Hey, friends. Peggy hall, back with you from thehealthyamerican. org. Continuing my coverage on the headlines that are coming out of Israel and Palestine. And did you know that Netanyahu is being sued for fraud? Yes. Netanyahu is scrambling to stay out of prison. And I'm going to break down for you exactly why he's being sued. There are three active lawsuits against him for fraud. And prior to this outbreak of violence, the latest outbreak of violence of October 7, where for some strange reason, the israeli defense forces allowed this brutal attack to take place. I mean, they weren't there for 7 hours. I find that very, very troubling. And there may have been many lives saved if the IDF had not failed so miserably. Every time I bring up these questions, there are those that only have one answer. And I guess that answer is, I'm an anti semite for asking questions. So I think asking questions is very important. And there are plenty of questions to ask on the palestinian side as well. But since the Israelis have launched this counterattack on the civilian population of Palestine, I think they're the ones that need to do some answering, don't you? So I have a whole video called questions for Netanyahu. If war is the answer, I have questions, and I will never stop asking these questions. I do not condone violence on any side. I don't condone it coming from the palestinian terrorists, and I certainly don't condone it coming from the israeli defense forces, who were absent for hours while the people were being kidnapped and brutally attacked. Why is no one asking those questions? If they're such a miserable defense force, how can they be carrying out all of these attacks with confidence? Wouldn't the israeli people be questioning how they can be effective? And many of them are and are continuing, how do I put it, protest in that country. And there were protests that happened in Israel prior to this against Netanyahu because of his extreme right wing politics and his cobbled together political. Well, they are in a parliamentary parliamentarian form of government. That's a little difficult to say. And he's got a cobbled together government that is not at all popular. He had to get others that are, again, extreme right wing Zionist to support what it is that he's doing because he does not have the support of the people. So I can do deeper dives, if you're interested, on that political system, which is not like the United States. It's curious to me why they call Israel a democracy when it doesn't appear to be carrying out a democratic form of government. And what I want to talk about is Netanyahu scrambling to stay out of prison. So let me do that. But first, let me talk about gold. How about that? Friends, the purpose of this video is to help you understand the prime Minister Netanyahu and his wildly unpopular stance in Israel. So I'm going to do a little screen grab and share for you what I came across here. So let me do this. This came from an editorial from a paper called Haretz, and this was today's, and it says, just leave Netanyahu. And they are urging him to step down because of all of the instability and the warmongering that he's involved in. These are a couple other images that I shared with you previously on my other videos. And I hope that you will watch all of my coverage on Israel. If this is the first time that you're hearing from me, I want you to go back and get a bigger picture in terms of what I've been sharing here on this channel. So there he is, Netanyahu on the left, and this is the prime minister of Egypt on the right, doing a masonic handshake between the two countries here. This is, yes, Klaus Schwab, also known as Nasal Schwab, and from the World Economic Forum. And this was back in 2017. Netanyahu spoke in 2018. So he is on board with the new world disorder. So I will read to you some of the articles that I have here from different sources and the one that I just showed you from heretz that says Netanyahu has to go. It says, and I quote, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has returned to his evil ways. Oh, by the way, stick with me till the end because I do want to talk about that Bible verse that you're sending me from Genesis that says that christians are supposed to bless Israel. And I'm going to talk to you about that Bible verse and give you a broader perspective on that. Because blessing a country or a state or a nation is not the same as going along with the leader of that nation, just like I'm in the United States and I'm not going along with what this president or so called president is instigating. So being in opposition to a leader of a country does not necessarily mean that you are in opposition to that population. And I know that you're smart enough to understand the difference. So this opinion says that Netanyahu has returned to his evil ways, inciting and sowing destruction. And Sunday it was reported that he believes the calls earlier this year for military reservists to refuse to serve should be investigated as a possible factor in the decision of the head of Hamas in the Gaza Strip to launch the attack on the border communities of October 7. Now, I'm going to give my own editorial. Yes, the attack that was allowed to happen for several hours because for some strange reason, there was no response by the world's best security and surveillance forces. Aren't you concerned about that? Aren't you concerned about Israel's ability to protect itself, especially all of those that are behind the decimation of the palestinian civilians? How can they even carry this out if they're so woefully inept at protecting their own people? Think of all the lives that could have been saved if they had been on the ball. I'll just put it that way. I care about human life in the womb as well. And I'm sure all y'all that are worried about these attacks also have been protesting against taking of the innocent life in the womb, right? You're concerned about that, right? Or is it only the babies that are alive? I hope that you're also concerned about the babies that are developing. So let me tell you about this corruption trial that Netanyahu is involved in. So there are three cases. In 2019, there were criminal charges filed against Netanyahu in three investigations known as case 1000, 2004, thousand. Now, this gets really interesting when we're talking about the people that are involved in these cases. Case 1000, Netanyahu and his wife Sarah are accused of receiving gifts, including champagne and cigars, from prominent Hollywood movie producer. Yes. An israeli Hollywood meaning he's israeli citizen and apparently living in Hollywood, a producer of many movies, including, let's see, did I jot those down? One is called. Let's see if I have those for you. That. Anyway, he is a prominent movie producer. One was called the Revenant, I think. And his name is Arnan Milshan. Did you know that in Israel there is a thriving movie industry? Yeah. So there's tons of producers that make Hollywood movies. So there are plenty of actors in Israel as well. Plenty of producers. And this producer gave gifts up to, I think it was over $100,000, $200,000 in return for political favors. Case 2000 centers on accusations that Netanyahu negotiated a deal with Israel's best selling daily newspaper called Yediyath Aronath. Now, I don't speak Hebrew, so please forgive me for my pronunciation. And he did this because he wanted favorable coverage in exchange for legislative actions against a rival newspaper. This is what he's charged with. Sounds like fraud to me. Of course, I cannot conclude anything because there's been no trial yet. And the trials have been put off because of the cootie's hogwash, which, by the way, in Israel, isn't it sad that that population had inflicted upon them some of the most draconian measures to become human pincushions? I heard from healthy Americans that were stuck in Israel and could not get on a plane because they refused to become human pincushions. And my latest read of what was going on is, I think 97% of that population became human pincushions and apparently test cases for some of the big pharma to see what would happen when they became human pincushions. So these trials have been delayed because of that, and they've also been delayed because of what's going on now. So case 4000, Netanyahu is accused of granting regulatory favors to a telecommunications company called Bezek Telecom Israel in return for positive media coverage on a news website controlled by the company's former chairman. So the trial got it underway in May of 2020. It's been repeatedly delayed. So Netanyahu is charged with fraud, breach of trust, and corruption, and he pleaded not guilty. So here it is. Milchon is the one that did the movie Pretty Woman. He produced the movie twelve years a slave and a movie called the Revenant. Now, I don't know about the revenant. I've heard of pretty Woman. I don't know. Twelve years a slave. And the reason why he did, the alleged reason why that Milshan gave Netanyahu and his wife, boxes of cigars and crates of champagne over a period of years, along with jewelry that amounted to a value of about $200,000. The indictment describes this as a supply line of lavish gifts over the years. And this indictment accuses Netanyahu of using his influence to assist Milchan to secure a us visa extension. So I guess he's not an american citizen, but he was able to stay in the United States based on Netanyahu pulling a few strings. So he drew upon his diplomatic contacts, among them, former secretary of state John Kerry. So maybe John Kerry will take the stand in this corruption trial and fraud trial of Netanyahu, who is scrambling to stay out of prison. Prosecutors also accused Netanyahu of working to push legislation that would have granted Milchan millions in tax breaks. Now, there are some people that would say, not me, of course, that would say that. Now this focused attention on bombing the living daylights out of the palestinian civilization because, you know, as Pastor Jack Hibbs says, well, that's what happens when you're in war. Yeah, I'm going to do a commentary. I've posed some questions to Jack Hibbs on his YouTube channel, and I've actually attended Jack Hibbs church in years gone by. And I listen to him from time to time on his sermons that he does online. But I have a lot of questions. Just like I had questions for Netanyahu, I have questions for Jack Hibbs, especially since he says that he's a christian pastor. So we want to flesh that out. Right. I'm certain he does not want to be in a category of a false preacher. Who would want that? So I'm certain that he will answer these questions that I have for him as well. But let's get back to the topic at hand, which is the bombing of, you know, I suppose it's a good thing that now these civilians are not going to be attacking Israel when the IDF forces are asleep on the job. So I guess that's something good that we can applaud. But the fact is this attack came when Israel was divided and still is divided. So another aspect of this was Netanyahu in his cobbled together government with these extreme right wing Zionists. And again, Zionism is not necessarily a political stance. It is not necessarily a religious perspective. And I will go into detail on that in another video because you've asked me to. Let me show you these headlines, half a million Israelis, and this is out of a country of 9 million people. So that's a lot of people. Let me share this with you. And this came back in March of 2023, half a million Israelis joined the latest protest against Netanyahu's judicial overhaul. And the critics are saying that Netanyahu went for a power grab which bitterly divided israeli society and unleashed turmoil within the israeli military. Maybe that's why they decided not to fight back on October 7. Maybe they were trying to teach Netanyahu a lesson. Of course, I'm being facetious here because I cannot think of any reason why for hours and hours and hours that there was no counterattack. It just boggles the mind. So the israeli society is bitterly divided, and there is turmoil within the israeli military, according to this article, which says that hundreds of reservists have threatened to stop volunteering to report for duty in order to protest this judicial overhaul. Now, in the state of Israel, there are laws and not a constitution. And apparently Netanyahu wanted to dial back some of the power of the supreme court of Israel, and it was not well received by the people. So here we see it. This is picture. And information came from CNN Israeli. And I'm only using CNN because that's what most people are listening to. And israeli protests enter the 10th week against this judicial reform. Netanyahu's opponents say that judicial overhaul will weaken democracy. I don't know how you can have a democracy when a portion of your citizens don't have full rights. So that's kind of a strange new definition. And, you know, I'm no fan of democracy. I prefer our american political system of a constitutional republic where you are actually regulated. Ideally, the constitution, as we know, has been trampled upon and torn up. It's basically barely hanging on by shreds. But the principle is sound. Here we are. Half a million Israelis took to the streets in the 10th consecutive week of protest against plans by the government of. I don't need to, I'll just read it. It's probably a little difficult for you to see at that degree, but Israel has a population of just over 9 million. So if organizers estimates are correct, about 5% of Israelis came out to voice their opposition to these proposed reforms. Nearly half of the protesters, about 240,000, gathered in Tel Aviv. In Jerusalem, several hundred demonstrators gathered in front of presidents. So in Israel, you have a president, which is basically a figurehead, but the true political power is in the prime minister and his government. So President Isaac Herzog's house had demonstrations in front of it, and they carried israeli flags and chanted slogans saying, israel will not be a dictatorship. So looking at the actions of Netanyahu I'm not going to say that he's a dictator, but certainly it's very authoritarian. So on Thursday, Herzog, whose role is largely ceremonial, urged the Netanyahu government to take the judicial overhaul legislation off the table. And here again are some images of these demonstrations. You've probably seen the demonstrations going on around the world regarding what's happening in this part of the world. So I will be happy to cover that if you're interested in as well, including what went on in London and what went on in Washington, DC and other places. So critics are accusing Netanyahu of pushing this legislation about the overhaul in order to get out of these corruption trials that he's facing. And critics are also saying that part of this military action in Palestine is also to take the heat off of his corruption and fraud trials and at the very least to delay them. And again, Israel does not have a written constitution. It goes by a set of laws called basic laws. And an israeli protester said if the laws being suggested about taking away some of the judicial power, if that passes, Israel will no longer be a democracy. Some are saying that is already the case. About two out of three Israelis believe that the Supreme Court should have the power to strike down laws that are incompatible with the basic laws of Israel, and they support the current system. So more than two thirds of the people are in favor of the status quo. And the opposition leader to Netanyahu understandably came out with some opposition language and said the only thing this government of Netanyahu's cares about is crushing israeli democracy. Now, this is not about the current war. This is about the other problems that Netanyahu has been facing. So the opposition leader and former prime minister's name is Yair Lapid. And he says that Netanyahu only cares about crushing israeli democracy. Now let me show you another picture of these protests. And here you go. Huge crowds march in Israel as vote on judicial overhaul looms. So you can see that Netanyahu has his hands full. He is scrambling to stay out of prison. These cases are being pushed out because of the cooties delay and now the war delay. There were many people that came out in opposition to this desire to remove power from the Supreme Court. And many of these israeli reservists who are being called up to serve in this war don't want to do it. So, yeah, he's got a lot on his hands. Now. I want to answer, actually, I want to address the issue that people have said about this Bible verse in Genesis. And I want to go back and just whether you read the Bible, believe in the Bible, or a person of faith, of no faith, I think it's important to understand kind of the bigger picture because there are so many Christians and Jews and others that are just using this Bible verse to justify their support of this massive attack on Palestine. And the Bible verse says this. I'm going to go back a little bit. It is in Genesis. And the Bible verse is. Let me see what version of the Bible I'm using here. I'll use the english standard version that says, I will bless those who bless you and him who dishonors you, I will curse. And in you all of the families of the earth shall be blessed. That's Genesis, chapter twelve, verse three. And if we go back just a little bit on that chapter, I'll go back a couple of verses. And it says, now the Lord said to Abram, go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you. And then it says, and I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great so that you will be a blessing. And then it says that I will bless those who bless you. And some of them summarize it to say, I will curse you. Whoever curses you, I will curse. That's from the new international version. And in the King James Bible, which I know some of you don't care for, says, I will bless them that bless thee, and I will curse him that curseth thee. And in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. All right. All families of the earth. That doesn't include the Palestinians. Their families shouldn't be blessed. Those families that came from Ishmael, if you're following the Bible. So I take a very broad view to say that all people are blessed. Now, the fact is, if you stand with Israel, it doesn't necessarily mean that you stand with the leader of Israel. There have been many leaders of Israel, and some of them have been involved in terrorism themselves. And I can bring more information to you on that as well. So yes, there are terrorists on this side and there are terrorists on this side. And the Bible is very clear. And it says that you cannot fight evil with evil. And the Bible also says that vengeance is the Lord's alone. So I also would put those Bible verses forward for those that say we are to stand with Israel. Standing with the people of Israel, including those who live on that land, does not necessarily mean that you need to or should condone the actions of leaders that are engaged in evil. That's how I see it. So I will be addressing the comments of Jack Hibbs. I'm not a preacher. I'm not a Bible scholar. I've never held myself out to be one. But what I do endeavor to do is to educate and empower and encourage you to dig deeper and to not accept at face value what we're being shown in the mainstream media. Merry go round. But to ask questions, as I've been doing, where was the IDF? And if you've had 18 wars in the existence of Israel since 1948, some wars that you didn't start but that you got engaged in, well, does war work or doesn't? Doesn't it work? And if it works, then what did you do wrong last time? And what are you going to do differently this time? And what is the number that you're satisfied with? What is the actual number of casualties that will be sufficient? How many until no one is left at all? I want answers to these questions. This is what drives the conversation forward. So I've got more questions in my video on if war is the answer. I have questions. I'm not, as I say, a biblical scholar. I do have a God given conscience and soul, and my God given conscience and soul cry out for peace. If war worked, we wouldn't have to keep doing it. I have other videos about radical remedies for peace. If you're interested in that, I'm going to save my voice, friends, I will have another video for you tomorrow. Digging deeper. And for those of you that are here, not for the coverage on Israel, I will be bringing other updates on other topics that are of interest to you as well. My prayers are with all of those that are affected. And my prayers are for peace. Thank you everybody. .
