what we did. Well, my son is also tested and we don’t live perfectly. I promise you. We eat about 80% of what we should. We take different nutrients based off of what our tests show. But also we don’t use the same Crest and Colgate and all those name brands that we’ve all Been conditioned to buy. This is what we use and it’s really good at cleaning the mouth and helping purify what’s there.

Right. That’s the link. Right. Core health advantage.com upwards lock and that’s where they’re going to see the pure smile, pure beauty pyramid. Okay. Just. Yeah. So if we work at making these simple little swaps in our house from personal hygiene, you know, to house cleaning to laundry and it doesn’t have to be all over like overnight because that’s overwhelming and that’s costly. But if we just as we start running out of laundry detergent, we replace it with a non toxic one that will be enough to help your body have resiliency so that when you leave your house and you don’t have control over what’s in the air or what’s in the water, you’re going to be okay.

Awesome. So thankfully God’s grace, we don’t have to get it perfect. Yeah, we had another question. Going to try to get through these as we can folks. I just want to let you know if you post links to other sites, folks, I’m going to, we’re going to have to remove you off of the chat. So please don’t do that. Just let you know some of the ground rules here at uh. So we have Queen Queenie bee asking what are your thoughts on quiet high quality essential oils? Essential oils are awesome. They’re basically like the lifeblood of a plant.

So we use a lot of essential oils as well with you know, different practices. I diffuse essential oils over my son who does have some more of your environmental type allergies because I would prefer to do that versus any of the over the counter. It works really well. And if you’re using a high quality essential oil they will tell you don’t ingest them because they’re covering their tails. But I will also tell you like one of my favorite combinations since we’re in the season we’re in which is not cold and flu season, it’s candy season, pie season, cookie season, boo season and not enough vitamin D.

Right, Right. I’ll use peppermint and oregano oil and then I have a blend that has like cinnamon and clove. I’ll put that in a empty veggie capsule. So I actually put drops of essential oils in that and we’ll take that in, ingest them and we don’t ever get sick. So they are definitely awesome. Just look for a pure and a quality kind of company that’s out there if you want to Use them internally especially. Yeah. Another one we have here from. It looks like my baby blue. Do you have support for someone who has iron deficiency anemia? Doctor said I am severely low and need an iron infusion.

What do you have to say about that? Yeah, actually, it’s a great question. And here’s something that’s really interesting. This is not how medical handles this, but anemias are not where the cause of the problem actually occur. Anemias are always. There’s something else going on behind the scenes. So to me, it would be more of, well, it sounds like you’ve been having iron infusions or different iron supplementation to try to help with that. It doesn’t sound like things are working quite the way that they should. So to me, it would be more of how do we look at you as a whole and be able to understand, are there other factors that are going on behind the scenes that are not allowing your body to actually absorb the iron and then utilize it? The body’s not handling iron correctly.

There’s a bigger reason, and we just have to figure out what that is. Toxins generally are a big part of that equation. Yeah, it’s interesting. I mean, we’re getting a lot of questions coming in. This is great. Another one. How do I get rid of a liberal with Trump derangement syndrome? Now, listen, I don’t know if I have the right answer for that. We have to pray, right? That’s what we have to do. All right, Cisco. I love it. Good, Good question. Can you explain the cancer cures? Why is it said a parasite? Why do people with not want to be cured? I can’t understand that.

Anyway, they think if there’s a cure of their doc, would it say something? Sure. It’s a really good question. So here’s the dirty, dark truth about cancer in America. It is a massive money producing machine, okay? We know that there’s cures for cancer that are out there. I work with cancer patients and I’m not like, I don’t diagnose it. I do not treat it. I just work and support the body and see what the body does. Okay, first and foremost, disclaimer. Yep. But the first six months of an average initial cancer diagnosis journey for somebody is anywhere from 1 to $1.5 million.

And the patient ends up being responsible for more than six figures. Okay? So it’s a very unfortunate, lucrative side of the medical establishment, which is why we don’t see more talk by traditional medicine of nutrition and diet. And what else can people be doing From a lifestyle standpoint. You know, I talked to enough people who are going on these journeys to find out from more than one, most of their oncology oncologists are saying, like, you could eat whatever you want to. Diet doesn’t have anything to do with it. Which couldn’t be further from the truth. You know, I’ve had oncologists tell their patients that cancer doesn’t eat sugar.

But here’s the thing. PET scans, which is the next step of the journey after a diagnosis, to make sure there’s no hot spots, you know, where my other cancer be living in the body, they give them radioactive sugar. So one thing you can do is stay away from sugar, because cancer cells have anywhere from 10 to 40 times the ability to use sugar compared to your healthy cells. So you can starve them out. There are a lot of different ways that we can work. And I know that we’ve talked about parasites before, and you guys are very aware of that with the ivermectin and the fenbendazole, they’re antiparasitic types of medications that people have taken that are getting really good results with that.

Mushrooms, different immune supports. There’s a lot of different things that people can do. One of the things that always kind of resonates in my head, though, because I have a lot of people asking this question. Those are all getting really good traction. My biggest question is, are we taking care of why it happened in the first place? Right? Because if we don’t take care of that, down the road, we still have the ability for something to resurface. Parasites are in there, heavy metals are in there. Like, there’s not one cancer that doesn’t have a toxicity aspect to it as well.

Most of them are all environmental. So if we can give a body what it needs to be more resilient for the environment and we make sure that the body is not robbing. Peter PayPal it has the nutrients it needs in order to function. There’s not much that it can’t overcome. So hopefully that helps, right? That does. And you know, when you go to your, your website here, the, the one that we provide in the description box below, if you click on learn more about testing, it’ll take you to the site where you scroll down and it shows all the different areas that you’ve supported and how you’ve changed people’s lives.

One of them, I mean, three of them are breast cancer, kidney cancer, liver cancer. What you’ve done in just two weeks and just six months and three months how you’ve, You’ve, you know, had some serious changes when they came to you and used your protocols again. I think it’s very interesting in how you actually do all of this. Somebody was asking, you know, I think if I have it here, I can’t find it now. Anyway, there’s so many questions coming in. Thank you, guys. Sherry Boberry said, how can I get rid of a cough that I’ve had since the very beginning of COVID Unvacc? Mainly have it at night and when I laugh.

Okay, that’s a really good question. And it’s funny. Lt and I were talking ahead of time, too. Like, symptoms are hard because there’s so many different potential variables that could be why you’re actually dealing with this cough still, you know, there could be something going on, actually, in the digestive system where maybe this is more of like a silent reflux is what medical would call it, that there’s something that’s irritating, more like the acid irritating the esophagus. So something you could try that’s totally safe, it’s not going to cause any problems, is you could do like 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar with the mother, which means if you look at it, when it sits on the shelf, it has the sediment in it.

Don’t buy brags because Gates owns that. So anything that’s not brags, apple cider vinegar diluted in a little bit of water. Right. And then swig that down and see if your cough subsides from that. That could be part of it. The other thing that you could do, too, like, I don’t know what all you’ve tried to support with the immune system. I’ve had other patients dealing with cough or just irritation within that area, the throat, do, like, a teaspoon of organic coconut oil, let it kind of melt in your mouth right before bed, and swallow that down.

Coconut oil is extremely antimicrobial, so it’s going to kill all the bad guys. It’s really good for reducing inflammation as well, so it will help soothe those tissues. And if you do it right before you go bed, then it’s going to be able to work the rest of the night, too. A couple of different things that you could try, but really it’s more of trying to understand why is it there in the first place, which is always where the testing comes in. That’s the only way I can, you know, know objectively exactly what’s going on. Okay.

All right. Awesome. And here’s the One I was talking about earlier with the blood arc. Akomatic said, good afternoon. How do you protect our data? Our blood is more precious than gold. It has been stolen repeatedly from blood test. Yeah, you know, that’s a really good question. I have no idea about what’s going on at the labs we use. LabCorp, it’s one of the. Like, that’s the main lab we use. It’s one of the largest in the U.S. so we have access points all over the U.S. for people. That would be a question for them. What I can tell you, though, because of how our program works, is I don’t deal with insurance companies.

I’m not inside of the medical establishment. So when I get results back with me, they’re not reported to anybody. This is where it’s safe for me to run cancer markers with my patients. Not looking for cancer, but evaluating what is somebody’s risk. I’ve had patients ask, like, can I submit this to insurance? Like, I don’t know that you want to. Because if you come back, if the markers come back and they’re elevated, the insurance company’s now going to know that. And you may not actually have cancer, but you have a marker now that’s a cancer marker that’s elevated.

And now that could get labeled as a pre existing. So for me, with how we work and not dealing with insurance and not being part of the establishment, I don’t know what happens between the lab and me. But with me, all the results are safe. Everything’s protected. Nothing’s being reported to anybody. It’s the way that we can fly literally below the radar and really investigate and understand what’s going on. And for those people who have markers that are elevated, we could literally check those within two weeks after they’d been going on a protocol specific to their results.

And those markers may already be back into the optimal range. So it’s like, cool. The body responded. There’s no reason to report anything to anybody. Right. Right. And so some more pouring in. We’re gonna get through these as fast we can. Yeah. 98 so far can pulsatile. And I’m sorry if I’m saying that wrong. Tinnitus B from toxins. Dental implant. I believe something was in the anesthesia. I am not vaxxed. Okay. So tinnitus of all kinds is a complicated health challenge, for sure. There is always potential that toxins could be part of that pulsatile. We’re dealing more with a circulatory aspect of that as well.

The cardiovascular system is Very sensitive to toxins, too. What I have found with tinnitus, which is you guys, that’s the ringing in the ears. There’s always nutrient imbalances or deficiencies. Toxins can definitely be part of that, but there could be some other things going on. It is what we call more of like, a multifaceted issue. Same thing with, like, migraines. They’re multifaceted. It’s never a. Here’s exactly what it. This is. Let’s just focus here. And it. Everything will go away. Right. So I would say there’s no harm in working to help remove toxins from the system, but there might be more going on.

That is really why that’s actually presenting. Amazing. Amazing. Dr. I had a biopsy of a lymph node and received the test results. I drink alkaline water, turmeric, honey, cinnamon, mixed turkey tail, mushroom coffee and pine needles. Will this help? You know, this is. They’re all really good things, and it has the potential to help as well. This is when I have patients, when we’re working, my job is always to test. And then we put in a plan. So, like that cocktail of awesomeness, and then we can retest and see how is the body actually responding to what has been put in place.

Because what might be, you know, all of the cancer research that’s out there of how do we heal our bodies naturally, it’s not going to work the same for every single person either, but it’s a really good starting place. But if we want to know exactly, then we have to be able to have something to measure against. And blood markers definitely give us information much quicker than waiting to see if something actually were to change through, you know, imaging or a biopsy. Yeah, I’d like to add something to that. For me personally, again, I was trying all kinds of stuff for my stomach, this, that and the other reading, trying to do my own research.

It wasn’t until I sent in all my. My blood tests to you and all the samples that you received from us and more. I mean, we had to do the urine and all kinds of stuff. And then. Then I received all of these vitamins and all types of things from you. For me specifically and my issues, I thought I was going to receive the same amount of. For me personally from you that my wife received with her issues. So I thought, oh, it’s just the same thing. They send the same vitamins. We. I got a whole completely different thing.

Yeah, so we’ve noticed the changes in our bodies because we’re both taking different regimens or things that you’ve provided for us that I never even thought of using. That has completely restored my gut in so many ways that I didn’t realize I had so many. I didn’t know I could fix it like that. I was just trying things that I was reading on the Internet. So anyway, I just wanted to add that in there because I didn’t get that help until I came to you. Somebody else is asking, is Prozac a bad medicine? Okay, medicines have a place, but they’re medicines.

And so any medication that we ever take, we’re going to have not only one problem, but now at least two. Right. Because we still have the issue of whatever the medication was prescribed for. Because medications manage symptoms. It’s like painting over a stain in the ceiling. But now we also have the possibility of dealing with any of the negative side effects that come after being on a medication. So I’m not a fan of any medications. Well, I should say most any medications. There’s a time and a place. Prozac also, by the way, disclaimer. I didn’t put you on it.

I’m not taking you off of it. Okay. The goal would be like, when I work with my patients, the goal is get somebody healthy enough so they don’t need those medications anymore. Prozac is definitely not one you would ever stop cold turkey. There’s major ramifications that can come as a result of that. But you’re starting to mess with brain chemistries. And again, whether it was that or it’s Lipitor for cholesterol. Cholesterol or Metropolitan for high blood pressure, it doesn’t matter what the medication is. It’s the problem that the medication is not actually helping solve why you ended up with the symptoms in the first place.

So to me, like I said, might be a time and a place that something is needed to help manage. But we got to be working on the behind the scenes of why did it actually happen in the first place? In order to fully mitigate the issue. Got it. Next one. I have a Graves disease and chronic pain. What can I do to get a hold of inflammation? Okay, great question. So inflammation is one of the most common offenders next to toxins. So I evaluate people for both of those when I’m working with them to put out the fire.

We can do a lot through diet. So in Graves, that means we’ve got some thyroid involvement as well. So for you in particular, or anybody dealing with similar situations or aches and pains, when inflammation is part of the equation, we Want to stay away from foods that are going to provoke inflammation. One I’ve already mentioned sugar. It’s literally like pouring lighter fluid on an open flame. Okay. If you want to inflame your body, just eat sugar, which I know we’re in the holiday season, but maybe stay away from it at least 90% of the time. Okay? So cut out sugars, cut out processed foods because there’s a lot of different chemicals in those as well that will provoke more inflammation as well.

So it goes back to trying to eat food the way that it occurs in nature, you know, the way that God intended it to be consumed. Protein is totally fine. I am a big fan of animal products, but we want to source them from ranchers that are raising them the way that God intended them to be raised. Otherwise they cause inflammation as well. We want to add in more of the healthy fats. So that’s like your avocados, avocado oil, real olive oil, grass fed butter. Those are the good fats. Stay away from the vegetable oils. Like nothing good comes from any of those at all.

The only fats that we have at our house is coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, and grass fed butter and tallow. Can definitely use those coming from healthy animals. And then eat vegetables. The vegetables that grow above the ground, you can eat a ton of them. The vegetables that grow beneath the ground, maybe don’t have them as frequently. That is a classic kind of anti inflammatory diet for you with having graves or anybody else dealing with thyroid issues. Don’t consume a ton of what are called goitrogens, meaning that they’ll cause some potential imbalances with a thyroid.

So those are your cabbage, sauerkraut, asparagus. Those are the main ones. You can look up goitrogens and figure out a bigger list for that. The other thing that the thyroid is really reactive to is gluten, which honestly, nobody in this country should be consuming it anyway because we’re all having problems. And it’s partly because of pesticides that are in there. You know, that people can go to Europe and eat it and they’re fine. That’s right. Lord willing, that’ll change here for everybody too. Yep. Here’s another good one. Here we go. Okay. How can you take your blood pressure down now? I like this one because I told you what my blood pressure was and you told me something very interesting about how they play around with the blood pressure for medication and pharmaceuticals.

Yeah, that’s right. So I forget what year this was. I want to say it was in the 90s, may have been a little bit after that early 2000s. Blood pressure normal. Blood pressure reading used to be 130 over 90. But they decided one day, really for no good reason, that they were going to lower it to 120 over 80. And wouldn’t you know, 45 million more Americans now had high blood pressure and could be medicated for them. So it’s a really strategic business move if you’re a business and need to have more income. So there’s that.

But as far as what can you do naturally to help bring down blood pressure? Oftentimes blood pressure is an imbalance between sodium and potassium, meaning people have too much sodium and not enough potassium. So something you could simply try that’s safe, like, don’t go out and get a potassium supplement because your body can overdo it when you do just supplementation with it. But what I have my patients do is I have them drink like 8 ounces of organic coconut water, make sure it does not have added sugar to it because you don’t need the added sugar.

That’s a problem. But if you add that in, it’s a really rich source of potassium. And then you could just try that and see if that variable does, you know, any tricks or magic for you. Blood pressure also, like one of the biggest provokers is stressed. While our world is moving in the right direction, I believe things are still really stressful and we can’t get rid of the stress. But we need to do things on a daily basis that actually help our bodies decompress and help mitigate the stress. So whether that’s exercise or it’s prayer or it’s reading a good book, staying off of social media and watching everything, you know, it delete hours.

Be able to do something daily to help you decompress. It could be simply just taking, you know, two months, not two months. That would be not doable. Two minutes worth of deep breathing, right. You can actually get your blood pressure to decrease and calm down just from deep breathing. So I would incorporate those. Rumblemania is asking, how do you begin treating blood cancers? Non Hodgkin. So the beginning of my journey with anybody is always starting with the testing. And the testing, just to elaborate a little bit more on that is we’re literally looking at you as a whole.

We’re looking at every single organ system there is. That is the foundation of your health. That is, if the body’s not getting what it needs, it’s going to rob Peter to pay paw. So hair, skin and nails, musculoskeletal hormones, those are all great, you know, sources for the body to sacrifice. If it’s not getting what we need out of our diet in order to make ends meet. It all goes to the organs. We’ve got to look at all the organ systems to understand do you have a strong foundation or are there cracks that are there? Then we need to evaluate for the most common offenders, which again, it’s the inflammation and the toxins.

And by looking at all of that information collectively, then I can start saying, okay, this is what we need to do from a dietary standpoint. These are the lifestyle factors which I prioritize off of the toxins. You know, maybe somebody has a high level of mercury. We’ve got to understand, are you currently being exposed to that? And if so, let’s work at decreasing those exposures first. And then we go on the journey throughout the household. And then there’s going to be different nutrients column supplements that the body’s going to need more of than what we could even get out of a perfect diet if that was possible to support the healing process.

Right. So whether it’s non Hodgkin’s lymphoma or it’s breast cancer or it’s a different type of a cancer, that’s where I start. Because that is what’s going to give us the best potential to help somebody. It’s not. Here’s my cancer protocol, and this is what works for everybody. It’s not that at all. Right, right, right. Awesome, man. They’re just coming in. Thank you guys so much for joining us. This is great. We have 25, 84, folks. Awesome. In and just. We’re just doing rapid fire here. And it’s really good you’re getting these out quick. What, what’s recommended for type 2 diabetes? Oh, diabetes, you guys.

First and foremost, type 2. That is not a death sentence there. You can quote, unquote, cure yourself or call it spontaneous remission. We’ve got to be willing to do some lifestyle and diet changing for sure. Okay. I’ve worked with some people who are on like five different medications in their blood sugars and their hemoglobin A1c, which hemoglobin A1c is a better measurement of how are you actually regulating blood sugar. It should shows me what have you been up to for the last three months, whereas blood glucose only shows me what you’ve done over the last 2048 hours.

So, you know, sometimes people know they’re going in for blood work and they’ll clean up Their act, because they want it to look good on paper. And you can when it comes to glucose, not when it comes to hemoglobin A1C. Okay? But those medications are not taking care of the issue. Like, we still have to take action on our own. Staying away from the stuff that we know increases blood sugar, sugar grains is a good way to start bringing it down. Okay? Eating more proteins, eating more healthy fats. Fats don’t make you fat. Fats, healthy fats don’t clog your arteries, okay? They actually will give you better ability to manage your blood sugar levels because it’s like throwing coal on a fire.

You’re going to get a nice long, slow burn all day long versus carbs, grains specifically, and sugars. It’s like throwing kindling on a fire and trying to keep that fire going all day long. You’re going to have to continually go back. And every single time you do that, your blood sugar continues to spike. Okay? The other, like, big thing for diabetes, your muscles are the major users of sugar. So something you could do is you could eat and then move your body for 10 minutes after you eat. Whether that’s going for a walk, or you could literally sit here and just do arm pumps.

If you have the ability to monitor your blood glucose, you can see what it is after you eat. And then if you move for about 10 minutes, you know, air squats, arm pumps, go walk. You’ll. If you recheck, you’ll be able to see that that blood glucose is coming down. Okay? So those are like two big keys. Your body also increases sugar as a protective mechanism. So that would be another factor to evaluate. But if you could at least start that from a dietary standpoint and get the body moving more, that’s going to really start driving those numbers in the right direction.

Somebody’s saying, I miss. I might have missed this. Lt can you. Can the doctor explain why not B R, A G Gates. Oh, it would have to do with Bill Gates. Got it. I think is the main owner. Gates owns Bragg’s. And we don’t want to use those apples because who knows what those apples are. Good, good, good. Yeah. Some other stuff that just keeps flying in. I had tinnitus start right after the emergency broadcast test. I worked in a school, an intercom. Everybody sounded. Everything sounded off. Could that be what caused the tinnitus? Maybe. You know, that is another element that we didn’t mention earlier.

With tinnitus, there can be some level of damage. Maybe that is also part of the equation. There can be a neurologic aspect of that, so it would be hard to say, but I would. I’m assuming you’ve probably gone through different testing to know if there’s any kind of hearing loss. They can also detect if it’s more like conduction versus the nervous system side of it as well. But it’s. If it was extremely loud and it never went away, that could have been part of what provoked it. I put some questions in the chat for you, Dr.

Shockley. I’m going to step away just for a second to, you know, you got it. And. But I put them in your chat so you can read those three. I’ve got them there for you. So the next one was, what’s your opinion on testosterone replacement therapy? This is a phenomenal question. I’m not sure who asked that, but thank you for asking that. So, hormones. You probably all know somebody, if you’re not experiencing it yourself, that has a hormone problem, whether it’s thyroid or it’s low testosterone or it’s, you know, women going through menopause and hot flashes and hormones all over the place.

That’s not where the cause of the problem is. Okay? We feel like garbage when any of our sex hormone. Well, even our thyroid hormones, when hormones are not where they should be, we don’t feel very awesome. So when medical gives us hormones to try to bring things back into balance, we feel a lot better. In fact, I’ve had patients who told me, like, I am not coming off my hormone replacement no matter what. I’m like, okay, we’re just going to take care of why your body didn’t have them balanced in the first place, and then you can decide what you want to do with that.

Okay, so this is the same story as the Prozac or Lipitor taking hormone replacement. There’s actually two things that happen here. We’re again painting over the stain in the ceiling. They’re imbalanced because of a different reason. Hormone issues are not where the cause of the problem actually is. But did you know when you take something that your body actually produces, this is part of where this has to be redosed. Your body will stop producing it because your body is always looking to be more efficient. And if all of a sudden you’re giving it testosterone, it’s like, cool.

I don’t have to expend any of my fuel or my energy to make testosterone because you’re giving it to me. So I’m going to actually stop producing it altogether. Which sometimes people have experienced this same thing with melatonin you’re taking melatonin, you’re sleeping really well, and then all of a sudden, melatonin doesn’t seem to work the way it used to. It’s probably because the body shut it down. Now, not to freak you out, the body can begin producing it again. But the biggest thing is we’ve got to be able to figure out why was the body robbing from the hormones to begin with.

And then the other side of this, whether it’s bioidentical or the traditional hormone replacement as well, there are risks associated with hormone replacement, and cancer is one of them. So to me, it’s better to figure out why were they imbalanced in the first place. Amazing. Amazing. Do you want me to go to the next question? Please. Okay, next question was, how can you help? For high cholesterol problems had it all of their adult life. And the heart is fine. Refuse certain products. I love this. So cholesterol is not the enemy. First and foremost, cholesterol is in every single cell of your body.

And the body has to have it in order to live. Your brain is 20% cholesterol. Your hormones are made out of cholesterol. Every single cell, the membrane, is made out of cholesterol. So you have to have it. Do you know that more than 50% of people who have heart attacks have normal levels of cholesterol? It’s just a really good way to sell medication. Okay, so here’s the thing. When I look at the lipid panel, so total cholesterol, ldl, hdl, vldl, like all those different fats, if I see a pattern where the total cholesterol is high, and let’s say the ldl, the bad cholesterol, is high, but the triglycerides are fine.

Okay, and then I’ll look at the diabetic markers. Also, let’s say the hemoglobin A1C is fine. To me, that’s the body protecting itself. And the last thing I would want you to do is to go on something to lower cholesterol and get rid of your body’s protective pattern. So this is something I see all of the time, like probably 80ish percent of the people’s test results I get back. That’s the pattern that I see. Then you have to go back and look at the rest of the results to understand. Why does the body feel the need to protect itself? Is it because the liver is irritated? Is it because there’s too much iron that the body’s holding onto? Is it because there’s toxins or a number of different combinations.

So to me, if everything else is good and cholesterol is high, I wouldn’t worry about the cholesterol. I would try to figure out why does your body feel the need to protect itself. Right, Right. Question. Yeah, Another one just came in. Can hypothyroidism, Hashimoto be healed and eventually get off meds? So, Hashimoto, yes, hypothyroidism, yes, we can improve it. Now, there’s some mixed information on if you’ve been on synthetic thyroid medication for a hypothyroidism. Can you fully come back off of that? I haven’t seen that yet. But this to me would be similar to a type 1 diabetic who has to have insulin in order to live.

If we can minimize the amount as much as possible, that is going to be better. Okay. Even if that has to stay to keep the thyroid numbers where they need to be. Hashimoto’s. We can completely get the body out of an autoimmune response for sure. We just might still need a little bit of that thyroid medication, but that’s better than taking huge amounts of it. Yeah. There’s another one I’m sending in to you right here. How would you manage ADHD besides clean eating? And later on mentioned ADHD in children. Yes. So, you know, we never used to have that.

And I’m praying that the factors that have changed that allow this to be such a more common issue, which, by the way, there’s no actual blood test, there’s no actual imaging that shows somebody has adhd. It’s just meet this criteria and let’s label you as that first and foremost. So it’s another multifaceted kind of thing. Our kids, we all know, are being targeted most. The food dyes are a huge part. So eating clean means staying away from the food dyes, staying away from all the chemicals. We know that those are irritants. That’s part of why those are not allowed in Europe.

There are so many neurologic negative impacts that happen just from food dyes. And food dyes aren’t only in food. So there’s supplements out there that actually have food dyes in them. None of us should be using those. Okay. So looking at products and staying away from dyes in all different forms is going to be huge. The other thing is it comes back to the environment, the brain. If your body can’t get rid of toxins, okay. Partly because the body needs the right nutrients in order for those pathways to work, then it starts accumulating them, but it has to protect you from them.

So one of the choice ways that it does this is it’s going to neutralize the toxin by surrounding it with fat. Guess where the highest concentrated area of fat is in the body? It’s the brain. So in addition to the food going through and staying away from like somebody was asking about fluoride being bad in the water, but is it okay in too faced? No, fluoride’s bad period. Fluoride dumbs us all down. Okay, getting rid of that. So swapping to something like we have in the oral care, checking your laundry detergent, checking what you’re putting on your body.

Like if the kids have lotion that they put on, making sure that it doesn’t have any of the chemicals in it. And thankfully there are enough companies at this point in the game where we have options. So we do have the options. Not everything is toxic, but we have to know to look for that. So trying to clean up lifestyle would be another huge element for that as well. Couple of common nutrient deficiencies that could be related. Vitamin D is a huge one for brain function. Whether it’s ADHD or it’s depression or it’s anxiety or any of the mental health that we call those types of challenges.

The brain uses vitamin D more than anywhere else in the body. So it’s super important. Gut health for brain health is super important. So a probiotic can be very beneficial as well. And getting enough of the healthy fats brain is fat. You got to have the right building blocks in there as well, right? That’s right. We’ve got 2866 folks. Thank you so much for joining us folks. You can go to core health advantage.com forward/oc. Just go below this video and click on that link. You’ll be taken to that also. Kimba. Yes, we are. When this video is done, it’ll actually upload automatically and you’ll be able to go back and watch this.

Really cool. A lot of folks are enjoying this and making great comments. Love you guys. Yeah, so much. We got just amazing folks. So amazing. They’re the best. So next one, what about deficiencies as a result of surgical procedures such as parts of your digestive system partially removed? That’s a phenomenal question. So depends on body parts, which parts. But let’s talk about this. So gastric bypass for example, they’re actually like stapling off part of your stomach which there’s only so many cells in the stomach that are going to produce the right. They call Them gastric juices so that you can, you know, continue digestion.

If it’s the gallbladder that’s been removed. Well, I know we can live without the gallbladder because many people do not have it. However, your liver is going to make bile. Okay? Bile is what the gallbladder stored, and then when you eat, the bile would be released into the small intestine, and it would help you be able to pull the fat away from the rest of the food so that then the pancreatic enzymes could actually digest. So if you don’t have a gallbladder, we’re kind of hooped. Okay. Same thing. Like if you’re missing part of your intestine or you’re missing part of your stomach because it’s been stapled off, we’re going to have to do some things to suppress.

So we’ll just stick with a gallbladder. If we don’t have that. Every patient I work with, I tell them we’re going to have to support digestive. The digestive system ongoing because your body, while the liver produces bile, can’t produce enough on demand. So I will use oftentimes with them per test results. But this is the one that comes up most often, a digestive enzyme that also has some ox bile in it. And then they simply just have that each time they eat. That is not something that’s going to go out of the equation for somebody, you know, who maybe their stomach has been stapled off.

We need more help producing more acid. Acid is the reason why the rest of the digestive system works the right way, 100% opposite of what medical says. Medical is like, oh, you have acid reflux because you have too much acid. No, you actually don’t have enough, which is the reason why the trap door doesn’t shut between the esophagus and the stomach to keep the acid in the stomach. Okay? And it’s the acid, like, once the stomach empties in the small intestine, it’s the acid that tells the gallbladder to release the bile in the pancreas to release the enzymes so that then digestion and absorption can actually happen.

So if you don’t have a gallbladder, it’s probably because your stomach wasn’t acidic enough to begin with. Okay? Right, Right. And people who end up with sibo. So small intestinal bacterial overgrowth bacteria don’t belong in the small intestine. It’s a higher chain problem, too. So there are ways that you can support that. You might just have to do those ongoing since there have been actual components that have been removed. But that’s okay. I’d rather do the best that we can to support absorption of the nutrients from your foods that we can versus trying to stick, you know, different medications that are only going to mask the issue.

Right, right. Man, this is amazing. We’re almost 3,000 views and we’re coming up on one hour. This is usually after an hour. Dr. Shockley. I’m like, I think folks don’t want to listen anymore. And I’m always trying to end the show. And people are like, stop telling us you want to end. We, you know, keep going. Yeah, we’re going to keep this. Say I’m good as long as you’re good. Yeah. How do I get remdesivir out of my body? Okay. So this. And along with other things that we want to get rid of our body again, it’s going back through and making sure that the body has all the different nutrients it needs in order to support normal function.

And then the detox pathways. So detox pathways, just to elaborate a little on those, there’s a couple of different phases that your body has to have working in order for all of detox to actually occur. It’s the main process of the body, gets rid of anything that doesn’t actually belong. One of the most common deficiencies related to this are in the B vitamins. Okay. There is a process called methylation. Not to get too technical, but it’s the second most common thing the body does all day long. 247 people who have a genetic SNP at MTHFR, SNP.

And you’ll know what I’m talking about. If you have this, you don’t methylate because there’s a genetic snp. Whether you have that or you don’t have that, you’re not probably detoxing the right way because we need those different B vitamins to support that process. Right. So that would be one of the elements that I would put into the equation. You can also incorporate different things. Like chlorella is one of the chelators that I like of choice. It’s not the potent chelator that I use when I see somebody needs to actually do more heavy metal detoxing. But it is a part of it and it’s going to bind to different things that don’t belong in our system as well.

So incorporating that, supporting the digestive system, because that’s part of the process, making sure you’re sweating, get into an infrared sauna. It’s A great way to get rid of a bunch of different stuff that doesn’t belong in the system. Yeah, I mean, there’s a lot of folks. I’m just going to go right down to the next one that kind of relates to that down here. Started with no meds, ended up with heart failure at 30% function due to Covid. Now in several meds, heart has recovered to full function after 3 years. How can I start to get off these meds? I believe that’s the word.

Yeah, titrate off of them. That’s awesome. First and foremost, isn’t God’s body amazing? Like, it knows how to heal so good. So one of the things when I work with people and they’re on a bunch of different medications, cardiovascularly related, the one we never mess with in the very beginning is blood pressure. Okay. So I’m not sure which all medications you’re on, but don’t mess with that one. And I normally am supporting people and we’re working on the diet and working on the lifestyle, and we’ve included in the nutrients that we see their bodies need in particular so that we’re supporting the system.

And then I have them monitor their blood pressure. I. Or we’re checking the different markers as well. Like, can’t talk. Cholesterol might get jarbled here the longer that we go, but it’s all good. So I. I wouldn’t just randomly pick things. I would do it based off of objective findings. So you could, if you’ve had blood work done recently from the doc, you could go back and you can look and see where things are at. Cholesterol, if you know those markers look fine and that’s one of the medications you’re on. If you’re eating clean and you’re supporting your body, like there’s different things you can do to help maintain decent cholesterol levels, like the omega fatty acids, the omega 3s, fish oil.

It’s a great support, one that I’m not super pumped of because it has some of the same side effects as cholesterol medications would be like red yeast rice, but again, it’s more natural. So there are different things you could shift to and slowly wean off those medications and see how you do. But I would very much so urge you to be tracking different aspects so the blood pressure, be tracking that daily. If you can check your blood and see kind of with what you’re doing or what you’re titrating off of, that’ll give you the objective detail is if your body’s Ready or not ready for that or you just come do testing and we’ll see what things look like would be the easy answer for sure.

Right, right, right. Yeah, it’s amazing. Let’s see, we’re going rapid fire through these. Let’s see. I’m scared to go to Corp lab to have lab work done. Is there an alternative to corporate labs? Corporate labs, yeah. So. Oh, got you. Like LabCorp. Yeah. You know, we’ve never had an issue with them at all. We can all be concerned of what goes on behind the scenes, but if that stops us from being able to figure out what we need to do for ourselves, that can be its own challenge. They are who we have the best working relationships with.

They are who we get the best pricing from as well. I do have some smaller labs that we work with, but they don’t. It charges or they charge more. So yes, but there’s different aspects that come with that. Yeah. Ryan Griff wrote in and some other folks are saying. Yeah, definitely hope you answer this one. And yeah, this is one that sometimes scares me too, because I hope I never get this, but I’ve been suffering from kidney stones for 16 years. I’m always developing stones too large to pass. What’s recommended I do to break them up with out needing surgery? I’m sure you got a good answer for this one.

Oh, yeah. Well, we have to figure out why they’re happening in the first place. Okay. One of our fellow people actually has dealt with kidney stones also and drank this parsley slurry that actually helped the body break them down. So you could Google that. I don’t remember what all it was, but she said it didn’t taste that bad. One of the things that I have found commonly that seems to be part of what precipitates that is when people have an abundance of copper in their system. Now, you can do copper tests through the blood. I look for it initially in the hair, but it is something that seems to be an aggravator and a common denominator as well.

So you could do a simple blood test for that. If you have too much copper, then that means look at your house. Do you have copper pipes? If so, put filters on them. There’s a lot of different supplements out there that have copper in them because we need that. It’s an essential element that we do need for normal function. But if you know your copper levels are high, you don’t want to be supplementing with that either. And then really easy way to help decrease the level of copper. In your body is to go donate blood. Same thing.

Like when there’s an abundance of too much iron stores known as ferritin. It’s an easy way to siphon it out of the equation. Drinking a lot of water, like doing things we know that we need to do in order to keep the kidneys healthy. So proper hydration, which is water plus your electrolytes. Our bodies live in saltwater, not just water. I have so many people’s results that come back that show that they’re dehydrated and they’re like. But I drink a ton of water. Like, you’re not really hydrated because you’re missing the driving force that allows the water into the cell to actually achieve hydration.

And that’s. Those are the healthy salts. So electrolytes are calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. Potassium sometimes can be a challenge when people have kidneys that are not working the right way. But again, if you have even basic blood work from the doctor, you should be able to see your sodium and potassium levels. Calcium, they don’t run magnesium in the blood regularly. But you could look at those and see where are they actually at in addition to those kidney markers and just work on achieving proper hydration. So half of your body weight announces per day, unless that’s more than three quarts.

Okay. But one electrolyte replacement every day. Okay. Or at least take like a teaspoon of Celtic sea salt and put it in your water so that you’re getting some of those healthy salts, the healthy electrolytes, some of the minerals and. And there’s a ton of different foods you can stay away from. Just go Google, like foods to avoid kidney stones. I don’t always trust Google, but it’s a good resource that you could actually look at and piece it all together. Yeah, yeah. Somebody even chimed in again. Sorry, I got here. What brand of ACV does Dr.

Recommend that has the mother? I use solely Bragg’s. Sad to learn that Gates owns it. I know we were all sad because we’ve all been so used to buying Braggs. But I don’t like. If you just bought it, I probably wouldn’t use it either. Outside of Bragg’s. Honestly, I just use. I go to the natural health food store. I will use their brand of organic with the mother in it. Because, like, if you’re going for smaller companies, generally they’re not into all the nefarious stuff. It’s when companies get bought out and they become really big and then we’ve got those main corporations that seem to own Everything.

Right. That then we have some detriment that happens. Yeah. Somebody said they just started watching their hubbies on high blood pressure meds. But the cause, Terrible, vivid nightmares. Is there something natural he can take instead? He’s only sleeping two to three hours. That’s terrible. I’m so sorry to hear that. So same thing. Add in some coconut water. It’s not going to hurt anything. He may not like the taste of it, but add in some coconut water. The other thing, there’s a. What is it called? It’s formula 303 is a product anybody can buy from anywhere and you can use that.

It’s kind of like a calming agent. So the body, it has a little bit of valerian in it, so it might make him a little tired, but it. That’s part of the goal. We got to calm down the body as a whole and calm down the system. So it might be something he could try before he goes to bed to see if that helps counter it. It’s interesting because that’s not a common side effect. I’m not entirely sure which medication he’s on, but the coconut water and Formula 303 could be a game changer. Magnesium is also huge, guys, when it comes to blood pressure.

Not just the potassium, but magnesium. The heart is a main muscle, and if you don’t have enough magnesium, which, by the way, is the most common nutrient deficiency that Americans are dealing with, that’s not going to contract the right way. So you can incorporate more magnesium throughout the day. Magnesium itself is not a sedative. I know there’s a product out there called Calm that has talked about or like, basically positioned themselves that they’re going to help you sleep at night. And it can, because magnesium will relax the muscles. It will. Like, the brain is heavily dependent on magnesium as well, but it itself is not a sedative.

So you could take magnesium all day long. It’s not going to make you tired. So maybe try those things and see if you get any benefit from that. And hopefully I’ll pray for him too, because that’s terrible. Yeah, yeah. And here’s one really important to everybody out there. You ready? I’m ready. Bacon, good fat. I knew that was the one you were going to ask. I saw it right here. Oh, gosh. I love bacon. I don’t love pigs, but I love bacon, you know, so obviously, like, we’ve got our biblical principles. We’re not supposed to eat pork, but if we’re going to eat pork, then I would go to a rancher that’s raising them the way again, as best as possible, where they’re not being injected and they’re being fed more real food.

They’re not caged or, you know, pinned up. They’re allowed to roam. They actually eat different grasses and foliage as well. So we still have bacon. We just get it from better sources. My husband just sent me a video the other day saying, bacon builds better bodies. I’m like, yes, it does. Like, we eat a lot of bacon. And I will tell you, my labs are totally fine. So just eat clean sources as best as you can. Bacon and clean. I don’t know if those two go together, but you know what I’m saying. Yep, Yep. Somebody’s asking about the vaccines causing problems.

Children, adults. I say, yes, you should be on President Trump’s staff. No more vaccines to young children and adults. Yeah. You know, it’s just like, well, gosh, remember when we were kids, there weren’t hardly any vaccines on the vaccine schedule. And now it’s like 80 plus. I don’t know, because I will tell you, I haven’t used any of those with my kid. And things have changed. So you can definitely see the more childhood issues increasing. At the same time, we’ve increased the schedule as well. So I am very excited to see. I did see the other day, like, Kennedy’s not necessarily going to get rid of them, but as far as holding, you know, big pharma and these companies responsible for the negatives that come from them, which might be his way of getting rid of them, it’s going to actually, I think, very.

Be very beneficial. It’s not the only thing that’s going on with kids. I mean, I had read a stat earlier today that women’s bodies have anywhere from 30 to 50,000 chemicals in them. Okay. And then I forget what it was. It’s somewhere close to 300 chemicals are found in the umbilical cords of babies. So these are all being linked to different childhood chronic disease and illnesses that we never had either. So vaccines are just one part of it. You can think of that as another toxin. And it’s maybe not necessarily what the vaccine is, but what else is in the vaccine.

They all have heavy metals in them because that’s what they use for preservatives. It was mercury, which. It is still mercury, but it’s also aluminum is a really common one. That’s in there, too. Yeah. We have 3,343 people joining in so much. Thank you for all the new listeners. Come in. Almost a thousand in the last 20 minutes, 30 minutes. Oh my gosh. Pretty cool. We are letting you guys know below this video. Core Health Advantage.com/forward/awk. Dr. Shockley is going rapid fire here. She’s been talking for more than an hour and she loves it. I’m telling you guys.

She goes non stop. I think there’s more than one of her. She’s got a twin sister or triplet something because she takes care of folks. And everybody always brags about the support that you provide everyone. Instantly, it’s like an instant text. You get an instant text back. It’s just really strange how you do that. But we really appreciate you. You’ve helped out my family quite a bit and we’re still doing all the regimens that you have me on. Completely cleaning out my gut, which has been the biggest problem for me I think just for the years of eating and of course all the protein shakes for my bodybuilding days and more, I think just cause all kinds of problems.

And now we’re getting the repair job done. There’s a lot of questions I threw in there, Dr. Shocker, for you. I would rather you read some of those to see answer some of them before I read them because some of them might be things you don’t want to talk about. Okay. Yeah, no, not an issue at all. So there’s one in here, actually, I think these are from probably the same person. Like, how do you stop psych meds without the withdrawal? Now, honestly, those types of medications, it is best to get your medical doc on your side for that because there is detriment that can come if you go too fast.

The classic approach that they will use is they will slowly start decreasing the amount of medication. But here’s the thing to know. If you’ve been feeling like you’re more stable, even if you feel like you’re kind of in a fog, you know, you may be a little bit less energized in that. Right. Know that it’s because those have been managing symptoms. It hasn’t taken care of the symptoms. So any medication, if we start to come off of it, expect whatever it was managing to resurface because it didn’t take care of the reason why it was there in the first place.

So psychotic medications, I would definitely utilize medical to help you get back off of those. But I would add in some supportive nutrition. Do not take St. John’s Wort. Wort. If you’re on SSRIs, you can put yourself in a serotonin storm. And I’m not going to get into all that, it’s bad. Okay. Those medications we definitely have to be more gender with. So hopefully that helps. There’s another question about what do I think about psyllium products? I’ve used psyllium. It’s interesting. Right now I’m on a fun little carnivore experiment with myself because I am, I do experiment with myself, so I’m staying away from all that stuff.

But I will tell you, prior to shifting and just seeing how my body responds to doing all carnivore, I don’t do grains and I haven’t done grains really since high school. I don’t really feed my son grains either because our bodies react to them and just the rest of what I know about that. So psyllium is one of the things that I will use in if I want to make like a biscuit, it will have some of that fiber to help, you know, bind it together. And our bodies always seem to respond really positively to that.

So it is a good alternative if you’re trying to stay away from grains in and of itself. Next question was, is estradiol cream? Okay, so good question. A little different than actually taking a hormone replacement or using the pellets of choice. It is still hormone based. So again, like, I don’t have issues with people using things. If we need to work on some of the symptoms that are coming from it. In the meantime of us actually addressing the issue behind the scenes when we work with people and they choose to go off of hormones, hormones also can be nasty to come off of as well.

So there’s a titration process that I would recommend for that. But a cream is still going to be absorbed into the skin. That’s why you’re able to do that. It’s more localized. However, it’s still going into the bloodstream and it’s still not addressing why the hormones were off to begin with. Which, by the way, because I know probably why this is being used, it’s not normal for women to have symptoms during PMS or menopause. Okay? It’s not normal for people to have symptoms, ever. Your symptoms are your body’s warning sign that something is actually wrong. It does not matter how common that symptom is.

It is still your body’s way of telling you something’s wrong. Can I ask you something? What is estradiol? Whatever you. Estradiol. So that’s just a hormone cream, okay, being used. And it might be in conjunction with some different symptoms that come along when women go through menopause. Because our estrogens and our progesterone are kind of all over the map. So it’s just another way to do a little bit of hormone replacement without it being as intense as doing a full blown hormone replacement, whether it’s oral or the pellets that people will use too. So. Good question.

But that’s the biggest thing. Like, your body’s telling you something’s not right. Even though we’ve been conditioned, like, oh, menopause is horrible. Like, some women are great. Other women are just like, dying, and they can’t wait to get past it because it’s awful. That’s why he’s telling you something’s wrong. So we got to figure out why it’s wrong. You mentioned psyllium products too. What. What is the psyllium product for? Just for those didn’t. Didn’t understand what that was. It’s just psyllium husk is a different type of fiber that’s out there. Okay. You can actually buy it as a supplement to just help with like normal bowel movements, but you can also use it in baking.

Got it. Okay. Yeah. And somebody wanted to know Your thoughts on 5G effects on the body. What are your thoughts? So I will tell you firsthand. Like, we have so much more technology we’re interacting with all of the time. And I know you can find research that supports 5G, and you can find researchers like, oh, it’s horrific. I have people that are very sensitive to it. So when I did a lot of muscle testing long ago, before the 5G movement actually happened in just the classic all of the wi fi, we’re all electrical beings and there’s not anything that we’re not experiencing and interacting with.

And I have some people who are definitely sensitive to it that will see it in their energy levels or their digestive system seems to be another common area that gets negatively impacted as well. So I always have my phone in airplane mode. I don’t have electronics in my room. I don’t go as far as to unplugging everything because I know that there’s some people out there that say to do that. I have different devices too. I know you’ve got Morocco online for different layers of protection, and I do think that’s important. I also think it’s important to get outside and go ground ourselves.

Like, that’s part of the challenge. We live in this artificial world. We need to reconnect with nature. You do that has its own effect as well. Positive. Yeah, you do that. I do the favorite things that you do out there. How did you meet your husband? What’s that? How did you meet your husband? Oh, my gosh. Well, here’s the thing. I met my husband through Facebook, which I hate to say because I do not like social media. I’m not a fan of Facebook. Yeah. But God used that as a way for us to connect. And he’s like, you know, Facebook, right? You know this guy.

Right. But you were taking pictures, though. There was a reason. Well, it was so we were connected because, like, so many people that we had mutual friends. They’re all outdoor enthusiasts, right? Outdoors. There you go. All outdoor enthusiasts. We love the outdoors. Like, if I could just be out in the middle of nowhere, I would be a happy camper. Of course, we need our Starlink out there so we could keep communicating with you guys, but, yeah, more. More wilderness. Yeah. Real quick. Just want to listen. Darth Vader. Mom, you said you’re still waiting for Moroccan items.

Please email us. We’re gonna. We’ll get back to you immediately. Let us know what’s going on. Send us your order straight to. To Jamie and she’ll receive that email. Just wanted to let you know. Side note. Okay. Somebody else said no more eating anything. It’s so depressing. It feels like. And I saw this, like, I see it on X a lot too. People are like, you know, I’m learning so much about our food. I’m learning so much about this and that. It’s like, I feel like we just can’t eat anymore. And I know. So. So it’s kind of.

Kind of depressing. So that was good note. I’ve gone through this myself, too, because truly, nothing is actually organic either. Because it can’t be. I mean, buying from ranchers, supporting local farmers is going to get you the cleanest types of foods possible as long as their standards are what they need to be. But, for example, not to throw more depression in here, but this is a reality, too. Okay? To follow organic, like, to get the organic label, you have to follow organic standards for at least three years. So let’s say that you buy an apple orchard and you follow those three years, you get labeled certified.

But the previous owner used arsenic, which is really common on orchards. Arsenic never leaves the soil. It’s there forever. So the good news is, and this is why I will still always buy organic, is the current farmer. Even though some of the arsenic can be, you know, pulled up through the roots and get into whatever it is we’re consuming, the new farmer is not applying any of that so we’re looking for what is the cleanest source that we possibly can use. Nothing is perfect anymore. But again, remember, God has so much grace with us. We don’t have to do anything perfectly.

We’re just stacking the cards in our favor, trying to live according to what we know is best to help, you know, take care of these vessels that we have, and then just trust that God’s going to take care of the rest of it. Okay, there’s a good question here, if you don’t mind. Yeah, go ahead. So this is a common one that I see all the time. This person said, my dad has had toe fungus for the last five years, but he’s literally been prescribed everything and tried everything. Are there any suggestions? I feel bad for him.

He’s like BFF with his foot doctor now. Yeah, that’s. That’s a problem. But toxins. Every patient I’ve worked with who has a fungus has a buildup of. Well, mercury is the most common one. So working to support his detox pathways, again, using, like, chlorella, making sure he’s taken activated or methylated B vitamins would be useful, but seeing what he is in his environment. One of the most common sources of mercury exposure is fish. Don’t worry, salmon lovers. You’re fine. It’s all the big fish in the sea that have the highest amount. So your tunas, your halibuts, your swordfish.

Removing those from the equation would be really helpful. Yeast and fungus. Mercury always seems to be part of that. There could be others, but that’s what I normally see is there’s a toxicity issue. Supporting his immune system would be helpful too. You could do Epsom salt soaks to kind of help his body, be able to pull some of those toxins as well. Or the infrared sauna is one of my favorite things for doing that as well. Amazing. Yeah. There’s some more questions I threw in there for you. So do root canals cause health issues and cancer? Yep.

Oh, my gosh. The mouth is like a highway to the whole body. Oh, yeah. There’s a lot of information. And I will tell you, most of my patients that I’ve worked with who’ve gone on cancer journeys all have had root canals. And the different holistic dentists that I’ve had the pleasure of communicating with are 100% dead set against them. So I would say, yeah. And thankfully, we have more knowingness now. And there is a movement within the dentistry world as well of holistic dentists that are doing things more in accordance with what is you know, helpful for our bodies instead of just slapping anything and everything in there.

It can be a bit of a journey. It can be a bit of an expensive process. I actually have a gal who’s been going through this. Right now, she’s on the other side of having a couple of those root canals basically dealt with in a holistic way, and she’s already feeling better. It can be like the mouth. It can be such a source of drain on the system. I have a lot of people that show they have some low level of a chronic infection in their bodies. My testing doesn’t tell us exactly where it is. It just tells us that it is there.

So one of the first questions I always ask is, like, what’s going on in your mouth? Because this could be where the drain on the system is. Breast cancer, for example, there’s. I don’t like mammograms. Okay. I’m not a big fan of biopsies either time and place, but I use cancer markers, and then I recommend thermography. Thermography is available all over the US So you could go get a thermography scan done. And they actually do whole body scans. And what you’ll see is in the head and the neck region, if they show inflammation, it’s almost like it is draining down and accumulating in the breast tissue.

Okay. They call it the linky Sink syndrome. So you’ve got to take care of the mouth in order to take care of the breast gut stuff. Also, if it’s backflowing and the body’s not eliminating the way that it should be, it’s like the breasts are holding tanks. So. Absolutely. I think that they’re connected, and we know that it’s connected. Cardiovascular issues. Making sure our mouths are healthy is critically important for overall health and wellbeing. So. Great question. Yeah. We got a lot more that I threw in there for you that you can jump on. Yeah. What is good brain food to grow nerve endings back after a stroke.

And what do you think about hyperbaric chambers? Great question. So when somebody is on that type of a journey, know that the nervous system is, like, the slowest healing tissue that there is in the body. If we get, like. If a nerve is having to regenerate, if you could get an inch in a month or so, that’s, like, huge progress. So it’s slow and steady. They always say give it at least a couple of years before you make any decisions about anything. But if we want to give the best hope in the. Like, give the body the Building blocks.

It needs to repair the nerve endings. This is where I would go more towards, like a high keto diet body. The brain uses ketone or ketones just as easily. It does glucose. But we want to stay away from things that promote inflammation. So if we go to high ketones, meaning, like your carbohydrates are about 5% or less of what you’re actually consuming. So you’re consuming a lot of healthy fats. You can consume a lot of clean proteins. You can still have some vegetables for sure, but you’re staying away from the grains because they’re like, you’ll totally blow up with your carb content if you eat grains at all.

So lots of healthy fats. Clean proteins would be more of what I would lean to from a food standpoint. And again, trying to make sure that those are clean. Hyperbaric chambers are amazing. It’s, you know, if we could all just live in hyperbaric chambers, like as we sleep at night. My husband and I joke about this all the time. We’re just going to turn our room into a hyperbaric chamber. Majority of everything, because I’m not going to say 100% everything needs oxygen. And the more that we can provide that, the faster healing can occur. So hyperbaric chambers work really well.

There’s a lot of research around different brain traumas, from strokes to concussions, traumatic brain injury that show real benefit from doing hyperbaric treatments. So that’s a phenomenal question. And yeah, it looks like we’ve got some more there. Yeah. Yep, go ahead. So as far as there was one, I saw a show where a man with stage 4 pancreatic cancer was cured with fenbendazole. Fenbendazole seems to be a really good tool. Like I’ve mentioned, even like ivermectin and maybe the combination. I don’t know exactly if that was the only thing that this man was doing. And my, my still question around all of this is, okay, maybe the cancer is gone.

Is the process that allowed it to get there also taken care of? And I haven’t seen the evidence of that yet. That’s just how my brain works. Because we are all fighting cancer every single day. You know, what happens is our body is constantly generating new cells, and every now and again, it doesn’t get it right, so it produces a mutated cell. Well, God designed the immune system to seek and destroy those mutated cells. So as long as the immune system has what it needs to, it can do that job and carry it out. And no cancer ever grows.

But if it misses that for one reason or another, whether it doesn’t have enough resources or it’s being distracted away from a bigger situation like parasites, toxins, whatever you want to name it, then that goes unchecked. And now that mutated cell can actually start replicating, and that’s what will manifest in the cancer long term. So the fenbendazole, ivermectin, even if you went traditional chemotherapy, like it makes the cancer disappear, you don’t see evidence anymore. And maybe you’re looking at markers, cancer markers. My bigger question is, did we take care of that process and have we reestablished that immune system’s checks and balances? Because if we haven’t, down the road, we are leaving the door open for another possibility of cancer.

So, great question. Yep, we’re at 3,589. 90 91. They’re going up. More folks jumping in and we’re like an hour and 20 minutes in. Oh, my gosh. Saturday night with a document. Yeah, I’ve seen folks do live shows like, you know, for, for three hours. I’m like, how can they hang out for three hours? Why would they do it? But I think folks are just join in, folks. Just want to let you know. You can throw your questions in the live chat on your right. As Dr. Shockley’s just been. We’ve just been, you know, one after another, she continues to move forward.

And probably after we’re done, she’ll have 20 messages, she’ll answer from those folks that are asking her questions about that. She’s taken care of right now. She just non stop helping people. And we just love what you’ve been doing, how you’ve been changing people’s lives one after another. This is, this is tremendous. Love this live show. This is a great format. Dr. Shockley, so cool. This has been so much fun. You know, I was telling LT beforehand, I’m like, it’s a little unnerving when you get put in the hot seat, you know, like, first and foremost.

And I didn’t do this at the beginning of the show, but it, this works, folks, because you’re all here now. I will be straightforward and honest. I’m not going to try to buffalo my way through anything because that is not, you know, that’s not meaningful, that doesn’t provide value for you guys. And I definitely do not have the answers to everything at all. And you guys are asking amazing questions. And thank you all for being here and, you know, LT for giving me this opportunity. I Love this stuff. Like I could talk honestly, we could do an all nighter, which I haven’t done in forever, but I could talk for forever about health.

It’s so much fun. And these bodies are just so amazing. There’s so much that they’re capable of that we just. It’s been hidden from us. And I’m grateful for others that are out there talking too to help people understand. Like, no, you don’t have to listen to what the system is saying. There are other ways. There is, you know, more help out there for you to reclaim and take back control of your health so that you can be vivacious throughout the rest of life. Yeah, yeah, we’ll be here to be miserable by any means. We’ve had a lot of questions about that.

Kind of relate to dental. So I’m going to go through these quick and throw them all in one. So what are the doctor’s thoughts on dental implants? Does she have links for scientific papers written about root canals treatments causing cancer? Question mark? So, yes, stuff going on with dental. Yeah. So as far as dental implants go, like if you had to have a root canal or that’s what the doc is saying. Based off of what I know to be true and the different holistic distance dentists that I have followed in just my own research, it would be a safer bet to do an extraction, make sure that if there was an underlying infection that that’s actually taken care of.

A lot of the holistic dentists will use ozone therapy to do actual like localized treatment of that. There’s something else called cavitations that they would evaluate for and deal with if that was part of an issue. It’s like a pocket within the bone. And then doing an implant seems to be the safer bet if we are going to actually, you know, we need a tooth that’s there. There’s bridges that work as well. There is nothing that is without risk. Right. But that seems to be a much better approach than using a root canal itself just because again, part of it is there’s meridians that tie each tooth to different areas in the body.

And if there’s any underlying infection that’s there, that is part of again the strain and drain on the system. As far as the research articles, if you guys want to dive into like peer reviewed, go into Google Scholar and then you could put in root canal and health issues and you could pull up a whole slew of information. You could do that with any health topic. If you go into Google Scholar. That is one of the search Engines. You could also go into PubMed. PubMed. So like publications of medicine. That’s another way that you can search for any of the peer reviewed research that exists and just kind of go through and look at the abstracts.

You a brief summary of that. Right, right. I wanted to mention real quick for all the new folks that joined in the last 20 minutes that you can go to corehealthadvantage.com SOC right below this video, click on that and you’ll see the website there. And I wanted to mention also that my wife and I have used Dr. Shockley this year. And I’m telling you, we did all the tests, we did the labs, everything. And life has really changed quite a bit for me. I couldn’t believe that she figured out through all the testing that she knew I had some serious digestive problems.

And I was like, yeah, I’ve got pain here, there, all over my stomach. And so I received this huge supplement thing that I’m doing that she put me on and I’m doing them every single day, twice a day. And you won’t believe the fireworks going off in my stomach has just been phenomenal and I just really appreciate it. I want to make sure that everybody knows that you’re taking care of me and you take care of so many with so many issues throughout their entire body. And I think that’s why this is important. Somebody said, hi, Dr.

Kelly, awesome to see you on the show. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Have you ever used methylene blue in a treatment plan? Jessica, Rachel, sister. Love to you and your family. Ah, thank you guys. So I personally have not. However, I know that there are a lot of people who are using methylene blue partly related more to cancer. Right. I do not know all the research and the science behind it, but I do know one of the naturopaths that I follow, she’s Canadian who actually moved to Mexico. She uses it a lot and she works with a lot of cancer patients.

So there is, there is something that’s there that could be beneficial for using that. Good, good. Yeah. So let’s see. My daughter filled out the form to work with you. We’re waiting. She has. I can’t say this word. I’m sorry. Hydrantis. Super. Look, I’m not. You’re not the only one who could pronounce some of this stuff too. Yeah. You know, can I help her? Can you help her? Right. So I have no idea. The best. So here’s the thing. Yep. This is how this works with anybody. No matter what the Name disease is something changed about her health that allowed this to manifest if she wasn’t born that way.

And my job is to figure out what changed and get the body what it needs in order to start unwinding that process. I’ve had other people ask about different brain disorders. I’m like, I have no idea if what I’m going to do is going to take care of it, but it has all the potential in the world. We just have to look at what’s beneath the surface and start working and piecing it together. Because as I was mentioning, related back to, well, cancers. I don’t have one protocol for a type of disorder or disease. It’s what is specific, as.

LT was just pointing out, like his supplements are entirely different than his wife’s supplements because it’s based off of their specific test results. There might be some elements that are the same. But I don’t go, oh, yeah, we’re dealing with digestive issues. So here you go, lt here’s all the digestive formulas that I’m going to throw at you. It’s as unique as the person is. So I’ll be really excited to get her results back and we’ll see what that looks like and then we can start making some sense of what went wrong in the background. And then healing is a journey.

That’s the other thing we have to remember. It’s not a destination, it’s a journey. And healing oftentimes takes us longer than what we want it to. We’re so used to just getting rid of symptoms and, like, things going away overnight or that’s what our hope and our promise has been. Always like, oh, yeah, just take this and it’ll be gone. But when you’re actually getting to the underlying issue of why this manifested in the first place, place, it takes some time to allow that to recover and for new cells to generate in the process to actually, you know, start functioning the right way again.

Yeah. But I don’t think there’s anything that the body can’t overcome. Yeah, amazing. Because I remember after all the testing was done, you did a video called Appointments popped up in my email and on my phone, and we did the video call and you showed us, like, our format and detail. You went through, like, severe details on everything going on with my body, and you had like a blue color, red color or something like that. Yeah. And you know, and you’re like, hey, don’t worry about this one. I know it’s red, blah, blah, blah. But it was amazing to go through that journey with you to show me exactly what was going on with my body, what type of damage it was causing, and how you were going to help us clean that out.

And I just want to make sure folks know that when you go to the website and you scroll down right here to take control of your health, Core Health Labs learn more about testing. When you click on that, you’re going to end up at this site at the very top, and you’re going to put your name and your email address. Yes, I want to take my health to the next level. For all those wondering, how in the world does she take care of folks? That’s how she does it. It’s absolutely amazing. I hope everybody jumps on this.

It is so amazing. Somebody else put this in there. Let’s see if I’ve got this right. Can you please have Dr. Shockley repeat the name of the test instead of mammogram? Thank you. Oh, yeah, thermography. So thermal imaging is what it really is. Got it. Got it. Okay. It’s not FDA approved either, by the way. Which is probably why, you know, it’s so awesome. I’m not jaded over here at all, I promise, but awesome, awesome. And what can we do for sleep apnea besides lose weight? Oh, so again, it’s coming back to weight, we know can be a factor, but there’s different types of sleep apnea, too.

There’s the physical and the obstructive, where if you sleep on your back and you fall asleep, your tongue will relax because it’s a muscle and it can start occluding your airway, which is why you don’t breathe. So that’s physical, but there’s neurologic elements of it as well that could be part of why somebody’s not breathing the way that they should be at night either. So, again, it would go back to making sure the body has building blocks that it needs for everything to be functioning correctly, including the nervous system. You know, it’s as nutrient dependent as the rest of the body is, either.

And then going back and addressing. Are there any of those offenders in the equation? So inflammation when we’re overweight, oftentimes we’re inflamed. And that’s going to make everything just. It’s an irritant to the body. But toxins, too, if we’re talking about nervous system and we know that the body is not being able to get rid of everything, we’ve been exposed. Exposed to the fat cells, which, again, nervous system is encased in fat. There’s a High affinity for storing those there. So I believe sleep apnea is also kind of like a tinnitus and a migraine kind of scenario where there’s a multifaceted approach.

And in all honesty, guys, that’s kind of how it works. For every health issue that it is, no matter what the name is of the disease, we got to look at you as a whole and understand what went wrong. Where are the cracks in your foundation? What’s offending the system? How do we start rebuilding the foundation and get getting rid of the offenders so that they’re no longer offending your health? And that’s all done through different diet, which nobody’s diet is exactly the same either. It’s all based off of test results. And then what do we need to look at from that lifestyle standpoint and then how do we support you and what nutrients are you needing based off of those test results? Awesome.

I’ve been having itching over my body. Somebody said doctors don’t know what’s going on. I supposedly have autoimmune issues, like our RA and lupus. Yeah. So this actually comes up often. I didn’t realize this, but it’s come up a lot over this last year that people have itching all over their body and they have no idea what’s going on. There can be irritation within the immune system itself, and that the immune system might be overreacting. But then the question is, why is the immune system overreacting? I will tell you they sound like my scapegoat, but it’s because it’s such a critical factor and a contributor to everything.

Toxins. The toxins that seem to be linked more with skin. Mercury, again, is one of them. Tungsten is another, but there’s a whole bunch of them. The aluminum, the barium that we have heard are in our skies from whatever they’ve been doing up there. I see those all the time in patients, so I don’t. Autoimmune issues, guys, are not a primary problem either. Something changed that provoked that scenario. So if we go back through and we figure out, can we just get you back to before all this started happening, which we can, then we don’t have those issues anymore.

Like, if you get the body healthy enough, does it matter the name of the disease or the illness or the symptom for that matter? So my mom has dementia. Any way to reverse this? We’re going to keep going rapid fire. I love this. You guys are awesome. Yep. This is a great question. So as far as reversing it, it depends Kind of where she’s at, we can definitely slow down the progression. We can stop the progression if we were given enough time. Depending on how old she is. I do think there are elements that could also improve.

Okay. I know Dr. David Perlmutter is one of the world renowned neurologists that I followed for forever now. And that seems to be the common thought process with dementia and Alzheimer’s, they’re 100% preventable. So if you have something like this that runs in your family and you’re concerned about getting it, you can prevent it for sure. And then we can definitely slow the progression or stop it. As far as the reversal of it, I’d like to say we could improve things. Not sure, because again, brain tissue is going to be some of the slower healing tissue.

But I’m not going to say we can either. Right. You know the whole scenario. Right. Somebody said my grandson has psoriasis since he was a baby. It runs. My husband’s family had it all his life. Is there something you can do to stop it? So psoriasis, again, it’s. Anything that’s showing up in the skin could be a reflection of toxins, it could be a reflection of the digestive system not working correctly. I’ve worked with a lot of people who have psoriasis that as we go through and support their body as a whole, you start seeing improvements.

So, yes, this is something that could definitely be stopped. Psoriasis seems to also have links with vitamin D, because a lot of people who have that when they go in the sunlight and, you know, their skin actually can be kissed by the sun, they do better with that as well. So looking at different nutrient deficiencies that could be linked with that would be something important too. You know, I saw there was a question about eczema. So both of these are skin. Skin disorders, but they’re so influenced by what we eat and then the toxin exposure as well.

It’s not really the skin that the problem is. It’s something beneath the surface. Because the other side of this too is, remember, the skin is one of the tissues the body will rob from if the organ systems are not getting everything that they need in order for you to function. So that’s part of the body. Rob and Peter to pay Paul. So it’s. It’s more than just skin deep. Not to be funny, but it’s true. Right, Right. What would you recommend for some recently diagnosed with Guillain Barre? Yep. No, Guillaume. Yeah, I think that’s Beret. Yep.

So this is neurologic. Okay. Kind of similar to what I was talking about for the gentleman. I think it was a guy who had just had a stroke. We want to feed the nervous system all that it needs in order for those building blocks to be there. We want to reduce the inflammation as much as possible as well. So going more towards that keto diet where we’re eating a lot of healthy fats and clean proteins and we’re staying away from grains, we’re keeping our carbohydrates kind of at a 5% or less would be a really good starting place from a dietary standpoint.

And then again, some of the classics for just supporting the nervous system are your omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D, magnesium, which not all magnesiums are the same. The magnesium that we know has been proven to cross through the blood brain barrier and get to the brain and can be utilized is called magnesium L Threonate. So if you’re going to incorporate a magnesium to try to help with brain function, that’s the form you want, magnesium L Threonate. And that’s what I would try to do. You know, clean up the diet, stay away from things that cause inflammation, eat a lot of healthy fats and see how the healing journey goes.

It’s one that’s a little bit slow too, because again, we’re talking about nervous system related stuff. Right. Here’s one that’s been spreading for many, many years. I know. I was going to ask about med beds. The truth. I wish I knew the truth. I’m just saying, like, if they’re out there, that’s going to be amazing, you know, and talking about it all the time. Yeah. Our med bed is right here. Dr. Shockley, she’s got health advantage.com forward/o helping you out now. But I definitely don’t have anything on it, folks. I see it all the time and I just, I talk about it with my family.

They’ll ask me and say it’s popping up. And I’ll just say, you guys, you know, when I see it, I see it. Yep. Right. Any recommendations for getting rid of little. I go, yeah. So I’m trying to think back. This shows up. I always get this in another one, confused. But if this is the one that has to deal with skin and pigmentation, then it goes back to kind of what we were just talking about with psoriasis and the eczema. Like, why is it that the skin is being sacrificed? Why is it that we’re seeing, you know, different types of disruptions there? What else is going on beneath the scene? Okay.

So I would have to go back and look at that one more thoroughly. Okay, got it, got it. Yeah. Well, just that one. Let’s see. Got some other ones. I’m seeking advice for some with asd. High functioning, worsening ocd. He’s really struggling to calm his mind. Do you have any insight on how to best deal with this? Thank you. So this is another brain related type of scenario. So while like this, again I don’t have protocols for anything. But as far as just giving one off advice, the brain we’ve got to make sure getting all the right nutrients.

So the same that I was just talking about with the stroke and Guillain Barre would be a good starting place to help with this. But we really want to dive in deeper in all of those situations to understand are toxins part of the equation? If so, which ones and how do we start decreasing our exposure to those in ways that is easy for us to do. It’s not giving people a new laundry list of now you’ve got to incorporate all of this into your daily life, you know, in order to be healthy. No, we’re just making swaps so that we can decrease the exposures and then give his body what it needs to try to have the building blocks for repair to happen and be able to allow the brain to come back online.

And don’t forget that the gut is very connected with the brain. So what we do put into our mouth influences our brain and how things are functioning at that level as well. Got it, got it. Can anything be done for were 14 year old son with non verbal autism. Horn Fine. Symptoms began after one year shots. That is so sad. I’m so sorry. I like as long as we’re still living and breathing, the cells are continually regenerating so we can work at helping the body produce healthier cells. Even like it wasn’t long ago that they thought that the brain cells we were born with were the same brain cells that we died with.

And now we know that that not true. We have what they call neuroplasticity. So the brain, those cells are continually remodeling and regenerating as well. Speaking of this, different ways to try to stimulate new brain cell development. We want to stimulate the brain’s growth hormone. Exercise is a great way to do this. So depending on he’s non verbal but if he likes to move the or. I’m sorry, I don’t even know if this is boy or girl. I just was assuming. At any rate movement is key. It is one of the best ways to promote brain growth hormone which will stimulate new generation of brain cells.

So all of you guys that we’ve been talking about that have brain related issues, whether it’s the person who is wanting to get off of the psych meds to the stroke, the Guillain Barre ADHD movement is so, so important. Stress, on the other hand, does not allow our body to use the brain growth hormone. So if we exercise, we actually take care of both of those equations. So eating right, making sure we’re moving and then trying to stay away from toxins because it’s such an epicenter for where those actually are going to be stored. Patriot Pat, thank you so much for your $20 donation.

Does fasting help with the removal of toxins? A question for Patriot Pat. Yes, actually there’s a lot of research with fasting and there’s different levels of fasting. There’s a process known as autophagy, which is basically like your body turning on the garbage disposal and clearing out all the junk that doesn’t belong there. So these classically will come from some of the longer term fasting. You know, there’s somewhere between 48 hours, 72 hour fast. You’re definitely into a state of that autophagy where the body can clear things out. You do not need to do that on a regular, regular basis.

Maybe doing that once a quarter, doing a three every day. If you feel so inclined to do a five day water fast, more power to you. That’s totally fine. Nothing wrong with that. I’m a huge fan of fasting. I don’t ever eat breakfast. I Normally am fasting 20 hours, you know, give or take every day. There’s a lot of benefit that can come from that. That’s actually super awesome for the people that are dealing with anything, you know. Yeah, really helped me out too. Yeah, it’s, it’s awesome. There is some interesting information though on those longer fasts of is it beneficial or is it not beneficial for people who are in the midst of a cancer journey? So I would do a little bit more research around that.

There’s a lot of people talking about 21 day water fast for people with cancer and it really squashes things. But that whole process of autophagy, if we stop, if we amplify that, there’s some kind of unknown information of what does that do with cancer cells. Right. Research on a little bit more. But otherwise it’s a great, great way or a great practice to implement into your regimen on a weekly basis for sure. Amazing folks keep jumping in we’re at 3612. You guys are amazing. Thank you. Hour and 46 minutes now. I think we can keep going.

Dr. Shockley, if you don’t mind. I like this. No, I don’t mind at all. A lot of folks are communicating with each other, and they’re sending in good information. Really appreciate this. This is great. Love it. Love it. Somebody said they’ve been having food allergies. They don’t know why as an adult. First raw spinach, zucchini, yellow squash, now eggs and I. And it’s years later, I think that comes down to, again with those joining in new. The way that you have your program developed, where you figured these things out by all the testing and stuff that is sent to their home, once they sign up, they send the email to you.

Everything’s put together in a package. They do everything that you have set up for them in their testing, and you’re able to figure it all out. Yeah, I think this particular one, too. I don’t know. I’m just throwing that in there that a lot of folks with these questions, you can definitely receive great help and information just by running through the test that she provides. Yeah, the testing is. I mean, gosh, I wouldn’t know what I would be doing if I didn’t have the tools that I have through the testing. And then just amazing mentorship and, you know, training throughout the last number of decades, actually, at this point, which is weird to say, to understand how to read those tests differently than what our medical doctors are actually doing.

So as far as allergies that are showing up as an adult, there are so many different factors that could tie into this as well. If the gut is not doing what it’s supposed to, we know that we’re more prone to sensitive or to sensitivities and allergies. So what does the gut health actually look like? Toxins play into this as well. So does inflammation. But also what’s going on with our food, too, you know, so it may not be necessarily that you’re reacting to the egg itself, but what are the chickens being fed and how is the chicken being raised? It makes this really complicated.

So I choose not to go down that path. We just try to eat as clean as we possibly can and then give the body what it needs and the tools it needs in order to heal and optimize again so that it’s got more resiliency, it’s got a higher threshold. You know, there’s a phrase that I use in my office all the time. With the chiropractic side, our body has this, like, huge reserve tank. Right. In fact, it’s so amazing that we don’t get symptoms until we’re really, like, tapped into the reserve tank. Or the phrase is our bodies ran out of ways to compensate.

Like, how we feel is not the best indicator of how healthy we are, because I think God gave us so much ability to do things, even when they’re in a haphazard fashion, without knowing that that was going on, because we have to be able to get things done. But eventually, the body has so many different layers of compensation and it can’t keep compensating. So now symptoms actually show up, or we start dipping into this reserve tank. So, for example, you could have 20% liver function, 20% kidney function, and a whopping 10% pancreas function and have no signs, no symptoms, but you drop a percentage.

So 19% for kidney and liver, 9% for pancreas, and now all of a sudden, you need a transplant or you’re on dialysis or. This is part of why, generally with pancreatic cancer, I believe the prognosis is so grim because they’re so far down, you know, there’s nothing in the reserve tank anymore. Right. So part of what the testing allows us to do is actually evaluate that. And how do we start filling that reserve tank back up? How do we start unwinding these layers of compensation? Which is why I have to look and support you as a whole.

And I never just go, oh, it’s brain. Let’s focus on brain. Or, oh, we got to focus on lt’s gut, because that’s where the epicenter of problems are. No, he talked. He keeps talking about that, which is amazing. But. And maybe you don’t quite know this either, we’re supporting you as a whole and everything that we saw from all the labs, because that’s the only way that I know to truly understand and address the underlying cause or cause. Cause is of why your health is presenting the way it is. So same thing when it comes to allergies, too.

Great. Yeah. Great question here. Is it possible to make an appointment via Zoom with Dr. Kelly Shockley if you can explain that process, sure. So the best way to do this, if you go onto the link and learn more about testing, I do telehealth, so I’m in Colorado, but I have patients all over the United States now. And we go through the process and get the testing, and we see what everything looks like, and I put a plan in place, and if we sit down and do a one on one. It happens within my HIPAA secure portal.

It’s called practice Better. That’s where everything operates out of. That’s where all your forms are. It’s where all of my communication back with you. Lt’s talking about people sending me messages and me responding right back. It has a messaging center within there so that I have the app on my phone. This is part of why I can respond so quick at times because I’ll see when those communications come in. So that is the best place to go to to figure out what does this actually look like. When you put your email address on that next page, it lays it all out.

It talks about the foundation testing, what’s all included with that. You know, it talks about costs as well. People always wonder about insurance. We don’t deal with insurance unless you have an HSA or an fsa because of how insurance works. They would never cover the type of work we do because it’s investigative. It’s not something that I can justify to them, which is what medical has to do. So. Great question. And that comes in with the lab test, right? The lab tests are set up by you when they sign up with you. Then all of a sudden these things are generated and you tell them, hey, go down to your local lab, court, whatever.

And then they go down there and their names that you take the little app that. The app that you guys have. Not. Little app. It’s an amazing app. Sorry. No, it’s all good. So I didn’t. So I didn’t know this. And this is a good note for folks to know. I went into the lab to get my work done and they’re. And I’m like, hey, you’ve got my stuff in the system. And he’s like, could you show us the, you know, the E wrap? Then I said, my name’s supposed to be in there. And he says, I need your piece of paper.

I said, oh, no. So I pulled it up on my phone and I clicked on the app and I pushed the button and sure enough, it loaded and I was able to show it to him. So just to let you know, that’s how things work on my. In my world sometimes. Yeah, you think you got it all together, but yeah, so it was really cool. And then again I sat down and it was like one vial, two vials, three vials. And then we get to like vial number 10, I think. And I was like, how much did it take for me? So we did more advanced testing with LT because we wanted to look at even more classically the foundation testing, which is like the minimum starting place.

I won’t do anything less than that because if I do now, I’m compartmentalizing, which is what our system does. And I don’t like that. Doesn’t help us find the root cause of an issue. Generally it’s about five vials, not all of the big or some other small. But normally it’s five. Yeah. Which if you guys have ever donated blood, I think it’s 22 vials. Right? Right. Would be the same as a pint of blood. So we’re still not even close to that. I was hoping one of those was, you know, maybe testing to see why am I going bald and here’s how to fix it.

Anyway. Well, no. Lt will working on that. Because remember, your body gets rid of hair, the nutrient imbalances are there. So we’ll have to see what happens. Some more good questions here. Are cosmetic injectables a risk to your immune system and overall health? So are we talking like Botox? Because if so, I would say yes. I’m not. Like the other challenge with injectables, which we know there’s more concern about this ever since 2020 actually happened, is what else is in the injectable? Okay. Botox itself comes from botulinum, which bot. Is what creates botulism. It’s, it’s a nerve paralysis type of a medication, which is why the wrinkles go away, because you make the muscles not work, because you paralyze the nerves essentially is what’s happening.

Right. I don’t know about you, but that, I wouldn’t want to put that in there anyway. But you also, any injectable is always going to have a preservative in it as well. And that’s where we now start going into the toxins. A lot of the hormone related problems that people are dealing with are also related to those toxins. Like toxins are a great endocrine disruptor. Our environment, like we’re exposed to so many of the forever chemicals. In fact, I have a stat right here too. So forever chemicals have significant negative impacts on Americans Health studies show that they’re detectable in the blood of 99% of Americans, including newborns.

And that there’s an estimated 130Americans that are exposed to this just through our drinking water. So we don’t want to continue to stack our risk and put things against us. We want to stack the cards in our favor. So that is my thought on the cosmetic side of things. I would Stay away from them. Anything we’re injecting in is going into the bloodstream. And now what is it that actually got injected in? That would be the bigger question. Got it, Got it. Go ahead. As I said, I want to answer the question right above that one.

So this person said, I’ve been dealing with heartburn for a year. It stops when I lay down. And that’s got your doctor confused completely. What can you do to help? The reason why your doctor’s confused is normally heartburn actually intensifies when we lay down. So the fact that it stops is a little bit of an oddity. However, goes back to kind of what I was talking about with not having enough acid. Okay. Heartburn, reflux, gerd. All of medical says it is too much acid. You’re producing way too much acid, so they put you on acid blockers completely opposite.

So just to reiterate, there’s a trap door between your esophagus and your stomach. It’s a muscle, and it’s triggered when there’s enough acid in the stomach to constrict. So it closes off the stomach from the esophagus, so the acid stays in your stomach. Okay. So when you’re having heartburn, a simple trick goes back to that apple cider vinegar. Take a teaspoon to a tablespoon, dilute it in some water, throw it down, and see if that calms the symptoms. Wait a half hour. If it has not calmed anything, add more in. You may have to drink quite a bit of apple cider vinegar in order to trigger that reflex so that the trapdoor closes.

To me, that’s how that has always worked. And the real underlying issues, just the stomach’s not producing enough acid, so the acid is ending up where it doesn’t belong. So try that. Anybody having heartburn, or if you’re on omeprazole, which is like the favorite drug choice that there is for reducing acid. Right. Maybe slowly start coming off of that, because that is a great gateway drug, as I call it, for all health issues, like your digestive system has to work. Yeah. Amazing. Amazing. I wanted to make sure. Highlight this again, just real quick for those joining in.

Uh, you can go into the description box below. Core Health Advantage.com/forward/oc. Click on that. Learn more about. Learn more about testing. You’ll be able to have this conversation one on one with Dr. Shockley when you fill that information out and reach out to her, and she’ll be there for you. It’s absolutely amazing support. We so appreciate you um, there’s another one I thought I saw here about non alcohol fatty liver disease and how to reverse this horrible disease. Absolutely. Like this is a growing epidemic in and of itself. And part of the blame you can go to which they don’t talk about.

So non alcoholic fatty liver is obviously in the name. You’re not an alcoholic. So why is the liver becoming fatty? One of the most common causes of this is high fructose corn syrup or even too much consumption of fructose. So we’re taught fruit is good for us, which it is. But we shouldn’t be eating fruit from morning to night either. It’s too much fructose. Fructose is actually processed in the liver. So whether it’s the man made horrific stuff, the high fructose corn syrup, or just what we get naturally from our fruits, too much of it causes the liver to, oh well, fat deposits and not work correctly.

So that is one of the things we would want to stay away from. But we’ve also got to give the liver what it needs to help support normal function. Testing is what I prefer for this because it depends on what’s actually going on with the liver. But classically a healthy liver support is milk thistle can help support the body just in the liver, be able to cleanse some things out. Something else that could be tried, this is not going to fix the non alcoholic fatty liver disease overnight, but something that’s really good for the liver and kind of helps create a flushing.

Not the same as detoxing, but a flushing effect is taking just some fresh lemon with a little bit of room temp or lukewarm water in the morning. You could do that for 10 days on and then take a break. But that also is really supportive and kind of helps get things moving through the liver the way that it should again. And part of what also could be going on here too goes right back to what I was just saying. With the stomach not getting acidic enough. If the gallbladder is not dumping bile because the stomach is not acidic enough so that as the stomach empties, that acidity is not a Ph of 2, which it needs to be in order for the gallbladder to be triggered and the pancreas is be triggered.

If a gallbladder is backed up and congested, that’s going to create stress and overactivity within the liver as well. So we want to make sure that we’re stimulating the digestive system in a proper manner as well. But that is the most common reason why people end up with non Alcoholic fatty liver disorder. I actually had a guy that came to me years ago. He was on a transplant list and he had consumed so much pop throughout his life that that’s what provoked it. So stay away from high fructose corn syrups and don’t eat fruit all day long.

Process stuff. Sorry Steve Mod said that’s it. I’m leaving civilization. Going back to being a hunter and a gatherer. Yes, we were much healthier. They did not have heart disease and cancers and diabetes and IBS and all the auto like none of this stuff existed. These are all modern man made illnesses as a result of how we’re living and what we especially here in America. Yeah, positive comments coming into. We’re at 3,700 folks. I thought that you know, after a couple hours you’d think that everybody would say okay, I have enough. But there’s more folks showing up.

This is all great info. Somebody said and they’re so calming to listening to. Good to know there’s still doctors out there that care about helping people. Oh yeah. You guys know you can reach out to your core health advantage.com forward slash Zach. Absolutely amazing. You guys joining in, throwing your questions. We’re reading this, we’re trying to do rapid fire here to get through them as fast as possible. Here’s a retinal one. I was diagnosed, diagnosed with a retinal edema and they want to put shots in my eyes. I started using providone eye drops, not seeing the results I hope on the eyes.

So one thing with the eyes, they are the most sensitive cells in the body to nutrient deficiencies, imbalances and toxicities. So any number of things could have been part of what provoked us. I’m not sure if you know why you started ending up with swelling within the retina or not, but trying to figure out that would be the reason or would be the approach. I haven’t dealt with a patient who came to me with retinal edema. But I have had different people with different eye conditions from glaucoma to cataracts to macular degeneration of wet and dry and like what can we actually do? Like I said, eyes are definitely the most vulnerable to those nutrient imbalances and deficiencies and toxicity.

So trying to at least get yourself covered from nutrient imbalances. So you know, some of the most common things that I’ve seen based off all the testing that I’ve done, if we were to just at least know, okay, if I took something along these lines as far as supplements because Everybody’s taking supplements. Like 93% of Americans are taking nutrition because we all want to be healthier, but we don’t know exactly what we should be taking. That’s where the testing comes in. But you could pretty much bet on if you took a good multivitamin. And I would stay away from iron.

Most people don’t need extra iron. The copper is kind of like a lot of multivitamins will have copper in it. But if you got a multivitamin without iron and if you took a good omega 3 fatty acid and then if you added in some magnesium. Vitamin D. In an ideal world, you would have your test done. But I will tell you, like, still probably about 80% of my people are deficient in vitamin D. I’ve had a few people who are over the limit of where they should be for vitamin D, because we all know that that’s so important based off of what we’ve done since 2020.

But vitamin D would be a good maintenance. And then if you wanted to throw one other thing in there, maybe a probiotic. So if you took kind of that gamut, you’re covering most of the common nutrient deficiencies that I see based off of all the clinical results that I’ve done through the testing over the last few years. Outside of that, though, it would be more specific of diving in and figuring out, are there toxins that are playing into it? Is there a robbing Peter to pay Paul situation that’s going on behind the scenes, too. Right, right.

We’re almost at 4,000 joining, and this is amazing. Saturday night party. How about that? Is it possible to make an appointment via Zoom? Oh, we already talked about should we. Should we never drink milk? Oh, that’s a great question. You know, there’s so much mixed opinions on milk. The one thing I can tell you is if you’re getting it from the grocery store, it’s probably not the best milk to be drinking. What I tell my patients like raw dairy. And you can go look for cow shares that are near you. That would be the best. Because raw dairy, I don’t know if it’s in all states, but in most states, I think it’s illegal to sell raw dairy in the stores.

Okay. So you’d have to go look for. They call it cow shares or just search for raw dairy in your area. If we’re going to have milk, I would say it’s safer to use from a cow that’s being grass fed, not injected. You know, out in the pastures, loving life. And then part of why Raw dairy is better, is we have sterile techniques now. We don’t need to homogenize and pasteurize the daylights out of the milk to try to make sure that it’s sterile. When we do that, we’re actually losing out on the good vitamins that are included and the enzymes that are helpful for us being able to digest dairy.

So if you were going to do dairy, that would be the better way to do that, or at least if that’s not an option, grass fed, grass finished cows not being injected with anything would be better. I don’t drink dairy personally, but I do use grass fed butter a heck of a lot. So I use some of their products. I’ll use heavy cream, you know, periodically too, but we don’t drink milk in our household. Oh, wow. Amazing. Wow. This great question’s floating in, folks. We got 4, 300 joined in after two hours of just rapid fire questioning.

Hope you’re doing okay. Dr. Shockley, are you all right? We’re gonna keep going. We’re good. Okay, good. Yeah. Everybody’s just loving this and great to have you on board, man. This has been tremendous support and we, we love it that you guys. I mean, there’s questions coming in I didn’t even think about. Here’s one. How do you feel about homemade sourdough bread? I have no tummy issues and think my digestive problems come from pesticides and chemicals in regular bread. That’s a great one. Nailed it. Right? Right on the nose. So when I say nobody should eat gluten in this country, it’s because we’ve manipulated the heck out of it.

And then we just douse that stuff with glyphosates and the other pesticides. And that’s where most of us are having problems. We know now. Like even some of my patients who have celiac have gone over to Europe and have been brave enough to consume pastries and gluten containing products because they’ve heard how many people can’t do it here, but they’re fine when they go to Europe and they’ve been fine as well. So sourdough actually, funny enough, carnivore, but we had sourdough bread last night because I have sourdough starter in my fridge too. Yeah, what’s cool about sourdough if you use it with an authentic starter? The fermentation process, like where we get into trouble is where we always try to shorten the process.

We lose out on the goodness of how bread was actually being made. So I’m a fan of Sourdough bread. I’m trying not to eat it right now, but if we’re going to have bread, then we make it from our authentic starter. That fermentation process helps to really kind of keep things at a lower glycemic index. It helps with it being more easily digested, which is why a lot of people actually can tolerate a real authentic sourdough bread compared to the rest of the stuff that’s out there. I would just still say be aware of the sources of flour that you’re using because they’re not all created equally.

In an ideal world, this does not have the same texture. Quite. But Einkorn wheat is like ancient grain. This is what wheat was thought to be of back in Jesus’s day. It’s not been manipulated or anything like that. That is the easiest grain for our bodies to digest. It contains the least amount of gluten as well. So people who are gluten intolerant would probably do better with a sourdough made from Einkorn. So there you go. I agree. Stay away from pesticides and chemicals, we’ll all be fine. Y’all are making me hungry out there. Now, throwing out these questions about food.

Yes, I know it’s dinner time. What’s your opinion on testosterone replacement therapy? Okay, we answered this one a little bit earlier, but just a quick recap in case you just joined us. So hormones are one of the areas that the body robs from when it doesn’t get all of the demand that it needs nutrient wise. Partly because our food is the way that it is, or maybe we don’t have the healthiest diet, or maybe our guts aren’t working quite the way that they should be. And so if our body isn’t getting the demand satisfied, it has to rob from other areas that are not important for our survival.

So hair, skin and nails, musculoskeletal system and hormones are all on the chopping block. The whole point of saying that is hormones are not where the cause of the problem is. So any imbalance that is there is evidence that there’s a bigger problem somewhere beneath the surface. As far as replacement therapy goes, you’re going to feel better if you do hormone replacement because now all of a sudden your hormone levels are back up. We don’t feel awesome when our hormones are not in balance, but all you’re doing is painting over the ceiling. And there’s risk associated with using different hormone replacement depending on what that is.

Oftentimes for low testosterone, men using the pellets and that there’s an increased risk of prostate cancer, to name one. For women, it’s more increased risk of breast cancer or the female organ cancers when we’re using, using different replacement therapy. So. And that happens even with a bio identical. The other thing I mentioned earlier is oftentimes people have to increase the amount that they’re using. And this comes from the fact that your body will shut down its production because it’s always looking for more efficient ways to utilize its resources. And if you’re taking something that it’s trying to make, it’s going to sweet, I don’t have to make this anymore because you’re actually giving it to me.

So sometimes when people see that, well, this wasn’t working anymore, they had to increase the amount, that’s generally what happened. But the good news is your body can actually bring it back online and we can get things balanced again. But we’ve got to figure out why they’re imbalanced in the first place. Yeah. Amazing. They have all great info. Can you help someone diagnosed with lupus? Yeah. Yes. So we have worked and the type of work that I do has helped a lot of different patients with lupus. It’s a bit of a complicated one as well. And again, there’s no cookie cutter approach to any of this stuff.

I have yet to find a patient dealing with lupus that didn’t have a high level of toxicity issue as well. We’ve also got to really see if the inflammation is a factor in there too. And then just it’s the same story over and over again, guys. Making sure that the foundation is supported and getting rid of the offenders, you know, it’s, it can be a bit complicated and it’s a bit of a journey. But when you take away what is offending the system and you give the body what it needs to support repeal, rebuilding and repairing, amazing things can happen when we go into the.

The. I mean, we’ve got several questions coming in, folks. 4200 still here and we’re going to just take a few more and we’ll close out here in the next probably 10 minutes, if you don’t mind. So I wanted to get into this next one about it looks like I take okay because my thyroid was removed. Anything natural I can take to replace taking this drug. This is a good question. Somebody asked this question a bit earlier too and is there something else to take other than Synthroid? So when the thyroid is gone, unfortunately we do have to support because we need those hormones.

They do play some critical roles. Roles and different features, you know, different elements of what our body is actually doing. So as far as a natural version of thyroid hormone, that’s where, like the MP thyroid out there is an option. I’m not sure if it is enough, but it would be something that you could talk to the doc about of. I’d rather be on a natural thyroid, you know, replacement. And can we see what that looks like compared to being on the medication form as well? So you could try that. The fact that it’s gone, we’re going to have to have something in the equation there to make sure that you’ve got thyroid hormones so that the rest of everything that relies on that function is actually being taken care of.

Got it, Got it. Yeah. Just a reminder, folks, we’ve been going on for a couple of hours now. Many of the questions that we’re getting now are from. We’ve got some from earlier. So when. When we’re done, this video is going to remain on Rumble so you can go back and watch and go through all these questions again so we don’t have to be too repetitive. For those that haven’t joined in earlier, but want to make sure we get through a few more. How can we dissolve gallstones? Gallbladder is full of stones, but no pain so far.

It’s a great question. You want to keep your gallbladder, if you can. It’s very important. So something that you could do is they’ll say stay away from fats because you got to have bile, which is what the gallbladder holds onto in order to process your fats. But actually, part of what we need to do is stimulate the gallbladder to actually, you know, eject the bile into the small intestine. And that happens from eating some healthy fats. So what I would do is I would take up a hot. A heating pad or a hot pack and put it over the.

Like right beneath the breast on that right side where the liver is on your rib cage back up. So, like in this area, put a hot pack on for 10, 15 minutes before you eat, that is actually going to have like a gelling effect, or not a gelling, a melting effect of the gelled bile. So that can make it easier for your gallbladder actually to release the bile into the small intestine. And then we know the other part of what stimulates the bile to be released is you got to get your stomach acidic enough. So the fact that you have gallstones, I would pretty much bet money on the fact that your stomach is not producing Enough acid, maybe you actually are on an acid blocker that I would go through the process of getting rid of.

And that’s where you could use that apple cider vinegar. There is a product out there that’s called betaine. Betaine is a precursor for producing hydrochloric acid, which is the acid that’s found in the stomach. So you could you use that if you don’t really want to deal with apple cider vinegar. And just in case it’s a question, the liquid form of apple cider vinegar is best. Not the gummies, not the capsule form. Although people do get benefit from utilizing those. If you had to go for something that you didn’t have to taste that stuff, because I will tell you, I’m not a fan either, I would go for the capsule instead of gummies because gummies have other ingredients that may or may not be great for us.

But I would do that. Every time you get ready to eat, have the apple cider vinegar at the very beginning of the meal, before you eat, put the hot pack on that area where the gallbladder is and let’s see if we can’t get the gallbladder to actually start releasing some of the bile. One thing I would not do, be very cautious is a general rule of detoxes and cleanses and that that are out there. Because if you don’t know what’s going on beneath the surface, you could actually, and this is not like embellishments, you could land yourself in that.

The er. Okay. There are gallbladder flushes out there. I would stay away from those. I would do this method instead to try to start naturally stimulating that bile to melt and then be released. So try that out and see how it goes. Yeah. Trust issues, right? How do I find a doctor near me that I can trust? One of the questions that poured in on that note. Yeah. So that’s a phenomenal question. I am so grateful. And I have no connection to them at all, but I’ve utilized them a lot since 2020. But the FLCCC group, the alliance, they have on there a directory of like minded doctors.

That would be a good place to at least start. So you can go to the FLCCC’s webpage and it’ll say something like, find a physician. See if there’s any docs that are in your area. Those are people who were on the same page going through the COVID nonsense. So that’s what I would try first. Wow. Yeah. This man. It’s been rough for us. I mean, we had the. The whole covet thing happen. It seems like it’s yesterday. It’s been since 2020. I know. And a lot of folks were expecting that to play out again this year.

And, you know, I was expecting it to. I thought maybe they’re going to try something, but it felt like the mainstream media, they were trying to push this. Yeah, but getting a lot of support from their. From the folks that were probably already taken out and they were confused. So it didn’t work. Work. That’s just the way I looked at it. Yeah. Well, I think hopefully we woke up enough from the experience, too, that we were like, we’re not falling for this again. That’s right. The bird flu. You talked a little bit about type 2 diabetes earlier.

What about correction of autoimmune type 1. So, okay, there is a test that can be done, and it’s called C peptide. C peptide is a resin that when your body is producing insulin on its own and it burns it and uses it up, it’s a resin that’s left behind and it’s measurable. So the first thing that I normally do when I’m working with a type one person is see, are you actually producing any insulin on your own anymore? You might still be or you may not. If it’s at a zero, we’re going to be needing to use insulin because the body totally lost production of the ability to do that.

But as I briefly mentioned earlier, even if you have to use insulin, we want to try to keep those levels as low as possible. And my mentor is a little bit more abrupt than I am. I remember years ago, under his trainings, he’s like, the more insulin you take, the faster you die. Like, oh, my gosh. Okay, that’s a little intense. But it’s true. Like, even if you’re type two and you’re on insulin, we don’t want to use, you know, 20, 30, 40, 50 units of insulin in a day. We want to correct our diet. We want to use exercise, and we want to get it to where we’re using as little of insulin as possible.

I know a case of a gal who was type 1 diabetic, who was super strict. Like, this is not something that’s sustainable. But she wasn’t having to give herself insulin every single day. She could go a couple of days without insulin and she was okay. Oh, wow. So, yeah, like, you have to have it at that point, if you’re not producing any of it in order to live, but you do not have to huge use huge amounts of it and we want to reduce that. The other side of that equation is if you have a C peptide and you’re even at zero point, one, medical will tell you, like, that’s it.

You got to be on insulin. If you have any ounce of your body producing insulin, which is all pancreas. Right. But if you have any element of insulin that your body is producing, there’s work that is needed to be done. But there’s possibility that we could work at building your body’s ability back up. So C peptide is the key answer to that question of can you come off of insulin or not? Okay, good question. Yeah, that was amazing. This next one, I don’t know if I could pronounce it. Psil maybe is how I’m going to pronounce it.

Thoughts on using that to treat mental health or addictions? Can you say that again? I. So I don’t know how it’s exactly pronounced either, but I’m calling it psilocybin. This is. This is one of the mushrooms. So this is one of those psychedelic compounds which we know with Kennedy in the position he’s in, it’s part of being able to give access to different alternative treatments that we know are effective and we know get results and get away from Big Pharma’s approach, because that doesn’t fix anything. Right. So I don’t have personal experience with this. I have heard some amazing stories and the use of different psychedelics to help people with mental health conditions.

What I have said to my patients who’ve come to me and, like, yeah, I’ve dabbled in this and I’ve done a lot. Like, first of all, maybe don’t just dabble. Maybe work with somebody who actually is trained and understands how to utilize these properly if you’re going to use them. And then my geeky toxin brain, because that’s where, like, my radar is always going off. Like, can we make sure that they’re being sourced from a clean place? I saw a question earlier. Is weed poison? There’s a lot of mixed reviews on that. But my patients who use it, I’m like, do you know how it’s being grown? Are there any pesticides being used on it? Like, if you’re going to dabble into some of these other areas, we want to try to get the cleanest sources possible.

So I have heard good things about the different psychedelics for mental health. I’m just not well versed in those at all. Got it, Got it. Is it possible to reverse kidney damage? My husband’s creatine looks like it’s creatinine. Yeah, creatinine. Creatinine. I’m sorry, 3.5. Anything that you can bring it down. So a marker that gives us a little bit more insight on the level of injury and damage to the kidney would be the glomerular filtration rate. It’s a mouthful. The GFR is what you would see on the blood work that tells us if there’s evidence of actual damage.

The creatinine just tells us things are not working the way that they should be or not. So, going back to talking earlier, we were talking about kidney stones. What can we do to actually help the kidneys be healthier? So many people are not getting enough water or they’re drinking too much water and not balancing it with the salt. So working on proper hydration, half of your body weight and ounces per day with some electrolytes in there, especially if you’re going above three quarts of water, you need to add in electrolytes. You can do that by using Celtic Sea salts.

So, like a teaspoon at least, that’s not going to increase blood pressure. You actually need them. So that would be one strategy. If you eat a ton of protein, which I’m a big fan, clearly I’m doing Carnivore right now, just seeing how that goes. But if you eat a lot of protein, you’re going to need to increase the amount of water that you’re drinking in order to help the kidneys process that out as well. So that’s a different factor. There’s also the electrolytes themselves are kind of important. Sometimes just the different imbalances of the potassium and the magnesium, the sodium and the calcium will provoke kidney issues.

But one of the common things I see all the time is just hydration. So I would work on that first. And yes, you can. As long as somebody is not to a point of being on dialysis, you can make the kidneys healthy again. Once we’re on dialysis, we’re stuck. And medical doesn’t know what to do with anybody until they get to dialysis or they’ll tell you there’s nothing that we can do and then wait for you to be on dialysis, which is boo goo box for medical every month also. So as long as we’re not at that point, there’s a lot that can be done.

And what about the collagen supplement? Somebody asked? Sure. So collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. And I have heard that by the time we turn 18, we stopped producing as much as what we did in our youth. And it’s important for everything, okay? It’s in all of your connective tissue. It’s the matrix that calcium sits in in your bones for actual bone density. I’m fine with using collagen supplements. Again, it comes back to, are you getting a good source? Is it coming from grass fed cows? You know, things that aren’t being injected with hormones.

So that just becomes more a matter of researching the company of whoever you’re going to use. But I use collagen. Actually, I made a carnivore pancake earlier today, and part of it was collagen protein that got put in there as. That’s what you use as a grain to, to create, you know, a pancake. It’s eggs and collagen and gelatin. It’s kind of crazy, but the kids even love them. It’s great. How do I heal my liver and get it to help start the fat burning process? That’s a great question. So the liver, it is so important.

It has like 500 jobs. It does 24,7. So we want to keep that guy healthy and strong. It is the main filter of the body. So everything you put into your mouth, anything you breathe, whatever’s in your skin, like it has to go through the liver to be processed. It’s the main purifier and detoxifier of our blood. So cleaning up your diet, trying to stay away from anything that comes in a package or container is like the easiest rule to follow, not always the most practical, but limiting it like, shoot, 80, 20 rule. So cleaning up your diet, you could utilize what I was mentioning earlier of having fresh lemon.

Like you could take half of a lemon, squeeze that into some lukewarm water in the morning, drink that 10 days in a row, give yourself like a week or two off, and then you could repeat that. Lemon’s really helpful for just kind of pumping things through the liver as well. Fat burning process like that is anytime you put carbs in your mouth, you’re going to stop the fat burning process. So that is more of a ratio between your fats, your proteins, and your carbohydrates. If you really want to burn fat, that’s where the fasting process really is beneficial for people too, because you have to tap into your fat stores in order to keep your body, you know, burning a fire all day long.

Right. So those would be some of the best things to do, obviously staying away from alcohols and other things that will stress the Liver. I don’t care how much marketing is around alcohol. Honestly, don’t hate me for saying this, but there is actually nothing beneficial for your body’s health sake that comes from alcohol. Yep, that’s right. Yep. What was the website you mentioned for the doctor? Anti Covid. Yes. So FLCCC. So it actually, their website is COVID19 critical care. I can actually put that in here. Criticalcare.com. yeah. And then you can just go to. I think it’s under resources.

Okay, I’m going to put that in the chat. I just did it. There you go. Good, good. Awesome. There you are right there. Awesome, awesome. All right, so we’ve got just a few more. It looks like most doctors are trained monkeys. They follow disease progression, flowcharts provided by pharma. They prescribe making masking medication but do not treat the underlying problem. They don’t teach nutrition. Now, I read that somebody posted that, but I wanted you to just kind of share as we’re closing out. Yeah. And I think it’s important for people to hear what you talk about in this area of.

Look, when you know, you go to the doctor and they say, oh, you’ve got a headache, Here you go, take this, you know, Advil, go home, bye. Yeah, but you get to the root problem. Why is this happening all the time with whatever symptoms they might have? Can you explain that again? Sure. So I don’t knock doctors. I genuinely believe majority of doctors become doctors because they want to actually help people. The problem is they got stuck in a broken system. You know, we are all phenomenal researchers that follow lt. And we know if you want to do some research as to why this has become the reality, go back and look at Rockefeller in the 1910s and what happened with medical.

Essentially it became about profit. Medical back then was done the way that I’m doing medical and the doctors of the time because we wanted to create a profit system. And basically Rockefeller was approached. You can make pharmaceuticals that are petroleum based. The doctors of the time back then were talking out and saying how this is going to cause cancer and you can’t do this, it’s going to be detrimental for people. They went through the exact same thing that our doctors did back in 2020. They were censored, they were silenced, they were ostracized, they lost licenses, they were put in prison.

And essentially what I understand to be true is that the medical system was bought and paid for and the whole curriculum changed. And the docs of the time that are doing the work that I am doing now were named as quacks. And all the alternatives was quackery and witchcraft. And like if you tell a lie loud enough, long enough, like, people believe it, right? So that’s what happened back then. And now the medical system, the whole curriculum was changed so that they know how to treat based off of prescribing medication. There’s a. I still have it somewhere.

It’s in a comic format of a cartoon where there’s a professor at the front of the class, got an old chalkboard and it under the description underneath the picture is first day of medical school. And what’s written on the chalkboard. And some of you guys may have already seen this. A patient cured is a customer lost. So unfortunately they’re stuck in this system. And the problem is when they try to go outside of the system, they get ostracized. You know, doctors are doing more now. There’s some doctors that are not tied into the hospital systems and all of medical.

But like, even if they wanted to go through and order the same types of tests that I do, they can’t because they have to answer to insurance. So every test that they do, they have to justify why they’re ordering those tests. Which means you’re supposed to have symptoms, you’re supposed to have a reason for them to actually run them, not just because you’re curious what your markers actually are. And if they don’t have a justifiable reason, they’ll end up getting trouble with the insurance company to the point where it actually can impact their livelihood and their jobs.

So unfortunately, they’re stuck in this very broken system that doesn’t care about actually helping people get well. And lord willing, that will change with where we’re going because it needs to get back to what’s in the good of the patient and what is in the the best interest of the patient. Right. Yeah. I was going to close, but I just thought this question, just a few more here. My husband was told he needs hip replacement due to severe osteoarthritis. He’s been dealing with the pain several years, so he’s very tired of it. Is the joint repairable without surgery? Question.

Really good question. I have no idea what his hip joint actually looks like. If he’s fully bone on bone. I know we’ve got better advancements with helping do like stem cell and PRP types of treatments, but that’s under the assumption that there’s still cartilage that’s there that we can try to stimulate more generation. There’s another tool out there Called pemf. That’s pulsed electromagnetic frequency. Don’t be freaked out by the emf. This is actually good, and it provides healing. I. My mentor’s mom, she just passed, but she had osteoarthritis. I do not believe she was fully bone on bone.

They wanted to do a hip replacement on her, and she instead opted not to. She wasn’t in that much discomfort and pretty darn healthy. She was never on medication. She did PEMF treatments along with her nutrition, you know, a couple of times a week. Week. And she never ended up having a hip replacement. But if he’s bone on bone and he can’t walk and there’s so much pain that comes with it, I don’t know if he could handle, you know, the duration. To see if we could actually create some positive benefit with utilizing pemf, which you’d need to find that locally and get him going on a nutrition regimen.

I’ve had a lot of people who have had to have hip replacements done, and the beauty is, of all the replacements, it’s the easiest one. And then part of how I help them is, again, the skeletal system is a system that the body will rob from. Yes, we can have extra wear and tear, and, you know, we were crazy when we were in our youth, and we had different injuries that can provoke that little bit different story. But we also want to make sure that the integrity of the skeletal system can be there. So whether it has to have a replacement or not, you can still utilize those same types of therapies that I was just mentioning to support him on that.

Yeah. Somebody else wrote in for their husband. My husband and I have lime that was caused by tick bites 50 years ago. Can you help us, please? And so I think that gets into, again, where you dive into the root issues of the body, and you can work on that, I’m sure. Yeah, absolutely. You know, Lyme, there’s a. We know so much more about Lymes now than what we ever did. There’s a lot of different protocols for Lymes out there. I don’t utilize any of the protocols. I just look at what’s going on behind the scenes, you know, beneath the surface and support the body that way.

And we have had positive results with people who have been dealing with limes. So there is hope for sure. We just have to understand what’s there to begin with. Yeah. Yeah. Amazing. Guys, we’ve been here a couple hours. We’re going to close up here, and I want to remind you that we’re@corehealthadvantage.com awk awk. That’s below this video. Just click on that link and would love to have you Visit. Write to Dr. Shockley, she would love to hear from you. The comments just keep pouring in. A lot of thanks for doing this and you’re receiving that now.

And do you see any more questions that are flying in doctor Shock that you want to answer before, before we close? Let me just check in here. I’ve seen the word pop up many times. The nicotine. What about nicotine? I wondered if you’re gonna answer that or not. Yeah, yeah. So I will tell you, I’m not as well versed as like doctor Artists that’s out there who’s done a ton of research about nicotine. But the long and the short of it is, you know, nicotine isn’t the reason why people get addicted to tobacco products. It’s within the tobacco that is why people get addicted.

Nicotine seems to have a lot of positive benefits on the body. Obviously we’ve seen different positive results in relationship to people truly dealing with long haul type Covid symptoms but even different pain issues, different brain issues. So it seems to have a place. Like I said, I’m not as well versed in that topic but I’m not opposed to it because of the fact that we are seeing positives. So I would look up more of what artists has put out there. As far as the research, he’s summarized it really well. So that’s a good trusted resource that you could look into that.

But I don’t think it’s a cure all. Just like I don’t know that fenbendazole is a cure all. I think there’s more to the equation. So I think it’s another tool that we have in our arsenal that can be used to help the body do what it needs to. But at the end of the day, day we still have to evaluate what else is going on beneath the surface so that we can make sure we’re addressing the underlying cause and giving the body everything that it needs to truly optimize and be healthy. Amazing. Amazing. With that note, thank you guys so much for tuning in.

4,382 folks tune in at the same time. That means probably a lot of folks jumped in and out. If you can hit that like button that really helps too to get this spread throughout rumble and We’ve got about 520 likes like to see that go up. But you guys know after this is done it will be uploaded Automatically and you can go back and watch this show. Many people are chiming and saying they’re gonna go back and watch this over and over again. So much good information. And I believe when the. When the video does upload, because it’s live, you’ll see the chat automatically moving on the right side.

I believe when this is playing. Don’t hold me to that. I have to do some research because I’m new at going fully live like this and having conversations like this and reading the chat. So it’s been. You know, we release our stuff live every day. We try to communicate. But with this Q A thing, it is so amazing. We need to do this a lot more. This has been so much fun. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Awesome. So we’re looking forward to. To having you on again, obviously. Of course, visiting with you again. Your family’s amazing. We had a great time on the cruise.

A lot of folks have been asking us to do it. I thought nobody’s going to want to do one. They’ve had enough. And I was waiting till after the election because I was thinking, well, maybe folks will be in a great mood and want to get on a boat, maybe do Alaska. So. Yeah. But it was beautiful. It was great to have you on board.

A lot of folks spent time with you. They talked with you and your brother and my family, of course, my mom and your mom. Yeah. Just had a great time with you and they’re doing everything with you now also. And so excited. Had a conversation with them yesterday about all the things that they’re doing to prepare to send to you and having to run to the restroom quite a bit. So, anyway, it’s. Yeah. But wanted to close in prayer. Do you have anything else you’d like to say? Well, I just want to thank all of you guys for sticking in here with us and joining and asking amazing questions.

It’s been a phenomenal experience. I’ve loved every moment of this and I look forward to doing more of these if this is what you guys all are interested in doing. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Amazing. Amazing. Thank you, Dr. Shockley. Let’s go to prayer. Thank you, Heavenly Father, once again for Dr. Shockley. For amazing family. All that they do for us. It’s been just a great journey. You’ve prepared her for a time like this. We know that. But we definitely want to recognize you and how you brought her up from some very difficult situations, younger in her life to make her the person that she is today.

Just filled with joy and just this full on energy to help each and every one of us make it through each day in a healthy manner through this temple that you’ve given us, holding the holy Spirit. And we just thank you again for the victory in the recent election. We know that many battles are ahead. We know that the enemy’s up to the trickery always to try to figure out how to stop all of this. But we just sense a whole relief from what we’ve been through. And we look forward to great things to come, especially with Our Health and RFK Jr and so many others.

We ask for their complete protection. Dr. Shockley, all those on the front lines that are trying to make us healthy and removing this enemy. What an amazing journey this has been. Great time to be alive. Great revivals happening in many lives each day. We thank you and we ask all this in the name of your son, Jesus Christ, our savior. Amen and amen. Amen.
