Ritualistic Child Sexual Abuse Investigation Goes Public In Utah
Detectives with the Utah County Special Victims Unit (SVU) are investigating reports alleging ritualistic child sexual abuse.
“In April of 2021, an investigation began into ritualistic child sexual abuse and child sex trafficking that occurred in Utah County,” the department said in this press release on Tuesday, June 7.
“The ensuing investigation discovered that other victims had previously reported similar forms of ritualistic sexual abuse and trafficking that occurred in Utah County, Juab County and Sanpete County during the time between 1990 and 2010.”
According to high-ranking members of the Utah County Police, criminal charges are expected to be filed.
The department also says, “We are pleading with the public and encourage victims, or individuals with knowledge of these crimes, to contact the Utah County Sheriff's Office Special Victim's Unit, so that they can be offered all the assistance possible. We understand that there are individuals who have concerns for their safety and/or well-being, who have been silenced. We need your help.”
Since this information has come out, Utah County attorney David Leavitt held a press conference asking Sheriff Smith to resign over the investigation.
“I learned that my wife and I were part of those allegations, allegedly that we were guilty of cannibalizing young children, and murdering young children,” Leavitt said.
Smith also mentioned that nobody from his office had confirmed Leavitt’s connection to the investigation.

Sheriff Mike Smith AND the attorney are up for reelection in 2022.
Is this just a political stunt? Or does Sheriff Smith really want to end child sexual abuse?
Time will tell!
It does seem a bit peculiar that they are doing an investigation on abuse from 1990-2010…
There have likely been THOUSANDS of children kidnapped that have been ritually abused and sacrificed in Utah since 2010.
Why no investigation into that?
Many people know about the massive amounts of child sex trafficking happening in Utah.
And oftentimes, the Sheriffs, police chiefs, police officers, doctors, lawyers and other people in positions of authority are involved.
