I hope you're doing great. All right, this is it. This is the official weigh in. I'm going to weigh in live for you. And the reason why I'm doing it live is because I hate when you always wonder when people do those weight loss videos, like if they actually pulled it off. So what we're going to do is we're going to Babe Ruth this thing. And I'm doing this not only to empower you, if you want to do this, but I need to lose weight. And why not just have 100,000 people keep me accountable? So I'm going to weigh in front of you. First off, I am 46 years old. I am six foot one. I'm going to guess I weigh 250 pounds. But we're going to find out live real quick here. And what I'm going to do is in the next six days, my goal is to lose ten pounds. So I'm going to do another live stream on Christmas Eve, super short like this one. Telling you, if I either hit my goal and how I did it, I'll give you a little bit of hints on what I'm going to do now over the next six days. And I'll weigh in then. And I am planning on a cheat day. I'm going to try and make this realistic on Christmas with my family. And then I'm going to do it. Hit it again the next day for another six days, and then I'm going to have a cheat day as I say goodbye to one of my friends on New Year's Eve. Okay? So then after that, we're going nutty. It's getting real for a handful of months and I want to make a change. Okay? There's so many things I want to change. I'm going to go into that in other videos in the future. Oh, gosh this is embarrassing. 263 pounds. I'm not going to lie. That is the heaviest I've ever been. I am embarrassed. But you know what? Screw it. Because we're going to make something great about this. My goal is to encourage people to change all kinds of things about their life throughout 2024, to make 2024 an amazing year. And this is something that I am failing at miserably. So I am six foot, 1263 pounds. So my goal is to lose ten pounds in the next six days. Now, just so you guys know, I'm going to be doing a mixture of things. Some intermittent fasting. I'm going to be eating carnivore. Okay. I'm going to be just eating meat. I believe there's a lot going on with that. So that's going to be my plan. I'm going to show you and we'll take a couple of snapshots right here.
