I read the linked information provided in the article and it suggested nothing about mind control or manipulation abilities. If we threw out every good thing capitalized on by the enemy due to fear in the Patriot or Christian community we would throw out much of what God Himself has provided to enable our bodies to heal themselves, correcting imbalances in the brain included. EEG has been in use for decades.
