Hey, it's Dan. Welcome back. You're watching I allegedly and got a good one for you today because they want you out of business. And, you know, not much you can do about it because they're out to get you. And before I get into it, please take a second. Please hit the like button. Please subscribe to the channel. Today we have a sponsor ageless multicolagen, and I will talk about them a little later. I'm in Pasadena, California. And this morning, the Huntington Library is closed. So we're not going to walk over there. But these trees, this whole city is absolutely amazing. Look at this. Not beautiful. It's like something you'd see in fall. But first things first, guys. It is so tough to run a business right now. And I have friends buying businesses. I have friends that are in business, one man bands, one woman shows. I have people that have big companies that have employees. I've got people that work for large companies, little bit of everything. But what they're doing right now is certain things that make it near impossible for people to be in business. First things first, the state of New York, new York is patting itself in the back right now because they just came up with a congestion tax. This is going to be like every other European city where you will not have traffic at peak hours. Well, you're kidding yourself. So what they did and what they came up with, which is absolute lunacy, think about this, is this. You will be charged a congestion tax at peak hours. It's going to cost and on average of day. Now think about this, seven to $32. Okay? This is insane, okay? This is going to make it so that people will not go to New York City. Now the businesses that are there are going to be dramatically affected by this, and it's going to absolutely destroy downtown businesses. Think about this. Crime is completely upside down in New York. People don't want to go out alone. They don't want to shop alone because of how bad it is. And right now what we're seeing is this congestion tax, it's going to add a minimum of a dollar, $25 to $2. 50 for every ride that you go inside of town. I'm just going to go up and make a Uturn, okay? So again, cab drives. Think about that, $36 a day. Now you can sit there and say that's no big deal. It's a huge deal, guys. It's an absolute huge deal because what it's going to do is make it as they pat themselves in the back, make it so that businesses are going to close. Why would you drive into New York City? Why would you drive your car there if it's going to cost you 35 extra dollars a day? When I went to Las Vegas for the Formula One race, one thing that blew me away was the cab drives. The cab rides were at a premium. So when you get in the cab, they would give you a notice that said listen, this cab ride is going to cost to go to the downtown strip area. It's going to cost an additional $15, this ride. We apologize for this inconvenience. This was imposed upon us for insurance reasons and for the Formula One race. So with that being said, I'm like, okay, well, what am I going to do? Walk from the airport to my hotel? Not a chance. So the simple fact that they did this, it's the way it is. Okay? Anyway. So what are you going to do? Not pay it. You have to pay it. The point is that it's going to make it so that people are not going to be in business. Now, speaking of not being in business in Huntington Beach, California, I'm eating a sandwich. And across the street from where I'm eating is Hambone's Barbecue, which is seriously the best barbecue in all of Orange County. Story pops up from the Orange County Register, which is our local paper saying that they're going out of business. Like, why is Hambones going out of business? And it's because of the construction inside their parking lot. Take a look at this. Quick little field trip for you. I am in front of Hambone's Barbecue and this place just announced their closure. And the reason for that is not because the food was not good, not because they didn't have customers, but because of the construction in their own parking lot. Look at this, guys. There's no parking. I came here to film this because I was shocked when I read about in the paper today. And there's no parking for this place. So these poor people went out of business. Now, when you think about this, when you think about what's happening in New York State with the congestion tax and New York City and how they're celebrating this, this is insanity. Because what's going to happen is you're going to have the best barbecue in all of Orange County, gets shut down because there's no parking. Okay? So absolutely tragic. Awful. Look at this. They tore down a bank and there's zero parking. This destroyed this business. They wrote a letter. It's very sad. I'm sorry for this whole family. Now, guys, this is tragic. Okay? Because the center that they're working on, the business next door to them, which was like a Pilates Yoga type woman's fitness place, went out of business. And the simple fact is, let's face it, when women go to work out, they're there to work out. They're not there to walk across the parking lot in their yoga pants and have guys gawk at them. They want to park in front of the place. There's no parking. No way of running this place, I hope. The owner and I met the owner and his wife. They were pulling things out. I Don't Want To Say Their Names, but I hope they sue these people, I really do, because they were put out of business. The food was great. The service was great. Everything was fantastic. They're going to go and do catering and things like that, and they've got another location, but this place was destroyed. If they go and sue, people like me would be able to say, yeah, I've eaten there for years. There's a line of people oh, Dan, sorry. There's a 25 minutes wait tonight to be seated. Oh, I'll go sit in the bar. And then after this construction started, it got to a point that you would walk in, and if you could find a place to park in the parking lot, you would sit down immediately. But the best thing about this place is that with my angel tickets, when I would bring buddies to the game, because not everybody likes to eat a hot dog when they go to a baseball game, we would go out and we would go to Hambones and get to go packed to take in the stadium. And the thing about going to a stadium is that you don't know if you're going to park right next to the door or you're going to park across the parking lot. So they would pack it to travel, and it was the greatest thing ever. We would walk an absolute mile with their food. But again, they want you out of business. Guys, this is awful. They're not doing things to help businesses stay in business. It's gotten worse and worse and worse and worse and worse right now. So share your thoughts on this stuff. Let me know what you think about this because I'm blown away by this. I think it's nuts right now. The next thing, the job listings. Okay? Remember, everything's great in the economy. Business has never been better than it is right now. It's the best time of the year to be in business. Best time in the world to be in business. Economy's great. Everything's good. You're kidding yourself. The job listings are off. And gee, Dan, they're down. For the first time since COVID hit. There's less jobs available than before. You're going to see less and less jobs. You're going to see more families like this give up and say, I'm not doing this anymore. Why would I beat my brains out and not make any money to stay in business? It's going to happen more and more. You're going to see your favorite restaurants, your favorite hair salon, nail salon, small hardware stores go down for the count because of things like this. Congestion tax. I don't know. Kathy Hochel is an imbecile, and she's celebrating this. Look at the video below of where isn't this great? No, it's insanity. Guys, we want you to go on the subway so you can get robbed, okay? There's no police to protect you. And when these people get arrested, they get given a ticket. Woman last week stole $800 for the Barbies led the police on a 100 miles an hour chase and they gave her a ticket to show up. Yeah, I'm sure that'll happen. So share your thoughts on this stuff. Manufacturing people write me and tell me it's great. The USA is back. It's not back guys. It is anything but back right now. So manufacturing is off to one of the lowest levels ever. And one thing that they're looking at, everybody that talks to me that makes anything or is in that business says that they want to have automation. They don't want to have employees. They don't want to have anybody work for them right now. If they can avoid having employees that's the way to go. The Tyson chicken plant. Think about this. Tyson Chicken plant right now is celebrating the fact that they have 400 jobs when they had 1200 at a plant like that before. And by the way with the automation they're doubling the output to 2 million pounds a week for chicken. Other thing that the owner of Hambones told me was a Proposition Twelve in California made the pork price go through the roof. Every single restaurant owner that I have talked to has said the exact same thing about one thing and that is after COVID hit there was price gouging on everything. Every single thing that they purchased had gone through the roof whether it was plastic bags or it was pork. But the problem with pork in California is that they have a law, proposition Twelve that made it that you had to have these pigs raised in a I believe if I get the square footage wrong don't write me because I think they had to have 12 sqft. They had to have an open area that the pigs could live in and weren't yelled at and were read bedtime stories okay before the pigs were slaughtered. So that being said nobody wanted to sell to people in California. Why would I want to get certified? Why wouldn't I just ship it to Arizona and other places? Aren't these trees just amazing? Look at that. How beautiful that is. Okay so what it did and what the owner Hambone said dan, my pork prices tripled. Okay? And again it's going to make a barbecue meal $75. Okay? It's going to be insane to where no one will want to go out to dinner. And again what do we care? Pay your taxes. Hurry up. We're going to impose more fines and fees and things like that. And again I hope these people sue the center. I hope they sue the city. I hope they sue everybody. The people that are building that didn't get it done in time. I hope they sue all those people because people like me they're going to find people like me to testify and talk about how busy the place was and how we had to wait to get in there. And then this forced them out of business. So share your thoughts on this. Have you seen anything like this? Have you seen your community get shut down and turned upside down because of things like this? This is tragic. Let's talk about our sponsor ageless multicolagen. As we get older, our body gets depleted of something very important called collagen. There is something you can do about this. You can take ageless multicolagen from BioTrust. So many of you have ordered this. It's time to reorder. It's time to take a look at Ages Multicolagen again from BioTrust. If you're on the email list already, you need to sign up for this because you've got to have a separate list and we're pulling people from that list. Okay? So absolutely free. Plus, another great story that was mentioned below, and that is that silver is the hot investment right now. Gold shooting up, but they say silver is the way to go. Read the article below from Peter Schiff, Mr. Gold, who's talking about how silver is a great investment right now and you need to get silver. And man, I'm just blown away by these yellow trees. They're just beautiful. So share your thoughts on this stuff, guys, and sign up for@iscretsana. com I'm in the San Marino area. And these houses, man, oh, man, this is some real estate up here, guys. This is just stunning. Middle class. Are you still considered middle class? I found a great article about this because it used to be 60% of the population, but that figure is slipping, and it's slipping even more because people, when they get real and they start to talk about their income and realize what they have and what they don't have, they don't feel so middle class anymore. So they're saying right now that the middle class has dropped to 50% of the population right now. I personally think it's less right now. Look at count. Hello? Okay, so with that, we've seen everything go up in your life from insurance, gas, utilities, everything. Every expense insurance, everything's gone up except for wages right now. And that has dramatically affected everything in all of our lives. And what are you going to do? What are you going to do? Because people right now, when they sit down and they think about their job and their future status. Status, I think people love to have the payment. I live in an area in, you know, Irvine area where people try to look a certain way. Look at these. This is Dora me, guys. This is some money up here, okay? This is not middle class. Okay? Anyways, the other thing that was sent to me was that stat was sent to me. And the other thing was that how about this? 193 percent of people that have bought a house since late 2021, 93% regret the purchase of buying the home. How awful is that? People are upside down. People are stressing out. Well, we were renting forever, and they kept telling us not to rent, to go buy. Look at this thing. Look at that thing. How big that lot is, okay? Had to go by, had to go buy. And now in 2022 and 2023, these people are buying these houses and having massive house payments. They've doubled in price, and people don't want to look at that. Dan, it's no big deal. Barbara Corcoran's telling us and Dave Ramsey's telling us to buy a house and you're going to refinance it? Well, here's the thing. I spoke to two real estate professionals today who told me the exact same thing, and they said, we're telling people that are payment sensitive. Payment sensitive. I think we're all payment sensitive. That they need to put a bigger down payment down so that they have the possibility of potentially refinancing their home at a later date if they have a bigger down payment. In case the values do what? Drop. Okay? Not everybody's rich. Not everybody's middle class right now. I have talked about this for three years now that you're going to see a lot of rich people and a lot of very poor people globally. If you pay attention to the people in the comments of these videos you're seeing that every single person is talking about the same thing. They cannot afford their insurance. They cannot afford the utilities that they have. They can't afford to buy gas or petrol or whatever you want to call the magic juice that goes in your car, whatever you want to call it. They cannot afford it. But the car prices, the house prices, everything have gone through the roof, and this is just absolute lunacy. This is just insane up here. Hello. Okay? Plus, these lots are huge, guys. They go back there forever. So share your thoughts on this stuff. So far. I just think that we have not seen everything yet. And when you see good businesses being forced out of business cares, no big deal. It's a big deal, guys. It's a big deal. Okay? But again, Kathy Hochel with her. Isn't this great that we have this congestion? It's insane. It's insane when you have countries like Japan where the subway systems are safe and children can go on the subway by themselves unattended, without an adult. And it's safe when you have an area like that and you don't have to worry about them, oh, they're going to go see Grandma, okay? Not like that here in the States, not like that in New York City where these people are getting robbed and having terrible things happen to them. Okay, share your thoughts on this. Think about this one. The CEO of Wells Fargo says that they're going to have massive layoffs between now and the end of the year and it's going to cost the company a billion dollars on the balance sheet. They're going to have to write off a billion dollar loss because of everybody. They're going to have to pay with all the severance packages. This is serious. Okay? But again, the economy is good. Isn't banking fantastic right now? No, it's not. But the idea with this is that they'd rather take the hit now than take it later. My friend, everybody I've talked to in manufacturing, an investment banker right now says that they're trying to get away from heavy employed businesses with lots of employees right now. We don't want that. We want businesses that are one man bands and can be automated with Chat GPT. That's what we want. Dan, do you know anything like that? Which leads me to my next story, which is funny because for those of you new here, I used to run medical conferences and we built them up. It was great. We started out and competing against the big guys and eventually we would have mixtures every month in Orange, San Diego, La County prior to COVID, we were going to go to Australia. We were going to go to around the country and have these events and then this took off. Okay? But one thing that's funny to me is that I had access to a lot of doctors and a lot of people that were in regulatory and that were in the healthcare medtech, biotech space. Brilliant people, money, manufacturing, regulatory, everything. Think about this. People are using AI to diagnose their own health conditions right now, okay? Doesn't that sound brilliant? Okay, my arm hurts and I feel a twitch and I feel this. And they go to AI for it. They go to chat GPT with it. Okay? Dr. Chat GPT. How insane is that? The other thing is that people are getting medicine for these things that they asked the AI computer about without talking to a doctor about this, okay? My niece is married to a brilliant guy who is in his third rounds of residency to be a doctor. And this guy has earned every stripe he's got because he's doing his residency of doing his rounds. Okay? That's one thing. The nurse that I know that's been doing it since the 90s, when I ask her questions cardiology related because that's what she's into. It's kind of experience based. I wouldn't go online and ask Chat GPT to diagnose anything, because one thing that they did, and there's a great article below about this is that Chat GPT gets it wrong 75% of the time, okay? How insane is that, guys? Okay, get advice. Get real advice. Talk to people. This is one thing that happened with the health crisis that was awful. People realize, you know, I can live my life and never talk to another human being again. People think that way. I'm telling you this. I know a lot of private people. And I spoke to one guy today. I said, could you imagine how private you are? And this guy is really private. Private investor, private businessman. Doesn't like to be around other people. I said, could you imagine diagnosing yourself with Chat GPT? And he said, wow, that's insane. People are doing this. Yeah. And I sent him the article. So, again, Lunacy, guys, I'm going to diagnose my car problem. Oh, I'm not a mechanic. Okay? Talk to the mechanic who works on Volkswagen. You know what I mean? Okay. Probably going to charge me. Yeah, he is, because that's what his expertise is. Just like when your refrigerator breaks and you call the appliance guy to come out and fix it. It's his expertise. If you get the right guy. No, talk to an AI program and have them diagnose you. Is that crazy or what? So show your thoughts on this stuff so far, because I'm just getting a kick out of this, but I am blown away. Okay, we're going to do a couple turn the corner here and do a couple of houses for you up here. Look at these trees. Is that just beautiful? That screams upper middle class, you know what I mean? But look at that. Isn't that beautiful? So anyways, what we're seeing right now is we're seeing a lot of people that don't want to talk to another soul as long as they live. If they can avoid that, that's what they're going to do. Man this is just beautiful up here. So share your thoughts. Let me know what you think about this. Would you diagnose yourself from an AI program? Let me know. Let us all know so we can just be astounded by that, please, just a few stories to finish this video. Man, this is a beautiful spot up here. Look at that. Just nice. These trees, just amazing few things. Yellow Trucking, world's largest trucking company that went down for the count, went bankrupt. People are buying up their hubs and their different locations, and they're bidding on all this stuff. And the company may raise $2 billion in its bankruptcy, which I thought was a lot of money. And the next one is think about this. Amazon is looking to go to Space. They didn't go to Jeff Bezos space company. They went to Elon Musk. So they bypassed Jeff Bezos to go to Elon to get to Space. So people are talking about how crazy that was and how I just think know things are getting done. Sir Richard Branson that whole mess right now that you're seeing and you're seeing, this is the reality of that spot, man, this is just beautiful up here. Final, final story. I have to laugh, but it's not funny. There is a company exclusive Poultry, that just got fined $4. 8 billion for having workers as young as 14 years old working presses, deboning chicken, working the assembly lines, working the forklifts. Hey, kids, come on over. It'll be like camp. Come work for us. It'll be great. Okay? And then they didn't pay them properly. So they had underage workers, had wage claims, and they just got fined $4. 8 million. So that's a rally killer for that company. But again, it's funny. I grew up in a time working for my family's construction business. And I'll never forget 7th grade, going into 8th grade, we're going to give you a job. Oh, really? I said I'll work construction as long as I get to work and use the hilty gun. And they were like, okay, that's a big deal for you guys. Think about this. This was a tool that basically had a charge on it, 22 caliber that you'd put on concrete, and it would fire a pin, pop out and oh, dan, do it. Line it up. Here's the level. Here's how you do it. What was I, 1213 doing? That okay. I'm sure there's a violation or two somewhere in there, but we could talk about that. Okay? Anyways, you can't do stuff like this is what I'm trying to get at. But it was a different time. And I think about this. My budy that I talked to that's in manufacturing, we were laughing about how they would send him to climb into roofs and do the insulation when he was a kid. And when he would get out of the roof, they would just wear a mask, wouldn't wear stuff around his skin. They would take off his clothes on down to his underwear and just hose him off at the end of a shift. And that was it. That was the extent of it. Okay, so anyways, maybe that's why you have to have hip replacement now. Anyways, please don't forget to the like button. Please don't forget if you're on our email list to check your spam filter. And onward and upward, guys. I will see you guys soon. Please like the video. Please subscribe to the channel you want to email me? Hello@iallegedly. com?.
