You. Hey, everybody, economic ninja here. Let's talk about making money in 2024. My goal for you is to make you more money than you've ever made before. Now, it's easy that I could say that, but how do I do it? Well, I motivate you. I bring you the information that you need to succeed. You know, the sad thing is, is that most Americans don't have a ton of faith in themselves to go out and be a success and make money on their own. The truth is, almost 50% of Americans this year will receive a 1099, which means that in some form or another, you are in business for yourself. You are searching for ways to make money on your own. We have seen in the last handful of years, the gig economy just absolutely blow up. From inventions like Uber to Uber eats to everything else. Uber. The fact of the matter is, it is putting the power back into people's hands. Technology. And the one thing that a lot of people have, sure they have the technology, but do they have the faith in themselves or the know how to be able to start something right now? So I'm going to lay out the easiest way right now. You could start a side hustle, and I'm going to give you some examples. Now, this sounds funny because I taught a course on this a while ago. I wrote a course on this because I have had over 21 side hustles in my life. It started with selling candy at my elementary school, making $40 a day to owning a baseball card shop when I was a sophomore in high school. Later on auto detailing and palm trees and real estate. And I've done so many things, and a lot of those, I finally registered them as legal entities, businesses or llcs, or even c corporations. And so I wanted to teach people how to do this, but I'm going to lay out the exact thing you need to do right now. Now, I will say this. Once you learn how to build a side hustle, put a lot of cash in the bank and start hiring employees, and you may never get to that point because once you make that break into your side hustle, going into a business corporation, you're hiring employees. It's definitely that next step that not a lot of people like to take. And I always tell people that it's really easy to make between 50 and $100,000 a year. And they say how? I know that sounds crazy. This is where you start. You start at the garage sales. And right now there is something happening in a economic cycle where if you go onto Facebook, if you went onto Facebook a year ago, you'd see pretty much all junk. It was just crap that people should be donating to the thrift stores. Why are you trying to sell this? And then they were asking stupid prices for total crap. In the last handful of months, if you go on Facebook, you will see designer watches, designer clothing, high end speaker and electronic systems. You will see lamborghinis like you wouldn't believe. Right now you can actually buy tractors, even though right now these prices are still high. But in 2024, the shift from people selling their junk to their luxury items, the stuff that they wanted to impress their family and friends with, that really doesn't work out anyway. Well for you. They're now needing to sell it to make ends meet. Now, during the Great Depression, the unemployment rate was around 25%, which means one in four people were unemployed. And out of that four people, you had one person unemployed and two people that were scared like crazy. But there was one out of four people that had money. One out of four people weren't scared. As a matter of fact, one out of four people saw opportunity. And that's exactly what I saw in 2008 when I was selling stuff from people that didn't plan to people that had planned, and all I had to do was buy something cheap enough and then sell it for less than anyone else is selling it for, still making a profit. And I was guaranteed to sell it. It sounds so simple, but that's where I started. That course was how to have a successful garage sale, how to go into your house if you want to start a business, and how to raise the money. Sell your crap. Sell your crap and then learn what sells and start rotating it. I know an 18 year old girl, a daughter of one of my friends, that since she was 15, is making tens of thousands of dollars every week. She goes down to the thrift store. She buys clothing that still has the tags on it, like Lululemon, and all these designer things that I guess ladies wanted to fit in but never really could. And they said, okay, I'm going to go ahead and give it away to the thrift store. And she sells them online, multiple different routes. There's eBay, things like that. I know somebody that goes to the thrift store and goes garage selling and is making $30,000 a year to support his family through eBay. It's a total blessing. Now, I'm not a big fan of eBay because they keep raising their prices and doing really weird things. But the cool thing is, I used to be a power seller. EBay power seller in the 90s, early ninety s and I bought and sold electric trains. That led one year of hard work flipping electric trains that I never played with. I would just go and buy them in garage sales. I thought I always wanted them and I liked them. So there must have been a market for it. And I always tell people, start with what you like, because what happens if you can't sell it? You get to keep it. And as long as you're starting with some cash that's in your pocket, what do you have to lose? And then what you do is you don't go spend that money on beer or other crap, video games or a car you can't afford. You take that and you reinvest it and you reinvest it and you build it up. And what blows me away with how many people that have side hustles. They're always in this rut and they don't learn how to now take that money and move on to the next best thing, the bigger thing. Especially when you build yourself up $50,000 selling a $10 item. You can only sell so many $10 items. At a certain point, you need to find another product or item to sell that costs you more, but also makes you a bigger rate of return. The fact of the matter is, the highest percentage of gains in any side hustle are the cheapest items. They're the easiest to sell because everyone has a little bit of money. Very few people have a lot of money, right? But the thing is, you can only sell so much until you have to learn how to scale. So in 2024, I highly encourage you to start looking at ways to start flipping the crap in your house that you don't use. Then take that money and look at it as a gift. Sure, you have less money than it costs you to buy that stuff. Don't ever let the sting of that go away. But take that money and build it, increase it. And I can guarantee you that you are going to absolutely crush it in 2024. Why? Because this economy is starting to downturn. People are getting fearful. They're listing their high end items. Try and get them at a smoking deal, pay cash for them and then list them for more, and you become the better marketer. I can't tell you how many times I have bought something on Craigslist or Facebook because people left crappy photos or no photos at all. They had a one line, don't text me, is this still available? I won't answer your call. And they didn't know how to sell. I bought it from them and I doubled my money. It's happened literally thousands of times with me. I think that this is your year. If you've got a side hustle, let me know down below what yours is. I'm so interested. But if you don't want to buy and sell things, start a pressure washing business. Start a service business where you can undercut everyone and still make a good rate of return each day and then take that profit and build your company if you guys want. I'm so sorry. I forgot. Somebody texted me and said I hadn't refreshed the 50% off coupons to my course. If you want to buy it, cool. If not, no worries. But that's also another life hack. Learn lessons from people that have done it. And yeah, I'll put those links down below. It's half off if you use the coupon code. Half off? Not that fancy. All right. With that being said, the economic ninja is out. .
